A topper to a donut that from what I was told was most likely improperly stored causing it to harden extra therefore cracking my tooth and filling. I had to have emergency dental work done and was near a $500 job for one tooth and pain. This location sounds annoyed and inconvenienced anytime I call. It’s been near 2 months of back and forth of their insurance passing the buck to the manufacturers insurance and neither one wants to take responsibility. District manager has done nothing even after leaving messages. Trying to downplay this situation and sweep it under the rug isn’t going to work. This is honestly ridiculous. Krispy Kreme is responsible at the end of the day because they’re supposed to store food properly. If I had 2 Harry Potter donuts that were 2 different designs and one was good and the other was not then that would most likely indicate the other one was old or improperly stored. Poor customer service and lack of accountability at your grown ages is honestly crazy. I followed all steps and provided injury report documentation and dental records.

Side note, I'm not a big Krispy Kreme fan my main preference goes to Mom & Pop donut shops but can't beat a quick snack.

So we decided here. I have eaten at many Farmer boys in the past and the burgers are pretty good but I really like their onion rings. This place was different, the inside was pretty sloppy, unclean tables with crumbs and oil residue, so i wiped the table myself, niw to clean my hands, so I used the restroom to wash my hands and it was horrible. Disgusting Horrible!! We ordered, and the food was a major disappointment. The frys were old and cold, grilled chicken was good. But the major disappointment was my favorite, the onion rings, they were made with the outside peeling on the onion, I couldn't even bite into them. I know their onion rings are truly overpriced. You 4 big rings for 6.00 really not worth it but I get them and kinda spoil myself. To make matters I requested no onions on my Burger. I like cooked onions but raw onions on a burger over takes the flavor, and I don't like em. So again majorly disappointed with my meal all together. I will never go back to this place again. It was a big waste of money. Farmer Boys needs to close this location down.

First off, the online ordering system is misleading—it doesn’t reflect their actual business hours, which caused unnecessary confusion. The portion sizes were also disappointing. I usually split a burrito from other locations, but this one was noticeably smaller—barely half the size. On top of that, they only give you two salsas per order, regardless of how much food you get. I ordered nachos, two burritos, rolled tacos, and three beef tacos for my family of six at a cost of $60, and was still charged \$2.50 for just a few extra salsas. That’s excessive and feels like nickel-and-diming.
