Also, since the signature of Vista is its view of the Pagoda, it was annoying that there were many staff members who continuously blocked the view either by walking around without purpose or by just standing and hence blocking the view of the Pagoda. All in all, certainly a place to check out for some nice night time photos of the Shwedagon Pagoda while enjoying a nice cold beer.
