Hamburg Gaming is a casino with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. Visitors appreciate the affordable food and beverage prices, as well as the clean and safe environment. The no-smoking policy inside the casino is also a plus, with a designated area for smokers. Employees have had positive experiences working for Delaware North Corp at Hamburg Gaming, finding everyone to be welcoming and friendly. Additionally, one visitor shared their excitement about winning $60 more than they came in with after having an enjoyable time at the casino.
Like Notre Dame Football, Hamburg Gaming Is Built on Tradition… and Winning.” Walking into Hamburg Gaming felt like walking out of the tunnel at Notre Dame Stadium — electric, full of promise, and just a little bit luck-of-the-Irish. Except instead of Marcus Freeman dialing up defensive schemes, it was me, hammering that slot machine like it owed me money — and friends, it paid. This place is a cathedral of clinks, flashing lights, and culinary miracles. The food? Let’s just say the chicken sandwich I devoured had more flavor than Penn State’s offensive playbook. The mozzarella sticks? Crispy on the outside, cheesy in the middle — just like Ohio State fans when the Buckeyes blow another big game. Now, I know some people say casinos are all about losing. That’s true — if you're wearing a scarlet and gray hoodie. But here? Hamburg Gaming is for winners. For champions. For people who believe in excellence, tradition, and maybe a little supernatural luck — aka the same people who believe in Notre Dame football. Marcus Freeman would be proud of my discipline at the slots. I showed poise, patience, and the strategic mindset of a man ready to beat Clemson on a Saturday night. I didn’t just play — I executed. I walked in with $40, walked out with enough cash to cover three stadium beers and a soft pretzel at an Irish home game (aka a small fortune). So if you’re looking for glitz, glamor, great eats, and a break from the mediocrity of Big Ten disappointment, come to Hamburg Gaming. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like it’s 1988, and Lou Holtz just handed you the keys to glory. GO IRISH. PLAY SLOTS. EAT CHICKEN. WIN MONEY.

Came early for dinner but didn't want the buffet so ordered from the bar. Bar staff is great but they were overwhelmed with drink and food orders. We ordered at 5:30 and waited over an hour for our food. Another table waited 2 hours. We spoke with a female manager about our experience. Her response was that the customers are very happy with the buffet. Unfortunately the regular bar patrons are not happy but that didn't seem to matter. We later spoke with Rob, he was extremely understanding, listened very patiently and did what he could to take care of one of the tables that still hadn't gotten their order after 2 hrs. He is an asset to Delaware North as well as the bar tender, Rich, who was also very helpful and did his best given the situation. This is a good example for how to handle a negative situation. Well done Rob and Rich!

Great place to meet up with friends. Friendly bartenders and great service. Restaurant is clean with a good selection of menu options. Quick service area accommodates all your snacking needs. Local bands on the weekends play a variety of genres making it the perfect place to go on those rainy weekend nights!
Michelle D — Google review
The buffet area was dreadful. They had chicken, pork and beans and Sweet potatoes and salad for 24.99. I was given a 50.00 voucher and our order was missing than we waited over a hour for a philly steak sandwich and burrito. Fries cold and steak sandwich was dry and also cold.

Hamburg Gaming is a wonderful, clean, safe, fun casino. It is one of our most favorite casino's to visit and we live 90 minutes away. Love to play here every chance we get.

Erie County Fair - I forgot how great the stunt artists are!! Go. See. These. Shows!! The Red Trouser Show (hilarious and great acrobatic stunts). Also the Ultimate Stunt Circus - I realized a few times that my mouth was hanging open as I'm watching. These are impressive, Nationwide shows in our little neck of the woods! Some party of my WNY brain wants to discount the fact that they are coming here like a grade school project, but ALL of these acts are Great! Don't miss the Yummy Goodness here. Ok, now I'll step off my soapbox, go! Be Amazed!! 5/5 Pure Deliciousness

Hamburg Gaming Casino is a nice clean and friendly casino. Live entertainment on certain days, it feels like Vegas. We enjoy promotions, especially free play and using gaming points to purchase food. It’s a great time to play, eat and meet up with friends. I LOVE COMING TO HAMBURG GAMING!!

Buffalo Raceway is a horse track that has been running harness races on a half-mile course since 1942. These races take place from January to July and offer free entry and parking. The location also hosts various events, such as the shrine circus and Erie County Fair, making it popular among visitors. The property is well-maintained, clean, and spacious, allowing for large fairs that may require more than one day to fully explore.
The Erie County Fair is the best Fair in our Country. The glass blowing is simply amazing! There not in a very good place this year. In the middle of the black top. No tables, no trees, no where to stay cool and no, I say no shade. Very, very HOT in the direct sunlight. Poor place to put an excellent learning experience for all ages. Please put the back where they used to be.
LauraLee R — Google review
We come to this location for multiple different events primarily most of which is the shrine circus and Erie county Fair, the property is well maintained well kept and clean. Bathrooms during major events have an attendant in them to make sure that they are not falling into disrepair. and due to the size of the grounds it allows for a very large fair to attend which usually takes at least two days to get through everything! and if you have children I would highly recommend showing tenie of Ben's the staff at this location always goes above and beyond for kids!

Came for Erie county fair. Had a good time. Plenty of food vendors and attractions. Saw a Pink Floyd tribute band from Australia and it was a pretty good show. Still can believe in 2019 cash is the preferred method of payment. And to top it all off the ATM fees are ridiculous.

The Hamburg Fairgrounds is a vast and intricate venue that hosts the annual Erie County Fair, as well as various concerts, meetings, and events. It serves as a hub for commerce, providing an opportunity for visitors to buy and sell goods. The fairgrounds are also known for fostering a sense of camaraderie among people who gather there during specific periods. This multipurpose facility offers memorable experiences that should be witnessed firsthand.
What an amazing Festival. We went there first time and had so much fun. Highly recommended
Alamgir S — Google review
I go to this Fair only because it's tradition. I feel next year I will be finding a new tradition so to over pricing. No hotdog should cost $16.00 no drink should cost $15.00 for a non-alcoholic drink and it should not cost $22.00 plus to enter a fairground. It's to overpriced....

Have attended the casino, Plantasia, and the Erie county fair here and they were all a great time with very nice vendors and displays. The groups that get together here are great and everyone seems to be enjoying themselves at these events. Very good networking opportunities and insight on new and exciting things. Highly recommend!

Erie County Fair 2025 was a Great time. I realized how much I ignored the World Class National and International Acts brought to our area via this Fair! I researched several events here including what I saw: the Red Trouser Show and the Ultimate Stunt Circus - Perfect examples of professionalism, hilarity, and with the circus includes death defying realism, and my tremendous respect for all they did. I have a new, greater view of the Fair and all they bring to WNY. Come enjoy what should be shouted from the rooftops!! I'm hopefully heading to the State Fair this week, so kudos to Erie County!! Excellent.
T 7 — Google review
We primarily come to the fairgrounds for the Erie County Fair, but have been for other events like the Festival of Lights and homeshows. While I understand that the gambling aspect helps keep revenue coming in all year round, I don't gamble so I really can't comment on the quality of that aspect of the fairgrounds. The fairgrounds are pretty easy to get to, and a lot of traffic improvements in the local area mean that traffic flow out after a big event is far better than it was even 5 years ago. While I miss some of the permanent structures that have recently been taken down, I understand that the removals will leave space for buildings that will be more accessible and better planned out for the long view. I really like the investment in the newer agriculture buildings, which are better for the animals, and for allowing the public to see them up close during events.
Hex K — Google review
Absolutely wonderful. The fair is one of our yearly events. Food, fun and just a good time. Only slight issue but an expected one, are prices have gone up.

Farmers Markets
The Hamburg Farmers Market in town is quite popular and well-attended. However, the prices seem to be just as high as those found in a grocery store, which appears to be the trend for farmers markets nowadays. The market mainly offers prepared food vendors and plants rather than an abundant selection of produce. Locals are likely accustomed to this setup and pricing, whereas visitors may find it different from their home city like New York.
Open at 730 till 1pm Behind bank of America Multiple vendors Atmosphere relaxed with families and their dogs out looking at the goods on offer. Selling Jams jelly honey sausage eggs flowers herbs and vegetables along with baked goods for humans and gourmet dog biscuits. Adorable morning with tasty finds
Heather L — Google review
Wonderful array of local vendors. The Golden Oyster Mushrooms made an amazing stir fry and the Alpaca socks have been keeping me warm for 6 winters now.
Pax L — Google review
2nd year at the new location and so far so good. The extra space is nice, less crowded and allows for more vendors. Many of the tried and true vendors are back again like KO’s kettle corn, Hazilans, the Blue Eyed Baker and the fresh produce and plant stands. My favorite new stands are a Prosecco/ mimosa to go and cold brew coffee cart. The extra space also allows people to set up on blankets to meet up or have lunch beyond the tents. There is also a playground for little ones to enjoy the nicer weather we are having. There are also food trucks here throughout the summer to grab a quick lunch. One thing I will say is that since this is now located in a grass field and not a parking lot there could be some slightly muddy or dusty conditions, depending on weather so dress appropriately. There is also a lot of parking but the set up is funny. There are attendants who are helpful and appreciated but be patient and allow a few extra minutes to get in and out. Vendors are wearing masks and following covid protocols. Guests are also asked to wear masks while in the market.
Crystal G — Google review
I went for the first time, I got my broccoli, lettuce, blueberries, tomatoes and chocolate lava cupcake all for $15.00. Oh and pickles ❤️. I’m certainly gonna go back in a couple of weeks when apples are ripe.
Susan K — Google review
5/5. Highly recommend. If you’re allergic to bees, stay far away. Parking is a challenge, but really not that bad. All the vendors were friendly and there is something for everyone. Foot traffic pattern is good and you’ll never be stuck in a people jam or feel like a sardine in a can.

New to the area and I take my dogs on adventures because let's face it going through a divorce and they're my best friends. We drive around looking for things to do. I stumbled upon this dog park this morning and no one in sight so I figured why not. They had a blast!!! Completely secure, very clean (nice to see responsible dog owners) we went in the morning and actually went back this afternoon.. I will bring them back on another fabulous adventure with Chapo and Duke

Sure! Here's a first-person educational account of the Hamburg Dog Park's history and features: As a resident of Hamburg, New York, I’ve had the pleasure of visiting the Hamburg Town Bark Park, a beloved community feature. The idea for the park originated from local residents who recognized the need for a dedicated space where dogs could exercise and socialize off-leash. With strong community support, the project gained momentum, combining town budget allocations, grants, and donations from local businesses and residents to fund its development. Construction began after securing the necessary approvals, and in 2012, the park officially opened to the public, celebrating the culmination of years of planning and fundraising. The Hamburg Town Bark Park spans several acres, providing ample room for dogs to run and play. It’s thoughtfully divided into separate areas for small and large dogs to ensure safety and comfort. The park boasts various facilities, including water fountains for both dogs and their owners, waste disposal stations, benches, and shaded areas, all designed to enhance visitor convenience. Additionally, agility equipment and open play areas cater to the diverse needs of the dogs. To maintain a safe environment, the park enforces rules requiring dogs to be vaccinated, well-behaved, and accompanied by their owners at all times. Guidelines for the use of small and large dog areas help prevent conflicts and accidents. Over time, the Hamburg Town Bark Park has evolved into a popular social hub for dog owners, fostering a sense of community and providing a venue for social interaction among residents. The park hosts various events and activities, such as dog training classes, social meet-ups, and community fundraisers. It has received positive feedback for its well-maintained facilities and the safe environment it offers for dogs to exercise and socialize. The Town of Hamburg continues to invest in the park’s maintenance and improvement, ensuring it remains a valuable community asset. User feedback is regularly sought to make necessary enhancements and address any concerns, reflecting the park’s commitment to serving the needs of both residents and their pets.

This is a wonderful place to take your furry friends! Plenty of parking! Bathrooms available! Very Clean! Two Areas fully fenced. Huge! One for small dogs on the left. One for big dogs on the right! Picnic Areas outside the dog area! Toys and Water Available! Benches inside to relax while your animal friends are conversing with there own kind. And all free! Must see! Groomer across the street!
Luria W — Google review
Excellent place to take the dog. The area is divided for large and small dogs. Only problem is the gate along the back of the small dog park needs to be blocked somehow due to the space of the gate being over 10 inches. They have a piece of pipe there, but it falls down and it’s not always put back up. Otherwise, the place is great.

Chinese takeaway
Ginger & Garlic Chinese Restaurant is a compact and low-key establishment that serves traditional Chinese dishes such as lo mein, fried rice, and other typical fare. This eatery has been dubbed the absolute best in town, offering fresher and better food than any other competitor. Patrons never experience the unpleasant heavy sensation often associated with dining at other establishments. The vegetable lo mein deserves special mention as it features fresh ingredients.
Great takeout place! Not greasy and super flavorful, the dumplings especially were delicious. Service was also really fast.
Lauren Z — Google review
The food that we ordered here was good. We had fried dumplings, chicken lo mein, orange chicken, chicken with broccoli and rice.
Theresa L — Google review
I expected seating as there are pictures indicating it. Maybe they're remodeling. The food is fine. Had pepper steak.
Bruce S — Google review
Don't bother trying any other Chinese restaurants in the area, for take out they are by far the best (and we've tried them all). The quality of flavor is leagues above anyone else in the area.

Pegasus Restaurant is a charming, wood-paneled eatery that welcomes guests around the clock with an impressive array of Greek and American comfort foods. Known for its delicious offerings, patrons rave about dishes like the perfectly prepared steak florentine sandwich and fresh fries. The restaurant also caters to various dietary preferences, featuring options such as lentil soup and grilled cheese for vegetarians, alongside favorites like chicken souvlaki that even picky eaters adore.
Delicious meal. I got a sandwich I think was called steak florentine. It was 👌 perfectly prepared and very delicious. The fries were fresh and hot. I like them a bit thicker but these were yummy. Wanted dessert but was too full. Excellent & friendly service. Easy to get to location with lots of parking. Clean, well supplied bathroom. Forgot to take pic of main menu (which had something for everyone). They also have a 65+ menu with budget-friendly options for older folks.

I Have been a loyal patron for more than 20 years, I have witnessed various changes in the staff throughout this time. However, one thing that has remained constant is the exceptional quality of your food. The meals have consistently met, and often exceeded, my expectations, which speaks volumes about Pegasus commitment to maintaining high standards. I would like to highlight the friendly and welcoming nature of the staff. Their professionalism and warmth significantly enhance the overall dining atmosphere, making every visit a pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend Pegasus to others who seek great food paired with attentive service. I would like to Thank them for continuing to uphold such commendable standards over the years. I look forward to many more enjoyable visits in the future.

A Hamburg ‘institution’ - they have been around 40+ years. Sound - good food - good service - good prices. We were very happy with our meals - I’m vegetarian so opted for the lentil soup and a grilled cheese - were good. I did see a house made veggie burger as another option. Mom had the chicken souvlaki - loved it - and she’s very particular!

I went here while visiting family not too long ago. The food was absolutely amazing! My husband is a very picky eater but the menu has great options that even he was able to rave about. The service was quick and friendly. They were amazing with our large group and were very accommodating with our little ones too! I will definitely be returning.

Fast food restaurant
Burger King is a popular fast-food chain that offers grilled burgers, fries, and shakes. This particular location has efficient staff members who pay attention to detail when taking orders. They also have access to limited-time specialty items sponsored by the corporate, which can be a pleasant surprise for customers. However, it can be disappointing when these items are not available. One notable drawback is the steepness of the driveway entrance to the parking lot, which may cause cars to scrape or bottom out.
Always clean when I enter, service is fast and theyre very friendly. 10/10 recommend. Plus bogo milkshakes 💯 did i mention how nice they are in there, and ample space to sit

I ordered the new ghost pepper Whopper and received a very poor representation of that product. Especially compared to the pictures. They put it on the wrong bun. It looks like somebody sat on it. It was barely any sauce and jalapeno chips. I took it back and the nice girl at the register apologized and brought it back to the Cook who had an attitude and said what would he like me to do. He acted as if I should just accept the product the way it was. Obviously I heard him and spoke loudly enough to say that the bun was wrong, which prompted him to realize he messed that up and made me a new one. The replacement was better but somewhat underwhelming. I feel the burger itself would be okay, but I would have to get it from a different store to even consider trying it again.
Michael R — Google review
Took 2 bites out of my burger and the thing kept sliding off so I opened it and I looks like someone sat on the thing. It’s mangled and the bun is soggy and paper thin. Service is sub par too

So I'm always skeptical of getting blackened Cajun fish dinners from anywhere besides the South or a beloved spot on Remsen St in Brooklyn Heights (R.I.P. Cajun Cabin), however, I trusted Judy (owner's mother) on this occasion and it was pleasantly pleasurable to my pallet. The presentation of the dish was fitting enough for an upscale restaurant at Bryant Park NYC, but for a restaurant next to the Train tracks in Lakeview (Buffalo NY)...input slow clap! The fish was served on a hot stone that not only kept it warm for the duration of our meal but also ensured a mild sizzle sound reminded me to keep my fork efficiently occupied. Our Apps were Coconut Shrimp (one of the best I've ever had) and Stuffed hot peppers with generous cheese in and around them, Wow! A must to visit on a Friday evening. If you get Sam as a server and you're as complicated as I am with my substitutions then you'll be in good hands! P.s. I received no compensation for this review; just a great meal and dining experience. Cheers yea!

Next time we go we will get the clams casino and the french onion soup. The people at the table next to us got them and they looked out of this world. We want to try the fish fry some time too. The atmosphere is very casual. The prices are good. The people who work there are exceptionally nice. We need more places like this...not fancy, but 5 star restaurant food at a clean restaurant.

Excellent! Four of us went to Rte 5 Grill last weekend for the first time. Blackened fish and the seafood lasagna were the best! Service was great and timely, hostess and everyone friendly, good parking. Food presentation was great with the fish on hot stone slabs. Definitely will go back soon.

Food is always excellent. Young girl that was our waitress tonight was amazing considering she was basically taking care of all the tables! Wish the bar maid would have come out to help her serve drinks as she only had five people at the bar at most. Don't get it. Again I waitress was very sweet and efficient even thou she was on her own.

We stop in here quite regularly because the food is always fresh and delicious! The menu is extensive so we try new things all of time and have always been very pleased. Large portions and great combinations along with the friendliest service in town! Either Barb or Nicole will wait on your every need! Keep up the good work and we will keep coming back!

Hostess was great, our service otherwise was awful. Waitress wasn’t around at all, and not just for us but everyone. She forgot our drinks multiple times till we asked for them, had to ask for the app and the bill and the hostess was the one we asked. Once food was out we didn’t see the waitress again. Food ok. Crab legs good, fish fry plain/ bland and pizza had no taste nor was it cooked like requested. Was not offered more drinks after initial was gone. Some people left before they ordered and noticed food being sent back. Different take on the. Stuffed peppers than we usually have but we’re good.

WOW. This was their second night open in new location on Lakeview (across from JPs Pub) and food was amazing. We ordered a variety of items such as Ultimate Feast, Stripe Steak dinner, Surf n Turf Dinner, Clam Chowder, Burger dinner and BBQ Chicken finger dinner. Everything was cooked perfectly. So nice to have something other than pizza. I highly recommend giving them a try you won't be disappointed. Don't forget the night club opens tomorrow, they also have 2 banquet rooms which will be great for hosting private parties. Nicole and Bill the owners and the staff were all wonderful. Thank you for the great meal at fair pricing.

For day 2, we recommend exploring the northwest side side of town. Start the day off with Cloverbank Country Club, then wind down and take it easy by the time you get to Hamburg Historical Society. All together, your day would be filled with about 6 hours of non-stop fun.

Cloverbank Country Club is an underrated establishment known for its exceptional fish fry. The portion sizes are perfect, and their batter is considered one of the best. While the atmosphere leans towards casual, the prices are reasonable. Their drink selection is impressive, and it's worth noting that membership isn't required to dine there. In addition to their food offerings, Cloverbank Country Club also excels at hosting events such as birthday parties and charity tournaments.
Absolutely phenomenal wedding venue! The reception was fantastic, and the food was incredible! Well worth a look for anyone planning a wedding! The outdoor area was wonderful for the ceremony as well! Highly recommended!

We had an amazing time. My daughter's 6th birthday party was a huge success. The staff was supper. They are so nice and helpful. And handled all of those crazy kids. We will be back for open bowling every month. What a great place.

Definitely an underrated fish fry! Perfect portion and one of the best batters I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is slightly above casual, but the price is just below. Drink selection is pretty solid. You don’t have to be a member to dine there.

My son and daughter-in-law recently celebrated their wedding at CCC, and it was an extraordinary experience. The venue has been meticulously restored and updated, boasting a breathtaking interior. The food was simply divine, and the wait and bar staff provided exceptional service throughout the event. From the perfectly cooked filet mignon, chicken, and salmon to the delightful salad, vegetables, potatoes, and hors d'oeuvres (including coconut shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, and bruschetta), every aspect of the dining experience was top-notch. The team at CCC, comprising Kevin, Alison, and Kim, was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were incredibly accommodating and made sure every detail was attended to. The spacious dance floor added to the fun, and the dining room's exquisite chandeliers created a truly elegant atmosphere. Along with the beautiful rooms, one of the highlights was the outside veranda and patio, which allowed all guests to unwind and enjoy the event in a comfortable setting of their choice. CCC has truly mastered the art of combining timelessness and elegance in a wedding venue, making it one of the best-kept secrets in WNY.

We were thrilled with the venue and the staff for our Wedding Shower- it was absolutely wonderful! We would recommend Brierwood to anyone! We had never been members nor had we ever been to the venue other than investigating the club as a possible venue for our shower. Paige and her staff were so accommodating and helpful. The service was superb and the food was delicious! We are actually a little disappointed that we did not pick Brierwood for our wedding venue!!! I can't say how wonderful it was. It was a great location, easily accessible, the bathrooms were clean and easy to find, and the staff was willing to go above and beyond! We enjoyed every step in planning our event and every moment of the event itself. We love Brierwood now and can't wait to come back! Thank you to Paige and all of Brierwood staff for a wonderful event!

My wedding here was absolute perfection! The food was delicious, all of the service was outstanding. The event manager, Ashley, was beyond accommodating and understanding. She made everything so easy and stress free. Not a single flaw or hiccup the entire day thanks to everyone at Brierwood.

After attending two weddings here it is safe to say they know what they are doing. The staff are all very professional and on top of their game. The facilities are well kept and would recommend thus venue to all my friends. The only suggestion to the place is have pitchers of water during the dancing to save the strain on the bartenders of having to fill a water glass every two seconds. Other wise I look forward to the next wedding i may be invited to here.

Scenic Railroads
The children had a great time at the Buffalo Cattaraugus & Jamestown Scenic Railway, although they were expecting to travel further. The website only provided a duration for the ride, so they weren't sure what to expect on their first train experience. However, it turned out to be a fun and enjoyable trip with extremely friendly staff. This railway is perfect for families who want to enjoy a beautiful scenic journey in the nearby area.
Kids had fun ! I thought we would have traveled a little farther. The website only gave a length in time. First time riding, didn't what to expect. Still a fun experience and everyone was Extremely friendly.

We attended the circus murder mystery dinner trip. The circus was not was not even funny for children much less for adults. The first hour of the show happened in the train car that we were not in. Also they kept the train door to our car open. We requested they close it but was reopened and not very warm. Then the buffet dinner was terrible. I didn’t eat the salad or pasta (my choice) but had the potatoes, chicken fettuccine Alfredo and pork loin. I’m not sure they washed the potatoes because the skins were in the mash and tasted kinda dirty. The chicken tasted like a frozen mix (although not bad tasting) and the pork loin was so tough it was hard to cut much less chew. There was not any server to assist in going to the buffet so the line to the food was not organized. Coffee tea and soda were included but was located in the bar area so if you wanted any one of those you needed to get it yourself. The coffee was brewed in a keurig coffee maker and only one cup at a time. The kicker was you needed to take your dirty paper plates and utensils and dispose of yourself. This was a tour where at least 2/3 of the people were seniors. So there were walkers, canes and even someone with a crutch that made do it yourself very difficult. Sorry.

Friendly staff and very good service. My kids enjoyed the ride and it was their first train ride. I would highly recommend to buy the tickets at the station as you get to see the electric model trains. It may be blast from the past but my kids were very interested to learn!
Nomi N — Google review
Unfortunately my group did not have a great experience for the murder mystery train nov. 11th. First the actors whom we did get the chance to speak with did amazing. The car attendant was fantastic with the service she provided just amazing! The reason our experience was not great was that it was so loud we couldn't hear eachother or the characters and the characters had a very hard time interacting with our table due to multiple intoxicated guests. We got only a total of 5 minutes speaking with all 4 out of 5 characters put together due to people calling them over to other tables or interrupting them as the were speaking to another table. Never even got to speak to the character May. It was just disappointing that our table was not able to interact and ask questions hardly at all. I will not be referring others nor will I be attending events ran by this venue again. Not worth the money I spent.

Its collection includes professionally curated displays featuring artifacts such as the well-preserved old jail, complete with its original keys. The museum also houses impressive antiquities like ancient Bibles and record books, shedding light on the origins of various family names commonly heard in Hamburg today. This is a wonderful museum with professional level exhibits of Hamburg’s local history. The old jail is there and exquisitely restored (even the old keys), really cool old Bibles and record books, plus the story of many family names that we hear every day in Hamburg. There are old spinning wheels and yearbooks. This place is a great visit for kids and adults.

If you're on the lookout for a delightful dining experience, Cozy Thai Restaurant is a must-visit. This charming family-owned cafe offers an authentic taste of Thailand, complete with traditional dishes served in a beautifully decorated space that exudes warmth and comfort. The ambiance feels like stepping into a serene spa, making it perfect for both casual meals and special occasions.
First time here with a friend. Staff very nice and helpful with picking food choices. Enjoyable atmosphere and food was delicious. We both had salads, Papaya and Mango. You can add shrimp, chicken or other things.Had the deep fried pork dumplings.Very clean. Beautiful ambiance and nice bathroom. Price average for these days. Try the Jasmine tea, it was light flavor and very good! Thank you staff for a lovely Birthday lunch! I will definitely be back!

Ok I love this place and we order from here often. Today my shrimp in my order weren’t cleaned! It was nasty! Every piece wasn’t cleaned. Very upsetting. I hope this was a one day mistake and not their new way of things! Please check your shrimp before eating!! There shouldn’t be any black goop!!

The food was very good, as it has been in the past. Nice menu. It's a very nice dining room inside with a good atmosphere and classical music playing. Service was good. Lighting at night in the back of the parking lot is too dark, and customers would benefit from some being placed in the back corner for safety. Highly recommended!

I'm a regular. I love this place very much. I come here all the time. I love your restaraunt but the parkinglot garden mess from all of the people is unacceptable!! I wish everyone including patrons would not pollute!! Take your trash elsewhere! *** if you love a business respect the space they allow you to do business in. This goes for the staff and the customers. Everyone should do better and be more respectful. Thank you. UPDATE: 8/9/25 8:26PM The garden is MUCH cleaner and they fixed up the outdoor area. This restaraunt is not above constructive criticism and I am so proud. Now let's just hope people don't leave their rubbish around. Great job Cozy Thai ✨️ 👌

Visiting for the week and gave this place a try. Food was good. Service was a little slow but appears there is a healthy take away business. The seafood medley was full of seafood and medium heat had a pretty good spicy hit to it. The curry was lovely. Plenty of chicken and also included carrots and broccoli and bell pepper. I could have done without the bell pepper in the curry. We also had the veggie tempura. It wasn’t the best. Felt like some of the veg wasn’t cooked enough. Overall it was a nice meal and I’d go there again.
Patti D — Google review
The worst thing about this restaurant is the smell when you walk in. Overwhelming chemical air freshener smell, like bathroom spray 🤮. Absolutely terrible and it's strong to the point that you can't even enjoy your food. We ordered the crispy spring rolls, which were decent. Ordered the chicken pad Thai which was very disappointing. Did not have the flavor that pad thai should have, there was no spice to it, it had an earthy flavor that reminded me of brown gravy. Atmosphere was nice and clean, limited seating , small restaurant. Service was good.

The dining area was so beautiful, the decor to the ambience was gorgeously decorated. It felt like I stepped into a cozy spa, just like the name itself, this place is indeed very cozy. The staff were wonderful and amazing, the food obviously reflected the environment, beautifully made & tastes so so soo yummalicious. I would def- recommend this place, it is authentic & spectacular! I just found my new spot for Thai Food. I got the red curry & thai iced tea, they were both so good.

This is our go-to for thai food in the area. The dish that caught my attention the first time was the fried thin noodle. It's my favorite menu item. The curry is also amazing (pictured). The owner is the nicest man and always makes us feel at home. The whole team is wonderful. Highly recommend!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews. But we literally have been watching employees standing out side smoking while we were waiting for our order that was supposed to be ready 20 minuets ago…andddddd we are still waiting! Unreal! Update…we got our order and this is how our tacos were handed to us! Nice.
Kaylin P — Google review
Disappointed in the customer service today I’ve been ordering from this location for over 10 years and always get the same thing — a Three Cheese Beef Burrito with no salsa. Today, my order was made incorrectly and came as a burrito with no sour cream instead. The receipt even showed “no sour cream,” which wasn’t what I said. When I went back up to the counter to politely let the staff know, Connie immediately told me that I said “no sour cream,” which wasn’t the case. I tried to calmly clarify that I asked for no salsa. She then went over to a coworker and started complaining about the situation — loud enough for me to hear while I was still standing there waiting. That really could have waited until I walked away. Her coworker kindly helped clarify my order, and Connie remade it. When she handed it back to me, I said “thank you,” but instead of responding, she just dropped the burrito into my hand and turned away. It was really disappointing and felt unnecessarily rude, not sure why it couldn’t be handed to me instead of dropped to me from mid air. I understand everyone has bad days, and I even told her I hoped she had a good day before I left, but the interaction left a very poor impression. I’ve always loved this place and have been a loyal customer for years, but the lack of professionalism and customer care today was really upsetting.

Open for breakfast and lunch, this female-owned establishment offers an impressive menu filled with hearty options that are sure to satisfy any appetite. Diners rave about the perfect pancakes and tender Irish Benedict, featuring expertly poached eggs atop corned beef and toast drizzled with homemade hollandaise sauce.

My friend got the 3 day weekend scramble and I got the Yankee scramble. It was out of this world!! Probably the best breakfast I've had in a long time. And I love going out for breakfast a lot. The place was busy and usually if somewhere is busy you know it's good food. I couldn't wait to have my breakfast everyone else's plates looked so good. I ate it all it was that good!!!! I would absolutely go back again!!!!!

Nice looking family restaurant with a wide varied menu including pancakes and French toast with Dubai chocolate and cream cheese filling. However the normal French toast was dry. Egg in Eggs Benedict was poached well and muffin was good but the sauce was very bland. Pancakes were huge. Omelette also came with cinnamon bread which was over toasted.

Small building. Great flavor. A lot of choices for breakfast. The pancakes were perfect. The flavor, the texture, served hot. Perfect. Irish Benedict incredibly tender corn beef, eggs poached with care over toast covered in a delicate home made hollandaise sauce. Hash browns were tasty as well. Fruit bowl that my wife ordered instead of hash browns had fresh melons, hand cut pineapple, and sweat red grapes. The eggs were actually cooked to over easy not over killed like many places. The homemade raisin bread was toasted to perfection. The staff was incredibly friendly despite a busy Saturday morning. The most perfect breakfast experience we have had in years.

Great breakfast! Woke up early because there's usually a line if you get there past 8, and we were pleasantly surprised to catch them on a slow day, so it never got super packed. The server was great, awesome attitude, and nailed the service. This is one of the few places that serves real hash browns instead of home fries and I love them for it. The menu is pretty extensive, so there's something for pretty much everyone.

Let me start with this: Savory's rye bread, baked in house, in worth the trip by itself! The only aspect of the dining experience I enjoyed more than my egg white omelette was the service that Jayne provided. My coffee stayed hot and full, which is the sign of a truly attentive service staff. I can't wait to go back!

Lucia's On The Lake is an elegant and sophisticated dining establishment that offers a combination of Italian cuisine, seafood, and steaks. Situated in a upscale-casual setting with a rooftop patio offering scenic lake views, this restaurant provides a high-end experience for its patrons. While the food is delicious, it comes at a higher price point. Some dishes are more substantial than others, such as the excellent lobster linguini priced at $47.
My husband and I went for dinner for our 3rd wedding anniversary / our 10 years of being together. The food, the service, the everything was amazing!!! The restaurant dining area is a little tight, but it's so work the experience!!! We had a bottle of wine, the bang bang shrimp, the salmon, the tomahawk steak, and dessert!!! As a chef, I was absolutely blown away with how amazing the food was!!! Fresh, delicious, 10/10!!

My husband and I visited Lucia's for the first time to celebrate our 16th anniversary. Walking in the restaurant was bright and full of light from the windows. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and were seated immediately (we had a reservation). I ordered the lemon drop martini which was refreshing and easily the best lemon martini I've ever had. My husband, looking for a dry red wine, ordered a glass of the driest red, at the recommendation of the server, which he said was delicious. He ordered the Tomahawk steak which he loved and said was perfectly cooked. I got the blackened chicken risotto. This may have been one of my favorite dishes I've ordered in a restaurant - I'm still thinking about it a day later. I highly recommend Lucia's for great service and an amazing meal.

Lucia’s on the Lake in Hamburg, NY never disappoints. I had the 9 oz strip steak with scallops—perfectly cooked and full of flavor—while my wife enjoyed the filet, which was tender and expertly prepared. Our waiter, Jared, delivered exceptional service with professionalism and energy that elevated the entire experience. The atmosphere was electric, with a perfect blend of upscale charm and welcoming warmth. Every visit to Lucia’s reminds us why it’s one of our favorites. The food is consistently outstanding, the service is top-tier, and the views complete the experience. Highly recommend.

My wife and I went there for her birthday with another couple. Everyone's food was served perfectly. Lobster tails were great ( be nice if you could get only 1 tail ) filet steaks were cooked perfectly. Bang Bang shrimp was great. Banana pepper soup was delicious. Desserts were good. Drinks were reasonable priced. Having table in the middle of the restaurant wasn't the best for conversations. Not cheap to eat there, so consistently going there would be ideal for us. So for service and food quality that is definitely a 5 star.

My wife and I had one of the best dining experiences ever last night. We’ve been to Lucia’s previously and if you’re not aware, it’s best to make reservations well in advance when you want to go. Anticipating our 32nd wedding anniversary, we tried to make reservations weeks in advance but nothing was available on Open Table however the stars aligned yesterday afternoon! Thankfully, we selected the notify me option and a spot opened last night!! When we checked in, we were warmly greeted by Jill with Happy Anniversary”! We arrived early to enjoy a cocktail at the outside bar. My wife had a lemon martini followed by a French 75. I had an Eagle Rare Old Fashioned. All perfectly crafted by highly attentive bar tenders. When we went to our table, not only did the person who seated us but the busser & server all acknowledged it was our anniversary! For dinner, we had crab risotto and lobster ravioli, both topped with an 8 oz perfectly grilled filet. An abundance of crab and lobster meat on both dishes. Thomas, our server, was extremely articulate, highly knowledgeable of each dish, their preparation and made excellent suggestions. He made the evening a delight! Lastly, we had creme brûlée for dessert! I can’t say enough, Lucia’s is a first class dining experience, top to bottom!! Kudos to the entire staff!!

The hype is real. First time we went for our anniversary. Fancy vibes Great service. Great cocktails. Menu is great. Options for all. I almost went waygu bc I don’t do out to too many places that offer it. Guess I need to get out more. Anyways. Got the stuffed pepper with egg and a meatball. The peppers were great. Nice and hot too. The fried egg with runny yolk was a nice flavor enhancer. The bang bang shrimp were awesome. Ceaser salads were tasty. The main course. Lobster ravioli was dynamite. The tomahawk ribeye was great. Cooked exactly how I wanted it. This is a fantastic spot. Deserts… key lime pie was 💣 the limoncello ricotta cake also very good. Everything was delightful. Definitely will go back

Top notch service in an upscale restaurant with a nice lake view. Lucia's has homemade taste with generous portions and a great set of cocktails and cocktails to boot
