Service was nice and accommodating, so gave 2 stars just for that. Chicken was overcooked and my 81 yr old MIL couldn't eat it. It was very dark, like old oil was used. They gave us new pieces, which weren't any better. Need key for restroom. No soap or paper towels in there. I let the clerk know, but never did anything. That is really bad when it is the restroom the employee use. Explains the problem with sick customers in other reviews. This was the only KFC I have ever had problems with.
