First time going here because everyone loves it, not my experience. Horrible food quality. Tacos had been sitting out for a while. Straight up cold, not even a hint of heat from a lamp. The burger was the same, the bun’s edges dried. The fries confirmed the problem, the small bag of fries were more fresh and warm, but the large my other got was old but also dried out, is this a joke? It’s one thing to get old cold food but to the point it had dried out just shows the neglect from staff who aren’t proactive and take initiative. This was obvious and it’s frustrating.

It seems like out of the last 4 times we have been to this location we have had a issue with our order. This most recent time they forgot our Dr. Jack and both of our burgers had smashed up buns. Burgers themselves seemed burnt and dried up as well. I also had asked for no ketchup and they put on anyway. When I went back to the window the two guys in the restaurant ignored me standin at the window even though I ran the Bell, about 15 minutes of me waiting a girl came up to the window and at least got me the drink that we was missing. She was nice and helpful but I am very disappointed with this location.

Most of the food was good however I requested my chicken sandwich with no mayonnaise and no tomato, and upon us getting home and checking my order (yes I know I should have checked before I left my mistake) I had a Mayo slathered all over the sandwich and tomato was on there as well. Yes I can pick the Tomato off but there's no way to get the Mayo off. I have looked for a phone number to call and there is none and I have no way to drive back and get this replaced today, so I am out my lunch for the day. Not remotely close to the burger i orderd. I went back an got a new one and they took the old one for some weird reason lol. This isnt the first time its happend either. I am constantly getting the wrong order when i go there. Its been over a month since i last went because of this. Its and incredible inconvenience to drive 20min just to get the buger i oderd. TO make it worse theres 2 pices of bacon on the Bacon Ultimate. At least with wendys they give u like 5. And i dont even think you can consider this to be 2 pieces lol.
