Before ordering, I asked a very unfriendly server how the all-you-can-eat deal worked. She clearly stated, “As long as you don’t share with others, you can request additional ribs without any other conditions, and your companion doesn’t need to order the same deal.” Based on this, I ordered the all-you-can-eat ribs, and my partner ordered a ribeye. However, after finishing my first portion and requesting more, the same server suddenly claimed we had to order a drink to get additional ribs. Shocked, we tried to discuss this politely, but she became hostile, sarcastically saying, “sure, suit yourself” before walking away and repeatedly giving us dismissive looks. This “all-you-can-eat” offer is clearly misleading.
Regarding discrimination: Upon entering, a friendly blonde server told us we could sit anywhere, as the restaurant had many empty tables. Having just finished hiking and shopping, we chose a larger table. However, moments after sitting, a man who appeared to be the manager approached and loudly demanded, “You can only sit at a two-person table, move now!” Less than five minutes later, a Caucasian couple entered and was warmly allowed to sit at a larger table. The manager and the server continued to stare at us in an unwelcoming manner, creating a tense and uncomfortable atmosphere.
Finally, the food was unacceptable for the price of 54 euros. The ribs tasted like low-quality frozen supermarket products, and the “medium” ribeye was as tough as rubber with no trace of pink inside.
