Today's burgers were just meh- no real seasoning. The fries were great but way too many- these are garbage reheated. Applebee's quesadilla burger is WAY superior and comes with fries so about $5 cheaper per order. Tipping is to appreciate service...after service provided, not in anticipation of future service. I tipped anyway because I'm terrified to eat the food otherwise, but calling my ticket number to come pick up my food is not really service, especially with a $40 counter service ring. Also, why is there only a community roll of paper towels available? This is the equivalent of a roll of tissue sitting on the stall floor- at least you can wash up after. He sees I'm driving a vehicle that's 10 feet in height the clerance is 9ft, so drive-through was not an option to pull up. He stated go to the door and I will let them know inside. Fast forward I order my food the person taking the order clearly had an attitude so I order then park and walk up to the window. the person at the window was so rude as well. Customer service is an after thought at this place. The food was cold and soggy. If you don't like your job quit. I should have looked at the reviews before coming to this location. Reading the responses it seems as though leaving a review is useless as well. Management seems to have done nothing to change the public view on this location. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. Grace was told that she had paid for them and didn't receive them. My mother in-law showed her her receipt and she proceeded to tell her that there wasn't anymore wings available, however she offered to give a refund or to replace the item with another of bread sticks and or cheesy bread. My mother in-law said she would take the cheesy bread. Grace apologized for the inconvenience. We had to wait another 10 min on that to be ready so the pizzas would be getting a little cold waiting on that,and Grace already knew it would be so she gave my mother in-law a refund for the wings and a free cheesy bread and a 2 20oz drinks. This is how customer service used to be years ago, employees putting the customers needs and wants first while respecting the guidelines and rules of the company at the same time. Grace is one of the main reasons that I am still a loyal customer. The food,not so much,sauce needs re evaluating along with the cook time for the bread sticks. Every time I have ever gotten bread sticks they are always doey and not very good. But just going to order a pizza and have Grace take my order is a pleasant experience. I highly recommend that she be a manager at this location,she truly deserves to be in that kind of a position. In fact, this is probably my first review ever because I know just how hard it is to come back sometimes from a bad review, so I really hope that whoever read these reviews and all the other bad reviews because there’s not many good reviews I hope they take it very seriously and do some very heavy changes at this establishment. My roommates love the Bourbon Chicken. They do have some of the best lo mein. Overall, the food is cheap and a great value for the amount you get!
