Meticulously maintain, and all the cars are running street ready cars. They have exotic from Lamborghinis and Pagani, to track racers, to open wheel racers. The guys there are all car, nuts, too, and full of information. There have been many changes to the mission - especially after the pandemic. The East Gate is no longer open. You have to go through the tour to get into the original chapel. This was the side entrance we used to enter through when we went to Sunday morning Mass as a family. I love that the original Serra Chapel is still intact so visitors can marvel at the intricate details of the altar, handpainted walls, wooden pews, and the St. Peregrine Chapel. The grounds are also well-maintained and I especially love every bit of Mission San Juan Capistrano. Some of the newer things I liked was how they cleaned up the fountain and added koi fish. Overall, I love MSJC and how much of its history is preserved to this day. It’s a beautiful site to visit and to pray. I also always end my visits with a trip to their gift shop. The ladies who work there are wonderful.

They don't allow any bags, so keep them in your car. And the closest free parking structure is a couple blocks away. They did a great job with presenting Alex Ross's painting and even had a panel talk. The mini comic con was fun and had some great artists and vendors.
