My husband’s carne asada burrito was just as bad. Barely any meat, just over-salted rice and beans stuffed inside. The sour cream tasted like it had been sitting out of the fridge for hours. To top it off, the wait staff was useless. Our drinks sat empty the entire time, and no one bothered to offer refills. This store centers around 7(!) freezersfilled with more different flavors of frozen dessert than I could imagine. All stores are located within a day run of the farm in Tuttle OK. They also have their own truck fleet to get things to the store fresh. Big note: If you have a milk protein allergy, are you aware that not ALL milk has the A1 prorated? Jersey and Gurnsey cows do not produce A1, but A2. Evidently the Braum family is going to the bother of using cows that are not the Industry norm in the USA. I wish more farms would follow. If you don't know Culver's, they have a line of burgers that embarrasse national chains, and more, plus great frozen dessert. This is like that, but with even better pricing.

The coffee shop’s atmosphere was quiet, comfortable, and conducive for working or studying. After my meeting, I decided to stop again at Strayhouse for late lunch to-go. There were several people picking up to-go orders and I decided to try the chicken salad sandwich and a matcha latte. Everything was so delicious. The chicken salad was one of the best I have ever had and the matcha latte was exactly the afternoon pick me up for the long drive home. Strayhouse offers a variety of merchandise and, in addition to the regular coffee shop seating area, there is an event space for rent. If you need great coffee and food as you travel through Clinton, give Strayhouse a try.

We enjoyed our meal and our waitress was top-notch. Kids in our group enjoyed real Coca Cola in glass bottles. Everyone enjoyed their meals. I might add that the servings are really big! The restaurant is homely, no frills, but very spacious and my server was super friendly. The menu is full with a bunch of awesome traditional Mexican dishes. I choose some gorditas, two with barbacoa and two with carnitas. Plus, a bowl of menudo. Everything came out fresh and hot. The maiz tortilla to Carne ratio heavily favored the meats, which was awesome. Each protein was very well flavored and you could taste that big were slow cooked and seasoned perfectly.
