There were no drawers to put your things away at all, so we had to have suitcases on the floor during the entire stay. At one point I needed to use the ironing board and I had to sit on the bed to iron as there was no room to stand. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels, so the only option was the floor. The shower door didn't close properly, so there was water everywhere. On top of that, during the shower, water temperature changed from cold to hot randomly, which made it for a very unpleasant shower. I've heard other guests complain about this issue as well. I didn't like that at all. So supper at restaurant. The decor is 80s college dining hall. One server...only 3 tables eating...and she was great and busy setting up for breakfast buffet. Food was OK but way overpriced for what you get. Not 4 star. I've stayed at several NH hotels on my 2 month trip. The service and rooms are very varied yet all are touted as 4 star.
