Payne for the last time today. We love Jacks, but the past two times at this location have been very disappointing. My wife ordered their special, the Southern BBQ Pub Burger. The hamburgers were overdone edges were dry look like you been sitting for hours. They usually have lettuce pickles and tomatoes and onions on the sandwiches but only had onions and pickles and cheese which looked old and was crumbling off the sandwich. It's rule I have to take the pickles off the sandwich because I'm allergic to dies. So that leaves only onions on a nasty burger. I'm not one to complain about food but that was unbelievably nasty.
