It was extremely pricey and you're really paying for the beautiful view, beach club & pool access. Room was nice, on the small side but the view of the sea is really special. We had an incredible dinner at Cala Luna which was a highlight meal of our trip. Utilizing the beach club beds and service was also one of our favorite things to do! On the negative side - out of all the hotels we stayed in the service here was the least friendly. The front desk argued with us on our checkout time saying that the time on our confirmation email now needed to be an hour earlier which we obviously didn't abide by because it's not what was promised. We also let them know it was our honeymoon and this was the only hotel that didn't offer a bottle of champagne or anything special and overall gave us the least special service which for the price was surprising. Another thing to note is that taxis into town are $20-30 euro each way which was high for a 10 minute trip. For the price I would've assumed a shuttle would be included. Overall would stay here again but not for the peak pricing we paid.

It was informative, personal, fun and ultimately and most importantly - delicious! The booking process was seamless. We messaged Giovanna at 10.30am and she had booked us on to a private tasting for 11.30am that same morning. Brilliant value for money and time well spent. We had a wonderful couple of hours, never felt rushed or a nuisance and felt welcomed by the whole of Sant Ambrogio. We will be keeping Giovanna up to date with all our future olive oil experiences until she tells us not to. 😅 Highly recommend.

We were very unorganised and only contacted Giovanna the night before, hoping to arrange a tour for a large group of people.
