Nothing special most of the stalks are almost identical and have the same items like in the city center, except for the art market upstairs and the nice view to the bay. The only difference is that the sellers don’t give you a break nagging on your head to get you into their stall, give you a high price in $ only. I found that the prices in some small places in Centro Viejo are even cheaper. You might get a good offer, but in general, the prices here are more touristy and in dollars. Great little place tucked away in a great City. Called in to get some presents for my wife, daughter and granddaughter.
Great service from the team in store and good price for good quality too. I bought tee shirt and two bags.
I promised I'd share a picture of my granddaughter wearing her teeshirt and here it is while she points at Cuba on a globe!
I know it's too big but I knew it would be when I bought it as she's a little thing. She will wear it as a night gown she said.

Have wanted to visit this lovely little place every time I’m in old Havana but never had until last Dec. went in with some other folks from our group and the women at the store were very pleasant and helpful. They showed how the perfume making process works and let us enjoy smelling all of the ir fragrances. We all ended up buying a small bottle which make beautiful little presents. Truly a treasure. I was excited to travel to Havana and had heard great things about this store. I was hoping to find something unique and beautiful that would remind me of Cuba and be able to share some of their culture. The store was relatively easy to find but I was disappointed when I arrived. The shop had two young women working there who told me the upstairs was closed. I asked about a pillow design on their website and the young lady said “if you don’t see it...” I don't know if she was being rude but the experience was a bit off putting and I didn’t see anything that appealed to me compared to what is shown on the website. I was here as part of a Female Travel group. This is a boutique chic clothing and accessories store right in the heart of Havana weaving out magic.
I was enthralled by their creativity out of the simplest of gears. All items are handmade with textiles sourced from abroad (and it is anything but easy!!).
I went upstairs to see the small room where the work actually happens and it's amazing to see the tenacity of the working women who vowed to make this a success.
Items are unique and not cheap but worth the investment.
I also liked the fact that they ditched the idea of a pretentious fancy store and remained in the heart of this old residential section, giving their productions the heart and soul of Havana.
I cherish the items I brought back with me.

Avant d'entrer, le point positif est de savoir que l'on peut payer par CB, ce qui est important tant il est impossible de retirer de l'argent à Cuba. Le point négatif, c'est que c'est long (il faut se connecter au wifi du club, avec un mot de passe compliqué (pas de QR code)) et que la visite vous est facturée au prix fort. Par exemple, une visite avec 3 dégustations est à 2400 CUP, ce qui une fois convertie au taux officiel vous revient à 20€. Au final, découvrant "l'arnaque" et sauvé par le fait que ma carte n'est pas passée la 1ere fois à cause de la connexion wifi, nous avons opté pour la visite avec 1 dégustation à 1200 CUP. Et nous avons donc payé 8,20€ pour 3 au final! Soit 7 x moins cher! Donc je ne saurais vous conseiller de changer vos euros contre des CUP avant d'effectuer la visite, par ailleurs pas extraordinaire au point de vue culturel (nous ne voyons que des fûts ou citernes vides, à aucun moment on voit du rhum couler). Pour avoir fait le même type de musée à Porto et à Amsterdam (Heineken), celui ci est un ton en dessous.
Mais cela permet tout de même d'avoir un aperçu du processus de fabrication et de passer un bon moment dans La Havane (compter 45 minutes de visite).

February 2025. To visit a cigar factory in Cuba, you need to buy tickets in advance from a major hotel concierge desk. There are four factories in Havana. We understand that it’s hard to get food but as a tourist I would not recommend to go here. Rather go into restaurants and eat snacks on the go. Casa Amistad Lazaro y Yadira was brilliant! Lazaro and his family were amazing! The location is ideal. You are in the Old town and next to plaza Christo that is a hot spot for internet! The rooms are spacious and very clean and you really enjoy the breakfast with all types of fruits, eggs, bread and many more.
