The decor is quite basic but suits the location. Like a large open beach hut. We ate 3 times here during our stay. The fish cakes were delicious! Light and crispy with a lovely flavour. The fish and chips were great but could be improved with better chips. Not fries. My favourite dish was the fillet of Mahi Mahi. My husband had the burger on the last day and said it was one of the worst he has had, which was a shame. It was massive and looked impressive, the quality of the beef seemed low and lacked flavour overall. The staff are so lovely and friendly. Unusual for the UAE, but had character making jokes and laughing. I would recommend this restaurant. Just not the burger!

Arrived there to the beautiful restaurant decore yet to only recieve a horrible service. Though it was busy due to Eid Holidays, however at times like this the true colors come out. First I will mention what was great then move on to the reason why I would never go back there and why I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. 1) The decoration is just simply beautiful including the furniture and all the way down to the utensils. 2) The food is fascinating. High quality and over the top comparing to all Thai restaurants I have tried in UAE over 14 years of living here. Here are the problems I has, keeping in mind it was one of the most busiest time of their lives but yet as mentioned above to show the true colors of the restaurant: 1) my daughter was provided any utensils, the appetizer came out and we asked for chopsticks. 5 minutes later, my wife had to share her chopsticks and asked again for chopsticks only to get a response "1 second sir" from the waitress. 15 minutes later we finally got the chopsticks when we were done with appetizer and waiting for main course. 2) It was time to leave and asked for the bill. The table next to me had already a fight with the waiters for being served "40 minutes" as I over heard the complaints when their tone started to go up. (They left upset and with anger having 2 kids missing their bed time just waiting for food and the bill) I asked for the bill and that minites 30 minutes. Having a kid there and being served late and getting my bill later (just as what happened with the neighboring guests) my daughter was falling as sleep and we will sitting at an unclear messy table. There was no apology whatsoever from the staff. Their arguements between staff was unbearable to watch. You can hear the supervisor and the staff complaining and rushing and all being on their nerves. I stood up and was tempted to leave without pay the bill because it got to the point that we are forced to be there and delay out plans just because they don't have time to give us the bill. I suggest in times like this, inform your customers that the wait time for attendance is higher than normal. Excuse your self and apologize when ever you notice that there is going to be a day and after the delay is done. Do NOT act like nothing happened. We paid 327 AED at that restaurant and drove 2 hours to have this this horrible experience. I am never going there again and I hope this review makes them do a lot of changes for the good of the future customers.
