很多外国Youtuber介绍的网红福建面，今天刚好有机会来尝试。 叫了一个单座的福建面，rm13，老字号又是网红食物来说价格不算贵。 直接重点，味道就真的很差。第一口吃进嘴巴的包菜，大部分都是厚厚硬硬的部位，而且都是没有包菜甜味，菜叶部分也是一样。其他配料只吃到一个小的可怜的虾仁，就如20sen那么大，而且是不新鲜的。猪肉片也吃到一片像样的，其他的都是迷你猪肉碎片。面和黑酱油吃进口后，感觉非常口渴，吃了三四口后更觉得如此，而且味蕾开始被口渴感麻了。起初以为是自己的味蕾有问题，没有可能，菜，面和黑酱油都如此，但咬了一颗炸猪油渣后发现，猪油渣是有香气和味道的。之后打算勉强把它吃完不浪费，可是口渴感实在太强，无法完食。个人估计可能使用上了廉价的黑酱油，都是味精的口感。导致整碟福建面就这样被糟蹋了。 名气那么大，出品却让人沮丧。第一次，也是最后一次。

三样走天下，福建面，广府面，鲁面，我点了两样福健面和广府面，比较一下广府面更好吃（各人口味）但厨师下手重比较咸，怎整体味道还不错……

食物绝对没问题，这评分是基于个人洁癖，蟑螂乱窜问题🤦🏻‍♂️ “典型大排档”卫生有待改善，毕竟影响食欲。注意：大炒只收现金。

碳炒福建面看起来有70-80岁的老安哥主厨。炒面架势有。。可惜对喜欢吃福建面的来说。面焖得不够软，炒得不够干还是湿湿有汁的黑面，味道有些咸。值得提的是猪油渣非常新鲜。 广府鸳鸯味道很淡要自己加酱油调味。整体来说。如果只要求吃饱味道分量是足够满足你的。如要求吃到美味。这里是满足不了滴。。。

They said the fried sotong and fried mutton are their signature dish. I did what any foodie would, ordered both. I like the mutton. I am ok with the squid. Both are good. The flavour was good. It was over cooked, and it wasn't tough to eat. The banana leaf rice. I think it's the real star. I think the owner downplayed it. I think its far nicer than their mutton or squid. They served real par boiled rice. It pairs well with curry. Mine was swimming with fish curry. The 4 vege side dishes were good. I like the onion curry, it was great. The patolla curry was good too.
