My GF and I had dinner there last night and thought it was excellent. We had reservations and showed up a little early but were able to get seated as soon as we walked in. We got some drinks and 4 items to split. All of the food was great but the dumplings were some of the best dumplings I have ever had. I'm a big fan of Mellow Corn and when I saw it on the menu I got pretty excited as you don't see it on menus that often. Peanut noodles served cold, these are a bit odd & I did not care for them but just my preference. Our service started out great & then almost had no service. Had to ask another staff member twice to call our waiter over as he was no where to be found. I seen where the staff member walked to & he was at a table chatting with other coworkers. He scooped out the remaining rice left in the bowl, and all the remainjng beef in its bowl and proceeded to inform me that there were only 2 side servings of beef left. Would i like something else to replace the third. At this point i was looking at him like he was nuts. I have visited this chain in 5 states and never been told they were out of anything. Ive been told they needed to cook some more and would i like to wait on that item or choose another. But never out. But he was dead serious. 50 min to closing 1 remaining serving of fried rice and 1 beef was all he had left. I observed cars in the drive thru when i walked in. Were they being denied as well? I then asked him, as he had just used the last of the fried rice if they would be cooking more as i had 4 remaining family members order to go that needed filled that required fried rice. He inturn informed me that no... They would not be cooking anything new. What he had out was what remained to be sold. Would i like to pick something else as my third item. I asked him what he intended to provide instead of the now empty fried rice bowl? My option was white rice. No noodles, no fried rice. Yes, that right¹. He refused to replenish empty menu items 50 min untill closing. With a straight face no less, and had the nerve to act like i was asking to much of this establishment to actually provide the food advertised for sale 50 min prior to closing. Or god forbid hin do what they hired him to do and provide a service to their customers. No attempt to even see if cooking a new batch would be enough for all my orders. There for providing excellent service to their customers. Nope. He didn't bother to ask how many servings i would need to complete my remaining orders. Nothing. Just a no. We won't be cooking anything more tonight. Would i like any of the remaining dishes. Lol at this point i was laughing at what i was now considering this location and chains, Not to mention a complete failure in the customer service industry, which I have personally managed for various retail locations for almost 30 yrs. Ive seen alot.. n this guy takes the cake. The entitlement and arrogance oozing from him during our exchange was unbelievable. N has resulted in the loss of customers. We will not recommend this location to anyone nor be visiting it again. We will go else where.

They put a lot into making the place a more upscale restaurant without having too extravagant prices, though prices are higher than most; around $3+ dollars per dish than what I'm use to. One reason I deducted a star though is because it seems they use frozen Sysco shrimp; very tiny, chewy and NOT all were "de-vained." She was not polite, or friendly, didn't bring our drinks until after the food was served; only refilled water, never refilled our ordered drinks during the meal and only offered once we were ready for the check. I called the next day to inform them of what took place and the man on the phone said I'd have to bring my food back in order for them to see before anything could be done. Please note that I did not get an apology or nothing for eating food that had someones hair inside it and yes the hair was very long and it could have had lice or dandruff or any type of unclean things on it and I ate almost half of it before I noticed. I went to the location which is over 10 miles from my home to get there to be disrespected and told that I ate most of the food which I did eat half before I noticed the long hair and the lady at the register even had the nerve to offer to remake it only if I paid half? these people are a joke they make money and pay their bills off our hard earned money but have no customer service or respect for their customers. After mentioning that I would call DHEC she reluctantly gave me my refund back because she knew she was wrong and yet still no apology was offered. I will never buy anything from these rude people again. I recommend if you want quality Chinese food and quality service please look and go some place else.

They gave us a whole 5 soy sauce packets that tasted nothing like you would expect it. So unfortunately that couldn’t save a single meal.
