Le Moule in 1 day

If you only have 1 day to spend in Le Moule, we’ve narrowed down the top places you should check out to get the best experience of your time here.
Le Moule offers a mix of Atlantic-facing beaches, strong surf, and a more local, small-town feel than Guadeloupe’s busier resorts. Visitors can explore traces of the island’s past at archaeological sites and colonial-era buildings, then tour nearby rum distilleries such as Damoiseau. The long sandy stretch at Plage de l’Autre Bord and nearby coastal walks make it appealing for swimmers, walkers, and families. Markets, small eateries, and seaside snack bars showcase Guadeloupean Creole food and everyday island life.
With favorites like A2L-Parapente Guadeloupe, Marin Chicken, and Le Spot, we’ll make sure you don’t miss out on all the must sees. We even included some of our favorite food spots around the area, like Marin Chicken and KREOL BAR so you can get the best taste of Le Moule while you’re here. To see our full list of food recommendations, check out our best restaurants post. If you're traveling on a budget, you can check out our cheap eats post.

A2L-Parapente Guadeloupe offers an exhilarating experience for the entire family. With their skilled and impressive pilots, they provide unforgettable paragliding flights. The warm welcome and valuable advice from the team enhance the overall experience. Unfortunately, due to certain circumstances, an appointment couldn't be made, but a pleasant conversation was still had over the phone. This adventure sports center is highly recommended for those seeking a thrilling and memorable time.
What an amazing and exceptional experience! Sam is super professional and passionate. He makes you feel comfortable and gives you the best flight you can imagine. The location is breathtaking! You get emails and sms before so everything is clear and well arranged. We both want to do this again! Thank you Sam for this great experience! Greets, Els and Larsen

Sam is amazing! He is very responsive, speaks French and English. He took my daughter and I on the most amazing paragliding trips (hers a little more exhilarating and mine a more tame version of exhilaration). I would have given Sam 10 stars if I could!

Went here for a wedding. The small chapel is very characteristic but the organizer didn't stage the gazebo well enough for the weather. It was raining and we had to walk in the mud to access the toilets. Chairs were all wet. The dancing floor and lounge space was very small. Couldn't really visit the ruins of the windmill.

(Translated by Google) Disappointed with the Sunday service. A menu at 35e for adults and 18e for children, there should have been a minimum of drinks included in the menu (apart from the aperitif). The aperitif quantified under high surveillance in plastic cups no! The minimalist starter in an identical container either! We are at the Maison du crabe not at the beach. Apart from the bottle of water placed on the table when we arrived, there is no offer of a glass of wine or juice to accompany the meal, everything else is chargeable, be careful I am not saying to give things away! but it is about offering a menu price consistent with the service and the presentation of the whole! So to accompany your meal at 35e you have to add the coconut water bottle at 5e or the very low-end wine bottle at 25e!... no! It adds up quickly for one person with children and of course no tea or coffee in the menu, coffee is 3e (if you have taken the menu!). There are things to review on the Sunday menu and especially the events are to be dissociated.... it's a shame because even the taste of the dishes did not explode in the mouth, meat and crabs not spicy it was bland where was the seasoning known from the tastings of the week?! incomprehensible moreover some dishes were not finished. Congratulations to one of the waitresses who was smiling and efficient as well as to the gentleman who ran the bar area...

The museum is small but extremely interesting and FREE, and they have information in English. The location however is horrible. It's in the middle of nowhere with no bus stop, so you need to take a private car or taxi to get here. It should either be in town or in the archaeological park.

Used to be regulars, but it was closed for renovation and covid. This is the first time we went back and we were so happy to find out that it’s the same owner and the food is the same as before. Very good! The restaurant is huge now, but still the beautiful view. This is a French restaurant so if you’re looking for local cuisine, there are lots of other restaurants, but we come here because we know it’s always going to be both unique and delicious. The sauces that come with the fish and especially with the accras really make each dish special. Try the cafe gourmand for dessert!

(Translated by Google) A pleasant lunch in a superb marine setting thanks to the ocean view. You feel enveloped by the sea and the sky; this is a must-see if you're in this part of the island. Friendly staff, good food, and a beautiful memory that will make you want to return next time.

We were the first guests in the restaurant. When the next guests arrived, for some reason we were asked to change our table so that the ladies could sit where they wished. Ten minutes later, the same situation happened again when more guests came. The worst waiter service I have ever experienced. We ordered two drinks, two coffees, and two colas. The lady, probably the manager, had the waitress come to our table three times within an hour, rushing us to place more orders. We felt that if we didn’t order anything else, they would soon ask us to leave. They totally don’t understand what hospitality means. The food was poor. Half of the menu was unavailable. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Prices are overpriced.

(Translated by Google) 🌟 An unforgettable gourmet experience! We had lunch this afternoon at this magnificent restaurant, and everything was absolutely perfect. I chose the ouassou, a true delight: expertly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and with authentic flavors. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and friendly, driven by a friendly and attentive team. All this was enhanced by a breathtaking sea view and a pleasant, well-kept setting, perfect for recharging your batteries over a delicious meal. A big thank you to the entire team for this wonderful experience. I will definitely be back! 👏🍽️🌊

Everyone was so attentive, the welcome was so warm, they even took the time to decorate with us – it was lovely. From the appetizer to the dessert, it was absolutely delicious. The setting was truly beautiful, overlooking the sea – it was breathtaking. Special mention goes to the manager and the entire team, from the kitchen staff to the waiters and waitresses – everyone was exceptionally kind. We all left feeling so happy. And that really deserves recognition, so THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS DAY SO MEMORABLE. We'll be back again and again!

(Translated by Google) After a disappointing first experience in 2023, I went back on a whim, and it was a truly pleasant experience—a quick lunch between noon and 2 pm. The staff were attentive! The food was good and plentiful! And of course, the view is a real bonus!
