Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls, Ontario, is a Canadian city at the famous waterfalls of the same name, linked with the U.S. by the Rainbow Bridge. Its site on the Niagara River's western shore overlooks the Horseshoe Falls, the cascades' most expansive section. Elevators take visitors to a lower, wetter vantage point behind the falls. A cliffside park features a promenade alongside 520-ft.-high Skylon Tower with an observation deck.

Experience the natural wonder of Horseshoe Falls from a unique perspective at Journey Behind the Falls. This year-round attraction offers visitors the chance to view the falls from below and behind through tunnels and observation decks. To reach this vantage point, guests descend 45 meters in an elevator before traveling through a 50-meter tunnel that leads to two observation platforms located at the bottom of the waterfall.
Unbelievable! If you thought Niagara Falls was breath-taking from the shoreline, wait until you see it from the inside. The views from behind the falls are truly spectacular and unique. To be able to stand just a few meters from the raging waters of one of nature’s wonders is humbling. Feeling the mist hit your face is wild. You can look out across the Niagara River to see thousands of other tourists walking around Canada and the United States, enjoying a boat ride, or looking back at you from the observation deck. On the walls, there are some fun factoids and a brief history of Niagara Falls. The heaviest tourist season is during the summer and hotter months, but we went during the winter and it somehow got more amazing. Seeing the huge icicles and frozen mists in the air is truly a sight to behold. It also helped make the journey quick and painless, since there are huge lines during the warmer times and the only way up is by elevator. Journey Behind the Falls is something everyone should experience, as well as Niagara Falls itself. The area is modern, easy to traverse, and so stunning that it seems surreal at times. This is a big bucket list item.

Journey Behind the Falls is an absolutely incredible experience! 🌊 Being able to stand just behind the roaring waterfalls and feel the mist on your face is something you’ll never forget. The tunnels are well-maintained, safe, and give a unique perspective of the falls that you just can’t get anywhere else. The views from the observation decks are spectacular, and the sound of the water crashing down is both thrilling and mesmerizing. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or coming back to Niagara Falls, Journey Behind the Falls is a must-do – it’s up close, exhilarating, and unforgettable. Highly recommend for all ages!

Walking behind and right up against the Falls is an unforgettable experience! The only other attraction that surpasses this is the Cruise that takes you into the heart of the Horseshoe Falls. I’m thrilled that I had the opportunity to experience both attractions because it allows you to truly immerse yourself in the falls at your own pace. In this experience, you’ll get much closer to the Falls, hearing the thunderous roar and feeling the water spray against you.

🚤 My Experience on the Maid of the Mist Boat Ride – Niagara Falls Taking the Maid of the Mist boat ride was the most thrilling and unforgettable part of my visit to Niagara Falls. This iconic boat tour takes you right into the heart of the mighty falls — an adventure filled with mist, roar, and excitement! As the boat slowly approached the American Falls and then the majestic Horseshoe Falls, I could feel the power of nature all around me. The sound of the crashing water was thunderous, and the mist completely surrounded us — it felt like stepping into another world. Even with the provided blue poncho, I was soaked, but the experience was totally worth it! The ride was about 20 minutes long, but every second was packed with awe and wonder. Seeing the falls up close gave me a whole new appreciation for their beauty and strength. The crew was friendly, and everything was well-organized and safe. 📍 Tips for Visitors: • Don’t worry about getting wet — embrace it! • Keep your camera or phone waterproofed; the mist is heavy. • Go early morning to avoid long queues. • Hold on to your poncho — it’s a fun souvenir! Overall, the Maid of the Mist is an absolutely must-do experience at Niagara Falls — thrilling, refreshing, and truly unforgettable. 🌊💙🛥️

Highly recommend this venue to get views of the Canadian Falls up close! One observation point gives you an incredible view up the falls to see the water cascade roll over into the Niagara river! Tunnel views are behind the falls with stunning close up of water rolling past you! They provide rain slickers to keep you dry We went in November no crowds no wait!!! Summer spring early fall high season wait can be 2 hours!!!! Definitely no exceptions do this off season!!!!!!

We traveled by bus from Union bus station to Niagara falls bus station, around 43 CAN/adult. There, we bought another ticket to the falls which was about 10 minutes far by that bus. The scene was breathtaking, especially that it was snowing. We walked around for an hour, took amazing pictures and had some coffee in the adjacent cafe, then came back the same way It is a must experience for those who visit Toronto, and it deserves the effort done to reach the location

The Journey Behind the Falls is one of those experiences that truly lets you feel the raw power of Niagara Falls up close and I mean really close. Even though I’ve seen the falls many times from above, nothing quite compares to standing right behind that massive curtain of water and hearing the thunderous roar echo all around you. It’s surreal The moment you step out of the elevator you can already hear the rumbling of the water. it’s deep and powerful, like the heartbeat of nature itself. The tunnels lead you to two observation portals directly behind the falls. When you reach them, you see millions of gallons of water rushing down in front of you, just a few feet away. The mist and the sound together create an atmosphere that’s both thrilling and calming at the same time. Then there’s the outdoor observation deck which is easily my favorite part. Standing there, you can feel the mist spraying your face while watching the falls from an incredible vantage point. It’s one of those moments you don’t forget. The poncho they provide helps, but you’ll still get a bit wet, which honestly adds to the fun. I’d recommend going early in the morning or later in the afternoon to avoid the crowds and get more time to take it all in. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or have been to Niagara before, Journey Behind the Falls gives you a whole new appreciation for its power and beauty.

The Butterfly Conservatory is a captivating venue where you can witness over 2,000 butterflies fluttering in a lush rainforest setting. It's one of the many must-see attractions at Niagara Falls State Park, offering an immersive experience with nature. The conservatory provides an opportunity to observe these beautiful creatures up close and learn about their habitat. It's a perfect family-friendly destination that offers an educational and enchanting experience for visitors of all ages.
I’d give 20 stars if I could! Everything was spotless and well maintained. The $20 entry fee was totally worth it. The moment you step inside, you can feel the amazing energy — butterflies are flying all around you, and the view is absolutely beautiful. If you love butterflies, this place is a must-visit! The staff was super friendly, and don’t miss the free rose garden outside.
Yamicelys R — Google review
Absolutely beautiful experience! The Butterfly Conservatory is like stepping into a tropical paradise — warm, lush, and full of color. There are literally hundreds of butterflies flying all around you, landing on flowers, and sometimes even on you if you stand still long enough! 🦋 The place is super well-maintained and peaceful, with little walking paths surrounded by waterfalls and tropical plants. It’s perfect for photos and honestly feels like you’ve escaped into another world for a bit. The educational displays before entering are short but interesting, especially for kids. Such a relaxing and magical spot — definitely worth visiting if you’re in Niagara Falls. Great for families, couples, or anyone who wants a quiet break from the busier attractions. 🌿✨

We wanted a kid and baby-friendly activity for our mini getaway and am so glad we opted for this. We’ve been to Niagara Falls dozens of times but had never thought to explore this gem and we were so glad we did. We spent less than an hour here (thank you previous Google reviewers about the paid parking tip and only needing an hour!) yet it felt much longer. Adults, kid and baby were so enchanted by the exotic beauty of the thousands of gorgeous butterflies fluttering around. What a treat it was to be in their domain and admire in awe and wonder. It is humid of course so recommend to come in a t-shirt, regardless of the actual weather outside. We had our baby in a baby carrier and it worked out wonderfully; saw some other babies in strollers and preferred having a baby carrier as it allowed us to navigate easily on the paths. Gift shop was a lovely browse too; purchased a cute hologram butterfly bookmark for our son to remember this conservatory every time he reads. Highly recommended!

Cool small dome filled with many butterflies and tropical plants. I was impressed by the number of butterflies, but expected a little more variety of types. 20-30 minutes is plenty to see everything. Kind of expensive at over $20 for an adult and $8 parking in the lot. I would say it's worth stop if it's part of an included package...probably dont need to go out of your way to see just that unless you are a big butterfly fan.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. This was an AMAZING experience that felt like pure joy and relaxation at the same time. There were so many absolutely stunning butterflies of all different kinds. 10/10 recommend this place whether you’re traveling, just trying to get the family out of the house, or even for a fun date. I cannot express how beautiful this place and experience was. After the experience there’s a cute gift shop, as well as gorgeous gardens and even a cafe! Definitely a highlight of my vacation!

I’ve been here TWO times for my birthday, i LOVE it. I also really love Kyle, one of the workers there. he’s just like me. Tell Kyle he’s awesome. He might not remember me but i’m the pale boy with long-ish brown hair. Anyway, the butterflies are beautiful, the orange ones with yellow spots usually do not like touching me for some reason. remember to look for butterflies who are resting on the floor and pick them up and put them on a leaf so they don’t get stepped on! I recommend this place for insect enjoyers.

October 2025 review. I love butterflies. I been to Key West (Florida) butterfly conservatory as well, I find Niagara is probably bigger, has more variety of plants, trees and number of butterflies. STILL I find experience 45$ including tax for 2 adult people and 2 hour 16$ parking if you wanna enjoy garden and butterflies - way over priced and overvalued! Regardless how beautiful it all is - I still don't think it really worth 61$ for 2 hours being here. Alex Garden or Rosetta McClain Gardens (free parking) (Toronto) are absolutely free and as impressive as Nigara Botanical Garden. The city should cover some cost or at least offer free 2 hour parking. Tourist should not be treated as walking wallets.
Spirit B — Google review
There was no wait when we arrived, which was great. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes — there's so much to see outdoors! The gardens are beautiful and very well-maintained, and there's also a cafe on-site if you want to grab a bite. The conservatory itself isn't very large and was a bit crowded when we visited, so we only spent a few minutes inside before heading out. There's also a gift shop, though it's mostly stocked with souvenirs and items for young kids. The real highlight is definitely the outdoor space. We loved exploring the gardens, and there’s even a golf course nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxed day out in nature!

The Skylon Tower is a must-visit attraction in Niagara Falls, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the falls and the surrounding area. At 775 feet above the ground, visitors can enjoy sweeping vistas from both indoor and outdoor observation decks. The tower also features a unique revolving restaurant where guests can savor continental cuisine while taking in the stunning sights. Additionally, there's an arcade and the opportunity to watch the 2D/4D film 'Legends of Niagara Falls.'
Could not ask for better! Great food, service and atmosphere. We saw the fireworks from our table. Spectacular! It happened at 8 pm but will be closer to 9 pm in the summer. There was live piano playing in the background. It was my husband's birthday so they gave him a complimentary slice of cheesecake! So delicious! We ordered the steak, prime rib and salmon. All great choices and come with beans and a simply delicious scoop of sweet potatoes. The prime rib was extremely tender. The virgin Strawberry Daiquiri was absolutely wonderful. Our servers were attentive and friendly.

I came here for a lunch buffet. Despite the bad reviews, I gave it a try. I lowered my expectations, so it was just like how I expected. The restaurant reminded me of a dormitory dining hall, extremely noisy and crowded. The food was not as bad as the reviews I read. There are plenty of options, one way or another you will find something to enjoy. It’s relatively cheap, so the price-quality point was good. However, your visit reason shouldn’t be for dining, but for the view and the overall experience. You can definitely find better food around the area, but you can’t always eat on top of the tower. So, I would suggest visiting this place once in your life and one time only.
Fatmanur O — Google review
We came for the views with a relaxed meal experience. We got that absolutely 100%. The food was good, without being brilliant. No complaints. The service was ok, but a little chaotic. The views and revolving restaurant (not the buffet) was what we came for, and what we got as an experience. Its a litle over priced for what you get for sure. We came to Niagara for a once in a lifetime experience, and this restaurant played its part. We also got to experience the views from the observation deck afterwards as well, so overall would do it again, even knowing the rest of what i mention.

While I did not go to the restaurant, I did go for the observation deck and it was so stunning. The view of Niagara Falls is amazing as well as being able to see the Buffalo and Toronto skylines. I highly recommend. The elevator up was also such a cool experience!

Recommended, view is worth it. Food was nice good portions, salmon was really tasty cook perfectly. Service wasn’t good we have two waiters one a girl was nice but the older guy was no patient and kind of rude. But we saw other tables were really happy with services maybe just our luck. Nice place to go, as the CN tower rotates so you can have a 360o view in around one hour period.
Susana H — Google review
I really enjoyed the Prime Rib dinner in the revolving restaurant. You get 90 minutes for your reservation which is plenty of time to enjoy your meal and enjoy the views. The restaurant rotates once per hour, we got to see the falls 2x while we were sat. Afterwards we went to the observation deck as it is included. All of our meals were good with no complaints from any of us. I would definitely return as this was a memorable experience for me.

At the top of Skylon Tower, you’ll be treated to spectacular views of Niagara Falls! The breathtaking scenery, combined with the sound of the falls and a gentle breeze, creates an unforgettable experience!! Additionally, you’ll learn about the daring individuals who have attempted to cross the falls and witness the various vehicles they used beyond the barrels, including kayaks and a massive steel ball.

Had an amazing experience at the Skylon Tower! The views of Niagara Falls from the top are absolutely breathtaking. Tickets were around $23 per person, totally worth it for the panoramic scenery. The shop at the top was a fun surprise — the guy who owns it is super funny, friendly, and makes everyone feel comfortable. Overall, a great visit and a must-do in Niagara!

Ferris wheel
Water & Amusement Parks
The Niagara SkyWheel is Canada's largest observation wheel, offering stunning panoramic views of the Horseshoe and American Falls, the Niagara River, and other landmarks. The glass-enclosed gondolas reach heights of 175 feet, providing a comfortable vantage point for visitors to enjoy the breathtaking scenery in any season. With heating and air conditioning in each gondola, guests can take in the beauty of Niagara Falls year-round.
This Ferris Wheel was awesome. My wife and I always love to go on these for the views. We were not disappointed. The views were incredible. Even though the Horseshoe Falls were at a distance, the view was still amazing. Fortunately for us, the sun was starting to get lower so everything was glowing. The views of Ontario were also gorgeous. Often, rides like this can be quite pricey, especially in popular tourist areas. This one was $15 Canadian which is about $10.50 in US dollars. For that price, we were expecting two loops. We got five. Every time we went around, we gave each other a high-five. Overall, we both highly recommend it.
Chris — Google review
Riding the Niagara SkyWheel was one of the absolute highlights of our trip. We went during the day, and I can't recommend it enough. Seeing the Horseshoe and American falls lit up in vibrant colors from 175 feet in the air was just breathtaking. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable. The line moved quickly, the cabin was fully enclosed and climate-controlled, which was a nice touch, making it a cozy and peaceful ride despite the buzz of Clifton Hill below. The ride lasted about 10-12 minutes, giving us plenty of time (about 3-4 full rotations) to soak in the 360-degree views and take some incredible photos without any glare from the windows. It felt very safe and steady the entire time. If you're trying to decide when to go, definitely choose the afternoon or the sunset! The glittering lights of the city and the illuminated falls create a truly magical experience. It's well worth the ticket price for a perspective you just can't get anywhere else. Five stars all the way!
Shayan S — Google review
Absolutely loved the Niagara SkyWheel! It’s such a fun and unique way to see the Falls and the surrounding Niagara area from above. The views are absolutely breathtaking — you get an incredible perspective of both the Horseshoe Falls and the Niagara skyline, and if you go around sunset or at night, the lights make everything look magical. The cabins are fully enclosed, clean, and spacious, which makes it comfortable even on cold or windy days. The ride is smooth and relaxing, giving you plenty of time to soak in the scenery or take amazing photos. You can really see how vast the area is from up there — it’s a perspective you just can’t get from the ground. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s also perfect for families, couples, or even solo travellers looking for a unique view of the Falls. Definitely a must-do attraction if you’re visiting Niagara Falls — it’s quick, fun, and absolutely worth every penny. I’d go back in a heartbeat! 🎡🌊

Tourist from London, and I highly recommend the Niagara Skywheel, the view at night of the falls and the lights is worth it. The cabin is temp control so it was warm inside. We went around 5 times so the ride was worth it for the price. A nice thing to do with the family.

We decided to try out the sky-wheel on a whim on a recent visit to Niagara. It was a fun little experience, albeit somewhat expensive for a short ride. Neat to experience the Falls from above! Not for anyone who is afraid of heights though (it took me a little bit to feel comfortable at those heights, especially when it stopped!) :). Once everyone is loaded you go around a few times before they unload everyone again. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area!
Rachel S — Google review
The Niagara SkyWheel was such a beautiful experience! The view of the Falls and city lights was absolutely stunning, especially at night. The ride was smooth, the cabins were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Totally worth it a must do in Niagara Falls!

This is included with the Clifton Hill Fun Pass. The gondola was comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us. The views were great of the surrounding area and the Falls were not too far away. We were lucky as it was not busy, no wait, car to ourselves.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🎡 Niagara SkyWheel – A Must-Do Experience in Niagara Falls! 🌊🌆 The Niagara SkyWheel is hands down one of the best attractions in Niagara Falls 🙌. It’s not just a ride, it’s a full 360° viewing experience that lets you see the Falls 🌊, Clifton Hill 🎢, and the whole city from a completely different perspective 🏙️✨. The cabins are spacious, clean, and fully air-conditioned/heated ❄️🔥, so you can enjoy the ride comfortably no matter the season. Hygiene is well taken care of 🧼, and the ride feels very safe and secure ✅. As the wheel goes around, you get to enjoy breathtaking views 😍 — especially at night 🌃 when the Falls are lit up in different colors 🌈 and Clifton Hill is glowing with lights ✨. During the day, you can see miles across the horizon 🌤️, making it a totally different but equally beautiful experience. 💯 The customer service is excellent — the staff is polite, helpful, and makes sure everyone is comfortable and safe 👏😊. ✔️ Washrooms 🚻 are nearby and easy to access. ✔️ Tickets 🎟️ are reasonably priced considering the experience — totally worth it. ✔️ Parking 🅿️ is available close by (around $15), so convenience isn’t an issue. This is the perfect activity for couples ❤️, families 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, or even solo travelers ✨. The slow rotation gives you enough time to relax, take photos 📸, and soak in the stunning views 🌟. Seafood restaurant
Tide and Vine Oyster House is a charming seafood restaurant and bar with a relaxed, rustic-chic ambiance. It's known for its expertly shucked oysters and the freshest seafood from the region. The menu includes a fantastic selection of local wines and beers, along with house-made specialties like seafood chowder and lobster rolls. Located in Niagara Falls, this spot offers an impressive raw bar featuring Buffalo Oysters and lobster profiteroles.
We came in for happy hour (Mon all day, Yues-Fri 3-5p) and loved it—fresh oysters, great music, and such a fun vibe. The bar staff was excellent, super friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and welcoming. Tide & Wine has both indoor and outdoor seating (covered patio within the free parking lot). NOTE: The restaurant is tucked into a strip mall. The easiest way to find it is to look for the Royal Canadian Bank on the corner and turn into the lot there. Definitely worth a visit! Can't wait to come back and try the lobster roll 🦞
Connie K — Google review
We had an excellent experience at Tide and Vine. Service was outstanding and the food was equally impressive. We dined as a group of two adults and three children, and the kids’ menu was easy to read and well thought out. The children’s meals were prepared with the same care and quality as the adult dishes, which we greatly appreciated. For the adults, we enjoyed oysters, truffle fries, lobster mac and cheese, and a lobster roll. Everything was delicious, though the lobster itself was a bit mild in flavor. The oyster selection was excellent, with a great variety and well-paired accompaniments. The potato salad and pickled vegetable salad served with the meals were a nice, fresh touch. The only downside was the $100 reservation fee, which is refundable, but seemed unnecessary as the restaurant was not busy during our visit. This charge had not been reversed by the time we left, which left us wondering about the process. The restaurant offers patio, bar, and dining room seating. Overall, a great spot with quality food, thoughtful service, and a welcoming atmosphere for families.

A Memorable Dining Experience at Tide and Vine Our meal at Tide and Vine was an absolute highlight of our Niagara trip! Located in a quiet neighborhood where most shops close early, this restaurant is a welcoming gem that stays open and bustling. We arrived at 5 PM and found the place already lively and full—a testament to its popularity. The lobster roll was the star of the show: fresh, tender, and so delicious I finished it in what felt like seconds! The shrimp roll was good but couldn’t quite compare. We also loved the rich and creamy clam chowder—especially when paired with warm bread for dipping. The linguine was cooked perfectly, loaded with well-prepared seafood, and the steak was flavorful and satisfying. Though the waitress initially forgot our cutlery due to how busy they were, she quickly apologized and brought everything we needed. The service was warm and attentive despite the crowd. Tide and Vine is a must-visit for anyone in the area craving fresh seafood and a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere. We can’t wait to return! Highlights: · Incredible lobster roll · Hearty clam chowder with dipping bread · Perfectly cooked linguine and steak · Friendly service in a bustling setting A perfect culinary finale to our Niagara adventure!

A wonderful place to grab some delicious seafood. Fast, friendly, and excellent service. My wife had the lobster mac-n-cheese and I had the lobster roll. Muscles for an appetizer and the clam sauce fries. Everything was excellent. My wife said her lobster mac-n-cheese was the best she's ever had. Highly recommend visiting here if you have the opportunity. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

Some people in my party I’ve been here before, so they suggested this for a great meal and I was not disappointed. I had the Arctic chard which was served perfectly, I totally cleaned out my plate, including the skin, which was to me delicacy.. Others had oyster combinations, and there were some question as to what is meant by fried oysters, and the person who was being served them was a little confused as they came out different than he normally gets them. After some conversation with the person working on the table, there was a clarification, but they were still very tasty. We were too full for dessert. There were also some T-shirts and table condiments for sale and my party bought some for both souvenirs and also something tasty to use at home. This would definitely be a go to place when I come back to Niagara Falls.

Since I love seafood, we decided to find a nice seafood restaurant in Niagara Falls. It wasn’t fancy—more of a casual seafood joint with a vintage vibe. We tried a small seafood tower, which was fantastic! Then, we ordered every oyster on the menu, from the West Coast to the East Coast. Our verdict: we loved the East Coast oysters the most—they had a richer aroma and were juicier. We also really enjoyed their signature house sauce. If you like simple & easy seafood resturant, try here. It was about 10min from embassy hotel.

Tide and Vine is a casual seafood spot located in a plaza with plenty of parking and charming nautical decor, including crab shell ornaments. I dined in, and the service was warm and friendly throughout. The lobster roll was packed with fresh chunks and easily one of the best I’ve had. The clam chowder was rich and satisfying, though the lobster mac was a bit salty. A great lunch destination for seafood lovers looking for quality, comfort, and convenience.

Weinkeller is a casual bistro and bar that produces its own wines and serves contemporary dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients. Located in an intimate, brick-walled basement, the restaurant offers three reds and three whites produced on-site. The menu features prix fixe options with dishes like cedar-planked Pacific salmon. Additionally, Weinkeller boasts a carefully curated fixed-price menu of Ontario wines and an open patio with live music.
It was really great, the steak did come to us overcooked more than what we asked for, which has never happened in the past. The server fixed it for us and brought us a wonderful desert on the house. We always enjoy our time here. I do miss the 5 course meal option, it always made it more fun and a unique experience because you don't get that option in many restaurants. Nonetheless, had a great time but I miss the flow and excitement of the coursed out meal option." I'll still give it 5 stars because everything was still excellent, but it's not the same vibe anymore and I really used enjoy the nostalgia.

We had an amazing dinner at Weinkeller. We started with the fried goat cheese appetizer and fresh oysters, both of which set the tone for a great meal. For salads, we tried the seasonal watermelon feta and the seasonal corn cheddar – both light, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. For mains, my wife ordered the cedar plank maple balsamic salmon with mashed potatoes, and it was outstanding – perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I had the tomahawk pork chops, blackened and finished with an apple cider reduction, served with garlic fingerling potatoes. The pork was tender, juicy, and paired beautifully with the sauce. Everything we had was incredible from start to finish, and we were especially impressed with how reasonably priced the menu is for the quality and creativity of the dishes. Service and atmosphere matched the food – warm, inviting, and professional. Highly recommend Weinkeller if you’re looking for a memorable meal in Niagara.

Food was better than the reviews reported. Arrived at the end of happy hour which was a bonus. Tried some oysters and caprese salad for appetizers. So good we were almost finished before I remembered to take pictures. Husband tried the tomahawk pork chop. He was extremely pleased with it. I ordered the espresso crusted filet. It was delicious as were the sides. Baco Noir and Pinot Noir were both delightful. Bread Pudding was the perfect end to our meal. The real stand out was Kaleigh. She was very attentive, super friendly and caring. I was not feeling 100 percent the day of our visit. She was super sweet inquiring about how I was feeling and offering suggestions. Absolutely can't wait to visit again next time we are in the area.

Had my birthday dinner here. Chose one thing I never order in restaurant.. salmon, because every restaurant I’ve ever ordered it from has been over cooked and or under seasoned. To my delightful surprise it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! With compound butter! The sides included beets and carrots, I didn’t know this but I don’t like either, and yet even they were good. Not over cooked! Had their fan favorite fried goat cheese. A first for me 😋 and ahi tuna. Service was great, chairs comfy. I have passed this place so many times because it doesn’t look like a restaurant from outside but totally worth the reservation.

Recommended by our tour guide Weinkeller was an excellent choice for dinner. The food and atmosphere were excellent and our server, and I wish I could remember her name, was beyond excellent. If we ever come back to Niagara Falls again, we will definitely be having dinner here again. I recommend as you will not be disappointed.

Best Cosmopolitan I ever had in my LIFE! Utterly perfect. My husband had 3 espresso martinis sans Baileys but equally as good. The appetizers, the soup of the day was a roasted red pepper and just delicious. The service was spectacular. We really enjoyed this restaurant and loved the food, drinks, and atmosphere.

Last time we were at Weinkeller was 2021 and it was amazing then. I’m happy to say it’s STILL absolutely fantastic 4 years later! Easily one of the best steaks my husband and I have had this year - we both got the 7 OZ filet mignon. The ambiance and service is top tier as well and I truly think the prices are fair as they match the quality of the food. Weinkeller is definitely our go-to place when we’re visiting Niagara Falls.

We had an excellent dinner at Weinkeller earlier this week. The prix fixe menu allows you to pick 3 or 5 courses (which includes drinks and desserts). Our table was able to share some items and taste a lot from the menu this way. Some food highlights were the fried goat cheese, the seafood casino pasta, and the chocolate semifreddo. Our server was excellent - friendly and knowledgeable about their wine selection and menu items. I definitely recommend this restaurant as an alternative to a lot of the franchise restaurants on the Niagara strip!

AG Inspired Cuisine is a high-end restaurant located in the basement of the Sterling Inn and Spa, offering a sleek and contemporary dining experience. The chef, Cory Linkson, showcases his creativity by frequently adjusting the menu based on locally sourced produce, some of which comes from the restaurant's own farm. The restaurant offers a prix fixe menu as well as a surprise tasting menu with wine pairings for each course.
AG Inspired Cuisine is definitely one of the best restaurants in Niagara Falls. Every dish we had was carefully crafted with fresh high quality ingredients, many of which sourced from their own farm. Service was also great, our server was attentive but also patient being careful not to rush us or overwhelm us with speed of service. The decor is high end for sure, the only con would be the music that was played being “top 40” radio hits that didn’t really fit the vibe. Besides that it was a solid date night and would return!

This restaurant is one of the better ones we have found...not just in Niagara Falls but anywhere we have traveled, which is all over the US as well as some internationally. The beef tenderloin and duck we done absolutely perfect! They were so so tender and flavorful! We also had the charred octopus and wagyu meatballs which were terrific! Drinks and dessert were also perfectly done! If I could rate it higher I would! Only wish is that we lived closer so we could come here more often. If you are looking for a great meal this is definitely the choice!!

Each time I’ve had dinner at AG, it’s been an absolute treat for the taste buds. The dishes are beautifully crafted, and you can truly taste the freshness and quality in every bite. The octopus, in particular, is to die for! Chef Cory brings years of experience and passion to the kitchen, and it shows. He’s doing an amazing job creating flavourful, seasonal dishes that impress every time, with produce from their own farm. The service is always friendly and professional. AG is a true gem in Niagara, one of those places you always look forward to returning to.

AG was the highlight of my trip to Niagara. I had picked them because I was looking for somewhere with live music, and saw they had live music on Friday nights. While the music was great, the food blew me away. The duck breast was the best I've ever had. The carrots in the dish reminded me of the ones I'd sneak out of my aunts garden when I was little. The grilled pearl onions popped in my mouth in a little explosion of flavor. The polenta with the duck, and the pork belly was so creamy and cheesy I could have eaten a whole plate full of just that. My absolute favorite dish was the roasted beets. Everything was wonderful, but as a beet and cheese lover that was the most perfect dish. I wish we had stayed an extra day just so we could have visited again.

It came highly recommended by some people we met at a winery and was it a great choice!! We ate at the bar and such great service. Wonderful atmosphere with live music!! Ate more than I should have but loved every bite! We had a few salads as starters -great wine selection too

Unforgettable berries, beats, Battlestar Galactica drink. Everything was fabulous - octopus, beef, trout, beets, bread service. Our waitress was on it. Canadian wine and beer were good. I wouldn’t have wanted my birthday dinner to be anywhere else.

Amazing! Truly one of the best dinning experiences I have had in my life! Went in for their "Date Night" menu which offers a relatively affordable, limited selection menu during certain weeknights. I had the flank steak and fries. All of their protein is from local butchers and all their produce is picked at the family farm--usually the same day it ends up on your plate! The steak was extraordinarily good, especially for being a traditionally cheaper cut. The aioli sauce and clover took it to another level. The fries were the cherry on top. I also ordered the artisan bread and butter service and some gelato for desert--all amazing! The service was also wonderful. Our waitress was a true joy to be around. She clearly loves working there and takes tremendous pride in the food they serve. All of this was only a few bucks more than the mediocre tourist trap restaurants around town which charge you an arm and a leg for a so-so meal. In my opinion, this is a must go if you are in Niagara Falls!

One of the best culinary experiences at the Falls! Great local wines and most ingredients locally sources farm to table. The live musicians were very talented and had a great set list! Service prompt and professional. It's in a basement. The entrance was plain and made you wonder what you were in for but the dining room and bar were well decorated and thoughtfully designed. A great experience all around. I recommend!

Restaurant
Table Rock House Restaurant is a casual eatery that offers upscale Canadian dishes and stunning views of Niagara Falls. The chef, Chef Krupa, honed his skills in Europe before returning to Canada and gaining recognition for his culinary talents. The restaurant is part of the Niagara Parks dining options, known for their excellent food and moderate prices. It's recommended to book early during 'early bird' hours to enjoy the excellent cuisine and unbeatable views at a great value.
Well, you come to this restaurant for the view and then for the food. Unfortunately we arrived with no reservation so we had to stay away from the windows, but the lady serving us was a ray of sunshine so our disappointment disappeared fast. I don’t remember what drinks were - I am sure about the local crafted beer which was very good. The food was tasty, but not at the level of expectations. The fried appetizer was a bit too oily - I think they were crab cakes whose sauce was compensating for the fat but not enough (I visited in September so I don’t remember fully). The cauliflower was good, and I also ate my husband’s veggies - all perfectly cooked. For dessert I had an amazing cheesecake with maple syrup and pecans. A truly local sourced dessert. Overall the experience was nice but for a maximum enjoyment I recommend to make reservations by the windows.

We had a great view of the falls and I was with a party of six so we fit comfortably at our table. Can’t imagine going there with a large party because of the narrowness of the area where you have a view. The brussels sprouts were excellent and served with pomegranate, which I have never had before, the bread for the table was warm andI had a great consistency. We also tried the iced wine sampler which was excellent as the grapes are more concentrated. Had the chicken for dinner, although the bok choy was not tasty.

We visited this restaurant on a Friday evening without a reservation. Although we didn’t get a window-side table, we could still enjoy the beautiful view from where we were seated. Most main dishes are priced between $45 and $55, and there are plenty of vegetarian options. They also offer a three-course set menu for $75, which is a nice choice. One thing to note is that there’s no complimentary bread before the meal. The kids’ meal was quite disappointing — very plain and not tasty. For our mains, I ordered the short rib, and my husband had the rainbow trout. My portion size was very generous, while the trout portion was average. Both dishes tasted good overall. Service was friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially with the kids’ menu.

Food was great and pretty good size! We did the 3 course meal and everything was delish! We got brussels spourts, chef's choice of soup, braised beef, vegetable curry and cheesecake. Recommend to do a reservation. View of the falls is amazing. We came for dinner so we got to see the nightly illumination while having dinner. They have a souvenir shop at the main floor. You might want to put aside some time if you are shopping for souvenirs as they have great stuff!

Coming here has become an anniversary tradition & the food here is always good. Restaurant doesn’t do anything for special occasions or acknowledge it. The view is great and our favourite seating is the booths facing the window. Do not skip the bread basket! It’s a must order for us and I literally think about it all the time (I’m clearly a bread lover). Table easily booked online, prix fixe menu is worth it.

The view at this restaurant is breathtaking and the service was very good. However, the food is a hit and miss. We ordered Brussels sprouts as appetizer- the best ive ever had. They were crispy with sweet/sour sauce on bottom. I highly recommend it.For the main menu we got braised short rib with sauce on the side. The taste was fine but after several bites our stomachs started growling.... and thats when things got bad. I have a sensitive stomach so when the food is bad, it definitely lets me know right away. Lets just say I barely made it back to the hotel. I felt so sick. I knew it was the braided beef since we drove all the way from NY and didnt eat anything, figuring we would have a nice dinner. So if i would to go back - DO NOT ORDER BRAISED BEEF!!! Do order brussel sprouts though.

Honestly didn’t come in with high expectations as located within touristy area & thought it may just be a tourist trap but was proven wrong. Service & atmosphere were all great! Food was good for most part, just burger found a bit too gamey. Steak cooked well, turkey was delicious! Would return if around town 😋

Stopped in for lunch during an impulse visit to the Falls. We were not disappointed. The food was great. Fresh and flavourful with ample portions. And the service was fantastic. Big thanks to Kathleen B for the attention to detail The views are obviously the main draw but even if the windows were covered I wouldn’t have been disappointed with the meal.

Pizza restaurant
Boston Pizza, a popular restaurant chain with numerous locations including one in Niagara Falls, offers a unique dining experience. Situated on Clifton Hill, it provides a perfect setting for enjoying deliciously crafted pizzas along with an array of drinks. In addition to their specialty pizzas, the menu also features options like Thai chicken, salads, and sandwiches. The establishment boasts a lively atmosphere where patrons can enjoy video games or catch an NFL game while savoring their meals.
That Mediterranean Pizza was something else! The in-house sauce was so tasty it should be bottled and sold on its own. Every bite had the perfect balance of cheesy, tangy, and fresh flavors. And the server? Honestly the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again. Loved it!

We stopped by Boston Pizza at Clifton Hill during the week, and even though it wasn’t the weekend, the place was still pretty busy — a good sign that it’s popular with both tourists and locals. The restaurant has that classic, lively Boston Pizza vibe with lots of energy and a nice view of the Clifton Hill buzz outside. The service was a bit slow at first, likely because of how packed it was, but our server was friendly and checked on us once things settled down. We ordered a chicken pizza and a Philly steak sandwich. The pizza honestly stole the show — it came out hot, loaded with toppings, and perfectly cheesy with a crispy crust. You could tell it was freshly made. The Philly steak was good too, tender and flavorful, but the pizza was definitely the highlight. Overall, it was a nice experience — good food, fun atmosphere, and a great spot to relax after walking around the Falls and Clifton Hill. I’d definitely go back for the pizza!

1st David A. Needs a raise. Incredible service. We ordered the Triple Appetizer, a small pizza, kids spaghetti and meatball and fettuccine Alfredo. The Alfredo came out with an ingredient we didn't want and it really wasn't a big deal to us. We told them qith all seriousness, it wasn't a big deal and don't worry about it, but within 3 minutes they brought out another order 100% correct. Everything was great. I love Canadian beer and the Molson hit the spot. David was very personable and told us about going to school in Missouri because we mentioned we were from Memphis tn because we think Canadian "sweet tea" tasted funny. We from the South! 😆 anyway. Everything was incredible.

It was my first time visiting Niagara Falls and I went with my boyfriend and a few friends. After a full day of sightseeing and activities, we were all starving and decided to stop by Boston Pizza. It turned out to be a great choice! The pizza was delicious, flavorful, well-cooked and served hot. I just wish they offered more extra spicy dips or sauces because I personally love a bit of heat but aside from that, everything tasted really good. The portion sizes were also generous and perfect for sharing after a long day out. Our server, John, was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and checked on us several times throughout the meal to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His friendly and professional attitude really stood out and made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was also really nice and lively but still cozy enough to relax and chat. It’s a great spot for hanging out with friends, couples or even families. We noticed they also have a bowling area which looked fun! If we weren’t so tired, we definitely would’ve stayed longer to try it out. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Boston Pizza. Great food, friendly staff, and a nice environment. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls and looking for a good place to eat and unwind.

We visited Niagara Falls for the weekend and decided to stop in for dinner on Friday night—and I’m so glad we did! Even though the place was packed, the service was impressively quick and our food arrived faster than expected. The lively atmosphere made it a great spot to relax and enjoy a night out, and it’s perfect for groups of any size. The menu has something for everyone—salads, burgers, pizza, and more—so no one will leave hungry. Our favorite? The spinach dip appetizer. Creamy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive—it’s a must-try if you’re in town!

Have been eating at various BPs before but this one today was a disappointment. The food ordered was served cold, and when pointed out, the manager came to take it away and came back 2-3 mins later claiming it’s fresh now, and it was like microwaved.. still cold. Fries were soft and cold, fish was hot from outside but cold from inside. Disappointed in the visit today, and probably not going there again. All it takes is one bad experience. No courtesy shown for serving cold food, just a sorry about that. Pasta was decent, hence the 2 stars.

Boston Pizza was really good! I especially loved the Seven Cheese Ravioli—so rich, creamy. The highlight of the meal was definitely the warm brownie with ice cream—absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the night. Great food, friendly service, and a nice casual vibe. I’ll definitely be back!
