We discovered Tona a few years ago and it has been our go-to Sushi restaurant ever since, and by far the best place in Utah. Our classic order of favs includes the tuna-pineapple, garlic edamame, green globe, red devil + lemon, shiso hot and the apple and ahi spoons. Their steak entree is also surprisingly delectable, so you can bring along your non-sushi eating friends and they’ll still be wildly happy as well. We’ve tried other specials and entrees and the cuts of fish never disappoint. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. I leave having eaten a couple pounds of fish but feeling wonderful and light as a feather. We love you Tona!!
