When he stepped up to order, she screamed at him to get back in line and wait his turn. Before I could say anything to her she ran into the back and I didn’t see her for the remainder of the time. I let the young woman who took our order know what happened, she was polite, but didn’t really seem to care. We were already not happy about the situation, but when we got home and tried the pastries, we knew we would never go back. They were terrible, especially the tricolors, which was the most upsetting. I placed my order on Wednesday and it was at my home, carefully packaged and looking delicious, two days later!
