跟他说一个小时 结果算一个小时30分钟的钱 还说不可以退钱 然后说我们自己misunderstanding 结果里面按摩的人也说 接待员很多次都是这样了

真的不推荐这个地方，两个小时的按摩160吉令，事实上我只享受到一个小时45分钟！对！他们提早结束了！没有按到任何穴位，只是轻轻抚摸！按完之后我感觉跟我之前来的时候一样没有任何变化，浪费钱！

服务很差，价钱超级贵、服务完还不可以在大厅等车把客人赶出来，没看到这么差的服务

今天 27/7 下午12:30PM 我们三人以Walk-In的形式到这里， 幸运的是有位子, 我们选择了RM120的护理（一小时精油全身按摩+30分钟的脚底按摩） 来这里之前我是抱有很大的期待，因为我看到Google Review都很不错加上这家按摩院在马六甲也算是老招牌了。不过遗憾的是今天是挺失望的坦白说，我们三人行其中一对是夫妻所以选择了两人房，我跟我老婆都觉得按摩技师没有按到舒服的point有点像在“摸鱼”，我想可能是他们期间有在说话分心了吧，没专心的帮我们按摩。（所以我建议按摩的各位最好都选择一人一房这样技师就没机会说话分心），反而我们另外一位男性朋友则说他按得很舒服。所以这里我给三颗星不是给一颗。3个人被服务至少还有一人是满意的，我希望这一点你们会改进，毕竟每个人进来消费都希望舒舒服服的服务，并不想冒险去一家“有可能按了不舒服”的按摩院。这里补充一点环境是舒服的，可能比较不幸运没遇到专业的技师

按摩手法不明，感觉到在盲目地来回抹油 捏下肌肉…

主要是环境不错，但是工人方面就有些差强人意了。按得没有力的 感觉他应该是累了吧，说大力些 又使出吃奶的力。可能是个别案例 仅供参考

价格并不便宜却没有与之相匹配的服务和技术，按摩过程更像是在身上均匀的涂抹一层厚厚的油，完全没有放松作用。付了90分钟的钱，实际的服务时间只有60分钟。需要特别注意，这家店的服务时间是从你走入房间开始计算，而不是等按摩师就绪开始按摩的时间。即便按摩师没有做好准备，只要你走进了按摩师，计时就开始了。这非常的不合理。按摩的房间里面有很浓烈的精油变质的味道，问起来就像很久没有清洁的油烟机气味。总的来说从按摩的技术到服务态度再到环境，都让人失望。

I seldom give feedback, but this was one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a body sculpting and circulation-enhancing treatment, but the masseuse had absolutely no skill — it felt like random touching and scraping on my skin, not a proper massage. She spent an excessive amount of time on my head without washing her hands, leaving my hair greasy and disgusting. To make things worse, the session ended about 30 minutes early! Ps: Foot washing and changing clothes is include in your massage time! According to the counter in charge. I did give feedback at the counter, and they offered me a discount for the shortened time and even a free gift, but I rejected the gift. I’d rather be honest and let others know about this terrible experience. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money. 个人觉得服务稍微有点粗鲁，尤其是敷面膜的时候，在做facial的环境也很吵，完全就不能放松睡着的那种舒适感，还有就是facial和按摩的手套是否有更换有待商确，毕竟精油按摩了又直接就上脸，带手套facial肤感不好，总体来说花了的钱有些贵，不值得
