Starting off, Joshua was a fantastic waiter. Went above and beyond for my time there from me showing up early before my dinner date arrived. Very personal and attentive. (Make sure if you try to order one, you take care of the waiter and bartender since it's not on the menu) Everyone there was very accommodating and made the price worth it. I didnt have a wait because I reserved a table. The reservation process was very easy. The food alone made this appealing where the Fort Mill location sent a steak out that looked medium rare, but was more rare towards the center compared to the Mooresville location. Sadly, this place is an hr away. 10 out of 10 will recommend and return.

Parked down the block, had a nice brief stroll before coming into eat. Had a reservation, was quiet, but still a bit noisy. Same as any other restaurant during steady service. We got a signed card from all the staff and waiter as we were sat down! They congratulated us and made us feel very at home! We had Josh as our waiter, and man, it’s hard to top service that great! He was friendly, came around and answered all questions and made us feel so very happy and welcome! May God keep his energy high and keep Him safe! I got the Epic Lager to drink, and my Fiancee a sweet tea. Just the perfect notes, in a deep grained taste! She had just the perfect sweetness in her tea as well! For appetizer we got the Chophouse Cheese Toast! Just amazing flavors including 4 cheeses, and parsley atop baguette slices. Totally worth the try! The cheese is a perfect blend of sharp and strong, mixed with creamy and savory! For Main Course we had the Cajun Steak (Daily Special) and I had the Epic Burger. Both were AMAZING. We had ordered Truffle Fries for her Steak and Regular fries for mine, hers came with Potatoes and Bacon as well, and we shared them all! OH BOY THAT GARLIC AIOLI! I could have eaten 10 servings of that stuff, it is KILLER. Alongside all the seasonings and a perfect Medium rare on both entrees, what a great way to spend hard earned money, On great food! I had their Hawaiian pizza. My older daughter (17) had a margherita pizza, and my younger daughter (14) had their oriecchetti pasta. We also got an order of their cheesy bread as an appetizer. The pizza crust was thinner, but still chewy with a light crust. I was a little disappointed because I thought the Hawaiian pizza would come with the red sauce, but I think they just made it with olive oil and garlic. It was still pretty good, and came with ham, candied pineapple, bacon bits, and mozzarella. The cheesy bread was the same crust as the pizza, with the same olive oil and garlic and a thick layer of mozzarella. Ouch. The restaurant has a nice look and maybe it was just an off night, but when there are so many great restaurants, there is absolutely zero reason to give 90 another chance. Our bill was over $70. We normally have 2 nice meals out a week and we will gladly spend $150+ on a great meal. This was not that. When we got there I went to the hostess station to explain that my boyfriend’s son brought a sandwich from Jersey Mikes. The manager then walks straight up to his son, POINTS AT HIM and aggressively says “you can’t have that in here, you have to go”. The problem is not that they don’t allow outside food. I know that was a big ask. But that’s why I went to talk to the hostesses in the first place. The problem is solely the way that the manager handled it. She should not have addressed his son directly. She absolutely should NOT have pointed at him. And there was no need for her to be nasty. Her employees gave conflicting answers. She could have just come over and said, “sorry for the miscommunication, but we actually can’t have outside food”. Our server, Julian, was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive, even brought the drink his son ordered outside to him. The food was delicious as always. The only reason I rated one star for each category is because I want this review to be seen by the restaurant and hope that it starts a conversation on how to better handle something like this.

This unassuming strip mall italian restaurant named Bambini had some of the best fettucine alla carbonara I’ve ever had and that’s coming from someone who’s been to Italy. The staff are definitely italian or resemble it and know what the hell they’re cooking in the back. The prosciutto was so tender and soft. My bf ordered some chicken, rice, and something combo from the chicken section and the chicken melted in our mouths. Our server Marco was entertaining and hilarious. We left and forgot our leftovers but he knew how much we loved the food and saved it for us without us knowing. We were 20 mins on the road when we realized and turned around. That said a lot- because as a server myself, I’ve thrown people’s food away when they hadn’t come back in minutes. For $15, you get a HUGE plate of pasta, salad or soup, and a drink!! I’m not sure who the guy was that waited on me but he needs a lesson in customer service. I understand you want to go home but sometimes a little kindness goes a long way. To share we got mild wings, cheese bresdsticks and fried ravioli. Wow wow wow! It was all so so good! This did not disappoint! In no way did they think through the packaging for the garlic knots being that they were being delivered by door dash. The bag they came in was opened on both ends and the bread was just wrapped in foil. Their food is really great (many of my New York friends all have said that Hawthorne's is one of their favorites). The service is excellent. Service was prompt and attentive. Meatballs hors d’oeuvres were delicious as well as the burger sliders. The Shrimp Chowder is an absolute must! Guests enjoyed all of their entrees and we were served timely with hot plates. The dishes were all fresh prepared and plated elegantly. Owner introduced herself and was nothing but professional and courteous. The room itself is decorated very elegantly and is the only place in the local area you’re going to pull off a fine dine feel, in a private space, with chef prepared entrees at a reasonable price. The small details in this establishment are attended to. I have hosted a lot of gatherings for employees and this experience was top notch.
