We passed the shop twice and failed to notice the signage. We finally parked and called the restaurant for directions. The place looked nice and we took the only table by the window which was nice. The only alcohol on the menu was wine so my better half had a glass of house wine which she noted was only half a glass. I thought it was a tad odd. I settled for water after an indecisive 5 mins. We ordered the Onion soup, lamb rack and seabass for dessert, a strawberry "something or other" and a banana tartine. Being first there, food arrived promptly. The garlic bread served beforehand was delightful. The soup was enjoyable although the mrs said that it was too light for her taste. My lamb (cooked medium) was a perhaps too rare but it was ok. I just thought that the piece could have been prepped better. And the seabass was good. The Strawberry dessert was essentially a crepe batter; a very very thin layer of batter, served with almond flakes and ice cream. With me anything with crepe is scrumptious. The banana dessert just ok although the pastry was too much. Service was good but it should be streamlined better. Bill was rm230.00 which was fair.
