Make sure if you’re going on the weekend, go early, otherwise enjoy some conversation in line with friends — go relaxed. Trust me, the wait is worth it. Then take a stroll around town. Bacon, Arugula, Goat Cheese Quiche of the day: We loved how you could taste the bacon, goat cheese, arugula and none of the flavors over powered one another. I do wish the crust was baked a little less.
Figgy bacon grilled cheese which tasted AMAZING with a side of Pancakes which were extremely fresh and the syrup wasn’t overly sweet complimented them very well.
The classic with a runny egg and bacon which was just that, a classic breakfast sandwich! With a side of Red potato’s which were seasoned to perfection !
The Cafe Au Lait with the Honey Cinnamon syrup half sweet was delicious 😋
Got a sticky bun to go, spent about $50 just because we wanted to try different things! Everything is reasonably priced and very filling.

All around great experience! Had a delicious breakfast on the terrace…a naturally lit enclosed space, while a gentle rain fell. It was so nice! Toward the end of our meal, the rain had subsided and suddenly the enclosure panels were electronically receding like quiet garage doors, allowing a light breeze. The food and drinks were creative and flavorful. Our family tried the cinnamon roll, chocolate croissant, orange roll, almond/blueberry baked oatmeal, omelette, cappuccino, iced latte, and hot chocolate. All yum. The staff was so personable and efficient. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and sturdy table with a timeless design. The wood finish looks premium and feels durable — perfect for dining or as an accent table. The coffee was delicious and made the experience even better! However, the fruits weren’t perfectly fresh, which was a little disappointing. Overall, a lovely setup and great atmosphere. Met a friend for lunch here and didn’t even know this place existed. They’ve been around since 2013! It’s a beautiful little building with lovely decor and a modern small town feel. Lunch was good :) but this Caramel Apple Latte is THE BEST! Also the chocolate chip cookie 🍪 (forgot to take a pic because it was so delicious) was THE BEST- the perfect amount of salty and sweet. What a treat! Oh yeah- and the gluten free vanilla cupcake- was amazing!! Definitely worth a visit!

Truly spectacular! Quite possible the only “Chip and Joe” style cafe I’ve been to that has actually delivered on a quality atmosphere AND menu! Visited here with my daughter, son in law, grands and mother this past weekend. Nice little gift shop and was greeted by the receptionist who was super friendly. The collection was very cool and was surprised by the memorabilia of uniforms and other collections over the many many years. Aircraft were great as well. Very cool seeing some aircraft I haven’t seen in person yet. The two hangers are full and many displays throughout. Heard they may be adding more in the near future and can’t wait to get back to see what is added to it.

Been wanting to visit this place…Checked out the website to see what they had going on. Everything looked good. Drove 30 minutes to find out they’re closed for a private event.
Turns out they posted an instagram reel an hour before they “opened” saying they’d be closed. So that’s not great.

Small breweries always succeed at providing a cool, inviting atmosphere to hang out. They aren't usually as successful in brewing good beers. Four Saints is the exception! These folks know how to make good beer, real good, on top of the amazing atmosphere. From the Omie blonde to the Flowers & Fog IPA, they knock it out of the park. The bartenders are passionate about their trade and their product, and the cherry on top was an amazing food truck just outside the door. Highly recommend.

We tried 8 beers that we selected personally in 2 custom flights between 2 of us. All of the beers were great quality. Not all are going to be to everyone's taste, but there is something for everyone. All of their beers seem to be just a bit better than the standard for that type of beer. So many great ones to choose from. There's also trivia nights, and live music frequently. A wonderfully lively place where you can strike up great conversation with someone next to you, or your knowledgeable and friendly bartender. Prices are great too!!! Like really great!!! Especially for such awesome beer. Fun place. Will be returning soon!

You'll need to spend a week here to see it all! Thankfully, I'm a local. I love this place. I bring all my out-of-town guests here. They always find something amazing and can't wait to come back. Plan to spend a few hours here, so that means, don't show up just before closing time. It's practically a mall, this huge shop is chock full of just about every sort of antique you can picture whether it's truly old or just a bit closer to modern. As a couple, my husband and I love browsing through antique stores and thrift stores. The day we visited Asheboro to explore some of the stores he had heard about through a coworker, we intended to roam the streets and visit every place that piqued our interest. As it turned out, the sheer size of the Collector's Antique Mall found us wandering through the aisles for almost 4 hours. So many treasures to be found! Third time eating here and loved every single visit. The staff are friendly and efficient. Don always comes to say hello. In the past we've done the chicken and dumplings which are delicious and as is the fried chicken and every side we've tried. This visit we did the spring salad with grilled chicken. So the overall experience was wonderful. I had heard about this little place from my friend Nita Bobo. First of all it's downtown the restored Asheboro, which really makes it a wonderful place to come on a nice evening which it is tonight.
I'm on a diet right now so that was not a whole lot I could order and stay on my diet but I found a "slap your mama fish dog" with two mahi-mahi breaded fillets on it with a nice homemade pico de gallo and herby dressing. It was really good and light like I needed it to be ...

This is not a gourmet restaurant but for a nice, clean - downtown enjoyable casual atmosphere - I highly recommend this place. I will be back.
One of the hardest things I have had to do was to eat just a bite or two of that blueberry swirl cheesecake. Which was heaven sent. But my diet wouldn't let me eat much of it. So my wife will be happy when I bring it to her.
They really needs to be a rating something like a 4.6. But since there's not - I definitely want to leave a positive recommendation for this place so therefore they get the five.
I guess they took an old-timey garage Bay and turned it into a restaurant with quaint designs building off the original business theme including the roll-up bay door and sports t-shirts..

With the fish and chip entree, the fish was just ok; the chips were not seasoned well and pretty flimsy. I would not recommend even trying the nachos. I see many good reviews but did not have an experience that would warrant that. Drinks were good enough for it not to be a completely wasted trip.

This place was recommended by a friend who had previously eaten here. We arrived as a party of 6 and were promptly seated. Our server quickly came to take our drink and food orders. There were plenty of complimentary chips and salsa to enjoy while we waited for our orders.
The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. There were remnants of Valentine's Day decor. Our food was served promptly. Everything tasted hot and fresh. The portion sizes are generous and the prices are very reasonable. I would definitely return again!

My friend and I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. Right from the start, the waiter handed us menus that had fresh pen ink all over them. As soon as we grabbed them, the ink stained our nails and even ruined my friend’s brand-new sweater. Overall good experience. The food is typical of what you’d expect from classic Americanized Mexican, they are very liberal with the cheese in a good way. The cocktails were great and reasonably priced with a large assortment of tequilas as well as variety of your normal liquors. The atmosphere is intimate and fun with lots of color. Best tacos I have ever had. I got the mahi mahi, shrimp, and Hawaiian chicken tacos. All of them were loaded and delicious. The cooks are definitely top notch and got our food out quickly. The servers are great too. It seems like they really enjoy their job. I did not get the name of our server but she was great. They were super busy but she brought my wife and I 2 drinks right away so we would be covered in case she got super busy. She was also attentive and quick. The bartender also made sure everything was good with our food.

A fun, challenging, and scenic golf experience. I never played the course prior to the renovations when it was more affordable, but the price seemed fair given the extraordinary layout even if the conditions and upkeep weren’t on par with what I might expect if I paid the same to play a more “typical” course. Conditions were good, but certainly not pristine. I walked, which was a heck of schlep in the heat, but it is doable if that’s your thing. Staff were welcoming and friendly and thanked me for coming out. All in all an awesome day on the course!

Let this be known that I’m not a review type, nor have I ever posted a review. However, after playing Tot Hill 1 week ago, I was inclined to post my first review, ever.
This was my 3rd time playing Tot Hill, and the first two were post renovation, if that’s what you want to call it. This course used to be a gem and for a decent price. I understand they “renovated” this course over the years, but this is 95% the same course I played years ago. At that time, this course was ~$80, today, $170.
I don’t have an issue with the price, but at $170 I do have standards I would expect to be met. The course was in great shape, EXCEPT for the greens. My guess is 12 out of the 18 holes are in rough shape, and for $170, it not acceptable. It would’ve been nice for the course to acknowledge this and provide a discount for the poor condition. On top of that, there was no regulation of the pace of play. We were fortunate to have the front nine open and we played in under 2 hours, however the back nine was at a pace of 3:15 minutes which is unacceptable.
The layout is fun and unique. If you’ve never played, it’s a unique course to check off the list. However, if you’re like me and have played here in the past, it would skip this for the time being until they can get their greens under control.

Had a group of 16 out today and it was a fun day. Starters and shop were very accommodating and course was in good shape. Greens however were furry and not fun to putt on due to that fact. With that said, $170 is too high for this track when you can play courses like #2 for slightly more or even Pine Needles, Mid Pines, etc for less. I would call this an Instagram course to knock off once to say you have, but it’s still a bit behind Tobacco Road or Caledonia as Strantz is concerned.

Played at Tot's Farm 25OCT25 with 9 of my buddies. All of us were flabbergasted at how beautiful this course is. Three of us played Pebble and other courses in Monterey this past April. Two of us stated that Tot's was better (as well as Tobacco Road) than Pebble/Spyglass/Spanish Bay. The other one is just stubborn. I felt like this course was designed as an art gallery that had golf as a side attraction. I can't tell you how many times I looked at a tee shot and said, "What the hell am I going to do here?". I loved every second of it. Greens, fairways, waste areas, bunkers, and tee boxes were in pristine shape. I have not one thing to say bad about this course. Not one. Staff were friendly and the hot dog at the turn was really good as well (not better than spicy dog at Tobacco). I highly recommend this course. I can't decide between it and Tobacco. But thankfully, I live close enough where I can take a weekend and play both. Which I plan to do. This course was just amazing. Wish I took more pictures.

Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I've never seen greens this pure, easily the best I've ever seen. This has always been one of our favorite courses among the Stranz layouts, but under the previous ownership the conditions were bad and getting worse. After major tree removals and a complete renovation, this course has been brought back to it's original grandeur. And the new/renovated clubhouse is the finishing touch. The staff is very courteous and workers seem to be on every hole keeping up the course. This is truly a hidden gem and worth the drive if you're staying in Pinehurst.

Tot Hill Magic. Im a Strantz fan and this place lived up to the hype for me. Great conditions, correct green speed, kudos to grounds crew. Had my first eagle 2 on my 40th birthday on the 17th hole from 94 yards out. Played the following day and groups around us were banging hole in ones. A crew from FSU holed out on 15 while we were on 13 tee, hearing and seeing them celebrate gave me chills. Then 30min later as I walked up to 16 green a dude with his girlfriend has his first hole in one on 13. It was surreal experiencing that kind of magic. The 8th green ate my lunch over the 2 days. Have to go back for redemption. Keep it up Tot Hill!

We spent the afternoon on this exhilarating experience soaring through the Ziplines in the lush forest... it's a fun 2 hours and 14-15 Ziplines.. best of all kids 6 and up can do it... Stopped in Asheboro for the night on our way to Charlottesville. It’s a lovely town.There is an art culture and several wonderful restaurants ( and apparently a fabulous zoo). But what a treat to find several craft bars with very talented bartenders. This was one of them. My husband said he had the best Mint Julep ever…We did not eat so I can’t rate food. The biggest surprise was to learn that Randolph county was dry until a decade or so ago so most of these bars are only a few years old.

I use to go to this location when it was the former owners the food was always great and great service. Now the food is still pretty good if you get it early in the day but the behaviors I witnessed when I went in with my granddaughter the other day was just disgusting! An older heavy set lady I'm assuming was a manager was having to get on to people to do things most were just standing around talking loudly and some conversations not appropriate for customers or even CHILDREN to be hearing! And then another manager who wore a baseball cap backwards had the rudest attitude and conducted herself very rudely. This isn't the first time I've noticed a few of the same employees behaving this way including the so called manager... Unless they start doing something about ALL their employees and teach them better customer service skills they will continue losing customers!

Went through drive through for breakfast, ordered a breakfast platter with bacon, a large tenderloin biscuit added egg cheese and mayo to the biscuit and an extra order hash browns, total was $17 plus change. Got home, opened the bag and the biscuit only had tenderloin, no egg no cheese no mayo, no mayo packets, no extra order of hash browns in the bag either. Won’t be going back. Food is expensive so I paid for it. I know the price when I order. Stealing is not providing the customer what they pay for. I have no interest in going back and giving them another opportunity to steal my money. And since the food was for someone else, no, I didn’t unwrap the biscuit to check the toppings. A customer should not have to confirm the bag is right before they drive away. Unacceptable! We stopped eating here a year ago for the same issue and just decided to give it another try today. Great barbecue, clean place that looks brand new, good service, and good beer. Pretty much all you need from a barbecue restaurant.
We had the ribs, brisket, jalapeño sausage, mac and cheese, collard greens, banana pudding, peach cobbler, and fries. We shared so we could try a good chunk of the menu. Everything came out delicious.
I personally love their "heat" sauce. That one was my favorite. But we all liked different ones, so you should probably try them all before deciding what you are going to use on your food. Overall great experience, especially after spending the day walking at the zoo.

What a great place! The brisket cheese steak was delicious (the brisket was amazingly tender and flavorful) as were the greens and the blackberry cobbler. My wife had the chopped pork sandwich and macaroni and cheese and had nothing but good things to say. The only hiccup was the banana pudding she got. It was ok, but not on a par with the other dishes. The vibe was upscale casual and everything was super clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Honestly, I consider our meal, at $42, to be one of the best deals I've found in a long time. Highly recommend!

They have the best brisket ever!! This was my first time visiting this location! It's really nice inside. The peach cobbler is delicious. I had to get the mac and cheese. It's always good. Came in here with my wife and youngins for supper on a Wednesday night. They were doing music bingo and although we didn’t play we enjoyed the ‘90s country they were using for the songs. I got a little bit of everything - pork bbq, pulled chicken, brisket, brisket meatloaf (their Wednesday special), jalapeño sausage and a side of mac n cheese. This shop has made our shortlist of places to eat in Asheboro. We love shops that are a bit different and offer a unique twist on what is typically available in Asheboro.
Arbol is extremely clean and cozy on the inside. A few tables and large upholstered chairs round out the seating and the people working were friendly and very nice.
There are lots of scoop ice cream flavors to choose from and a large selection of what look like handmade ice cream bars with all sorts of flavor combinations. You won't find some of these flavors / combos at any
Ice cream shoppe in town. For example, mango and chamoy, which my wife loved!
Both my daughter and I have the Strawberry and creme ice cream bars! These had large slices of strawberries melded with rich creme. It reminded me of a good cheesecake.
We will head back to try the coffee, it smelled great but was too late in the evening for us to try. The cafe looked well equipped to handle any type of coffee drink.
We definitely weren't disappointed and look forward to trying other flavors and coffee soon!!!
P. S. The napkins are huge! You never notice the difference until someone does it better and it makes sense. You appreciate the size, especially if you have kids and their hands get a bit messy!! Well done on that detail!

We saw this place close to where we had lunch for the day, and were really interested! I got a scoop of ice cream, and my partner got a paleta. I got the mint chocolate chip, and it was very unique in its color and flavor. The ice cream was thick and interesting. The paleta was delicious! The person that sold us the items let us know since the paleta we ordered was a water-based one, to let it sit for a little bit before having some since it was pretty hard. We got there before they really opened up, but they accommodated us which was amazing because we got to play a round before it got really hot. Me and my boyfriend and another couple came. Me and my BF both over the age of 21. My boyfriend was never asked for his ID when purchasing a beer. Our lane was right in front of concessions. I took a sip of my Bf beer and the lady at snack bar announced to the entire bowling alley (5 minutes later) over the intercom that "if I take another sip of beer I need to show my ID" I am still confused why she could not have asked me personally instead of embarrassing me and my friends In front of the entire bowling alley. Of course I understand the policy about underage drinking but neither one of us are underage and its hypocritical that you did not ID my bf in the first place . I hate confrontation but the two ladies at the bar were so extremely rude. I gave her my ID and she slammed it on the counter. I asked what was the problem and she said I had a bad attitude. They closed our lane after we just got there and never even received a refund, after being called idiots! I wish I could give this place negative stars. I've worked in customer service for 5+ years and I have never seen customer service so bad in my life. Good job on losing regular paying customers.

I've been to a ton of bowling alleys, and while I visited Family Sports Center many times in my youth. Boy, it really has fallen off. I guess they don't see the same revenue as before, and that's really taken a toll on staffing.
As an avid bowler, it's sad to see only one staff member up front. Lines would que, and no one was present. Mostly because, even though they close at 10pm, the guy was too busy cleaning and putting chairs away at 8pm.
Additionally, $2.50 at a vending machine is your only option for a drink because the bar and short grill are closed during the week. Apparently, it is only open on Fridays and Saturdays. Truly sad.
The lanes actually had oil on them, but it was definitely burned from a league earlier in the week. Go on the wrong day, and you'll be lucky to find any oil at all.
Lastly, I have never been to a center where you couldn't modify your score at your lane. They had this feature locked, and while I understand it to an extent, if your pin setter is constantly creating errors, it's an issue. Failing to pick up pins, knocking pins over for no reason, and simply just missing count, how could you have score corrections added to already short staff.
I wish I could rate this place higher, but their current methods are not working, in my opinion.

We visited last night with a couple of friends and had a great time. Our friends are local, but we live a county over. Where we're from - bowling and mini golf are two separate places, so we thought this was fantastic. The 2-hour weekend bowling special was a good deal for us as we bowled 3.5 games. Loved the lights on the lanes that came on sometime into our first game.
I have read a few of the reviews prior to leaving mine and I just feel like some folks are expecting a little too much. As long as your transaction gets completed correctly, that's really all I'd be looking for. I don't expect too much excitement from someone who does the same task hundreds of times for several hours on a busy night. If someone is actually rude, that's another thing and needs to be dealt with. We did not have this experience - the staff was friendly enough and got us our shoes and on our lane quickly.
We enjoyed the mini golf course as well. Some of the lights could stand to be fixed as a few don't come on or are broken (maybe hit by a fly ball one too many times) - same with the speakers. But the course was unique and the features like the lighthouse and mill were nice to look at! We'll definitely be back to both in the future!

The Black Lantern has great food and even better staff.
I took off work early so my wife and I could try this place. I was supposed to get there by 5:45. Well I accidentally went to Rockingham because I typed the address in wrong. I ended up 60 miles away. I drove all 60 miles and got to there at 6:50. They close at 7. My wife and I got some of their premade stuff (fluffer nutter bar, 2 truffles, and a banana pudding)
The cashier and woman in the back did not make us feel bad about coming in right at closing time. Everything we got food wise was amazing as well
We will be back another day to try their sandwiches when there is more then 10 minutes left of the day.

We stopped in here after kayaking Lake Reese to enjoy some adult refreshments. We like to try different places when visiting small towns. This place is so adorable and comfortable. My partner and I had the BEST night at The Pharmacy on Valentine's Day. The service was AMAZING. Our server recommended so many drinks for us and they were all absolutely delicious! I really recommend the "She Loud" and the "Betty White" on their Winter menu!

Asheboro is a artsy, charming town with several wonderful restaurants (best known for their local zoo). There are several craft bars with very talented bartenders. Cody was our host/barkeep with a great personality and mad mixing skills. My husband had the local Four Saints IPA: Flowers and Fog . I had Cody’s version of a Whisky Sour with lemon 🥰. Perhaps the biggest surprise was to learn that Randolph county was dry until a decade or so ago so most of these bars are only a few years old. Highly recommended!

This has been an incredible experience. Visiting the world’s largest natural habitat zoo for the first time is something I will never forget.
Witnessing the beauty of these animals in their environment with plenty of space to roam safely and freely is truly a gift. We were unable to experience the entirety of the zoo which makes us eager to be back again soon.
The zoo is seemingly well maintained as are the animals. What a beautiful sight to see. It’s ethereal. Our tram-ride with Isaiah was amazing. He was so friendly, personable as he was knowledgeable. You could quite literally feel the love he has for his work through his words. He was the first impression of the beginning of our experience; what better way to start our day.

Left the zoo on a sour note.
Went on a Sunday. Went as a group of about 15. Bought tickets in person. Some had family annual membership. It is a great deal and I highly recommend especially if you dont live too far away.
Lots of walking (got my steps in) but we got to see some a good amount of animals, especially on the African side. A bit quieter on north american side. The tram was easy to use and the shuttle bus at the end was great from one parking lot to another and both handled strollers no problem.
Everything was good until the end when we were purchasing our group photo that we took at the entrance. The guy was basically trying to doop us and take our money. He said started with the highest package, said it was their only option i was like are you sure he said yes and i wasn't going to so it the he said well we can do this option...still to high and then he dropped one more time to what photo options I actually wanted. The zoo should be more TRANSPARENT. Display what my options are so I can decide and know what I am paying for, not what an employee decides to tell me. It feels like they are con people trying to take my money. Shoot, the employees probably make commission off of what they say for all I know.

Absolutely fantastic zoo. This zoo makes me proud to be a resident of North Carolina! The venue is easily accessible especially for those who might have mobility issues like myself. There are many zoo representatives roaming the park and will answer any questions you have. They were all very pleasant people. The paths are very well designed and make you feel like you’re in the Forrest at all times. There is substantial elevation changes so be prepared to exercise a bit.
Animals on display vary with the seasons and times of day. Keep in mind that the creatures on display have their own minds and don’t always do what humans expect. You might not get to see every animal up close and personal. The habitats of each species are enormous. It feels like you’re viewing the animals in their own environment. Great family experience!

Beautiful zoo, well designed in natural setting. I especially enjoyed the exhibits where the animals had lots of room to roam. Good variety of animals and good, varied opportunities for children to engage with and learn about them, as well as play in a spacious outdoor area. Lots of concession areas too although many were closed given the small crowd size and lateness in the day when I visited (midweek afternoon in early November). Be prepared to do a lot of walking and dress appropriately for outdoor conditions. Seated mobility scooters are available for those with mobility limitations.

After being members of the NC Zoo for almost 10 years, we took our first "Ride and-a-Guide" today. All I can say is, "why did we wait so long?" They squeezed us in early Monday morning for a 2 hour tour and I just can't say enough great things about it. The weather was perfect and there was hardly anyone in the park so we were able to ride right up to each habitat with no problem. It was great!
And most of all, shout out to our fantastical guide, Brandon, who was wonderful! So knowledgeable about every aspect of the zoo, even for seasoned members like ourselves. It was well worth the price and would be a wonderful experience for first time visitors or regulars, like our family. Our tour was for our son's birthday, but I would highly recommend this for anyone that wants a close up, first hand look around to the most beautiful spot in Asheboro!

Breakfast at Paw-Paws. Greeted and seated with menus at the table. Our server is quick to assist with drinks to start and you can watch the cooks prepare your food which is again quickly brought to the table.
It's so simple but when done right (at Paw-Paws it is done right)... everything is delicious and every one comes away satisfied. When you can get little kids to eat all their food and they're still happy at the end of the meal...that is a huge win!

My mom raved about Paw-Paw's place since the last time we were up in the area and so we decided to go there with one of my (somewhat) picky eaters. There were several different options, a little something for everyone with a simple menu, and daily specials. My daughter enjoyed her grilled cheese and French fries and raved about her sweet tea. The smothered steak burger had cheese, mushrooms, onions, and I added their white gravy. Their mashed potatoes weren't instant and complimented the steak burger wonderfully. Ran across this place while in the town of asheboro. The food was downright good and as the front of the restaurant said best hamburgers in town they where huge and amazing make sure you order the paw-paw’s special to get the hamburger on the special bun which takes the hamburger to a whole new level of goodness. Person behind us was served 1000 island dressing still in the Food Lion bottle, so I doubt much of anything is scratch made. Walking around downtown Asheboro looking for a bite. Lot of the spots we googled were closed today when we stumbled upon Hops.
The inside was open so we went for the board specials for Thursday. I had the Veg beef soup and sandwich (grilled cheese), wife had the chicken quesadilla with nachos and queso sauce.
Her chicken was tender and had a nice grill on it. She skipped the grilled peppers (mistake) but was cheesy and the tortilla was grilled and tender. Chips were hot and cheese dip was warm and tasty.
My grilled cheese was average, but that soup was some of the BEST I’ve ever had! Rich, meaty,
full of grilled hamburger, stew beef and vegetables. I didn’t mention to the wife until I had a
chance to google what I’d noticed, but swear I’d tasted a hint of sweet pickle juice in the stew as
a sweetener. Found several Eastern European recipes on line mentioning beef stew and pickle brine. I may be wrong but will try to recreate their stew at home soon. If the chief wants to shoot me that recipe I promise not to share.
Great place that’s been there for years according to the historical marker. Didn’t even try their namesake so I’ll have to return soon.

We got married here and could not have asked for a more beautiful venue for our outdoor wedding. Pure elegance and plenty of space for both wedding and reception on the grounds. I was skeptical at first because of the price, but it was very well worth it! The kids activities were entertaining, and their was something going on at all times. We did the Halloween 2 weekend and the magic seed event was a hit. The camp site (170) had the most gorgeous view over Firedance Pond. The bathrooms were one of the cleanest we have ever seen at a campground, and stayed 72 degrees (it was great for the cold nights). Also, the staff was absolutely amazing. I only remember Bubbles name (sorry) from the dance party, but every staff member went out of their way to make our experience amazing. I felt safe to let my kids ride their bikes around because everyone was being cautious of their speed in cars and golf carts. My kids are begging to go back, so I'm sure we will be back to check out another weekend event!

Loved this campground. The spots worked with the land creating larger more comfortable site than any Yogi Bear Park that we have ever seen. We've been to many, usually they are more like parking lots with as many campsites that they can pack in. The scenery was pretty, the pool is awesome and the playground was great as well. We enjoyed our time here. The pool is really nice and my kids loved the zip line and pump track. Sites were spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of anyone. One complaint though is the amount of kids driving golf carts in the evenings around the campground. Watched two carts racing and almost collided in front of our site. Drivers were probably no more than 12, if that. I realize this is more of a parent issue and it happened after hours so I’d like to think a staff member would have called them out if it was seen. So parents, please stop letting your kids drive recklessly around campgrounds. It happens in so many places.

This is a very nice campground, especially if you are camping with children. The roads are either paved or gravel roads with gravel campsites, and many many pine trees. They have hay rides and a bounce house and even doughnut delivery by all of the characters in costume for only 10.00! They lay down all of the pine straw and dirt that comes into your camper. Other than that this is an excellent place to camp with a lot of shopping nearby.

The family looked ate like I was crazy for taking us down these back roads to see a bridge. Until we arrived & saw this gorgeous free off the beaten path attraction. It's semi-secluded, with very little car traffic on the two surrounding roads, and contains a set of strap-seated swings, a set of bucket-seated swings, a playset with dual slides, a set of barbeque grills, two picnic tables, and a half-court basketball hoop.
