It is a super cute establishment. The atmosphere was really awesome! The way it wasn't bad and I could see myself and that was great. It's a wonderful, local, hometown spot with a great drink menu and solid food choices. I got the Iowa pork chop and a baked potato. It did not disappoint. The chop was perfectly done, had a nice char bark on the outside and the inside was juicy and flavorful. It came with homemade soup, salad, and fresh out of the oven, pillowy dinner rolls. Owned by Dwier Brown, who played John Kinsella in the iconic 1989 movie, The Baseball Hall of Dreams is located a block south of Dyersville's downtown district, and four miles from The Field. Built in 1860, the building is a former dairy structure, and they have plans to add other businesses to the venue.
