They did put an extra spoon of cacao in and then when the couple refused the drink they offered to make them another. The couple were sour because they didn’t get a refund that they demanded. Originally we came for 1 night and have ended up staying for 10! This is a tropical oasis in the most beautiful location. I am a travel blogger and this is the best place I’ve stayed at for the whole month. This honestly feels like paradise. The price is so low for the experience you get here. The staff our the lovliest people ever and go above and beyond. We first stayed in the Monko mini room which was fantastic and made me feel so connected to nature waking up to the beautiful sounds. Then we had a night in the villa which was 5 stars with a bath tub looking out onto the rice paddies. I will be staying here again whenever I come back to Pai. They also do amazing coffee and food so you can also check it out as a peaceful day time and sunset spot! Outstanding!
