We stayed in the 'little house' and it was absolutely perfect for us. It had absolutely everything we could need and more. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, I havent had such good nights sleep in a long time. The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single one of them went out of their way to accommodate us and make us feel welcome, made fantastic recommendations and reservations for us and especially made the trip special for my young daughter who we had come away on this trip for her birthday. They made it extra special for her and really went out of their way to do so. The whole hotel was spotless and in a fantastic location. Overall, it was a great experience; the staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I had several meals at the different restaurants and enjoyed all of them. I also used the fitness center every day which was a perfect set up. The only thing to be cognizant of, is if you're on a lower floor above one of the restaurants or Bar Pulitzer. The music had a loud beat that was going all night. The staff was able to find me a different room on a higher floor that was much quieter, but just something to consider if you're sensitive to noise. It was also during the weekend, which I know can be a bit loud. Special thanks to Kayla at front reception for helping me. The canal boat tour was incredible through the hotel and definitely something to book. The boat was absolutely beautiful, and was the chicest I saw the entire weekend! The bar was set up to look like a study, which was a cool idea, but drinks were a bit expensive.
