Parque de Agua Termal - Termas Cacheuta is a stunning hot springs complex nestled amidst picturesque mountains in Mendoza. The facility boasts multiple pools, including some for adults only, as well as water slides and a water park during the summer months. Visitors can enjoy barbecue facilities and covered picnic areas, making it an ideal spot for families to spend the day. The natural hot springs offer varying temperatures, providing a relaxing experience for all guests.
Good place to relax. You can eat outside and return. As well, bring your food and drink to enjoy in a garden area on park.

Visited Parque de Agua in November. Booked via the official website. Entry for 2 people including a transfer from the centre of Mendoza. Here is my honest opinion. Transfer: Very easy, took a little over an hour to arrive at the park. Guides spoke Spanish, English and Portuguese. Location: The park is in a beautiful setting at the foot of the mountains. Venue: It was very busy; a lot of people in every pool. Lots of children. Not dirty but certainly not clean. We didn’t eat there because it was too busy. Lockers and robes are available but TAKE CASH. We managed to pay on card but we had to negotiate with one of the staff there to be able to pay for a locker on card. No sun loungers so don’t expect to be able to chill by the pool. Experience : It was ok. Go for 2 or 3 hours max. We left around lunchtime. It wasn’t the relaxing experience we hoped for. Worth a visit as it is a relatively cheap day but it was too busy for us. Wouldn’t go back.

We were here in August, it was pretty cold outside. The temperature of the baths inside was okay, but outside was pretty cold. Plus, there were too many people. There is no place to lock your stuff, so you always have to keep a look at your bags to make sure it's not stolen. They need to install lockers at the very least.

It certainly is true that the place is stunning, however we did not have a nice experience. The thermal pools were completely cluttered: there wasn’t a pool in which I could bath and not be touching someone. Apart from that, the whole place was overcrowded. The bathrooms, extra pools, etc. I think that the even worst part of this experience was that the thermal pools were not even hot. They were simply like any other normal pool.
Ema D — Google review
The rooms were booked way in advance which meant either going to the water park or not going at all. Be warned that people get there before the opening time and start getting in line. By 10am the place is quite full. You may rent a bathrobe in case you don't have a towel. The interesting part was purchasing meat cuts and barbecuing it outdoors.

Fantastic place with natural hot springs, in the mountains. Many pools of different temperatures, with some for adults only. Water slides and water park features available in the summer months (October to April). Barbecue facilities on site (of course, this is Argentina!), covered picnic area. Really great place to spend the day with the family.

Might be my bad luck , review is based on personal experience on the day.. whilst the setting is lovely, visit wasn't one to remember. There were so many groups of children with no control in how many people are allowed at the time it was impossible to enjoy. Every pool was full of kids, even what supposed to be an adult pool with staff nowhere to be seen to enforce this. I'd recommend management to think of some more staff at busy times to give a bit more comfort and safety to the visitors.
Jurgita V — Google review
Kids loved it. Great and beautiful location. We took Uber from Central Mendoza for $20 & the bus back at closing. You can bring all your own food & drinks and cook on outdoor grills. Great big lockers for backpacks. Highly recommend.

Termas de cacheuta

Located just 29 kilometers from Mendoza, the Termas de Cacheuta is a popular spa integrated with Potrerillos and Uspallata. It is part of the High Mountain Circuit, offering stunning views along the Mendoza River. The hot springs feature multiple pools and levels, although it can get quite busy with various restaurants vying for visitors' attention. Despite this, the atmosphere remains warm and respectful. It's advisable to purchase tickets in advance if planning to visit the spa side.
We spent a lovely day at this thermal spa. The value for money was quite good when booking directly with the company. Included in the day package was transfers from our hotel to the site, access to the various hot springs and pools, saunas, mud therapy, and a buffet lunch. The views were spectacular and the thermal pools were warm and relaxing. The humid sauna was HOT - we could only start a couple of minutes before returning to the pools. The buffet lunch was pretty good. There were lots of options but many of the items were cold when we got them (~20 minutes after the lunch opened). The desserts were the real stars, including apples soaked in Malbec and apples in a cognac sauce. You pay extra for the beverages, but these were very reasonably priced (2200 for a soda). Bring lots of sunscreen and re-apply often - the sun is powerful here and many people got burned.

Really enjoyed our time here, we were pleasantly surprised at how scenic the spa is nestled amongst the mountains. Each pool had different temperatures ranging from extremely hot to ice cold. Changing rooms are simple but clean. Bring your own soap if you want a shower. Bring your own towels if you don’t want to pay for a robe. Lockers are 4000 pesos but you get 2000 back on returning the key. Bring water / food there are benches where you can have your own lunch and it is very peaceful. Nearby shops / restaurants are expensive. We got the bus from Mendoza terminal to cachueta, bought our tickets from the Andesmar ticket counter on the same day. Just make sure you book a return ticket as you cannot pay cash on the bus. We also did not purchase spa tickets in advance we also did this on arrival in cash and it was no issue.

We really enjoyed our day here! We booked the day pass and it was amazing to relax here. We went on July on a Tuesday but some locals told us that if you go on a long weekend or a holiday it gets too full and not enjoyable. Not out experience at all but just something important to consider.

Beautiful and well maintained. Family friendly but also a great place to spend the day with friends. They have lockers that are 3000 pesos and the bathrooms are large with changing rooms. We had a great time going to different temperature pools. They even have an adults only pool.

Great day trip from Mendoza. Take the Andesmar bus here, as a budget & straightforward route which takes an hour from the city. The hot springs were well managed by friendly staff and full of friendly locals. It’s cheaper to visit during the week than on weekends.

Great Spa! Many pools, the steam room cave was exceptional. Make sure you get the brunch!
Michael S — Google review
Besides the pools you must sneak into the natural creek and dip your feet on the cold water! So soothing and relaxing, nothing beats that feeling!
LM L — Google review
A great place to hang out with family and friends! I visited here on the weekend and I highly recommend getting there as they open to beat the crowd. The hotter thermos are located near the top. You are able to rent lockers and robes, and bring your own food inside. There is a restaurant on site that sells sandwiches and drinks, nothing crazy. There are vendors/shops near by if you forgot anything. Staff are located throughout the premises for safety and help.

If you're looking for a delightful dining experience near the Cacheuta Thermal Baths, K-Cheutina is a must-visit. This charming spot offers an inviting heated terrace where you can enjoy stunning views while savoring their famous parilla, perfect for sharing. The grill options are plentiful and include succulent steak, chicken, ribs, morcilla, and chorizo—all served with delicious Creole sauce, fresh salad, and crispy potatoes.
(Translated by Google) A very familiar place, with delicious food and at affordable prices. We ordered roast, which came with potatoes, salad and delicious homemade bread. In addition, it included four starters of meat empanadas and, for dessert, the option to choose between tiramisu, chocotorta or flan. And they played typical Argentine music, and also a man played guitar and sang us typical Argentine songs. I liked that, since in many places they play music that adds nothing to Argentine culture 🇦🇷 Excellent attention from Claudio.

(Translated by Google) We were there on Sunday 6/15/25 Father's Day, we went to visit the Cacheuta hot springs, and within the property there is a lot of food options. Thanks to THE GENIUS OF ANTONELLA, we decided on this place. Simple, familiar, with a beautiful view, and we ordered a barbecue for two, super complete, with salad and French fries, courtesy of the house, two glasses of wine and two empanadas, that has a cost of $ 41,500, it seemed like a good price and includes dessert, the drink is separate, if you want to have something else besides the two glasses of wine, the waitress was Andrea, very friendly, and the grillers CHARLY and LUCAS, the masters of the grill (Original) Estuvimos el domingo 15/6/25 día del padre, fuimos a visitar las termas de cacheuta,y dentro del predio hay mucha oferta para comer.. nosotros gracias a LA GENIA DE ANTONELLA,no decidimos por este lugar.. sencillo, familiar, con una hermosa vista,y pedimos parrillada para dos,súper completa, con ensalada más papas fritas, cortesía de la casa dos copas de vino.y dos empanadas eso tiene un costo de $41.500,me pareció buen precio e incluye postre,la bebida es aparte,si uno quiere tomar otra cosa además de las dos copas de vino,la moza fué ANDREA muy amable,y los parrilleros CHARLY y LUCAS,los capos de la parrilla

(Translated by Google) DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE TO EAT!! Let alone order cannelloni. Today we went for lunch. At the entrance to the hot springs, a woman told us that the daily menu was $15,900, which included a starter and dessert. And all they do is sweeten your ears with the price and the variety. I ordered VEGETABLE CANNELLONI, and not only were they not made with vegetables (chard or spinach), they were made with sautéed and BURNT vegetables (carrot, eggplant, onion). And THE WORST THING is that it had FRENCH FRIES in the cannelloni filling (I'm attaching photos)!!!!!! As soon as they brought the dish, it already looked and smelled regrettably unpleasant. I chose MIXED sauce (which is supposed to be half white sauce and half red sauce), and it came mixed together, aka pink sauce. Not only that, but the sauce was very bad and inedible, completely dry. Dessert? Literally tiny, 2 tablespoons and you'd finish it. The 1.5L water, $6,000, seemed EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE to us. DO NOT COME!!!!! You'll save yourself from eating spoiled food that's probably contaminated, because hygiene in that place is non-existent, the smells and cleanliness are appalling. And it doesn't end there, they charge you a 10% TIP, and when you go to pay, they tell you the price with the tip included!!! We clearly explained the situation to the person at the register and why we weren't going to leave a tip (that we shouldn't have even paid for that plate of cannelloni). Because the way it looks in the photo is how I had to leave it (and they charged us anyway). I couldn't eat it. After the first bite, I had to stop eating. Unfortunately, it was a very bad experience. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone again.

(Translated by Google) The place has a very rustic theme throughout. The service was somewhat indistinct; they weren't the most courteous, but they didn't treat us badly either. We ordered goat (which was very tasty) and we ordered a Milanese steak, which didn't have the best texture; it wasn't that tasty.

(Translated by Google) We chose this place thanks to Anto, who was very friendly and informative. You eat on a heated terrace with a beautiful view. The barbecue for two is delicious, affordable, and complete, with Creole sauce, potatoes, and a fresh salad. The vegetables are delicious! Empanadas are included as a starter, along with a drink and dessert. (Translated by Google) The truth is that it took them an hour and a half to bring us our order, the meat was very hard and chewy, we asked for an extra glass and they brought it to us 1 hour 45 minutes later. Homemade bread is the only thing that saves. (Translated by Google) We met Anto at the park entrance. She was amazing. She told us about the entire menu, and we decided to go to the grill for lunch! And how good! The grill for three, with potatoes, salad, and vegetables, was excellent! And it came with dessert; we chose an exquisite flan! The drinks were 1.5 liters, and the beer was good. The best part is that you can swap any cut of meat for another if you want. Plus, we had a musician with us for lunch, which we loved! Go! You won't regret it! Vayan! Y no se arrepentirann
