When I went to the store to activate it they told me it’s for mobile orders only, which by the way it says it can be redeemed in store or online. The rewards didn’t let me activate it so I asked if the manager could do it and gave her my phone so she could activate it, she couldn’t. Then she told me it looks like there’s a glitch and instructed me that if I have any rewards like that to always come in the store to activate it so I don’t run into that issue. Now the following day I come into the store to make an order and use my rewards and get greeted with a terrible attitude by the employee working, essentially screaming at me saying that this is for online orders only which again it specifies that the reward can be used in store or online. Than he goes on and tells it’s a glitch and what not. Even though the reward has a QR code that he scanned. This behavior isn’t acceptable. The manager is telling me to activate it in store and an employee is telling it’s only for online orders. This is the most convenient location to me but now I’m forced to go to a different place for my coffee to avoid this hostile atmosphere.

I kept seeing the pick up time getting pushed back. I call the restaurant and the lady who picks up says she's the manager. I told her I'm concerned that my sub has been made an hour ago and has been sitting around. She hung up on me and I had to call from another phone number because they wouldn't pick up the phone with the first number I called. I tried to call twice from the same number after the hang up and moved to a different phone which they picked up quickly... when I call back and she says she never hung up...
