Best breakfast we’ve had in the area. Food was deliciously prepared…they labeled every container so we knew exactly what meal was in what box. Food was delicious and plentiful. Not very often i tap out on a meal. But was stuffed and even brought some food home which will another meal. That's ok, they must have been short staffed. My food was pretty close to stone cold. Their 2 slices of bacon was so thin and frail, if I sneezed, it would have flown off my plate. Over easy eggs aren't very good cold, neither are the sausages. Hash browns cold. The English muffins I ordered weren't toasted, I don't think. Maybe they heated them up to melt the butter. His breakfast was ok, according to him but had no toast. That was an additional $4.50. 🫩. I gave him my English muffins. Needless to say.....this is why I hate going out to eat. And it was better than $15.00 for my breakfast. I'll never go to Denny's again.

And if you don’t tip them on a carry out order or if you DoorDash you’ll see how they treat you, they expect it’s not their problem take it up with someone else. They seem like they do this on purpose. I tip every time I sit inside and have a server but I don’t believe in tipping for something I’m walking in and grabbing. If it’s Car side I tip but not carry out. Customer service goes a long ways, and this was the last time I’ll ever order from them again. I got the attention of a cashier and simply asked if I could have 2 medium cups and showed her my receipt. She said to they were supposed to give them to me and I said I know but I thought it would be easier since she is literally standing right next to the cups telling me to go to the kitchen counter which is extremely busy and I also explained every time I get cups from there because of their gloves there is food all over the inside and outside of the cups (something that has happened to me a few times). She gave me an attitude and was extremely rude and said they are supposed to give them. She finally gave me the cups. While telling me next time go to the kitchen counter. I shouldn't have to argue to get 2 drink cups that I paid for an arms length away. I will never go here again unfortunately.

I know you have to wait in line but I had already waited for ten minutes AND ordered online trying to save time waiting there. I’ve owned my own company in Charlotte county for 23 years and would never handle a situation like this. It was completely understandable why I was “speaking” loud but never Shouting! When she finally brought the order, the coffee was iced instead of hot. I told her again that I did not yell and I will never return. She said that was fine. They may have been short on staff, or overwhelmed ( why the lines were long and my coffee order was wrong) but it’s not right to take it out on the customer, especially when a new coffee shop just opened across the street and Starbucks is just up the road from them as well.

I waited inside at the counter from 7:04 to 7:20 with out a simple greeting. The 3 employees walked around filling drive thru orders. Many times they would walk right up to where I was to grab something and never even acknowledged me. Even when you are busy performing duties when a customer walks in you welcome them and let them know you’ll be with them shortly. It let’s the customer know they matter.
