Simply a magical experience ✨ Visiting Niagara Falls on the New York side was truly unforgettable. The power of the water, the sound, the view everything is breathtaking. It’s one of those places that makes you feel small in front of nature yet completely at peace. 🌊💙 The park is very well maintained, with clean paths and amazing viewpoints to enjoy the falls from different angles. I recommend going early or at sunset to see the sunlight reflecting on the water it’s absolutely stunning! Definitely a destination everyone should visit at least once in their lifetime. ✨

This was mine and my brother's first time in Buffalo coming to Niagara Falls. When I say this place is beautiful, it is amazing here. We went during the day time so it was decently crowded but not like how I had expected it to be. The park is plenty big and I like that there were easy to read and navigate signs all over the place. It was super cool to see the divide between the US said and Canada. It was funny to see how there are certain spots that people can go to for great pictures and not go across the border. We did see guided tours along the walking paths, but we choose to do our own exploring. We got to see the ferries that takes people close up to the water. I highly recommend buying tickets well in advance because they were sold out online (not sure about in person). Overall a great trip very blessed to have the opportunity to come and see the falls. I wouldn't mind coming and staying for 1 night to see the falls with lights. Such a great time.

Lifetime experience.. you will definitely try to visit once in your life.. My experience is beyond the words not just a photogenic or falls is beautiful but also falls generate electricity. Maid of the mist and cave of the wind are two different experience you will get.just casual walk on the falls are also great. Night fireworks are the best. Not only try to capture in your camera 📸 but also capture all that experience in your eyes too👀 you will feel peace and you will most happy person at that moment...

🌿 My Visit to Niagara Falls State Park My visit to Niagara Falls State Park was an incredible experience filled with natural beauty, excitement, and unforgettable views. As America’s oldest state park, it beautifully combines nature, history, and adventure — offering the best vantage points to witness the world-famous Niagara Falls up close. Walking along the scenic trails and observation decks, I enjoyed breathtaking views of the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Horseshoe Falls. The sound of the roaring water and the refreshing mist in the air made the whole atmosphere magical. One of the highlights was the Maid of the Mist boat ride, which takes you right to the base of the falls — a thrilling, must-do experience. I also visited the Observation Tower, which provides panoramic views of both the U.S. and Canadian sides, especially beautiful during sunset. The park is clean, well-organized, and easy to explore, with clear signboards, picnic spots, and convenient shuttle services connecting major viewpoints like Goat Island, Cave of the Winds, and Luna Island. 📍 Tips for Visitors: • Arrive early to enjoy the falls with fewer crowds. • Wear comfortable shoes — there’s a lot of walking. • Don’t miss the evening illumination and fireworks over the falls. • Combine your visit with Cave of the Winds and Maid of the Mist for the full Niagara experience. Overall, Niagara Falls State Park is a natural wonder that truly lives up to its fame — powerful, peaceful, and unforgettable. 🌈💦✨

Amazing views! Beautiful, surreal and serene! Fall colors at its best display! Scenic trolley is so cheap just 5 $ and takes you to almost all the pimortant points! This place took my heart away! Information center at the entrance of the state park gives you all the details needed.

Beautifully kept park. Gorgeous sights. We hit it around lunchtime, so it seemed a bit crowded. The information desk personnel weren't very lively, nor energetic to help travelers. The dining desk served burnt pizza or generic sandwiches that were extremely expensive. It's recommended to eat (a lot) before you go. Hit this place up for the sights, not the amenities.
Ghee B — Google review
What a great time! We went in the end of October which is the off season so it wasnt crowded. Its was cold though. The US side isnt as interesting as the Canadian side... fyi. Very scenic. Clean. And there was a couple getting married right next to the Falls. So cute.
E M — Google review
Absolutely mind-blowing experience! Niagara Falls is truly breathtaking in person. We did the Maid of the Mist boat ride, which was thrilling and gave us such an up-close view of the falls. The Cave of the Winds was equally incredible – feeling the power of the water right next to you is unforgettable! We also enjoyed exploring the souvenir shops, which had some really cute finds to remember the trip. At night, the falls lit up in vibrant colors looked magical and made for the perfect ending to the day. A must-visit destination!

Maid of the Mist

Boat tour agency
The Maid of the Mist is a historic boat tour that has been operating since 1846, offering visitors a scenic and immersive experience at Niagara Falls. Passengers board a double-deck steamboat at the Observation Tower, where they are provided with souvenir rain ponchos before embarking on an unforgettable journey. The boat takes guests past the base of the American Falls and towards the basin of Horseshoe Falls, allowing them to get up close to the powerful cascades and massive rock formations.
The Maid of the Mist tour was the highlight of our Niagara Falls visit. My wife, our 6-year-old daughter, and I had been looking forward to it, and it lived up to the hype. The boat ride gets you as close as possible to the Falls, and the experience is hard to put into words—powerful, exciting, and unforgettable. Boarding was well organized, and even though the line was long, it moved quickly. Each passenger gets a poncho, which definitely helps, but you should expect to get wet—that’s part of the fun. We rode in the late afternoon, which turned out to be a great time. The light on the Falls was incredible, and the crowds felt manageable. Once the boat approaches Horseshoe Falls, the sound of the rushing water and the mist completely surrounding you make for an amazing, once-in-a-lifetime moment. Our daughter loved it and was laughing the whole time despite being soaked. The ride itself is only about 20 minutes, but it feels just right—not rushed, not too long. For the price, the experience is absolutely worth it. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, the Maid of the Mist is the one attraction you can’t miss.

What an amazing experience riding the Maid of the Mist! I was not sure what to expect but was absolutely loving it! Seeing the falls up close is really stunning. It will get a little crazy between the wind and water so prepare for it! Overall was a really fun and surreal experience! Would do again!
George F — Google review
This is a fairly quick ride to the falls and back (about 20 mins). When you are close to the falls in the boat, you really don’t get great views because there is so much spray and/or it’s like being in a cloud. It’s fun if you want to get wet. Stay at the front on the bottom on the way out to get the most wet. Go to the back at the top to get the best views when heading back. Honestly We enjoyed the views from the Canadian side and above on the America side much better than from the boat but it was fun. It’s efficiently run. These lithium powered electric boats are new. There are only a few seats on the boat, but it’s so quick you don’t really need them unless you can’t stand 20 mins. The boat is remarkably stable even though there is so much water turbulence from the falls. I never felt unsteady. They provide you nice quality disposable ponchos. It cost $30 per person . There are many companies who sell you tours that include this but you can buy a ticket for just the boat .

I must admit I was hesitant to go. That was a good amount of money for a short boat ride and to see the waterfalls from a different angle but my wife talked me into it. Must admit it was a great experience. One gets an appreciation of the falls and the amount of water falling continuously from above. The tour was handled efficiently and the crew obviously knew how to handle the crowds and were experienced in handling situations. The views were breathtaking and everyone well behaved for the most part. After the boat ride were went up on the observation deck for more photos and views.

Visited during the beginning of October (they don't operate year round so be sure to check the schedule). This is a must do experience if visiting the Niagara Falls state park. How else can you get so close to the majestic waterfalls? I mean there's also Cave of the Winds but that's a more intense experience. I decided to visit during late afternoon so there wasn't much of a crowd. They load the ships every 20 minutes or so as each trip takes about 20 minutes. Definitely wear waterproof clothing or clothing that easily dries if you can because from the knees down, it will get soaked and maybe the sleeves too. I put my phone into a waterproof bag to capture the ride and a good thing I did because otherwise it would've gotten drenched. Tickets can be pre-purchased online or day of. Check the hours before visiting as they change depending on the season. An elevator took me down to the bottom where I got my poncho and lined up to board the ship. Apparently these ponchos are thicker than the ones at Cave of the Winds (so the rumors say). I made sure to pull the hood on tight and secured it with the plastic strings and it definitely held up against the waterfall winds! I got a blue one when I visited but noticed the next day, they were handing out red ones (twinsies with the Canadian Hornblower). Top deck is the spot to be to get the best experience. The ship brings us by one of the falls that has a light mist blowing towards us with a gentle wind. Then as we got closer to Horseshoe Falls, boy could I feel the wind and mist blowing my poncho around. My sleeves, pants and shoes were drenched and the water was blowing so fast at me that I could barely see! It was actually so much fun to experience! How else can I get this close to the falls? Wearing sunglasses also helped to keep some of the water out of my eyes. The ship stayed there for quite a while before making a U turn to head back to land. It really felt like I was in the middle of a torrential downpour. Afterwards, take another elevator up to the observation deck to get another great view of the Niagara Falls. Honestly this was so much fun, I definitely want to try the Canadian version too next time! And maybe Cave of the Winds (on Goat Island).

This is a must do at a reasonable price. This up close experience of the falls touches all of your senses! I took my 6 & 8 year old boys. It was a highlight of a month long trip. Ferries run regularly, are not overcrowded even during peak season, and while some of it was closed, there is a trail to view the side of the falls. Also, we prefer the American side. The general view from Canada is better on land, but the trails on the U.S. side have you in a more natural park like setting, it’s less commercial.
Ashleigh — Google review
Literally one of the most fun experiences we’ve ever had. We lucked out and it was a beautiful 70° day in Niagara Falls. We decided to do the quintessential family trip on the maid of the mist and got our blue raincoats. Board of the ship and were blasted by 60,000 gallons of water per second. It is not an exaggeration. It felt like the wind of a hurricane. My kids and I were squealing with joy and soaking wet. They get you very close to the horseshoe Falls in a way that you cannot see from the shore. In fact, it’s hard to see because there’s so much missed and your vision is a little obscured. I totally suggest wearing sunglasses and crocs or some kind of rubber shoe. Our captain was awesome and did an amazing donut in the middle of the water. We actually thought we were turning back into the Falls one more time.
Avril M — Google review
Went here in July and had an absolute blast — easily the highlight of our Niagara Falls trip. The whole experience is thrilling from start to finish. Ferries run every 20 minutes, and while the lines can get long, they move quickly and are very well managed. Each passenger gets a poncho, but you’ll still get soaked, and that’s exactly where the fun lies! The boat gets as close as possible to the falls, and the sheer power, wind, and mist are incredible. It gets very windy out there, so hold on to your belongings. Loud, wet, and unforgettable. An absolute must-do at Niagara Falls.

The Niagara Falls Observation Tower is a must-visit destination for anyone looking to soak in the stunning beauty of this natural wonder. Perched conveniently near the Maid of the Mist elevator, it offers breathtaking panoramic views that are simply unmatched. From this vantage point, visitors can enjoy unobstructed sights of the iconic falls and watch as boats navigate through the rushing waters below. The observation deck extends over the gorge, providing an exhilarating perspective on both the American Falls and Horseshoe Falls.
The Niagara Falls Observation Tower is one of the best spots to take in the breathtaking views of the American Falls and the raging Niagara River. Extending out over the gorge, the tower gives you a panoramic perspective you simply can’t get from ground level. The elevator ride down also provides access to the base of the gorge and the boarding area for the iconic Maid of the Mist boat tours. It’s an incredible experience to feel the power and mist of the falls from above and below. A must-visit stop when exploring Niagara Falls State Park.

The Niagara Falls Observation Tower is one of the most spectacular viewpoints on the American side of Niagara Falls. Built right over the gorge, the tower extends dramatically out from the cliff, giving visitors an unforgettable view from high above the Niagara River and the American Falls. From the top deck, you get a sweeping panorama that includes not only the cascading falls below but also the Horseshoe Falls and the Canadian skyline across the river. The experience is truly breathtaking — you can feel the mist from the falls, hear the roaring water beneath, and capture stunning photographs from multiple angles. The tower also provides a clear view of the Maid of the Mist boats departing from the base, offering a unique perspective of their journey into the heart of the falls. Elevators take you smoothly down to the boarding area for the boat tour, making it a convenient starting point for a complete Niagara adventure. Early morning and sunset hours are especially magical, with soft light adding a golden hue to the falls and river. Overall, the Niagara Falls Observation Tower is a must-visit landmark for anyone coming to the falls — blending natural beauty, architectural brilliance, and unforgettable views of both the American and Canadian sides.

🌉 My Visit to Niagara Falls Observation Tower My visit to the Observation Tower at Niagara Falls State Park was absolutely spectacular. Standing tall over the Niagara Gorge, this tower offers one of the best panoramic views of all three waterfalls — the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and the distant Horseshoe Falls. From the top deck, I enjoyed an incredible view of the rushing water below, the mist rising into the air, and even the vibrant rainbows that often appear on sunny days. It’s the perfect spot for photography and for truly appreciating the scale and beauty of the falls. The elevator ride down to the base of the gorge leads to the Maid of the Mist boarding area, so it’s a great starting point for the full Niagara experience. The tower also gives you a unique perspective of the river and the surrounding landscape — calm yet powerful at the same time. 📍 Tips for Visitors: • Visit early morning or at sunset for the best light and fewer crowds. • Entry is free if you’re visiting via the park; small fee if visiting separately. • Bring a camera — the panoramic views are breathtaking! • Combine it with Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, and Goat Island for a full Niagara Falls day. Overall, the Niagara Falls Observation Tower is a must-visit viewpoint — peaceful, scenic, and offering unforgettable views of one of the world’s greatest natural wonders. 🌈💦✨

Fireworks lasted 5 minutes and started at 10pm, with a warning one fired off at 9:50pm I recently visited the Niagara Falls Observation Tower and had an incredible experience! The view from the tower is absolutely breathtaking, offering a panoramic perspective of the majestic falls. What made my visit even more special was watching the fireworks display from this vantage point. The colors reflecting off the cascading water created a magical scene. The fireworks were well-coordinated, vibrant, and added an enchanting touch to the already stunning scenery. Highly recommend visiting the Observation Tower, especially during the fireworks—it’s an unforgettable sight!

Visiting Niagara Falls was truly one of my lifelong dreams—and it was beyond, beyond amazing! We enjoyed every single moment, every single drop of water. The power and beauty of the falls left us speechless. We also explored the Cave of the Winds—what an adventure! Doing the “hurricane experience,” we stood right in the heart of the mist and felt the water crashing around us. The kids absolutely loved it—we laughed, played, and took so many beautiful pictures. And the Maid of the Mist boat ride? Pure magic. Being so close to the falls was an experience like no other. Words can’t fully capture how I felt in that moment—it’s something you have to live to truly understand. This trip created a memory I will carry in my heart forever. A magical, joyful, and unforgettable day.

Located within the state park, this is the best spot on the American side to get great views of the Falls. It's definitely worth the small admission price to view this natural wonder from this vantage point. The Maid of the Mist gift shop at the base of the tower takes both cash and plastic, however the gift shop in the state park visitor's center only accepts card payments.

The Rainbow International Bridge is a pedestrian-friendly bridge that provides stunning views of Niagara Falls, often adorned with rainbows. This iconic structure was completed in 1941 after the collapse of its predecessor, the Honeymoon Bridge. Renowned for its architectural beauty and outstanding vistas, the bridge earned its name from an engraving of a passage from the Book of Genesis referencing the bow in the cloud.
We crossed back into the US using the Rainbow Bridge. It was so easy and the views of the falls was amazing. Going through customs was simple and efficient. All you have to do is answer honestly, follow common-sense rules and show a valid passport. The merge afterwards was easy as well. We took my mother to Niagara Falls for her birthday and was thought it would be too complicated and that's why she never visited. Even she said it was easy and she thought it was cool and simple. I'd highly recommend going to the Ontario side. You get an excellent view of the bridge and the falls. On top of that, the people in Canada were so friendly that we would definitely want to come back. Next time we'll take the Rainbow Bridge in for the view of the falls and Ontario.

Walking across the Rainbow Bridge was such a cool experience. The view of both the American and Canadian Falls is honestly amazing and way better than I expected. Crossing was super easy, just $1 to walk over, and customs didn’t take long at all absolutely worth it. If you’re visiting Niagara, don’t skip this spot❤️
YASSER H — Google review
So cool to be able to walk across to Canada conveniently when we visited the Niagara falls state park in NY. There was no line on a Monday afternoon first week of October so it was very easy to just walk over and no custom checkpoint till you reach the Canada side. Be sure to stop at the Canada Us boundary sign in the middle of the bridge. View of the falls was beautiful from the bridge and across on the Canada side. On the return, you pay $1 toll fee either by cash or credit card at the Canada side, and then go through immigration at the US side. There was a short line of people queuing up in the early evening.
D ( — Google review
Crossed the bridge from the US to Canada. Park on the US side at parking lot #1 and make the easy walk across. Border Patrol isn't until you reach the Canadian side, so stop on the bridge and take a million pictures. $1 return fee to the US and it must be in quarters/bills. Now I can say I walked to another country, how neat.
Alex B — Google review
For one dollar, you can walk from the Canadian side across the bridge to the border in the middle. Be sure to have change for the ticket machine. The view is great. Definitely worth it. The way back is through the Canadian border control. So be sure to take your passport with you, otherwise you'll have serious problems.
Cee K — Google review
Although the views are breathtaking, the people working the bridge have no manners, our road and emotionless. The motor went out in the window of my driver's side, and when I opened the door to hand them my passport, they made me shut my car off and were very rude to me. They got VERY personal.
Theresa M — Google review
We parked on the Canadian side of the Falls and walked over to the U.S side thru Rainbow Bridge to get to Maid of the Mist. It was a short walk on the bridge and you’re able to see nice views and take some pictures. The day we went, during the week, the line to get to the U.S side wasn’t bad but on our return, we waited about 40 minutes to get back to Canada.its a nice experience having to walk the bridge to get to both sides of the falls.

Cave of the Winds is a must-see attraction near Prospect Point, offering an up-close and wet view of Bridal Veil Falls. Visitors are provided with ponchos and wooden walkways that take them within twenty feet of the thunderous falls on the hurricane deck. While it's guaranteed to get soaked, this experience provides some of the best close-up views of the falls in town.
I recently visited the Cave of the Winds at Niagara Falls on August 3, 2025, and it was an unforgettable experience! I would confidently give it a glowing five-star rating. My favorite part of the adventure was going under the falls. Feeling the power of the cascading water up close was both exhilarating and awe-inspiring. The biggest highlight for me was simply the water itself—its sheer force and beauty were truly mesmerizing. While the experience was fantastic, one suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the ponchos provided, as you still get quite wet despite wearing them. A more effective waterproof covering would make the adventure even more enjoyable for those who prefer to stay a bit drier. Overall, Cave of the Winds is a must-visit attraction that offers a thrilling, immersive encounter with one of nature's wonders. Highly recommended!
Tarushv K — Google review
The Cave of the Winds was one of the most unforgettable parts of our Niagara Falls trip! The experience of standing so close to the mighty falls is absolutely thrilling and unlike anything else. The sound of the rushing water, the cool mist, and the sheer power of the falls make it an adventure you’ll never forget. Be prepared to get soaked from head to toe but that’s all part of the fun! They provide ponchos and special sandals, which are really helpful for navigating the wet wooden walkways. The Hurricane Deck is the highlight, where you’re right under the falls and can actually feel the force of the water pounding down just a few feet away. It’s both exhilarating and refreshing, especially on a warm day. Since this is a very popular attraction, I’d recommend buying tickets in advance and arriving early in the day to avoid the heaviest crowds. On busy weekends and holidays, the lines can get long. Overall, Cave of the Winds is a must-do experience at Niagara Falls. It’s exciting, adventurous, and gives you a completely different perspective of the falls up close. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or even solo, this is an attraction you don’t want to miss!

The Cave of the Winds is absolutely amazing. Worth every penny for this experience. You will get wet. Very wet. Bring water shoes. It starts with a gallery with some history of the Cave and Goat Island. This is followed by a short movie which helps you understand more history of the industries in the past. Then the main event, down to the Decks. The elevators are smaller but it is worth it. You are literally in the flow of both water falls. Just increible. The Hurricane Deck the best part. Go in and get wet. It is safe and the water is super clean. Bicycle racks nearby. Paid parking in effect. Tram stops out front. Get tickets in packages to save money. The path below has been recently repaved and decks have been repaired (Oct 2025). Overall the decks are in very good shape. Free clean washrooms at the top. It can be very busy during the peak season. Do not climb over the barriers. You're a goner. No Free WiFi.

One of best experience in my life! We got very wet because we went all the way to the end. But it was worth it. When else can you experience this? If you go here, go under the waterfall! Gather your courage and go! If it's very windy, wait for the wind to change! Wear non-slip slippers and short clothes so you don't get too wet. It's a wonderful, wonderful experience.

💦 My Visit to Cave of the Winds – Niagara Falls My visit to the Cave of the Winds was one of the most thrilling and immersive experiences at Niagara Falls State Park. This attraction lets you feel the true power of the falls up close — not just see them from afar. After taking an elevator 175 feet down into the Niagara Gorge, I followed wooden walkways that led right to the base of the Bridal Veil Falls. The closer I got, the louder the roar of the water became, and soon I was completely surrounded by mist and spray. Standing on the Hurricane Deck, just a few meters from the cascading falls, was absolutely exhilarating — it felt like standing in the middle of a tropical storm! The park provides a poncho and special sandals, but be ready to get drenched — and love every second of it. The experience is well-organized, safe, and an absolute must-do for anyone visiting Niagara Falls. 📍 Tips for Visitors: • Go early morning for fewer crowds and great lighting. • Wear quick-drying clothes and keep valuables waterproof. • The Hurricane Deck offers the best photo and video moments — but be ready for a full soak! • Combine this with Maid of the Mist and Observation Tower for the complete Niagara adventure. Overall, Cave of the Winds is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that lets you feel Niagara’s raw power — thrilling, refreshing, and unforgettable! 🌊🌈✨

What a cool experience seeing the falls up close! Prepare to get very wet! Even more so than the Maid of the Mist ride! Take your time and be careful walking! Lots of opportunities for great pictures here!

100% a great experience. We loved it!!! We weren’t prepared for how wet we would get but it was worth it. A couple of tips. I brought some sandals in a back pack and that was so nice because my wives shoes got soaked. The poncho they give you is sufficient for keeping you dry unless you have long pants and shoes on. I had shorts on and the bottom half of my shorts got wet. We just paid right at the entrance. It was easy. They take you through a museum that tells you about the history of the falls and you watch a short movie then they take you down the elevator to the walk path. It really didn’t take to long to go through the line and be on the path. You will love it just go.

This is one of the most amazing places in the world! I love those spot! It was and continues being a great part of my love story. It is a magical site that I fully recommend to anyone! Just bear mind that it is definitely better to visit it during weekdays as it is way too crowded during the weekend, which means finding a parking spot may be challenging and the wait times for the attractions may be long and too hot if you visit during the summer!

American restaurant
When you find yourself in Niagara Falls, a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe is an absolute must! This vibrant eatery captures the essence of rock 'n' roll while serving up mouthwatering American classics like juicy burgers, nachos, and fajitas. Whether you're craving a turkey or vegetarian option, there's something for everyone. The atmosphere is electric and inviting—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning waterfalls nearby.
Our server was quick and gracious. Was very knowledgeable about every question asked. We purchased a souvenir glass, which states we were at Niagara Fall, NY. Food was to the point. Fajitas steak and Ribeye were a good option, definitely. Will suggest to friends and family if ever here. Great time, ambience, and music.

Wow! I've always heard stories about how cool this place is, but I've never been able to go. As a rock and roll fan, and a guy who loves food I must say I was as happy as a hog in slop. The food was damn good for the price, and given the location I expected it to be more. I loved all the decor, and even got pictures of myself and my family in front of the wall "hard rock Cafe Niagara Falls" its a cool experience and I hope to be able to visit some more across the nation. If you do get the nachos appetizer, you probably won't be hungry enough to finish your main entree, and the sweet basil strawberry lemonade was to die for

We waited for a few minutes to be seated, but once seated, our server Chelsey came over right away. She brought our water to us right away. Our drinks, Long Island Tea, were brought quickly and delicious! I ordered the grilled chicken/ Caesar salad and my husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. The food came quickly as well. And was delicious also ! Chelsey was very attentive , checked back often but not hovering. Would definitely recommend The Hard Rock!

Have been to Hard Rock Cafes all around the world. They are wonderful. The atmosphere is incredible. The memorialiliba is priceless and timeless. Food differs from location to location. Still has some of the best bargains for portions you can find. The desserts are always awesome too. Alcoholic drinks tend to be expensive. Free WiFi. Clean facility. Clean Washrooms. Friendly staff. Fast kitchen. No credit card surcharge. The Rock Shop is has a very unique guitar mounted to the ceiling. Once a countdown clock for New Year's Eve. This location can be very busy during peak season. Of course in true Hard Rock cafe style, there is live music on certain nights. Awesome stage. Awesome bar. Always a great place to see.

Came in for lunch. Food tasted great. Nachos were huge and very flavorful and fresh. Got the smash burger. Felt a little small for price but was a solid burger. Decor inside is awesome if a fan of rock and roll but typical to other hard rocks. The only con is the wait time. Expect 30+ mins for food to come out.

Had the opportunity to try them out over Labor Day weekend and our experience with Sarah the bartender is what brought us back three nights in a row! I highly recommend sitting at the bar and ordering from there, you won’t be disappointed!! Sarah was absolutely AMAZING and you can tell she loves her job! Not only was she very engaged with the customers, she even got us all to do the wave around the bar. We only ate there the first night, food was fantastic but we did stop every night after being in Canada for a couple of drinks before heading back to our hotel. Sarah even remembered my friend Jackie from being there in March! Hell I’d go back just for Sarah and her AMAZING EXPRESSO MARTINI’S she turned me onto!

A large group here while in town in business. We met at the bar for drinks first and had planed on eating, but our fault big group, no reservations, we really enjoyed our time at the bar. One bartender handling a crowded bar with no issues. He was very enthusiastic and still chat while keeping up his busy schedule. Didn't get yo take many pictures as I thought we would be there longer.

Restaurant
The Secret Garden Restaurant is a charming, family-owned eatery in Niagara Falls, Ontario. It offers a spacious outdoor patio with a view of the American Falls and welcomes dogs to join their owners at the tables. The menu features a wide selection of familiar American dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, including soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, steaks, and seafood.
We choose this restaurant because it's pet friendly. For our surprise, first thing they provided was water with ice to Bolinha. It was hot, so Bolinha really enjoyed. Also they have a menu for Pets. We choose chicken with carrots with it looked wonderful and Bolinha ate almost everything. For us, burgers well prepared, tasteful, delicious. The environment is very friendly and the service too. The view to the falls is wonderful. We really recommend.

The ambience is wonderful. The food is... affordable. I had a steak with egg... the steak was tasteless. I mean: it was not bad or good or spicy or something... it was just without any taste. Same on the ham by my wife's order. If you want to put some pepper or salt, you might need to check some tables for a working pepper Shaker. Bit after all the secret garden is a nice and affordable place for some food.

I visited the Secret Garden Gift Shop, not the restaurant. The gift shop is huge, has seperate washrooms for male & female customers. The restaurant is attached to it & has patio dining area in summer. The gift shop has various collection of souvenirs & gifts including gemstones, wind chimes, hanging decors, dream-catchers, ceramic artifacts, fridge magnets, keyrings, jewellery, hoodie, T-shirts, caps, dresses, garden decors, statues etc. The price of fridge magnets, wind chimes, medium size dream catchers are reasonable. The prices of clothes are kinda expensive. The store associates are very polite & attentive, good service. Nice atmosphere. I suggest everyone to visit the gift shop at least once.

The food was fine, nothing crazy. They did upcharge for a gluten free bun which isn't a huge issue but a lot of restaurants in the area don't, so it's something to keep in mind. Service was fine but he stood over our shoulders while paying so that was kind of awkward. View is great from the patio!

Great place. As Vegans and Vegetarians and some food allergies was such a pleasant surprise to the usual Clifton Hill mainstream eateries. Really loved the music, the view of Niagara and most important, secret quiet area. From the hustle and bustle of the area this is a nice place to rest up. Wonderful place will be returning. Went here for lunch while visiting the falls. The service was great and staff were friendly. The prices were a little high, but it had a good view of Niagara Falls. It was quiet and easy to talk to rest of party. They also had stunning floral gardens surrounding the restaurant that you can walk through and see the falls from. Totally recommend.

Steak house
Nestled on the 10th floor of the Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview, Prime Steakhouse offers a delightful blend of classic steakhouse fare and modern elegance. With its expansive windows providing stunning views of both the American and Horseshoe Falls, diners can enjoy an unforgettable experience while savoring premium steaks grilled to perfection. The restaurant is not just about great food; it also boasts an impressive selection of hand-crafted cocktails and wines that perfectly complement each meal.
This was likely the best steak I've ever had. I got the New York strip, and it was well-seasoned, well-cooked, juicy, and delicious. It was served with garlic on the side as an optional topping. My husband ordered the Wagyu and enjoyed it. We were also served bread and butter upon ordering (the photo is after we dug in). As for the sides, the mac n cheese was served hot, and it was good. The carrots, though, were one of my favorite sides of any restaurant. I highly recommend ordering them. The service was excellent. Our server was patient, friendly, helpful, and kind. I'd recommend stopping in here. Though we didn't have a reservation, we were seated quickly. I nearly forgot to mention - the restaurant offers views of the Falls.

Prime Steak Niagara Falls exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. The service was outstanding, especially thanks to Barbara, our server, who made our experience even more special with her kindness, professionalism, and excellent recommendations. The drinks were perfectly prepared, and the food was simply spectacular, with juicy and flavorful cuts of steak. I can’t forget to mention the bread they serve at the start – incredibly delicious, one of those little details you never forget. A perfect place to enjoy a high-quality dinner with excellent service and atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

I had breakfast today (October 30, 2025) at the Brock Hilton Hotel, and the service provided by Pamela was exceptional. She welcomed us with a warm smile, explained the buffet and à la carte options clearly, and stayed attentive from start to finish. What really stood out was her efficiency, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. Our drinks were always refilled, the table was kept tidy, and her recommendations were absolutely on point. She also asked about allergies and handled everything with total professionalism. Additionally, I really appreciated how considerate she was with my disability, always making sure I felt comfortable and had everything I needed. That kind of care truly makes a difference — she made my day. Service like this elevates the entire experience. Congratulations to the team, especially Pamela, for making breakfast such a pleasant moment!

We arrived 30 minutes before they opened to make a reservation and were told we would be seated immediately at 5. We arrived at that time and were asked to wait at a high table while our table was ready (all tables were ready). There we saw how the people arriving were seated at the tables with the best views. After 20 minutes, we got desperate and started taking pictures. This annoyed the lady at the front desk who asked us to wait if we wanted to be seated. They gave us the last table even though there were tables with better views available. That treatment was not very pleasant. Regarding the waiter, he never smiled when giving us service, only at the end when I gave him the 18% tip. Don’t ask for the lobster soup is just can tomato soup. The rest of the food was good.

Patrick was our absolutely amazing waiter, we came here for our fancy dinner of our honey moon, they made us feel so special. Located in Niagara Falls, NY, Flip Burger - Sweet Spot is a casual eatery offering creative burgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese, and milkshakes. The restaurant features a seasonal patio where guests can enjoy their meals. It's also dog-friendly with sidewalk tables available for patrons who want to bring their furry friends along. While table service isn't provided, customers can place their orders inside and have their food brought out to them when it's ready.
Saw the good comments and decided to try this place for lunch after doing the Maid of the Mist. It was very good! The burger was delicious. The fries were good. And we highly recommend an ice cream cone for dessert. Loved the multiple topping choices for the burger and found the service to be friendly and prompt. The location itself is a little dated and not super clean, but seating was good and they provide plenty of napkins.

It's close to the park, service is relatively quick. The burgers were average quality and a bit pricey even for the area. The ice creams and shakes are good. The fries portion is very generous. The smoothies are made from artificial concentrates.
Geoffroy L — Google review
The burgers were good. They were typical non chain burgers and hotdogs and you can customize them any way you like. The price was a bit ridiculous. I understand they are in a tourist area but $62 for 2 double, 1 single burgers, a cup of fries, and 3 20oz bottle drinks is too much. You can spend half that at Hardee's for the same thing. We spent less at the Anchor Bar.

Its crazy that such a busy area dont have quality food or good ratings restaurants . The burger was good but too pricey- even cheese is additional $9 just for the single burger without fries or soda

The Niagara SkyWheel is Canada's largest observation wheel, offering stunning panoramic views of the Horseshoe and American Falls, the Niagara River, and other landmarks. The glass-enclosed gondolas reach heights of 175 feet, providing a comfortable vantage point for visitors to enjoy the breathtaking scenery in any season. With heating and air conditioning in each gondola, guests can take in the beauty of Niagara Falls year-round.
This was one of my top two favorite attractions at Clifton Hills. I love that the skywheel takes you around more than once. You really do get to take in all of the views and the views of the fall most importantly. It was surprisingly pretty clean. I recommend it because it’s just another way to see the falls and all of the attractions.

This Ferris Wheel was awesome. My wife and I always love to go on these for the views. We were not disappointed. The views were incredible. Even though the Horseshoe Falls were at a distance, the view was still amazing. Fortunately for us, the sun was starting to get lower so everything was glowing. The views of Ontario were also gorgeous. Often, rides like this can be quite pricey, especially in popular tourist areas. This one was $15 Canadian which is about $10.50 in US dollars. For that price, we were expecting two loops. We got five. Every time we went around, we gave each other a high-five. Overall, we both highly recommend it.

Riding the Niagara SkyWheel was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. We went during the day, and I can't recommend it enough. Seeing the Horseshoe and American falls lit up in vibrant colors from 175 feet in the air was just breathtaking. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. The line moved quickly, the cabin was fully enclosed and climate-controlled, which was a nice touch, making it a cozy and peaceful ride despite the buzz of Clifton Hill below. The ride lasted about 10-12 minutes, giving us plenty of time (about 3-4 full rotations) to soak in the 360-degree views and take some incredible photos without any glare from the windows. It felt very safe and steady the entire time. If you're trying to decide when to go, definitely choose the afternoon or the sunset! The glittering lights of the city and the illuminated falls create a truly magical experience. It's well worth the ticket price for a perspective you just can't get anywhere else. Five stars all the way!

We decided to try out the sky-wheel on a whim on a recent visit to Niagara. It was a fun little experience, albeit somewhat expensive for a short ride. Neat to experience the Falls from above! Not for anyone who is afraid of heights though (it took me a little bit to feel comfortable at those heights, especially when it stopped!) :). Once everyone is loaded you go around a few times before they unload everyone again. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🎡 Niagara SkyWheel – A Must-Do Experience in Niagara Falls! 🌊🌆 The Niagara SkyWheel is hands down one of the best attractions in Niagara Falls 🙌. It’s not just a ride, it’s a full 360° viewing experience that lets you see the Falls 🌊, Clifton Hill 🎢, and the whole city from a completely different perspective 🏙️✨. The cabins are spacious, clean, and fully air-conditioned/heated ❄️🔥, so you can enjoy the ride comfortably no matter the season. Hygiene is well taken care of 🧼, and the ride feels very safe and secure ✅. As the wheel goes around, you get to enjoy breathtaking views 😍 — especially at night 🌃 when the Falls are lit up in different colors 🌈 and Clifton Hill is glowing with lights ✨. During the day, you can see miles across the horizon 🌤️, making it a totally different but equally beautiful experience. 💯 The customer service is excellent — the staff is polite, helpful, and makes sure everyone is comfortable and safe 👏😊. ✔️ Washrooms 🚻 are nearby and easy to access. ✔️ Tickets 🎟️ are reasonably priced considering the experience — totally worth it. ✔️ Parking 🅿️ is available close by (around $15), so convenience isn’t an issue. This is the perfect activity for couples ❤️, families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, or even solo travelers ✨. The slow rotation gives you enough time to relax, take photos 📸, and soak in the stunning views 🌟. If you've never been to Niagara Falls before, the Sky wheel is a good destination. You get great aerial views of the falls and all the surrounding attractions. Once you're on the wheel, things go smoothly but it can take quite a while to get on. It wasn't a particularly busy day in Niagara Falls when we went and it still took us about 30 mins to board. Niagara Speedway is a thrilling amusement ride that merges the excitement of go-karts with a roller coaster-style track, featuring spiral ramps and hairpin turns. Located in Clifton Hill, it's part of an array of attractions including the Niagara Skywheel and Hornblower Niagara Cruises. The Speedway offers a multi-level experience where visitors can test their driving skills on North America's largest elevated go-kart track.
Great experience and ride. Multi-level track with fast cars. Would like a longer time than 5 minutes per session but still a great track and right in the middle of clifton hills attractions.
Brian B — Google review
Niagara Speedway is definitely a fun and unique go-kart experience. The multi-level track with ramps and curves makes it much more exciting than a regular go-kart ride, and it’s especially enjoyable for families and groups of friends. The karts are in good condition and the overall atmosphere is energetic and entertaining. However, one downside is the long wait and crowd management. The place can get very busy, and unfortunately, line-cutting happens quite often, which makes the waiting experience frustrating. It would be great if staff could enforce the rules more strictly to keep the line fair for everyone. Overall, it’s worth trying at least once when visiting Niagara Falls—the track itself is fantastic and super fun, but just be prepared for long lines and some patience.

I stopped by late morning and there was no line at all so weekdays are definitely the best time to visit. The helmets were in good condition and being cleaned as soon as riders returned them. After a worker scanned my ticket at the turnstile, I was directed to hop into a cart. I had my backpack with me but was able to just buckle it into the side seat instead of using the lockers at the front. I started off slow as the first cart and the drivers behind must've been used to this track so they sped ahead of me. In hindsight it was actually a much better experience for me. I didn't see any drivers the entire time I was lapping the track and could go as fast and slow as I wanted to. The spiral had me turning the wheel to the left for a solid minute, I don't know if it was my cart but it was quite a bumpy drive. At first glance, the top of the hill was quite daunting but I released the gas pedal and let the momentum take me over the hills (I'd imagine you'd go much faster if you kept the gas pedal pressed). Then the track loops back around to the docking area and back up the spiral. The total ride time was about 5 minutes so I was able to get 3 laps in while driving at high speed. It'd be cool if they had options for longer ride times without having to pay the $15 admission again. The helmet was nicely cushioned and definitely do not take it off until you get out of the cart as the careless driver behind me crashed into the back of my cart as they pulled into the docking area. Restrooms were by the exit area. Definitely a super fun and must do experience in the Clifton Hill area!

Niagara Speedway – Go-Karts Gone Galactic in Clifton Hill This isn’t your average loop—it's a multi-level thrill ride where Mario Kart vibes meet rollercoaster chaos. Spiraling ramps, tight turns, and high-speed straights make for one wild circuit. 🔥 Gas-powered karts bring the rumble—none of that silent cruiser stuff. They growl, they roar, they deliver full-throttle nostalgia. 💲 Pricing: Driver: $14 + HST (58"–78") Passenger: $5 + HST (40"–60") Drivers with passengers must be 18+ or a legal guardian. 📏 Height Check: Scan signs or photos before queuing—measure twice, race once. ⏳ Wait Times: Evenings and weekends get busy. Hit it early or go midweek to avoid the crowds. 🪖 Gear Up: Helmets are required (and provided). Clean, comfy, and crew-approved. If you seek speed, sights, and a surge of adrenaline, Niagara Speedway is the high-octane adventure you’re looking for. 🏁✨

What stood out the most for me was the customer service 🤝💯. The Niagara Speedway is just across the street from our hotel. After a rain delay, we were able to have some fun here. First of all, the price is very reasonable especially for the tourist area. I did have some concerns over the helmets, but afterwards I saw they got a machine sanitizing every single one after each, so it makes me feel good.

Main points: it was cheaper than I expected and more fun than I expected. My workmates decided to go and asked if I wanted to join, glad I did. The cars are super fast, but fast enough that it is still a lot of fun. And there were more laps than I expected as well. Line moved fast and we didn't have to wait too long. I would recommend it was super fun. Thanks for the good time! And for the record, I beat my workmates.

Niagara City Cruises

4.8

Niagara City Cruises is a must-do experience in Niagara Falls, offering a thrilling adventure as you cruise through the mist at the base of the Horseshoe Falls. Often confused with Maid of the Mist, this popular attraction provides a relaxing yet exhilarating journey along the towering walls of the Niagara Escarpment.
I had an unforgettable experience with Niagara City Cruises! The moment we boarded the boat, everything was well-organized and smooth. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone was safe and ready to enjoy the ride. The boat ride itself was absolutely thrilling. Getting up close to the Horseshoe Falls was simply breathtaking. You can feel the power of the falls—the roar, the mist, the energy—it’s something you have to experience in person to fully understand. Be prepared to get soaked, but that’s part of the fun! They provide ponchos, which help a lot, but I still got pretty wet (and loved every second of it). The views from the boat are incredible, and it’s a perfect way to see both the American and Canadian sides of the falls. Whether you’re traveling solo, as a couple, or with family, this is a must-do activity when visiting Niagara Falls. Highly recommended. It’s not just a boat ride—it’s a memory you’ll keep forever.
Liam L — Google review
An amazing and unique experience provided by Niagara City Cruises. The best part is that the entire system of taking the cruise is extremely simple and straightforward. Parking close by is extremely overpriced at $24 per hour, however private parking near Skylon Tower is at $8 for an entire day and it’s only an 8 minute walk to this place but includes stairs through a forest. The tickets can be purchased online or at the ticket center exactly at this location. At this location you can either purchase at the ticket counter or through automated self serve machines which are super fast and have no queues. Would recommend buying tickets at the spot as the advance tickets are non refundable and neither you can reschedule without paying an additional amount and changes can only be made 48 hours in advance. Once you purchase the ticket, you walk towards the boat boarding point. Initially it’s a ramp that leads to an elevator. The staff queue up the guests and put them in elevators that bring the visitors down to the water level from where the boats are to be boarded. The boats leave every 30 minutes and are not timed specifically. Whenever you arrive at the loading point, you will be boarded on a boat. The boats leave every ride is exactly 20 minutes. The boat passes next to the rainbow fall, but the most amazing part is when it goes super close to the horse shoe falls. The ticket includes a plastic poncho that somewhat tries to protect from the mist, but it’s truly like you are caught in strong rain. That moment is majestic and not to be missed if you are there. Amazing staff from the beginning till the end, they are very respectful and polite.

An unforgettable experience! Niagara City Cruises was absolutely incredible — seeing the falls up close is something I’ll never forget. The views were breathtaking, and you really feel the power of the water when you get near the Horseshoe Falls. The ponchos kept us mostly dry (though getting a little wet is part of the fun!). The staff was friendly, organized, and made everything run smoothly. A must-do if you’re visiting Niagara Falls!
Arelys P — Google review
We went on the Niagara City Cruise while visiting the Falls, and it was such an incredible experience from start to finish. The process was very organized — after getting our tickets, we walked down the ramp and took the elevators that lead to the boarding area, which already gives you some beautiful views of the river and the Falls. Everything was clearly marked, and the staff were friendly and helpful along the way. Before boarding, they hand out ponchos (which you’ll definitely need!), and once on the boat, the excitement builds up as you get closer to the Falls. The moment you reach the base is just breathtaking — the power of the water, the mist, and the sound all around you make it unforgettable. You’ll get soaked but it’s totally worth it. After the ride, getting back up is just as smooth, with plenty of signs guiding you to the elevators and exit area. Overall, the whole experience was super well organized, fun, and something everyone should try at least once when in Niagara Falls.

If you’re wondering whether it’s worth it — yes, it’s absolutely worth it! This attraction was an unforgettable experience. You get up close and personal with Niagara Falls, feeling the incredible rush and power of the water. A few helpful tips: you will get wet, so wear water-friendly clothing. They provide a poncho for you, but expect some splashes. Take a moment to just enjoy and take in the majesty of the Falls — it’s truly an incredible experience. Overall, this unforgettable attraction is a must-do and definitely one to check off your bucket list. Worth every dollar!

An absolute must do experience. Get to the falls and get up close to the horseshoe falls, poncho packed fun that is worth every penny! Make sure your phone/camera is waterproof :)
Peter T — Google review
I had this beautiful experience twice and both were the unforgettable moments. You get very close to Horseshoe Falls (the Canadian Falls), feeling the mist, hearing the roar, seeing the water up close. You get drenched in water although they give fain coats but it's super fun and kids can have a great time too with this experience
Glory G — Google review
Such an awesome experience! The Niagara Falls cruise was totally worth it — getting that close to the falls was insane (and yes, you will get soaked, even with the poncho 😅). The view was unreal, and the sound of the water was just wow. Staff were super friendly and everything was well organized. Definitely a must-do when you’re in Niagara!

Bird Kingdom is a must-visit venue in Niagara Falls, offering an unforgettable experience with its diverse collection of birds and reptiles. It boasts the title of the largest free-flying indoor aviary globally, providing a unique opportunity to witness over 400 birds from 80 different species in a multi-level rainforest habitat. This award-winning attraction allows visitors to observe beautiful tropical birds, many of which are endangered in the wild, flying freely within their enclosure.
Bird Kingdom is an absolute must-visit in Niagara Falls! The place is stunning — it feels like stepping straight into a tropical paradise. The highlight of my visit was getting to hold a beautiful parrot and having bright red birds land right in my hands. It was such a magical, unforgettable moment. The variety of birds is incredible, and you can get so close to them in ways you can’t anywhere else. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they truly care about the animals. Everything was well-kept and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or on your own, Bird Kingdom is an experience that leaves you smiling long after you leave. Highly recommend!

We spent less than an hour here and it was walkable from our hotel so a huge bonus. There are several floors consisting of a variety of museum-type displays, small bird aviaries and select other creatures. The stunner was the actual main aviary itself; saw so much beautiful birds. Favourite was the blue jay, what a spectacle! Buy tickets online in advance to save a few bucks.

This was fun for the whole gang, adults and our children. We had a great time and would definitely come visit again next time we are in the area. Tip for families, leave your jackets in the car because the temperature is set to mimic the birds natural habitats, so it gets hot. If you're wondering whether you should pay extra for the bird feeding experience, yes, you definitely should. So worth it.
Sumbal A — Google review
The Bird Kingdom was such a beautiful experience. We saw birds we didn't even know existed. Nature is fascinating and those birds were so colorful and beautiful. The way they have decorated this aviary was stunning too! Seeing those birds flying around freely was fun and the staff is taking good care of them. I have to say though that if you want to take an option with your entry ticket such as feeding the birds or taking a picture with a bird, the price will be a bit expensive. It cost me around 80$ for my girlfriend and I with the photo with a bird option. But at the end of the day, this is for a good cause. It was worth every penny ! Animal lovers, if you're in Niagara Falls, you need to visit the Bird Kingdom. PS: The parking ain't free.

Out of my weeklong stay at Niagra Falls, this was one of the best stops in my travel. This place offered an up-close encounter with hundreds of birds, some that I've never even heard of. It was wonderful to see the majority of them outside of cages, and each bird was treated with such love and respect that is so inspiring to see. Each worker there knew the birds by name, and you could easily tell they cared deeply for them all. The building itself was 4 story tall aviary with multiple rooms, and massive enclosure with a waterfall. You can easily spend two or more hours here before you even know it. Some sections had other animals including turtles, sugar gliders, and a skunk! I have no clue why others would leave any bad reviews. The place was clean and beautifully maintained, and perfect for families and children. There are restrooms, a gift shop, and a parking lot right at the front entrance. You can pay additional for feedings and pictures, but even with the basic entrance the birds can be found flying all around you. Out of every zoo or bird sanctuary I've ever visited, this was the closest I've ever been to the animals. If we ever come back to this area, this would be my first stop!!

Had a blast of a time at the Bird Kingdom. Was a last minute add on while we were on our trip. Bought tickets online and was fast and easy. From the start to the end, it was fun seeing the history and all the animals (not just birds at the Bird Kingdom). Got passes for the kids to feed the birds and they loved it. Also did the scavenger hunt and the kids had fun looking for all the answers and clues. Definitely would recommend going and explore.

Visited this place in October. The place appears close by from Oakes Garden Theater park but it is a 5 min walk from the major intersection. But it was fun walking under the bridge and seeing the border up close. There is a Presto discount you can get in person and it cost us around 18$ per person. At first we were expecting disappointment as the place was a little cramped and felt claustrophobic. But the shows kept coming. There are three levels, you climb up the levels and watch the exhibits and then you enter the final aviary which was all three floors combined. There were lots, I mean lots of birds and you can experience them close by. If you are a bird photographer, this is your Disneyland! We really enjoyed this place and felt it was a well worth of the money and time. It does feel hot and humid inside (for the birds) so you might get used to the sweating. Have to talk about the bathrooms of the first level, it was like a time travel back to 1950s and using the bathroom. Wonderfully maintained that I had to take a picture of it. Also another gotcha, there are many birds hovering above your heads, so what you think may happen and did happen. Just be cautious what’s above your head :) Would definitely recommend this place for older seniors as there is not much walking or waiting involved. But since the place is tiny, I would not recommend in summer when the crowds are high. May be in winter time or less seasoned weekday would do. Took us about 2 hours to leisurely see this place. Definitely recommend this place.

Haven’t been here since I was a kid and had a great time! There’s so many different birds to see and you’re able to get quite close to many of them which is cool. I took all of my photos using my phone camera. They also have other animals like snakes, bats, turtles, frogs etc. Parking on site is $5/hour. We stayed for about an hour in total. Went through the little museum at the beginning pretty quickly.

Pizza restaurant
Boston Pizza, a popular restaurant chain with numerous locations including one in Niagara Falls, offers a unique dining experience. Situated on Clifton Hill, it provides a perfect setting for enjoying deliciously crafted pizzas along with an array of drinks. In addition to their specialty pizzas, the menu also features options like Thai chicken, salads, and sandwiches. The establishment boasts a lively atmosphere where patrons can enjoy video games or catch an NFL game while savoring their meals.
**Great Spot Near the Falls!** Stopped in at Boston Pizza in Niagara Falls and had a great experience. I ordered the Maple Bacon Burger – it was really good, full of flavor and cooked just right. My wife got the Fiesta Salad and enjoyed it a lot too. The service was fast and very polite, which made the visit even better. The place was clean, with plenty of TVs to catch the game and some fun arcades to keep things lively. Definitely a solid choice for a casual meal in the area!

That Mediterranean Pizza was something else! The in-house sauce was so tasty it should be bottled and sold on its own. Every bite had the perfect balance of cheesy, tangy, and fresh flavors. And the server? Honestly the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. Loved it!

We stopped by Boston Pizza at Clifton Hill during the week, and even though it wasn’t the weekend, the place was still pretty busy — a good sign that it’s popular with both tourists and locals. The restaurant has that classic, lively Boston Pizza vibe with lots of energy and a nice view of the Clifton Hill buzz outside. The service was a bit slow at first, likely because of how packed it was, but our server was friendly and checked on us once things settled down. We ordered a chicken pizza and a Philly steak sandwich. The pizza honestly stole the show — it came out hot, loaded with toppings, and perfectly cheesy with a crispy crust. You could tell it was freshly made. The Philly steak was good too, tender and flavorful, but the pizza was definitely the highlight. Overall, it was a nice experience — good food, fun atmosphere, and a great spot to relax after walking around the Falls and Clifton Hill. I’d definitely go back for the pizza!

1st David A. Needs a raise. Incredible service. We ordered the Triple Appetizer, a small pizza, kids spaghetti and meatball and fettuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo came out with an ingredient we didn't want and it really wasn't a big deal to us. We told them qith all seriousness, it wasn't a big deal and don't worry about it, but within 3 minutes they brought out another order 100% correct. Everything was great. I love Canadian beer and the Molson hit the spot. David was very personable and told us about going to school in Missouri because we mentioned we were from Memphis tn because we think Canadian "sweet tea" tasted funny. We from the South! 😆 anyway. Everything was incredible.

We visited Niagara Falls for the weekend and decided to stop in for dinner on Friday night—and I’m so glad we did! Even though the place was packed, the service was impressively quick and our food arrived faster than expected. The lively atmosphere made it a great spot to relax and enjoy a night out, and it’s perfect for groups of any size. The menu has something for everyone—salads, burgers, pizza, and more—so no one will leave hungry. Our favorite? The spinach dip appetizer. Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive—it’s a must-try if you’re in town!

Have been eating at various BPs before but this one today was a disappointment. The food ordered was served cold, and when pointed out, the manager came to take it away and came back 2-3 mins later claiming it’s fresh now, and it was like microwaved.. still cold. Fries were soft and cold, fish was hot from outside but cold from inside. Disappointed in the visit today, and probably not going there again. All it takes is one bad experience. No courtesy shown for serving cold food, just a sorry about that. Pasta was decent, hence the 2 stars.

Boston Pizza was really good! I especially loved the Seven Cheese Ravioli—so rich, creamy. The highlight of the meal was definitely the warm brownie with ice cream—absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the night. Great food, friendly service, and a nice casual vibe. I’ll definitely be back!

Came to the hill on the hottest day of the year and popped into Boston Pizza. Was floored by the service, and the food was really good too. Antica Pizzeria & Ristorante is a long-standing establishment in Niagara Falls, offering a warm interior and patio for guests to enjoy wood-fired pizzas and pasta dishes. The Mascia Family has created a welcoming atmosphere where visitors are treated like family while savoring unique wood-oven pizzas. Unlike typical tourist traps, Antica stands out with its delicious thin-crust pizzas baked to perfection in a wood-fired oven.
This is definitely the best meal I've had here. The pizza, baked on the spot, was incredibly delicious, and I made sure to ask about the cheese on top—I'll be buying it again at the supermarket. The fried calamari rings were also fantastic, perfectly crispy. The macaroni was served piping hot. Every dish was delicious, and the service was excellent.

Yesterday we discovered an incredible Italian pizzeria with wood-fired pizza — and honestly, it was the first time in Canada that I had pizza this delicious. Absolutely unbelievable! Every bite was pure perfection, full of flavor and made with love. 🍕🇮🇹 The atmosphere inside is so cozy and welcoming, with music that fits the Italian vibe perfectly. They also have pasta, authentic Italian dishes, and even fresh draft beer. It felt like a little piece of Italy right here. I want to give a huge thank you to our server, Mackenze. We had quite a few requests, but she handled everything with a big smile and so much understanding. Her kindness made our evening even more enjoyable. 💖 If you’re looking for a place with real Italian soul, amazing food, and warm hospitality — I highly recommend visiting this pizzeria. It’s truly a gem! 🌟

My girlfriend and I tried this restaurant during our little roadtrip to Niagara Falls and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant was clean, the employees were kind, helpful, polite and smiling. The pizza was good and my girlfriend loved the rigatoni she ordered too. The prices were okay maybe a tiiiiny bit pricey but we had a good experience overall. Good place to visit if you want Italian cuisine.

I think I should've gotten a pizza but I was worried that I wouldn't be able to finish it all by myself. It actually seemed pretty doable like a personal pie size. Instead I went for the rigatoni alla vodka dish. It came with a few small pieces of prosciutto ham, chopped red onions and rigatoni pasta in a creamy rosé sauce. It was pretty good and fueled me up for the rest of my sightseeing plans. Waitress also came by a few times to ask how everything was. Paying for the check was convenient as she brought the payment machine to the table. It seems like their pizzas are one of the must try dishes as they have a pizza oven in the front too. It's also in a super convenient location, right across the street from all the fun Clifton Hill attractions/shops.

Delicious food and warm atmosphere We had a wonderful experience at Antica Italian Restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, authentic flavours, and beautifully presented. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the pizza had that classic Italian taste you hope for. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy yet lively, and perfect for a relaxed meal. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great Italian food and excellent service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

You can’t say pizza without mentioning Antoca Pizzeria and Ristorante in Ontario! My wife and I had the Meat Lovers pizza and OMG, it was so good. Antica Pizzeria & Ristorante in Niagara Falls, Ontario, delivers on its promise of authentic Italian tradition, making it a must-visit whether you're a local or a tourist. With an unbeatable location and a decades-long commitment to quality, Antica is a truly established gem. Atmosphere & Ambiance: Stepping into Antica is like being welcomed into a warm, classic Italian home. The ambiance is charming, featuring beautiful exposed brickwork throughout the space—even on the impressive arched ceiling (as seen in the photos). The walls are decorated with evocative Italian posters and artwork, including a striking black and white photo with the "Birra Peroni" sign. The restaurant also features a magnificent stone oven where you can see the chefs (like the one in the photo) preparing the incredible pizzas. It’s a comfortable and intimate setting that avoids the overly-touristy feel of the area. Location: You can't beat the spot! Antica is perfectly situated directly across from the entrance to Clifton Hill, making it an easy and convenient stop before or after exploring the main attractions. Food & Drink: The food at Antica is a testament to fresh ingredients and traditional preparation. * The Pizza - As noted, the pizza is truly amazing. The photo of the Margherita pizza shows a beautifully baked crust and the freshest ingredients—mozzarella, tomato sauce, and fragrant basil. The anchovies were a standout with the drizzle of oil oil and fresh herbs! * The Salad - an incredibly fresh and vibrant Apple Beet and Goat Cheese Salad or Arugula Pear Salad featuring fresh greens, sliced apples, and almonds. Enough to share. * Drink Selection - The beverage choices are excellent, including both local and world-renowned options. Including authentic Italian beer, specifically Peroni Nastro Azzurro. Overall Value: Given the high quality of the ingredients and the authenticity of the experience, the pricing is very reasonable. Service & History: The impeccable service stands out, and it's clearly a reflection of the restaurant's deep-rooted history. Antica has been family-owned for 35 years. The founders—a mother and father who immigrated from Italy—raised four sons who continue to run the business and uphold its traditions. You can even see the parents helping with preparation in the mornings, a clear sign of the care and pride that goes into every dish. Antica Pizzeria & Ristorante is an excellent choice for anyone seeking an authentic, high-quality Italian meal in Niagara Falls.

American restaurant
This American restaurant has a tropical landscape with waterfalls, saltwater fish, and primitive furniture. There is also a live shark tank and creatures of the forest that can be seen by the patrons. The menu features familiar favorites such as burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, pastas and seafood along with international dishes. Kids will love seeing their favorite rainforest characters come to life.
Really nice location. The place is bigger than what it seems from outside. The location is great where all the family activities are across from the falls. Food is what one would expect from any other Rainforest Cafe. I haven’t been in one in a while since our local location in the US closed years ago, however I found the food quality to be slightly better here. Staff as always is very friendly. Our server, Maria was very attentive and nice to talk to.

The rainforest theme is incredibly well done – from lush greenery and playful animal statues to large aquariums that mesmerize little ones. The kids’ menu is full of options, with several options on a kids pictorial menu. As for the food, it’s… okay. Portions are decent, but the quality is average – nothing to rave about. The cocktails were good though. Staff were friendly and helpful, and overall the experience was smooth and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a cool, interactive spot to entertain kids, this place hits the mark – just don’t expect gourmet meals.

Fun place to eat (especially if you have kids) that we haven’t been to for years (after the one in Disneyland close down). We ate here as a nostalgic reminder of days past. LOL! Zac was a fantastic server. Super attentive. The portions are very generous. But too much food for dinner, so we will have to return again just to have the volcano ice cream sundae!

Visited Rainforest Cafe last week, and it’s definitely a must-visit spot in Niagara—especially for families with kids! I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, as the walk-in wait times can be quite long. The restaurant is spacious and filled with games, which kept the kids entertained for a good amount of time. We ordered pasta and cheese pizza from the kids' menu—everything was fresh and delicious. On the downside, the service was slower than expected. Our server came to the table 20 minutes after we were seated, and it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. That said, the activity books provided at the table were a thoughtful touch and a great way to keep the kids busy while waiting. Looking forward to visiting again!

This place was amazing I hadn’t been since I was a child and I was so excited to go back as an adult and try some drinks and bigger portion meals. And wow was I impressed I have an allergy to lemon and someone from the kitchen came out to make sure what I was ordering was okay and the bartender came over to tell me I can’t have the drink made as described but he could make it with different ingredients for me. It was an amazing experience no resturant has ever gone above and beyond like that for me! Our server Dawn was amazing so attentive and friendly! 🥲

Hershey's Chocolate World is a must-visit for chocolate lovers, offering a 650 square-foot confectionary heaven where you can indulge in all things Hershey's. From the iconic Hershey Chocolate Bar entrance to the Hershey Kisses statue and roaming mascots, there are plenty of photo opportunities. You can also enjoy free samples while exploring the store. Additionally, nearby attractions like Clifton Hill and the Hornblower Cruise offer more entertainment options for a full day trip.
I loved visiting this place cause I was able to find different Hershey products that I don’t even find in regular grocery stores. It was also nice seeing different themed products like mugs and even board games of hersheys chocolates and candies. They also have a food bar with different treats like fudge, milkshakes and hot chocolate.

This place is jam packed with loads of Hershey chocolate and candy options, along with merchandise. They have a cute photo area and also have an area with store made cupcakes, cookies, cookie sandwiches, fudge, and the glorious milk shakes. The biggest down side to this place is the price, be prepared to overspend. The staff were also less than friendly and acted as though we were inconveniencing them by asking for bake good items from the case.
Dan — Google review
While the store itself was visually appealing, my visit left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to the cost and the service. First Impressions & Atmosphere: The store was neat and impeccably clean, with all the classic Hershey products and branded merchandise neatly displayed. Service: More Functional Than Friendly: Unfortunately, the service was undeniably mediocre at best. The staff were efficient enough in handling transactions, but there was a distinct lack of warmth or genuine engagement. The Sweet Redemption: Food & Drinks (But at a Cost): Where the store truly shone was in its edible offerings. We tried the cheesecake and a milkshake, and both were absolutely delicious. The cheesecake was rich, creamy, and everything you'd hope for from a decadent dessert. The milkshake was perfectly blended, thick, and bursting with flavor – a genuine treat. However, this deliciousness came with a significant caveat: both items were expensive. While the quality was undeniable, the price point for these individual treats felt steep, pushing the experience into the "overpriced" category that the store's general merchandise already hinted at. Conclusion: This Hershey store is a visually pleasing establishment with some genuinely tasty (and indulgent) food items. If you're looking for a quick, delicious dessert and don't mind paying a premium for it, or if you simply want to browse a very clean and well-stocked Hershey-themed shop, it's worth a stop.

This place is a must-visit if you have a sweet tooth! Walking through the giant Hershey's bar entrance is a really fun way to start the experience. Inside, it's a sensory overload in the best way possible—the smell of chocolate is amazing. They have an incredible selection of candy, including some hard-to-find items and gigantic versions of your favorites, like the 5-pound chocolate bar. The fresh-made treats are the real highlight, though. We got a milkshake and it was thick, creamy, and absolutely delicious. The chocolate-covered strawberries also looked incredible. It's definitely a fun spot to explore and pick up some unique gifts or souvenirs. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that it's quite expensive, which is expected for a tourist spot on Falls Avenue, but still something to be aware of. It also gets very crowded, so be prepared for that. Overall, a super fun and tasty stop while you're in Niagara!

So much to choose from. As well as having a variety of different products in all different sizes, they also have some good merchandise to buy. Only downside would be a lot of stuff is on the pricey side, but I would still make it a stop if you are in Niagara Falls!

If your in the mood for something sweet and delicious, this is a place you don’t want to miss, their Hershey milkshakes are so delicious. They also have different ice cream flavors to choose from & lots of yummy chocolate treats. Definitely a spot to visit.

A good tourist spot to check out and see all the different types of candy and items they have. Pretty overpriced but fun to look around!
