Our room was small but comfortable. After checking in we were shown to our room and given a quick overview of the property. The entire property is sitting on some pretty amazing geothermal activity, and there is a geothermal river that feeds into the hotel. There are two hot tubs, a heated pool, and robes and sandals in your room to wear to and from the tubs. There is also a sauna. Breakfast is included and delicious. The restaurant uses the geothermal activity to create some of their dishes. The hotel is very close to yo the parking area for Reykjadalur Hot Spring Thermal River, highly recommend hiking up to the river and soaking!
