The brand has no credibility whatsoever. My husband bought a sherwani for our wedding and gave it for re-fit before receiving the whole outfit. After few days, when my husband (then fiance) went to try it, the sherwani had red color smudged all over it. The staff owned it and commented that it must be tailors’ mistake. They then offered to make a new sherwani from the scratch. We confirmed with them whether this may happen again or not on which their manager said, “This is not a cheap product and we don’t compromise on the quality of the product.” They assured us that the quality is good and it was just a one off case. Come wedding day, my partner wore the sherwani for 30-60 minutes and noticed sherwani started losing red color. All this happened on the wedding day. It’s been more than 4 days since we started following up with their AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad store and they still haven’t been able to sort out our complaint. AS Rao Nagar Store’s manager (Mr Ahmed) asked us to follow up with Mr Wahb (designation not known but some senior manager). On calling Mr Wahb, it seems like he is totally an unreasonable man with no sense of ownership and ethics. He is harassing us for no reason and even disconnected our call repeatedly. Earlier their staff owned that there must be something wrong with their product and now they are cooking a new story that it could be because of flowers loosing colors. How in the world can same thing happen to two different pieces of same design? It is only possible if the product used products of poor quality. They are totally insensitive towards their customers, lack of ownership and credibility, cheap quality products. Moreover we learned from their staff that this is not the only time they have got such complaints. Please do not ever buy from Jahanpanah! They are the worst in the market.
