It's a really cool old building and it feels like they are really trying to update some things. After a drive through Conway and a lunch stop at Muddy Moose we strolled the main street and enjoyed the shops that were open. In the evening we ate at Craft NoCo around the corner and LOVED it. One, the rooms need to be updated. It’s not dirty in any sense and the amenities are pretty great. It just needs some loving. The whole resort does. And it deserves it, but I know that’s not easy. For the price, it’s ok that it’s a little outdated. The second thing is I love how stocked the rooms were with towels, but there was no housekeeping in the multiple days we were there. Again, I get the reasons on why and it in no way impacted my experience(the woman who does housekeeping was so pleasant to say hello to every morning), but if someone is looking for a place that has that for accommodations, it’s important to know that that isn’t going to happen. But for the price and location, I will be back here, and I will be confident booking clients here too!

The hot tub was relaxing, the shower was huge and had a TV within it. I think we will be buying a fancy toilet with a heated seat and all the water features! And we even had our own patio with a beautiful view! I only wish the outside entertainment space were at the lower level of the property so not to impede on the view, but that is a minor ask. The pillows were nice, the mattress was average. Over all a great experience and we will be back to experience some of the other themed rooms!

My kids loved the the room itself and the super cool layout that includes little "nooks" that you crawl through an opening to get to separate rooms. The bathroom was very cool with its waterfall shower not to mention having the hot tub right in the room. The backyard had a great playground for our youngest (4yrs) and a large area for Cornhole or just running around. The backyard also included a grill for the guests and a patio with a fire pit and a great view. The full service bar was a plus as well and the basic food items that are cooked on site were very convenient.

The first guest room we were assigned looked as though it had not been dusted in a few weeks. This place had a lot of thought into its design and layout. Not sure how many years we have stayed here but always the one night while on vacation. The service is great and the room so nice and clean. We love using the patio sliding doors to pack up our car after serious shopping. However we have been used to the Blueberry Restaurant being open for the bfast included price. Last year no bfast and Mcds across the street helps alot. This year the website says bfast incl once again...however it is grab and go which for $280 US a night...I wasn't impressed. Next year will search out a better bfast for that high price. Overall folks...a great place to stay for sure.

Unfortunately our stay was overall disapointing. Our room was DIRTY! To be fair I will say that the location is good and the staff was lovely and friendly. They were nice people . We had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready due to it being a busy time and housekeeping understaffing. We were understanding and had to return 2 hours later to check in. The room unfortunately was not clean. It had potential to be better. The room could of been nice if it had been cleaned properly. It had a big tv that my husband enjoyed. The bed was fairly comfortable. Sadly, The rug looked like it had not been vacumned in a long while and had some stains. The bathroom was a huge disappointment. I booked the room for the jetted tub. The tub was filthy. There were long dark hairs in tub and shower and the bottom of shower curtain had soap scum on it. The toilet was dirty. Floor had hairs on it. I had to go to Hannafords and buy bathroom cleaner and a sponge. I had to scrub and clean the tub, toilet and floor. I have a receipt to prove it. On my birthday too ! Very disappointed that I had to scrub and clean a bathroom on my birthday. If the room had been cleaned properly it would of been a better visit. I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review. 😞 😭

Breakfast they give you a bag with jimmy dean frozen sandwich, juice and some kind of energy bar. You would need to go back to your room and heat it up and sit on your bed to eat. No table and chairs. We were in New Hampshire for our anniversary. Not worth the $726.73 for 2 nights. Should have gone with another hotel. This was more like a motel. Definitely a disappointed stay. Since it was not a pleasure trip, I was actually traveling to go to traffic court But there was a phone number posted on the door and upon calling it, It took about 3 minutes for the manager to flip the lights on and open the door for me. This hotel is located right next to the outlet stores and many popular restaurants. Everything that you could want or need is in walking distance. So it's extremely convenient all in all. I would seriously consider staying here for multiple nights with my family. Whereas we usually stay in a large resort style hotel that has some kind of entertainment on site, I think I preferred this hotel! The breakfast area was spacious but could use new equipment. The pans for the hot food needs to have something to stop the cover when opening it. Need more than one toaster and a toaster that works. Needed to put toast in twice to get a little color, even with it on highest setting. Also need employees that speak English. I asked a question and was told "no English". Also need more choices for those who are gluten and/or dairy sensitive. Indoor pool was NOT heated as advertised and needs updating. The hot tub was blocked off so could not use. There were a couple of positives for this hotel. The beds were comfortable, killer views, and great water pressure in the shower. We have a girls weekend in North Conway every year. Will not stay here again. We mentioned these issues to the gentleman we checked out with when he asked how everything was. He was not the same one as we talked to when we checked in.

First impression of the room was dated which wasn’t an issue accept it was dirty & poorly maintained.The deadbolt was broken on the door, tub had hair in it, the bathroom floors had dirt in the corners and mildew. We ended up having to clean the room before using it. The carpet throughout the room was dirty and old. The air vent / ac was filthy and dusty. The sheets were clean but the box spring was dirty and had hair on it as well as crumbs/ dirt. The beds were bouncy and some spots had springs sticking into you as you slept. When we arrived the hallway was packed with bags of laundry/ trash and cleaning carts making it hard to navigate through with luggage. The stuff was still there well into the next morning. The hotel is pet friendly but the hair and dander was packed into the stairs/ baseboards. Lots of loud barking outside and in the hallways at all hours of the night. The smoking area was also outside under the a/c vents/ outdoor patio rooms & continued to suck the smoke into the a/c all evening. The bones of the hotel have great potential but seem to be lacking the upkeep. The outdoor pool was large with plenty of lounge chairs but wasn’t overly clean lots of hair balls floating around & concrete breaking off the sides of the pool. The downstairs laundry room for the hotel had piles of folded towels and laundry on the floor/ rug. The included breakfast was decent nothing crazy but nice to have, same for the arcade area and indoor pool. The indoor hot tub was drained and closed. The parking lot and drive to the rooms and to the hotel itself had lots of pot holes and needed repair. We also had a large key for the door not a key card so we had to keep passing around the one individual key. I personally will not be returning. For the money you can stay at many other hotels located in the same area/ spot with a much nicer and cleaner experience. Again, with some TLC this hotel has some great potential but I wasn’t impressed for the price tag.

While the hotel is dated and could use some modern updates, overall for the price per night, it is more than okay. The staff were minimal, but friendly. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool tremendously. Our room was neat and clean. I found reviews stating that the AC didn’t work and that the vents were nasty.. completely untrue in our case. The breakfast every morning was your typical continental breakfast and was neither bad nor exceptional. It did have a variety of options including various breads (cinnamon raisin, white, various bagels), cereal options, white and chocolate milk, coffee and juice. Both mornings we were there the hot options were hash browns, eggs and sausage. There were banana’s and oranges available. Our beds were clean and comfortable. Paper-thin walls/floors/ceilings, you can literally hear everything around you like you're renting a cut-rate apartment from a slumlord. The mugs and glasses in the guest pantry area are absolutely disgusting. I found two in a row that had lipstick on them. Discolored ceiling in the bathroom that looks like a moisture problem. Probably due to the fact that the vent fan is plugged with dust and debris. The "included" breakfast is not terrible but needs serious improvement. Either don't include it at all or make it a selling point. Right now it's basically a Holiday Inn Breakfast that someone serves you rather than you going to get it yourself. The guests that are booking here are the absolute worst I have ever seen. I travel often for work, and I have never witnessed anything like I did at this Hotel. Guests were literally flowing out of the bar area, drinking, speaking with each other obnoxiously loud, stomping and yelling through the hallways. It was crazy. I could have gotten better rest at a college dorm. For $500/night, I definitely deserved better. Will never stay here again and will discourage anyone else from staying here as well.

There was also a hot tub in the water park. I used the park at 8:45 pm and there were few others there at that time. Breakfast was adequate. We have been a loyal Hilton customers for the past 7 years now.. one of our worst experiences ever. We travelled with 3 kids because of the water park. We will never return here, and we question our loyalty to the Hilton Brand if we won't get some reimbursement. The food is industrial grade crap. Everything is warmed up nothing is actually made fresh. Drinks has bitter syrup flavour. They maid the bed but don't change the sheets. There were at least 7-8 cockroaches our room. The kids had target practice smashing them. There was no hot water one evening, It took them 3 hours to get that back. They don't clean the dinette after people eating there. Stains of coffee on the room carpets. Not proper lifesaving watch in the water park. Kids are getting hurt, you get ice in a plastic bag.. not even first aid. Smell of plastic coming from the bed headboard, you smell it when you sleep. This is not the Hilton we came to know and love. If you love your family, don't come here. WASTE OF MONEY.. The space of the room was fine. There was a front desk worker who was rude the whole time we were there, always giving master looks. We have a 2 year old child. On the day we were checking out our child was throwing a tantrum (he was very tired and cranky). We picked up the trash we could , our child kept throwing the trash around. Again he was having a bad tantrum. We knew the room needed to be vacuumed but we didn’t think we needed to vacuum it. The dishwasher was making a crazy sound, and we were told to leave the dishes because of that. During us trying to get our things and trying to clean the best we could with a screaming toddler we forgot food on a plate. As we were leaving the room, there was 2 housekeepers at the door both of them gave me and my family dirty looks, like we were doing some I godly things in there. We checked out, and a few hours later we got a call saying the room was deplorable. That there was cat litter in the HVAC system. There was NEVER cat litter put into the HVAC system nor was it near the a/c unit. They said they needed to deep clean the floor and they needed to get a carpet cleaner, which is crazy to me because nothing was spilled on the floor, it just needed to be vacuumed. If we knew we needed to bring our own vacuum and cleaning supplies we would have. They made it seem like we destroyed the room when we didn’t. We did have our cat with us but AGAIN cat litter was never anywhere near the a/c unit. We were told we had to pay an extra 75.00 for a deep cleaning of the room. They said it was part of the policy, when I read the policy and the duty’s of the housekeepers and our part as a guest and nowhere did it say we are responsible for cleaning. Even though we were trying too. We again knew it needed to be vacuumed and the trash thrown in the dumpster if we knew we had to throw our trash in the dumpster we would have. I guess going on vacation with little kids is a bad idea especially with this hotel. We were made to feel like we did some terrible things in that room when we didn’t. We have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels and have never had this issue before. We are sorry we had a toddler who wasn’t is the greatest mood. Take this how you want. We know how we felt we know what was happening in that room with our child. The breakfast was okay. Ever thing there to eat was dry. The pool was cold. There was only one person there who was nice. Also when we called the front desk about the dishwasher not working we were told no one was there to look at it. Understandable but they waited till the day we were checking out to try and look at it. Make your own decision on this place.

The scattered historical memorabilia of the history of the inn was very interesting, including it's connection to Babe Ruth & all the previous owners.
