We both got the tasting menu and WHEW it was a LOT of food (maybe they could have knocked off some courses). Very delicious, but we definitely had to roll ourselves out the door. The service was immaculate–smooth, calm, and swift. Everyone was kind and personable. We actually were compensated for the whole menu and wine pairing because they had to move our reservation. It’s crazy amazing how they kept their promise even if in the end they didn’t actually end up rescheduling us. Now THAT is good service. I’m so impressed. We were the only 2 people that night because everyone else had rescheduled and even then they operated the restaurant like any other day without lessening anything from the experience. This place shows how much value can be created from dedication to their client, their staff, and to the craft of gastronomy.

Sublime Second, I learned from the locals that they finish their meals with a special camomile tea that has a shot of Aniseed liquor in it.
