Paseo Jerusalem is a charming destination that evokes nostalgia for many who have visited, especially those with fond memories from their past. This picturesque walkway is perfect for leisurely strolls with friends or family, showcasing vibrant murals and statues that depict scenes from the life of Jesus. The atmosphere is peaceful during the day, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We had a great time on our visit to Tumbes. It's a short walk where you can see images from the life of Jesus as well as a large image of him. It's a peaceful place. (Translated by Google) We arrived for lunch, they told us that there were almost all the dishes on the menu... what they did not indicate is that it would take more than 1 hour to serve the food. We were 6 people and 3 of them ordered grilled chicken, and it arrived with cold rice, the fries were so greasy that they were inedible, we had to eat separately and the experience was very very negative.... It's a shame, being a place owned by a Spanish countryman, to have come.... the expectation was great, the disappointment even greater..... I hope this comment helps them correct the flaws... which are many... Restaurante El Caracolito De Mar is a delightful spot that caters to tourists with its reasonably priced menu. Diners can expect generous portions of fresh, flavorful dishes that are sure to satisfy your appetite. While enjoying your meal, you’ll be treated to stunning views that enhance the dining experience. Just be prepared for some pesky flies trying to join in on the feast!

They cheated me. I ordered Ceviche de Mero and they served me a different type of fish. It was terrible. I didn’t eat it and they still made me pay for it. They take advantage of tourist. Details: Mero is a very good ceviche but this was tasteless and chewy. I googled Mero and showed the server what it looks like and she admitted that her Mero looked different. She did nothing about it. Took my money. More details: the price is 40 soles but she told me it’s very small and I should pay her 50 soles. This doesn’t even show on the menu.

Priced for tourism. $$$ Large helpings. Fresh. Hard to keep battling the flies from your food.
Richard K — Google review
We went here because we were following a guided tour routine. The only nice thing from this one was that the ceviche was pretty spicy as we are accustomed to, and the chifles were crunchy (the oil had a little odd flavor) and edible. The seafood sautéed rice (Arroz con Mariscos) was a little too mushy for my liking but the flavor was okay, I guess. The restrooms were a big NO-NO. Need to cleanse them more frequently. ASAP. It has nothing else to do there. We got "stranded" there for an hour. Any place gets boring when you don't have anything to do but loitering.
