I say shame on this proprietor/local franchisee.. This store, sitting 100 yards from I-75, should be banging busy. Instead from what we saw,and experienced, it has been reduced to very slow to serve, poor excuse of the brands former self.

From the second you walk up to the counter- you are not even greeted the workers just stare at you until you start speaking, they have the most miserable looks on there face- they don't interact at all - not polite at all. Not shocking for chipotle though, this management team clearly has no care for there own employees based on the vibe of the workers there and how miserable they are and of the restaurant itself the food all over the floors and the line- the mess on the tables, no one is wiping them down after use. Just all around trash bag place cant recommend this place less. If this is the closest chipotle you live near don't even go for the convince, isn't worth it your better off taking a longer drive to a further one. If you read this, it's your warning for the horrible customer service and dining experience you're about to have. This palce is just horrid- needs major help!!

The entire time she is re-making it she is just throwing things on it, threw it in the toaster, slammed it shut, took it out the toaster, and threw it back on the counter and overall just had a tremendous attitude. I have never seen any customer service like this in my life. I proceed to tell the girl at the register that I understand he made a mistake, I am not mad about that, however there is absolutely no reason why now you all need to have an attitude and throw my food around that I am paying for. The manager at the drive thru window was rude and disrespectful. I ordered my food, paid, and then when I get to the pickup window I receive all of my order except for the drink. So i politely ask if she can just ring me up for it right there and she says no that i have to go around and make the line again. I sometimes go for my lunch break and no matter what, I am pointed to the parking spot for waiting. I order the most basic things like a cheeseburger or quarter pounder and it's straight to the waiting spot everytime. Also, my lunch time is much earlier then most people, and there's hardly anyone in the drive thru. Still, most of the time the food isn't fresh and the person who brings out the food looks pretty homeless. I've even tried ordering through the app and when I get there 10 mins later or so, you guessed it, go to the waiting spot. This last time I was the only one in the drive thru, and I ordered through the app and still they sent me to wait. I got out the car and went inside and there was barely anyone inside! And the guy who brings out the food was standing around looking very lost in the dining hall. I just couldn't believe that service could be this bad. It's just so sad to see how quality and customer service has disappeared. People do not take pride in anything anymore. And every one acts like they are to good for anything! This is just sad. I will do my best to avoid this place permanently. Unfortunately, places like this will always depend on the automatic customers.
