I had breakfast at the Flying Saucer Restaurant in Niagara Falls and it was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the omelette with their homemade Italian sausage, and it was incredible — perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice. The home fries were top notch (which, let’s be honest, is a make-or-break for any breakfast spot), and our coffee cups were never empty. The interior is super fun and out of this world 😉 — definitely adds to the experience. But what really made our visit special was our server, Angela. She was AMAZING — so sweet, accommodating, and had us laughing the whole time. Honestly one of the best servers I’ve ever had. We’re already planning to come back tomorrow, and I’m hoping we’re lucky enough to have Angela again. Huge thank you to her and the whole team for making breakfast such a memorable experience!

I have gone to Niagara Falls numerous times and for some reason I have just never gotten the chance to go to the flying saucer restaurant, so on this vacation I made sure that it was on my list of things to do with the family. Let’s just say we were not disappointed, the food was well priced and the portions were plenty and the whole family even took leftovers. Our waitress was amazing. She was very outgoing and made us feel important. The atmosphere was very cool. We were able to get some great photos and I highly suggest that if you are in the area that you check out this restaurant.

Iconic! I have lived in Niagara for over 25 years and this restaurant has always been a classic for casual diner fare. The food is decent, they loaded up the plates full we had to take most of it home and the jupiter burger hit just the right spot. The fries are pretty much the same as costco. The price point is very fair and reasonable. The decor of the inside and outside is always fun, with added seasonal decorations. Overall a good time here for any meal.

This is the absolute best place to eat in Niagara Falls. The food is amazing and the portions are great. Lauren was our waitress and she did a fantastic job. Make sure you have plenty of time to look over the menu cause there are many choices to choose from. We had the Turkey sandwich with fries and it was great

Happy to find this excellent breakfast place outside the busy niagara falls. 10 minutes drive away from Hilton Hotel. Food and service is excellent. I think this is a family owned that's why it feels like you are just eating at home. Price of the food is affordable. Worth it.. a little wait when we came in because its busy Saturday. But all in all a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

This is our third time at Scoops, and whenever we visit Niagara Falls in the morning, it’s our go-to spot for breakfast or brunch. It’s located near the old outlet mall, away from the tourist crowds. My partner and I both ordered our usual dishes: she had her favourite eggs Benedict, which is the country Benedict, and I had the Hercules omelette. My other family member also ordered the Hercules omelette, and we tried the chocolate Belgian waffle as well. The Hercules omelette was absolutely delicious! The gyros and feta were so fresh and flavorful, and the saltiness on the omelette was just perfect. The home fries were cooked to my liking, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My partner always orders the country egg Benedict, and it’s always a hit. The egg Benedict reminds her of Thanksgiving, and it feels like a homemade meal. The turkey and cranberry combination is always a classic, and it’s just so comforting. As for the Belgian waffles, they were okay. Nothing fancy, but we ordered the chocolate chip just to add a bit of flavour. It was like a little dessert for us. Overall, we always love coming back to Scoops. The staff is always so friendly and attentive, and the food is always great. We’ve been coming here for so long that it’s become a part of our routine.

We had breakfast as a family at Scoops Restaurant Breakfast and Lunch in Niagara. The restaurant is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restrooms were also well maintained. However, compared to other restaurants in the area, the portion sizes were quite small, and the prices on the higher side. Unfortunately, the eggs and home fries we received were already cold when served. We did mention this to the staff, and to their credit, the eggs were replaced free of charge. Still, our daughter was left hungry after finishing her kids meal portion of two thin pieces of French toast and four narrow pieces of bacon. Overall, while the service was kind and the place clean, we believe there are better options in Niagara that offer larger portions, better food quality, and more reasonable prices.

Found this gem tucked away in a strip mall!! WOW!! We really wanted a delicious breakfast of bacon and eggs and gravy, you know. All the staff kept our waters filled, our coffee hot and topped. Probably the best bacon I have ever had!! The waitress said it was from a local butcher; very good!! My eggs were cooked PERFECTLY!! The gravy wasn’t American sausage gravy, but a brown beef gravy like Americans eat on mashed potatoes, but the that didn’t matter. Probably one of the two best meals we had in Canada!! I hope to go back one day and try their Eggs Benedict (so many selections!!) and crepes!! Don’t miss out on Scoops!! Delicious!!!😋

I ordered the Canadian eggs benny and it was just exquisite! We had our drinks within seconds of sitting down and the server was juggling many tables with ease. I only wish I had a restaurant like this near me!

The hidden gem breakfast spot you were hoping for visiting the Falls. Possibly one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I had a Philly Steak Benedict, wife had a spinach and feta wrap, kids has pancakes and French toast. All were amazing and everyone loved it. Will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant! The customer service was fantastic. The wine we ordered was out of stock so they opened a full bottle option, but let us buy it by the glass! It was a local wine and very good (wish I knew the name!). We ordered the mussels, whole fish and beef short ribs. They were all extremely delicious and presented really well. We had the chocolate mousse for dessert, which was also delicious! The vibe was cozy, romantic and had a great ambience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I had an excellent breakfast with the eggs Benedict made garden style. This meal was perfect as it did not fill me up too much and coupled with the French press coffee was a good way to start the day before walking all around Niagara Falls. The waiter was very cordialand well informed as to the menu. There is a freshness to the food which is made from scratch with local products. Highly recommend as a quiet place to enjoy conversation, a view, and excellent food.

Wherever I go I always lookout for places to try other than the hotel or chains and this was a gem of a find. Its exposed-stone walls, the contrast of old and contemporary made for a rustic homely feel. The staff were friendly and attentive and take great pride in the fact that everything on the menu is made in-house...and you can tell! Everything looked and tasted great but for me the Million Dollar Bacon Tree stole the show! The Flour Mill Scratch Kitchen Restaurant was that good, once was not enough. For our last meal in Niagara Falls, we decided to do breakfast at Flour Mill. So glad we did. From the charming rustic setting of the restaurant, to the superb service, the delicious French press coffee, everything was top notch. I had shakshuka for breakfast, and it was one of the best I've ever had. My daughter had avocado toast, which she loved. Our bacon tree with maple bourbon syrup was to die for. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

We had high expectations for this place based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, we left disappointed. While the service was friendly and attentive, our main waiter had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which was quite off-putting—especially first thing in the morning. The Eggs Benedict was the biggest letdown. Instead of the classic English muffin, it was served on a sweet bread that overpowered the rest of the dish. There wasn’t enough hollandaise sauce, and when we asked for more, the extra sauce was runny and cold. Overall, it felt like a poorly executed dish, especially considering it was the priciest item on the menu. The French toast was also disappointing—overly sweet and topped with a crust of sugar, which felt unnecessary given we’re in maple syrup country. It also lacked enough fruit to balance the sweetness. Lastly, the “traditional country breakfast” didn’t live up to its name. It was essentially an English breakfast with nothing particularly special about it. In the end, the experience didn’t match the hype. With some adjustments, this place could live up to its reputation, but for now, it fell short of expectations

We gave this place a try, and we weren't disappointed. We spent 5 days in Canada, and this is the first and only place that provided 5 stars customer service. The food was delicious and fresh as well. We will definitely come back the next time we're near by. I have been coming to Williams for well over 10 years. Staff at the Niagara Falls store are incredible. Always greeted with a smile. They are willing to go that extra mile to ensure you are happy. The new owner “Ali” is such a nice man. Ushma is one of the best servers. If you have never been here, give it a try. Other coffee shops pale in comparison to Williams.

My recent visits to Williams were fantastic. I appreciate how good the food and service have been in the 6-7 times I've been here. Deanne has especially been a delight; quick to assist, pleasant interactions, and always trying to assist her team. I wish I had helpful management like that back when I was in customer service. One negative is that the cookies are a bit too hard to chew, but I know that's just personal preference.

Williams is the best!! Their coffee is amazing. Any food choices that i have tried here are fresh and delicious. Not to mention the staff here are always smiling, very welcoming and friendly. They keep me coming back on a daily basis for the past 3 years. :)

Price is good for all you can eat but food quality is average. Good for filling up your stomach quick if you are hungry. If quantity is not important to you, you can get more quality food elsewhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Offered to top up my coffee a few times until I do not need it anymore. Fast service as well.

Went here for dinner, it was horrible to say the least. We had to wait at the door to be seated which took nearly 15 minutes till a server finally noticed us. Although a few of them passed us countless times. Once we were sat, we were told to help ourselves to the buffet and that they'll take our drink order when we sit back down. Once we sat down it took 20 minutes for a server to come by to even take our drink order!!! I have a swallowing issue so I must have a drink while eating. I ended up ordering a water and an alcohol beverage and I was told that my server doesn't know how to make my drink so I'll have to wait. That took another 20 minutes. Food was terrible. Everything sat in the hot holder for far too long. Pizza burnt to a crisp but yet still saggy when you pick it up. Everything felt cold by the time I sat back down with it. Everything was so dry. On top of that, the waiters don't check on you at all. They spent more time arguing with one another over tips. You can't pay me to eat here again.

I recently visited AlMacs Buffet in Niagara Falls and had the chance to try their breakfast buffet, and I have to say—it was a pretty solid experience overall. For $12.99, the value is definitely there. The spread was much more extensive than I expected, with plenty of hot and cold options to suit just about any breakfast craving. There were classic breakfast staples like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, and French toast, along with a good mix of continental options—pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, and yogurt. It was easy to fill your plate (and then some) without feeling like you were eating the same thing twice. The ambience is casual and family-friendly, and the staff were friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The place was clean and spacious, with free parking, which is a nice bonus, especially in a busy area like Niagara Falls. Now, the only real drawback—and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars—is the extra charge for beverages. $3.99 for water felt a bit excessive, especially when it’s something you’d expect to be complimentary at most buffets. Coffee is also $3.99, which isn’t unreasonable on its own, especially with free refills, but it would have been nice if at least one drink came included with the meal. Still, when you factor in the price, the variety, and the overall quality, AlMacs is a great spot for a hearty breakfast, especially if you’re fueling up before a day of sightseeing. I’ll definitely consider coming back to try the dinner buffet ($25.99) next time I’m in town.

I finally got to visit my favourite restaurant in Niagra Falls again. It’s been too many years, but worth the wait. Michelle and I met the sweetest server Narao from Spain. Friendly, sweet, helpful and caring! She makes a fantastic restaurant perfect. We cant wait to come back. OH! Food, is great we had the breakfast buffet! Crisp bacon, rice pudding, eggs , sausages , fruit French toast just to name a few things! All very tasty and more than good quality. Thanks to the management for running a good ship.

We visited AllMax Buffet at 3 p.m. and were really disappointed with the overall experience. When we first arrived, only a few salad bowls were out, some of which didn’t taste fresh aside from the iceberg lettuce, and it took time before the hot dishes were available. Drinks were also an issue, as we were not offered free tap water and had to pay for bottled water without being told all of the options available. In fact, the restaurant has a soft drink dispenser but refuses to provide water from it, which feels like a deliberate choice to charge customers. Not only is this unreasonable, but it also raises food safety concerns — if water is good enough to mix with syrups for fountain drinks, why isn’t it safe to serve plain? Once the food came out, many dishes were poorly prepared: cabbage rolls were just mushy rice and vegetables, the lasagna tasted sour and reheated, and the chicken seemed undercooked. The pierogies were baked a bit dry and topped with lightly fried onions, but there were no toppings like sour cream or anything else you’d usually expect with pierogies. On top of that, pierogies are usually fried or boiled, so seeing baked pierogies at a buffet felt strange and lazy in my opinion. The outdoor “barbecue” was presented as a highlight, but only had hot dogs, burgers, sausage, and a few pieces of chicken. When we asked if there were any condiments that included vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, or onions, the staff simply pointed us to the ketchup and mustard. For a $25.99 dinner buffet, the food quality felt closer to $10, with items like spaghetti that resembled canned pasta. Service was also frustrating — our hostess ignored us for nearly 40 minutes when we were waiting for the bill, even making eye contact multiple times before finally coming over, and we overheard staff gossiping about customers. The bill came to $71 for two people, and we felt pressured to tip despite the poor service and quality. Overall, this buffet was not worth the price, and the food and service were far below expectations. In our honest opinion, we would give this place a 2 out of 10 — and we genuinely love buffets

I think it's a really good place. For the price, food and attention. Enough variety of dishes and a few options of desserts. Good attention and service. And I don't know why it does not have good reviews because it's nice.

Food price and service is great. They close for an hour to reset for dinner service so don't try to sneak in at 1:30 like I did before the 2:00 closure. Even still the food was fresh, good and filling. Nothing was sitting cold even this close to the changeover.

My recent experiences at Denny's have truly been a "hit or miss" affair, demonstrating both the potential for a great meal and the frustration of a completely botched one. Our initial visit to Denny's was for breakfast, and it was a fantastic start. Everything was spot on. Both the service and the food were excellent, leaving us with a very positive impression and the feeling that we had found a reliable spot for a good morning meal. Unfortunately, our second visit was a stark contrast. The kitchen completely messed up our order. What was particularly frustrating was that our waitress, who was clearly on the ball, even told the kitchen that the order "didn't look right." Despite her warning, they sent it out anyway, forcing us to send it back. We then had to endure a long wait for them to remake our order, which put us in a difficult position as we had a bus to catch. Despite the kitchen's major blunder, our waitress remained incredibly apologetic throughout the ordeal. Her attentiveness and genuine concern were a silver lining in an otherwise disappointing and rushed experience. In summary, Denny's proved to be a true "hit or miss" for us. While they clearly have the capability to deliver excellent food and service, as demonstrated by our first breakfast, their inconsistency, particularly in the kitchen, is a significant concern.

I have to say, my expectation level was underground for a breakfast with friends here, but I was quite impressed. You do have to pay the Falls tax, but the food is totally reasonable and actually better than some independent diners I’ve tried. Service was quick and pleasant, and I really liked the crispy hashbrowns. You can do way worse!

Food was good and arrived in timely manner! Waitress gave me the bill without me even asking for it, which was a new and pleasant experience. Called us darlings 10/10. Lots of screaming kids but that is nobody’s fault in particular.

I initially planned to have breakfast at the hotel buffet, but slept through my alarms and missed the time slot, hence me coming here. It was my first time at a Denny’s restaurant, and oh wow it was amazing. I ordered the double berry banana pancake slam. Although the bacons were a bit too crispy for my taste, the hash brown and the fluffy pancakes made up for it (and trust me when I say the pancakes were so good). The blueberries were a bit sour, but the strawberries and the maple syrup sweetened the pancakes, so it all balanced out. Loved how the eggs were done, too– I asked for sunny side up eggs, and they were perfect. I went in alone, and I felt very cared for- my server kept checking in on me, as well as another server. I felt very welcomed and cared for, and am very glad I slept through my alarm. Thank you for letting me have such a great morning.

The service here was very slow. Came here at 8 in the morning and it’s almost a full house. Took some time for us to be seated because no one was there to greet us. Foods also took a long time to be served. The omelette was pretty good but the french toasts were a major disappointment. The bread tasted rubbery and dry.

I ordered 18 individual chicken, nugget, and fry boxes, and every single one came out fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. All the parents and children couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was and how well it was prepared. A huge thank-you to the amazing staff at Falls Manor who helped make this celebration so special. Everything was handled perfectly, from the order to the presentation. I truly appreciate the care and effort that went into making our party a success. I’ll definitely continue ordering from Falls Manor every year for my children’s birthdays. Highly recommend them for any event or party — you won’t be disappointed!

Their breakfast was phenomenal. They had a it's breakfast special for $9.99. It was great. They also had dinner specials for $9.99 Broasted chicken, and it was delicious! All our waitresses were very, very friendly! And it's not very far from the main town, I think it's like 2 and a 1/2 kilometers. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food, and excellent service. The location is slightly out of the way but safe and close enough to drive. Everything was delicious, and made as ordered. Better than all the big names on the main drag down town. Go there!!!

We love going to Falls Manor for our networking meetings. Jo is awesome and the food is fresh and well priced! Current local construction won't stop us! We do not stay overnight, so cannot comment on the rooms.

Someone suggested Falls Manor and Zappi's as excellent places that locals eat. We tried Zappi's first (excellent). They also vouched for Falls Manor, so we definitely had to try it. We are there for breakfast. The food was excellent and service was great! I highly recommend it!

I used to really enjoy this restaurant, but my last visit was disappointing. I paid $14 for three pancakes that were flat and rubbery, with one even burnt. I mentioned it to the staff, but no one seemed concerned. I hope they can get back to the quality they once had.

Cash only (Canadian)—bring enough for food and to tip! Great spot for amazing donuts (and solid soup). The hot & sour soup was my favorite—I would’ve ordered a large if I’d known how good it was. The wonton soup was also solid and comforting. I found the BBQ pork in both a bit dry. The donuts are the real stars of this show. The simple glazed plain was the standout for me. We also tried chocolate cake, toasted coconut, cherry cruller, and French cruller but preferred the regular donuts over the crullers. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of flavors available, so we will have to come back! There’s plenty of seating and a simple menu (donuts, soups, and a few other items). Plenty of free parking. We went at 7 a.m. on a Friday right after sunrise—only one other customer, so no wait. Service was excellent: friendly, fast, and helpful.

Country Fresh Donuts is one of those to each their own kind of spots. It’s an old-school coffee shop with a nostalgic vibe — walls lined with donuts and pastries, just like the classic Coffee Time days. But what makes it special is the friendly Asian owners who’ve added their own twist with noodle soups on the menu. Only here can you grab a bowl of wonton noodle soup and an éclair at the same table! The wonton noodle soup is clearly a local favorite, though as someone who grew up with Asian food, I found the flavor more tuned to a Western palate. The pastries, however, are absolutely delicious — fresh, classic, and comforting. Best of all, everything is very reasonably priced. A great spot for a cozy, no-frills bite and a taste of old Toronto charm.

A simple, honest place with wonderful donuts and surprisingly delicious soup. On a cool autumn day, there’s nothing better than a hearty bowl of soup, a soft warm donut, and a cup of black coffee. Pure comfort, and it feels just right.

Cheap prices. bowl of soup is 5$ small size and 9$ large size. donuts between 1 and 2$ - HUGE variety. Good value. Free parking I believe around the shop but we parked on the street "2 hours free street parking". Will come back again for more dumpling soup, sandwiches and donuts 🍩 😋

If you are in the Niagara Falls area, this is a must-visit. Super friendly service, delicious wonton soup, and doughnuts. It's a cash-only place though so bring some cash with you (finding a Scotiabank ATM proved a pain so I settled for one across the street that charged me $2.95 for the cash withdrawal). After our soup, we got the sugar-glazed twisty doughnuts, and they are huge. Simple but simply amazing, at least in my books. Fell in love with the place.

We had such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the servers were incredibly nice and considerate. They brought a coloring book for my son which kept him happy while we enjoyed our meal. The owner, Mike, came over to personally greet us and made us feel so welcome. To top it off, he surprised my son with a complimentary pancake — it was so good that my little one ate every bite! Such a thoughtful touch that made our visit extra special. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and the heartfelt hospitality!

Just want to share our experience today at Marketside …. First of all it was the first place that caught my eye as we came into New York to explore ❤️ this morning we went there for breakfast and it is a cute & quaint place with friendly waitresses who greeted us and seated us with a smile and were great at taking our order. Lots of smiles from the other waitresses and a really warm and welcoming and simple environment! I especially loved when a gentleman came to our table to ask us how we were doing and hoped that our food was what we expected ( which it was) and he had such a wonderful demeanour and really gave you the family homey feeling and made you feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated… I loved that!!! And that in itself made the whole breakfast more amazing! He also, gave us a hug and thanked us for coming in. Also, prices were decent and the food tasted great 😊 highly recommended If we’re ever back in NewYork again will be visit this restaurant again. We were looking for a local place to grab breakfast in downtown Niagara Falls. This place has good reviews so we tried it. We were not disappointed. Prices were good and portions were very big. You will not leave hungry. It has a great small town atmosphere and the staff is great. Highly recommend.

This breakfast spot was busy on Wednesday morning and I definitely understand why! The food is super tasty and I would’ve eaten here again if I had spent more days in Niagara. The interior gives off a cozy, homey vibe and the service was awesome. Even though it was packed, our server was very attentive to our large group. We ordered the Banana Fosters Pancakes with a side of real maple syrup and let me tell you, that syrup is worth it. It was a total game changer and really enhanced the pancakes. We also got the Sal Maglie with everything and that was a winner too. Overall this place is awesome! If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely be coming here again.

I was a bit skeptical of this place after walking in but the food turned out to be decent. They were a little busy so service was slow. Overall I enjoyed my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. The roll was very soft and fresh. Potatoes could use seasoning.

Marketside is very much an hometown vibe. Like I felt transported when I walked inside. It has a family feel. The service was incredibly attentive. I wondered out loud about Madge and Eddie. If they are or were the owners, this place feels every bit like a place called Madge and Eddie's. My blueberry pancakes were amazing. The bacon was cooked exactly as I requested. My very picky companion rated 4.5 on a 5 scale so that is high praise. The only way they could have been better is if the edges were a scooch crisper and a wee bit more chocolate. I would 100% return and would absolutely recommend. Well done Marketside.

Breakfast was fantastic — the Benedict eggs were perfect and the crepe with strawberries was delicious. Roger was so kind and efficient. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience and truly enjoyed my time here!

Great meal. The four of us came late in the morning so there wasn’t too many people or a long wait for food. The service by Sharon was excellent - she was very accommodating and friendly from the second we walked in!

Staying at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview. I had breakfast at IHOP. My server Steve was very attentive, friendly and accommodating. Having great service is greatly appreciated. I found everything to be excellent other than the prices lol.

We ate breakfast here two days in a row! We had Ella help us out both days and she was amazing, remembered us, and provided great service while interacting with our kids too. The food is great and well priced with good portions. If we come back to the falls, we’ll be back again!

Amazing food, and an even greater service! We arrived at this spot (coming to see the falls from far) at 1:45pm, without realizing they were closing at 2. They still welcomed us and served us with a smile! We were a group of 7, so this was no small order. Special shout out to Sharon, for the amazing service! Also shout out to the owner, who came out at the end to recommend us a great Italian restaurant we could check out in the area for dinner. This is truly a great family-owned restaurant! I would highly recommend to anyone that’s in the area.

Great spot for breakfast. My server was amazing. She saw how tired I was and brought me my own craft of coffee and never let me run out. The food was served very fast and was delicious. Great old school diner.

The servers are very tentative, the restaurant is clean, and the decorations are nice. The food tastes mediocre, but the amount of food will surely keep you full! The poached eggs are a bit over cooked and the fried potatoes are not crunchy enough. Overall it's a nice place to have a quiet breakfast!

Our server was fabulous.. she rocked the entire "show" by herself.. except for the sweet older woman who set us up with our coffee and tea. Veggie crepes were fantastic...

First timers.. Party of 3. We all received good food. A reasonable serving at a reasonable price. I do so hate the overloaded amount of food restaurants can stack on a plate at a higher cost, of course. But, if you look at breakfast foods. Most of the piles of food are very low cost foods. And the meats, served on the side an extra cost. We enjoyed a great meal and a conversation of the statement just mentioned.

Was recommended to go here by the lady at the Hertz desk as we were literally passing through (from UK) and wanted to eat somewhere that was local and wasn’t a chain. It is honestly a brilliant, local diner. Nothing fancy at all but that is the charm. Lovely friendly service as well. A gem of a find.

I was in the area and someone told me that I could get a good sandwich at Subway. While I was heading there I spotted Mom's Family Restaurant. With a name like that I knew that I was going to hit restaurant gold. I love going to an area and eating locally versus a chain. They don't Invest in the decore but the Ruben I had was spectacular. It was the perfect balance for lunch. I didn't get the sleepy effect afterwards. 🙃 The service was intentional and I appreciate that. I had an amazing experience and will go back if I'm ever in the area again.

Get the grilled potatoes! 10/10 for the grilled potatoes. Three of us had breakfast here and we all agreed the breakfast was just okay. We also got a side of the fried and grilled potatoes. The fried potatoes were not very good and greasy. The grilled potatoes were well seasoned with peppers and onions and tasted really good. Waffle with strawberries and whipped cream were soggy. It’s not the jelly strawberry so if you get them, get them on the side. The blueberry waffle with whipped cream was 10/10 rating. We all agreed the eggs were okay. They have turkey bacon and it came crispy and was okay. The pork bacon and sausage was okay.

Went for lunch at Mom's family restaurant. We ordered the grilled chicken breast sandwich, half BLT sandwich and half navy bean soup and 8 oz new york steak with 2 eggs, grilled hash brown potatoes and toast.  The steak was good and so tender. We also loved the grilled hash brown. Food price is reasonable. Our server was so pleasant and provided excellent customer service. Staff in this place are so nice that you feel you are eating at your Mom's place.

Growing up, Mom's was a special place, 50 some years later and in a new location, nothing has changed. The food is cooked to perfection, the staff are as nice as could be, they stay attentive to every customer. I walked in and sat right down, within 30 minutes, every table was filled. I couldn't ask for a better place to sit and relax for breakfast. I'm glad some things never change.

I’m not a big breakfast person. Decided to try this place on a whim last minute and you can not go wrong with the waffles - especially with the sprinkled cinnamon sugar. They are absolutely amazing & 100% got me hooked for sure. I can’t speak much on service or atmosphere as my girlfriend has been the one to run in and pick the order up each time, even though she said everyone seemed friendly! deff will be back soon 😩🫶🏼

I was turned away for breakfast today with my husband bc I was holding a clear reusable water bottle containing water (dressed in athletic clothing, just finished a walk). So odd. Thank goodness Marketside allows water bottles, will come here from now on instead :)

This is the perfect breakfast diner! Delicious, greasy food made in an open griddle in front of you, good coffee, friendly servers, very fun curvy dining counter. Prices are very reasonable, all the food in my picture came to about $11-12. I love love love this place.

Although this café is located a bit away from Niagara Falls, once you visit, you’ll understand why it has such high ratings! The meal was delicious yet affordable, and the roasted coffee was outstanding. It seems to be a place with history—I even ran into a lovely local lady who has been coming here for 25 years. The staff were all friendly, and they warmly welcomed tourists as well. Definitely worth a visit!

This place is a hidden gem with two touches of nostalgia! Our French toast and eggs were perfection. The vibrant 1970’s decor was just like the menu prices, so low they seemed unchanged since their opening day decades ago. If you want an authentic Niagara Falls staple, Pass all the places closest to the cookie cutter tourist junk and GO HERE❤️

Unique spot! Family owned and run. Sandy was awesome! The food was good. We had a waffle and bacon with an omelette and toast. Everything you can expect from a small hometown breakfast joint. Quirky and vintage atmosphere with lots of local regulars.

Honestly best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had. I ate my whole meal (which is rare) in under 10 minutes. Also, the sausage links were so good!?!?! I need to find out how they make them. I don’t live here but I’m definitely coming back just for this place

The service was very good. Our food cane quickly and was delicious. The home fries were especially good. My scrambled eggs were so light and fluffy. We were really impressed with the food and the prices were very good.

This cute little diner was walking distance from where we stayed. So glad we went! If you want fresh HOMECOOKED breakfast, you gotta go. We are from Kentucky and it felt like one of our little diners back home. I’m only sad we didn’t get to try their lunch!

Worth the 2 mile drive from the hotels near the Falls! Really good (and inexpensive) breakfast. 🍳🥓🥞☕ We were disappointed by the hotel breakfast and wanted to find something better, but not pay and arm and a leg. Knack's is a small, unassuming hole in the wall (beware, it's easy to drive past) that doesn't have a lot to recommend it in terms of style. But who cares when the people are nice and the food is good? It's full of regulars and we had a lovely server who seemed to know everyone by name. The food is nothing fancy, just good, well made traditional breakfasts. Definitely recommend!!!

Very bad experience. Went with a group of 7 and none of us were happy with either food or the service. Ordered a bunch of breakfast items but none of them were good. The meat was dry, the eggs were okay, The Hollandaise was straight from a dollar store, The avocado toast looked like it was made by a 5 year old. The worst were the pancakes, strawberry cheesecake pancakes were not at all as advertised. They are supposed to have cheesecake bites in the pancakes but all we got was plain pancakes with a few strawberries and cream on top. (See the picture of advertisement and the real thing in photos.) One of the friends paid around 28$ just for the avocado toast and he was depressed the whole day from it. Had to get him some ice cream to make him feel better. Poor guy was completely ripped off!!! Would not recommend at all. Go to Stacked instead and save yourself a whole lot of disappointment.

The food took forever to come out and it was really bad. The bacon and sausage came out burnt. The sausage was very dry and salty. The hash browns were terrible. If not that I have had better ones, I would never eat hash browns again. Let’s not forget the coffee, that was the worst. I only enjoyed the eggs. And my server was good. Overall this was a terrible breakfast experience.

IHOP is always a must on my list when we first arrived at the falls we went to the one at the Ramada and had the worst experience I’ve ever had. We decided to try this one and who the best decision we made! Our server I believe his name was David can’t entirely remember but he was amazing! Super friendly always asked if we need anything! The food was so good and I’m seeing a lot of reviews talking about the price. Who cares good luck finding breakfast for cheap now a days and it’s a tourism place so everything in the falls is expensive thanks so much David! Ps. I hope your name was David if not we later saw you at ruby tuesdays and just wanted to let you know you were amazing!!

I went to IHOP expecting comfort food and reliable service. What I received was far from it. Based on this trip, I cannot recommend this particular IHOP location. Save your money and your appetite; there are certainly better breakfast options out there that deliver on both food quality and customer service. Picture looks better then the pancake tasted!

Look at the photos -- the avocados were brown and inedible. Even the breakfast burrito was unappealing; I did not finish it. On top of all of that, they added a tourist tax.

Never go here! 1) The food is more expensive than other IHOP. A 2+2+2 breakfast charges $22.95 here but other IHOP only charges $16.95 2) They charge NFDF which is 7-8% rate of my bill. Google said this is tourist tax in Niagara Falls and up to the shop to charge and can't be removed. 3) Minimum tip is 18% while waiter has only done food ordering and billing. This is crazy.

Our server Lachelle was amazing! And that's where the positive review ends. The food was so bad I've never had worse eggs than there.

Having traveled to Niagara for the first time in 16 years and doing so solo, I wanted to make sure I got to check everything off my list, including dinner with a view of the falls. I wasn't looking to spend too much, but wanted a view and this place did not disappoint. Service was great - I was greeted right away by the host, shown to my table right away (despite being about 20 minutes early for my reservation) and immediately seen for drink orders. For $15 Canadian dollars I was able to guarantee a seat right next to the window that DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I was in such awe, I was sending pictures to friends and family throughout the night. The food was decent - about what I would expect at a buffet. It wasn't fancy, but it was good and there was some nice variety. Everything I tried was cooked well. The vegetarian lasagna was my favorite. I wouldn't have minded a bit more variety of food and a bit more attention to stocking the stations throughout the night. Water was refilled frequently, but never got asked about ordering any other drinks after the initial one. The staff did not mind me eating slowly and staying even after I finished. This might have been different if they were busier, but I felt that was very nice of them. I wanted to stay until the light came on over the falls, as the view was spectacular. They also have a little balcony that you can go out and stand on for a great view and great pictures! Being a block from the water, I was easily able to leave once it got dark and walk down to the edge in order to watch the lights and the nightly fireworks show.

Chef Edna made my omelette perfect it tasted amazing! Super friendly as well. The staff during our stay 10/3-10/5 were all friendly and helpful. I had a great time celebrating my birthday here and would highly recommend staying here.

We had window seat with view to the amazing Niagara Falls , food is very delicious, plenty of options, fruits are very very fresh. Perfect breakfast buffet.

Food was mediocre for the price. View was amazing. Service wasn’t bad refilled and cleared our plates quickly. $30 to reserve a table is a bit much perhaps could be put towards cost of food!

The food was delicious, great selection of foods and pastries and fruits, and the omelette was made with so much love by Edna! She was exceptionally personable and had a smile the whole time she was making omelets for a long line customers.

I had such a wonderful time at this buffet! The variety of food was amazing, everything from fresh salads and seafood to delicious hot dishes and perfectly cooked meats. The dessert section was also fantastic; I especially loved the cakes and fruit options. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. You can really tell they care about providing a great dining experience. Overall, this buffet is a perfect spot for family gatherings, celebrations, or just a nice meal out. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This was one of my favourite buffets I had in a very long time!!! The food, view and staff were beyond fantastic!!! Everything was perfect and I can’t wait to come back again!!!

Cajun shrimp and grits for $15 Dollars. You tell me if you would spend that amount ?? We wanted scrambled eggs mixed in the cheese. We go here all the time, NOT ANYMORE ! They have good grits, but its a hit or miss. It seems like they gave my partner left over eggs. These containers gotta go too LOL!!! Change up your containers! And for the price you got the food should add up to the amount you spend.

The food was delicious, seasoned well, and nice and crispy. I had the haddock with grits, eggs, and toast. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because there wasn’t any parking available so we parked on the street around the corner. The service was a 3 because of a few reasons. The sign upon entry says: Do not seat yourself, and another that says: Please wait to be seated but the waitress says “Sit anywhere you want”. She wasn’t rude or anything, just not warm and/or personable. She was also the only person I saw serving everyone that was in the restaurant. If you’re looking for good food without the welcoming feeling, this is your spot.

Oh my what a gem! We were visiting the area and needed a hearty breakfast that didn't break the bank and wow did they deliver! Two of us had the mixed eggs, one with sausage subbed out for more bacon, rye toast on one, sourdough for the other. Both were amazing. The pancakes, bacon and eggs were great with a side of fruit and whipped cream, and another combo of pancakes, bacon and home fries (subbed out in place of eggs) were just right. Add a juice and 2 coffees all for $56. Don't miss this cafe when you're here!

This is an amazing restaurant with a lot of kind employees, great taste of food, affordable prices and especially perfect breakfast options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Hyde Park Café is a family-owned spot that’s clearly beloved in the neighborhood and has been around for 12+ years. The menu is extensive, and you’ll find everything from soul food dinners to diner-style breakfasts. The staff worked hard under pressure, and the community energy is real. That said, service was slow on my visit (lots of delivery traffic and tables waiting to be cleared), and the food didn’t quite land for me (I was hoping for The Four Way in Memphis, but no such luck). I’d love to see them streamline the menu and tighten execution—because I want a place like this to succeed.

The moment we walked in it was unclear where the waiter wanted us to be seated. Waiter was a lil rude and did not pay attention to details about the order. Food was ok but the place kinda smells like dirty dish water was used on our table

This spot is a GEM! One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in my 38 years on this planet. The eggs were cooked perfectly over easy. The home fries were out of this world crispy and delicious. But the star of the show was the corned beef hash; unbelievable, just like my grandma used to make, God rest her soul, felt like she was there eating with us. My lovely wife got the mixed eggs and that was also out of this world, the flavor was something I don't think I have ever experienced. The service was also stellar, hats off to everyone who works here, can't wait to come back, especially for the Friday night ribs. What a great spot! Thanks for a delicious meal and great experience

3.5 stars. We came here for lunch while visiting Niagara from Toronto. We had an EXCELLENT server, she was attentive and kind. The food was delicious and large portions. *** My main dislike with this experience was the pricing. Prices of the meals were pretty high. And on top of that, they charged a BAIF (Tourism Fee)! This fee is not mandatory for the business but assuming everyone is doing it, most likely restaurants follow along*** just be aware.

The service was great! Our waitress, Emily, came over very often. She was so kind and very helpful! The food was good. Not amazing. The atmosphere could be a bit warmer. But it doesn't affect the experience too much. All in all a good visit!

We wanted a quick place to eat at and we decided to come here, and it definitely did not disappoint. We were able to be seated quickly and we ordered and got our food very quickly. The food is very nice and tasty and the service just made it even better. Definitely recommend for anyone!

We visited Applebee’s Grill and Bar in Niagara Falls for lunch, thanks to a discount voucher provided by our Hilton hotel. It was a great choice! The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal. We ordered the BBQ pork back ribs, which were incredibly savoury and satisfying. But the highlight for me was the fish taco—it quickly became my favourite dish. The taco was generously filled with lightly fried, hand-battered haddock fillet, offering a perfect balance of crispiness and flavor. Overall, it was a delicious and enjoyable meal, made even better by the value from the voucher. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

First time at Applebees, Amazing breakfast. Our server they were super nice, polite and friendly. Today we had the best breakfast here. Breakfast potatoes were top- notch that we had to order it again . Everything was soooooo good and delicious.

Tim Hortons coffee is always fresh brewed, and delicious. The service is great, and if you're an early riser staying in the casino or Hilton and need coffee, this is the only coffee place open before 7:00 am.

Workers are usually pleasant to deal with, customer service isn’t the issue. Chunks missing out of my bagel are the issue. And them throwing away perfectly good food at 11pm when previously the food would be kept overnight until 4/5am leaving many staff without an option for food. All these changes have been within the past few months, unsure if there’s been a change in management or ownership but something/someone gone and ruined this Tim Hortons.

There are a handful of Tim Horton coffee shops around Niagara Falls including this location in the food court area of the Fairview casino & shopping mall. Seems this is a 24 hour branch, there is food court seating a plenty. Otherwise, take your coffee and donut orders out towards the nearby lookout points for the falls. My Americano tasted as expected. You know what you are getting with Tim Hortons, I found the same to be the case with this branch.

Located in the food court, one level down from the hotel. Take the escalator down and turn behind the escalator. Service was average and orders take a bit of time. I wasn't too impressed with the egg omelet box, it didn't look anything like the picture. Basically a scrambled egg, a hash brown chopped into 5 pieces, sausage crumble and smothered in some weird sauce sauce, which didn't seem like it was on the picture. Coffee was good..

24/7 Tim Horton’s in the same building as the hotel and casino - I expected a long wait line, but it went quickly. I don’t have any major complaints about this location! Only thing I would say is that I ordered a 10-pack of Timbits and requested the honey dip. When given the prepackaged one, I asked how many were in there. I was hoping we could select honey dip specifically but we were given the variety pack instead with barely any honey dip.

I visited this Tim Hortons location, where there were two lines — one for express orders and one for regular orders. Since I was only ordering a double-double coffee, I stood in the express line. The employee working near the cashier completely ignored me for about 5 minutes, so I moved to the regular line instead. Right after I switched lines, a white customer stepped into the express line, and the same employee immediately went to serve him. I was really disappointed to experience this kind of discrimination, especially at such a popular location near Niagara Falls.

I rarely come on to make reviews about mainstay businesses like Tim Hortons, however the consistency of the staff is incredible. I can honestly say I've never received a bad cup of coffee from this place. Generally very friendly, fast, especially considering its location. I'd like to commend them all for their work although it may be very thankless at times

The breakfast quality here was much better than expected. Meal cost is on par with the area but happened to be included in the room package that was purchased. Decent view of the falls while you eat. Doesn't seem to get busy during weekday mornings.

We went here for breakfast two days in a row ,first day no problem, second day I was served coffee in a dirty cup and there was scrambled eggs on the pepper shaker. I very discreetly took the manager aside and told him . He IMMEDIATELY said “you aren’t paying for your breakfasts today I’ll remove them from your bill” He never looked to see if I was telling the truth ,he never even hesitated, just an immediate apology and no bill . The food itself was excellent and the guy who cooks your omelets was a really nice man who was working very hard making custom plates. The waffles were huge ,the fruit was fresh , the atmosphere was pleasant and the view was beautiful. But the customer service was IMPECCABLE thus little things aside it’s a 5/5 for us .

On the 10th floor of The Brock, the view is the highlight of this place. On-demand, chef-prepared omelets, buffet with good variety of breads, fresh fruit, eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, and more. We went on Sunday morning, price was $29.99, and well worth it. We paid the same yesterday for an omelette with 3 pancakes at a chain restaurant and the quality of the food was way lower. Our server was Sandra and she was excellent, checked on us often and had a cheery disposition and smile. Definitely recommend.

Great location, beautiful view and excellent service. Drinks and food were ok, not the Wow experience that we were looking for especially they brag being the best restaurant in Niagara Falls.

My daughter and I had dinner here last weekend. She paid an extra $60 for a table with a view of the falls. I ordered the crusted salmon which was way overdone to the point of being dry. I had to scrape off the seeds (crust) as they overpowered the salmon. My daughter ordered the scallops which were good and we shared a calamari which was just okay. The waitress was lovely and accommodating. Not sure we will return as the cost was way overpriced for the quality of the food.

I grew up in NY eating food in hard core Italian Neighborhoods. The food here is incredible. The service is bubbly if not more bubbly then your favourite Starbucks. The staff is eager and ready to please. But the food it is absolutely incredible try the halibut, try the rack of lamb, try the peanut butter mousse thingy that they serve. The bar is perfect and surprisingly the prices match if not exceed what you should be paying for a good meal. You will be surprised however at the prix fixe. It’s a huge value in just a relaxing fun place to have a meal. This is quite possibly the best restaurant in Niagara Falls. It’s certainly worth what you pay. This is a glorious dining experience with great wines.

Great place for breakfast inside the Prime Steakhouse. The views of the falls are splendid. Our server, Zlatko, was so friendly and attentive to our table.

Not sure about the food, ordered just hot coffee, hot latte and hot chocolate……all taste wonderful delicious! Only foreign staffs - Indian and Philippine staffs, very polite and kind. Make me so comfy go ordered my hot drinks in an early morning. This American restaurant look quite promising with their appealing breakfast which some patrons ordered. Inside the restaurant looks so different, like American in the 60’s architectural and huge. Located just behind the entrance to Casino Niagara….very easy to notify and convenient location. My daughters had been here to eat except me, said one of the best brunch they had. Next time, I definitely wanted to try here.

During our recent visit to Niagara Falls, we decided to stop at Perkins for dessert. The pie was exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the service. The waitress was quite rude, as was the woman who seated us. The waitress seemed annoyed that we only ordered pie and tea. When we requested to move to a larger table, the woman who seated us claimed there were no other tables available. However, after we were seated, she continued to seat other customers at tables that were supposedly not available.

Went to celebrate my daughters birthday. She wanted a steak dinner. Very expensive dish for something I can make better at home. I asked for medium rare. The thin piece of blade steak was overcooked completely. Her sides were soo oily. The bacon and green been side was swimming in oil. You could squeeze the beans and watch the oil oozing out. Not appetizing at all! I'm not even done yet! The buger patties were clearly prefrozen,store bought patties. Just pure mush.. you guys can't even hand make your burger patties? My wife couldn't even finish her poutine because the gravy tastes like it came from the bottom scrapings of the fryer. I WAS INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS PLACE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER PLACES AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD..STAY FAR AWAY!! WE SPENT OVER 100 DOLLARS PLUS TIP FOR VERY BASIC FOOD. MADE WITH ZERO PRIDE AND EFFORT. WE WONT BE COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND WILL BE TELLING OUR FRIENDS IN THE GTA ABOUT OUR HORRIBLE EXPERINCE WHEN THEY PLAN ON COMING TO THE FALLS FOR A DAY OR 2.

Without a doubt the worst breakfast my wife and I have ever had… we thought we’d be ok ordering omelettes but it seems like the onions are pickled and green pepper used are not fresh. Hash browns are super oily and don’t show any care in how they’re cooked.

We had a great experience at the Perkins restaurant in Niagara ( close to Clifton Hill) Our server Roberta was wonderful! Very attentive and personable, and provided us with a wonderful breakfast ! 100% would recommend stopping here for a great bite at a great price, with even better service! ◡̈ Thanks so much Roberta!

My family and I stayed nearby during our vacation and ended up returning for breakfast two days in a row - that's how impressed we were! The food was consistently delicious both mornings, with large portions and made as requested. What really made our experience special was our waitress Jodi, who provided exceptional service with a friendly attitude and great attention to detail. She remembered our preferences on the second day and engaged well with our entire party. On the second day, she was even assisting training other staff members, and her clear directions and grace were immediately evident. Definitely worth seeking out if you're in the area - we'll be making a point to return next time we're in town!

Good discount for locals, just ask them to remove the tourist tax if you are from the Niagara region. The portion of the omlette dishes can be too much sometimes for one person and can feed two people very well. The strawberry milkshake was very tasty and filling. Overall the service was pretty fast compared to how busy they were around 12pm. Not my regular breakfast place but I like to visit this place once in a while :)

My partner and I have been coming to this IHOP every weekend for about a month now, and we always have a great experience! This weekend our server, Brittney, was especially wonderful — super friendly, took the time to chat with us, and even gave us a nice local discount when she found out we’re from the area. The food is always great, and I can’t get enough of the tres leches pancakes.

Just had a quick breakfast at this IHOP location. The server was friendly and provided fast service, which I really appreciated. This place has great coffee all the time, service was good, could be better comparing to other Starbucks. Very cold day and I guess is the weather that make people like that on the east coast, especially on winter! BE HAPPY!

Make orders perfectly as requested. Speedy crew. All smiles. Different crew. Same result. Great drinks made exactly like the recipe and really positive energy. Oh and they got the cool mug merch. My mother in law loves these. Since they don't use stars here I'm able to build up to 400, get a bag of fresh ground coffee from another location for free. Love it! I even got a free French press and tumblers this way. Makes great lil Christmas gifts for enjoying the coffee I love. Win win in my book.

We came here tonight with a gift certificate and were so glad we did. My husband's coffee was a grande pike 3 creams, and I wanted something special. So I chose a mocha cookie crumble frappecino. Yum! It was delicious. The customer service was good and everything came to us at the perfect temperature. The only thing about the experience that was negative was the drive through speaker. I have a loud voice normally and I had to repeat a couple of times. She said she couldn't hear me. Also she was hard to hear from the speaker, but she was nice and kind and very personable. That's all anyone asks for, a little respect for the customer. Great job and a great place. Love it here, will return.

This is a pretty convenient Starbucks being connected to the lobby of the Sheraton hotel. The atmosphere and service of the workers here is pretty nice and on the atmosphere this Starbucks is very clean. Although with this this place can get pretty crowded during mornings though.

Ordered mobile to go and they had everything ready within 10 minutes.

Everyone was super friendly and working well with each other to get all the orders done because they were pretty busy at the time I was in there. My drink was delicious as always.

Unfortunately, this was one of the more disappointing visits I’ve had at Starbucks. First, the drinks were prepared incorrectly. We ordered an iced coffee black with one pump of sugar-free vanilla — meant to equal just a slight touch of flavor — but instead received four full pumps. On top of that, a tall black coffee was ordered, but what we were handed was an espresso. Mistakes happen, of course, but the problem really began when we tried to have it corrected. After ten minutes trying to get a refund or substitution, the espresso was taken back but no coffee replacement was ever given. We were left waiting without a drink, unsure of what the outcome was supposed to be. While waiting, we watched another customer get an incorrect drink order, verifying that this wasn’t reserved to just us. To make things worse, when we finally left the store, the staff gave us dirty looks, as though we were at fault for the multiple mistakes, instead of being treated like customers who simply wanted what we had ordered and paid for. Every café can have an off day, but the combination of repeated errors, lack of resolution, and unprofessional demeanor from the staff left a very poor impression. I sincerely hope this was an exception and not the standard experience at this location.

They made my drink wrong, and when I ask them to fix it they said “ohhhhh we made it right” like hi u dumb or sum it suppose dark I even showed her pictures, she continued saying it made to company order. Tell me if this has 2 shots of expresso inside.

This was truly the worst Starbucks I have ever seen. My husband ordered a drip coffee. Every other Starbucks gets that for you immediately - that's why you do it. At this one, they made him wait behind all the orders of lattes and specialty drinks! We told them this wasn't right - and other customers waiting agreed. Finally they gave it to us. The very young manager at that site should be fired. There were 4 people behind the counter and none of them could figure out how to do anything. And the poor woman before us ordered a bagel without onions, but after they made it, they explained that onions were in the bagel. But then they wouldn't refund her money. All of the customers were upset and this idiot manager was doing absolutely nothing to deescalate. Worst Starbucks ever!

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding my recent visit to your store located at niagara.Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of one of your staff members. During our visit, I was with my young child, and the staff member in question seemed noticeably impatient and unkind when interacting with them. Specifically, they were dismissive and made my child feel uncomfortable when trying to order as my son is trying to look for a tumbler that we are supposed to buy. As a parent, I was upset by this behavior, especially since Starbucks is known for its welcoming environment. While I understand that every workplace can have challenging moments, I believe that respectful and patient communication, especially with young customers, should always be a priority. It's important to maintain the positive, friendly atmosphere that Starbucks is known for, and I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration for future interactions. By far the worst Starbucks ever. the tables were dirty. The 2 ladies behind the counter didnt exactly care about us walking in - and its not like it was busy. There was just one other person sitting. When i ordered a lemon loaf for my lityle one- she goes “What, Thats it? I looked at her blankly to give her a min to think about she said. She just looked right at me and i said okay ill take ice water with that- shes goes thats a dollar. i said did i ask how much? I said Ill have ice water. Anyway I paid and walked out. But seriously - they clearly havent been trained.

I visited the Starbucks at Niagara Clifton Hill looking to buy a tumbler, and my son was also checking out the ones on display. While we were deciding, one of the staff members told me that if we weren’t going to purchase the tumbler, my son shouldn’t be touching it. I understand the importance of taking care of merchandise, but the way it was said felt rude and unwelcoming, especially since we were seriously considering making a purchase. What really bothered me was overhearing them afterwards expressing impatience toward kids. That kind of attitude made us feel very uncomfortable, and instead of buying, I ended up returning all the tumblers we were holding. This was a disappointing experience, especially in a tourist area where you’d expect a more welcoming and friendly environment.

Everything was great, we had a family breakfast and everyone was happy with the meal! The service was fast, food amazing and the place is clean. Overall a great place to start the day!

stellar service at a stellar dinner! I had the Phyl's special and it was plenty! orange juice was very concentrated too (personally I asked for a cup of water to mix with and ended with two cups of juice!) everything was really well done. I switched my bread choice after ordering but still got the previous choice, but otherwise, no complaints! felt very welcomed and ate really well.

Most importantly, the food was very good. Our server was very attentive. The restaurant was very dated and could use a good cleaning and facelift. But, like I said before, our Breakfast was very good.

My family has visited Niagara Falls many times as we typically go 3 to 4 times a year to visit the different wineries. We had wanted to try this local gem for a while so my daughter and I grabbed breakfast on a Sunday morning after checking out of our hotel. I had the ham and cheddar omelette with potatoes and toast. The food was delicious and the staff are friendly. The only complaint is that drink refills were a bit of an issue because they were so busy and my one recommendation would perhaps be to utilize carafe on table. Could use some updating on furniture and decor however highly recommend for the food.

When we walked in and waited to be seated, a waitress yelled from the counter to sit anywhere on the right side. We sat down, and a couple of minutes later she walked over and, with no greeting, set our menus on the table. She took our order and then brought our food shortly after. We got the ham and cheese omelet with hasbrowns and toast. The food was pretty good, the hasbrowns were the best items on the plate! The service was pretty cold, but at least the food was warm.

This was our first time coming here. We did have to provide proof of vaccination and show ID. We signed in and were taken to a large table for our group. The restaurant is spacious, nice and clean inside. Sandy was our server, she was very nice and friendly. We placed our orders and the food was hot and delicious. I would highly recommend coming here. The prices are reasonable and the food is delicious.

The food and the service are amazing and the atmosphere is somewhat a mix depending upon the weather and the day. We have had a few different servers that need to improve on their interactions with the customers and we have one peculiar server that we prefer that knows what we want and we don’t need to have a menu.

I'm basing this review on Canadian standards. The ice caps we ordered were great! The service below par. For example, when asked what are the sizes the lady behind the calendar replied small, medium and large. When I asked what that means in size, she looked at me not understanding what I was asking. I asked to see the containers and she reluctantly and with attitude walked to the station to show me. She mistakenly held up medium, claiming it was large. Then there is the cleanliness issue. There were serviettes and tissues in several locations on the floor. As well as three wet floor caution cones. The floor was dry, but not as clean as it should be. That plus the amount of debris on the floor leads me to believe that the staff hadn't tended to them in a long while. This is surprising given that the shop wasn't very busy, no lineup. I don't know how much of this is a cultural thing with the Indians that staff the shop, but management should be doing a better job at training and monitoring. What is head office doing that they're not on top of this?

Got an ice cap today and while drinking it, I felt something weirdly soft and squishy on my tongue. I didn't have any solid food yet so I knew it couldn’t be anything other than the ice cap. I took it out of my mouth to find this thing. looks like someone was picking their nose and dropped some of their nose hair infested mucus into my ice cap whoever was working making ice caps around 10:30am today needs to be investigated you guys could literally kill somebody with hygiene like this. if I can find hair infested mucus in my ice cap, imagine whats going into the sandwiches and food 🤢

The girl at front service is horrible. The girl at front seems to not want to work there at all. There were a lady with kids trying to order before me, she walked away because she refused to make change for her drink or something. I thought the lady with kids was being hard or something. Then when I ordered summer skies drink, saw recipt with summer berry refresher, I was politely told her I ordered the summer skies drink, she is shut me off telling me that's a refresh drink it come with lemonade. It's horrible trying to misleading customers. However, thanks for the other girl who is making drink at the back. I told her her coworker was trying to tell me the skies drink comes with lemonade, she is friendly and way more energetic and immediately said don't worry I will make the right one for you. I feel bad for the girl making drink has to work with coworker like that.

The only thing positive is it’s not busy and clean. The prices are ridiculous and Niagara should stop the gouging of Tourists Tax for local. Hire nicer people that actually want to work. It’s conveniently located as you go up to The Brock hotel

Avoid this location - food poisoning alert My son ordered a drink from this location last night at around 10 PM. He was sick the whole night and I ended up having to call 911 to send an ambulance and sent him to ER. He was diagnosed with food poisoning and the doctor used the attached medication to calm him down. He is still not feeling well. Avoid this location!

I should have anticipated this was a license location rather than a corporate one. I ordered two drinks, but the size cups I desired were unavailable. I opted for the smaller version, which I understand. However, the most frustrating aspect was that after I checked my app, the cost was significantly higher than usual. I acknowledge that we were nearing closing time, but I believe we could have provided better service instead of ignoring the issue for an extended period. I would not recommend this establishment and will not return.

I was really surprised by how overpriced this place is. I ordered a tall iced coffee and was charged $6.71. Just this morning, I had a grande latte in Toronto for only $5.93, tax included — so this felt like a rip-off. Out of curiosity, I asked the staff about the price difference, and they told me it’s because the taxes are higher here. Really? Niagara and Toronto have different tax rates? I would’ve almost believed it if they had just said the tip was included. Disappointing.

Undoubtedly the worst Starbucks in Ontario—let alone in Niagara Falls. I was charged $11 for a single oat cortado, when the normal price is $4.35. This location doesn’t offer anything special, and the only thing they seem to know is how to serve substandard coffee at outrageous prices. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and I honestly wonder why Starbucks continues to keep this store open—it’s hurting their brand more than helping it.

We ordered 2x2x2 breakfast. 32$ for bacon, eggs and 2 pancakes that were cold and rubbery. We asked for scrambled soft and they came hard and dry. When we told the waitress, all she said was sorry. Coffee 5.50$additional. Staff is young and indifferent. You wait ample time to be served while they chat amongst themselves. The place needs updating. Dirty tables and old. Waiters at 8:30 am had visible pancake batter on their aprons. No pride and sloppy. At this price for a breakfast, you SHOULD expect more. Will not be going back.

We came to this one as the one further down (which we went to as we thought it would be quieter) was closed for an event. If we walked back to this one (short walk) we got 20% discount for inconvenience. It's an average ihop. It just has the bonus of falls view. Food OK. Server was very nice. Seems to be the ihop where no one is patient. There was a sign saying wait for server.. people were wanting to secure the table wih the view they wanted so were not waiting and queue jumping to tables that hadn't been cleared. Big parties just jumping in and usually when server was away from the desk so nothing you could do. General rudeness from uncouth tourists. We did experience getting served after others who had been sat after us which was annoying. Server was friendly. Food was average ihop fare. Costed more for this location even with discount. It was a one off.

We came to this IHOP because it’s well known for its profound view of the falls and exceptional service. I arrived here with my family of 14 and it did not disappoint. Alyssa and Virginia were exceptional hostesses and waitresses. They provided our group with great seating and wonderful service. The food was exceptional with a breathtaking review. We had young children with specifications on food and they happily accommodated us. We would recommend everyone visiting Niagara Falls to come and enjoy the experience here at the IHOP. 10 out of 10!

Was here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. The food was lovely, all servers were sweet and nice. Loved being served by Ana. She was kind, thoughtful, and sweet. Served our food with warm smile and kept checking if anything more is needed. Overall, i would love to come back again and again.

Such an amazing view! Yes, the prices are higher than an average IHOP but you are paying for location and view so it’s worth it. Johnny was a fantastic server and couldn’t have been nicer. The food was good and their gluten friendly pancakes were better than at many restaurants!

A hidden gem! If you go to Niagara Falls and you’re craving Italian pizza, that’s where you should go! Away from busy chain restaurants you feel like you’re eating real food in a cozy space! Most importantly they are super nice and you will have a great experience like me!

We went with family friends to this cute restaurant. They had a small terrasse, it's cozy and in a quieter area (Clark Ave) in Niagara. We had the burrata (recommended) and ceasar salad which were delicious. We also had the Pugliese and Toscana pizzas which were also delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and made our evening memorable and enjoyable.

Like the reviewer below, service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes for a table outside. The tables were covered in road dust and had to ask you have them wiped down after being seated for over 10 minutes. We waited over 45 minutes for the pizza. When it finally came out it was horrible. I thought maybe after a wait like that we would get something magical but it was the opposite. The spinach pizza had frozen spinach on it. What? Avoid this place like the plague.

This is the best pizza this side of the Atlantic, bar none. I absolutely love Il Sorriso, and if I lived closer, I would go there multiple times a week. The pizza is incredible; crispy, flavorful, with authentic Italian ingredients, and made in an authentic Italian pizza oven. No matter who I bring to this place, every pizza is devoured in its entirety, there is never a need for a take home box. Would recommend to anyone visiting Niagara Falls, from near or far!

Had a enjoyable breakfast at Sunset Grill. The avocado toast was fresh and flavorful—perfectly seasoned and nicely presented. I also tried the spinach and feta wrap, which was warm, cheesy, and satisfying. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for something tasty but not too heavy. At first, the potatoes were a bit undercooked, but they fixed it right away. The second batch came out crispy and golden—just the way I like them! Service was smooth and everything came out in good time. The atmosphere was relaxed. I’d absolutely come back again for another laid-back brunch with great food!

My husband and I visited Niagara Falls for my birthday. We had breakfast at this location. Omg the food was so fresh and delicious 😋 I ordered potatoes, eggs, bacon and pancakes. I'm from the US and the bacon they serve here is top tier. The customer service is great as well! I definitely recommend, you won't regret it.

Ordered the 3 eggs with toast and potatoes. Requested the toast to be dry with no butter and the ggs over hard. The female waitress brought my food opposite of my request. The eggs were not well done completely raw. Out of the four slices of toasted whole wheat bread two of them had butter. The management needs to coach their servers as customers with bad experience will never go back. The waitress customer service skills needs lots of coaching...

We visited Sunset Grill with our family on June 22nd, and from the moment we walked in, everything was simply impeccable. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was fresh and delicious, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was our waitress, Heather. Not only was she attentive and kind, but she also went above and beyond in a way we’ll never forget — after we accidentally left our baby’s bottle behind, she personally brought it back to us, remembering where we were staying from a casual conversation. That level of care is incredibly rare and speaks volumes about the heart behind this place. Sunset Grill isn't just a restaurant — it’s a place where small moments become big memories. Next time we’re in town, there’s no question — we’re coming back. Thank you for treating us like family!

Husband and I are hitting the road once more, this time crossing over the border. We made a pit stop for breakfast, where we found the food to be decent and the service commendable. Despite its small size, the place was packed with customers.Our breakfast bill came to $38, excluding tax and tip, for the both of us. Notably, the store had a box of goods displayed at the counter, with all proceeds from the sale of these items going towards a local charity organization.

Dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and the washroom was disgusting. To top it off, they charge a dollar for a cup of water!

This is in no way the employees fault—I believe they were extremely understaffed at the time, with only 2 visible employees on a Friday afternoon. But! The bathroom is filthy. It's absolutely disgusting. The service is excruciatingly slow, it took nearly 20 minutes to get one drink. They made me the wrong drink. The tourism tax is real!!! This Starbucks is much pricier than my local Starbucks. I believe one of the employees was new. That's not her fault, but the manager should've scheduled more workers for a Friday afternoon at CLIFTON HILL. I really wouldnt go here, it was probably the worst Starbucks experience I've had. Lastly, I asked for caramel ribbon crunch frappucino, got just a caramel frappucino. Normally wouldn't mind but for the amount of money and time I spent here it was pretty disappointing.

Not bad, the staff were busy talking and kind of fooling around. My drink was made fast and well by the staff, cant really complain overall service was okay nothing special or out of this world. The drink was a typical pink drink, tastes just fine :)

Stopped at the Starbucks on Clifton Hill niagara Fallsand was shocked at the service. After purchasing two full drinks, I simply asked for a glass of water. I was told I’d need to bring my own cup, or they would charge me $1 just for the cup. Completely unacceptable, especially after already spending money there. Terrible policy and even worse customer service. Won’t be coming back.

No fresh brewed coffee. At Starbucks. In the middle of the day on a weekend. $4.14 for a tall coffee turned into $4.98 with these hidden tourist fees. Not a good reflection on what the brand is supposed to be

We ordered five drinks (which came to a significant amount), and when I asked for a small cup of water, I was told I’d have to pay $1. I couldn’t believe it—after already spending so much, being charged for a cup of tap water feels unreasonable and greedy. Very disappointing customer service, especially for a location that gets so many visitors. I won’t be coming back.

Great service clean places to sit drink and eat it’s awesome to have a Starbucks when you climb up Clifton Street, and the mountainous road, from the falls. Quick service! And restroom!!

Ordered door dash at 6pm, let me say that this is not the drivers fault. The bag was sealed. When I opened the bag, I noticed the large fry was as full as the medium. Off to a bad start, pulled out the medium fry, the fries began to fall out due to the container being broken. Some fries are under cooked. Everything else with the order was fine. I’m not happy with my order this time around. I tried to call McDonald to inform them about my order, but they did not answer the phone. Probably a dinner rush, so I’m just leaving a review.

Very disappointed with my experience… I rarely leave reviews, but my recent visit to McDonald’s was frustrating enough that I feel it needs to be shared. My order was extremely simple — just two Coca-Colas. Somehow, that still managed to go wrong, not once, but twice. When we received our order, we discovered that one of the drinks was a Sprite instead of a Coke. Mistakes happen, so we went back to the counter to have it corrected. Unfortunately, the replacement drink we were given was not a Coke either — it was a root beer. At that point, after correcting the order twice and still not getting what we originally asked for, we decided to give up and leave. This is not about a minor mix-up — it’s about the complete lack of attention to detail and quality control. It’s frustrating when a basic request is handled carelessly, and it’s even worse when multiple opportunities to fix the problem are missed. We left feeling irritated and disappointed, and frankly, it’s the kind of experience that makes me think twice about coming back to this location. McDonald’s should be consistent, especially with something as straightforward as two fountain drinks. Unfortunately, this visit was anything but consistent, and it has left a bad impression.

Absolutely will NOT be going back to this location, no napkins, ketchup, no receipt on the bag so we could know how much the total was, fry shortage the pic below is what I got when I opened the bag and the medium fry we got was also short on fries charged us extra for a burger that we didn’t ask for after we said a double cheeseburger and proceeds to give us 2 hamburgers, save your money or go to a different location. Embarrassing.

Was there for a quick breakfast meal at around 8 am on a Thursday. Quiet and clean at that time. Lady at the front was polite and helpful in taking the order. Disturbing to see drunk/drugged people inside at the tables. Unsafe for children and seniors especially. Sad to see and trying to be empathetic about the situation but this isn't it...

"I'm really disappointed with the McDonald's on Lundy's Lane. They've removed the drink refill stations, so you can't top off your pop anymore. To make matters worse, the bathrooms are locked and require a key or code to access, and the self-service kiosks aren't working. It's a shame, because it's not what it used to be. Hopefully, they'll address these issues and get back to providing the service customers expect."

Ordering from here was a complete joke of An experience. The operator at 4:25pm on August 17th that tried rushing me. Misunderstood half of what i was saying tho im fluent in English with a Minor at Brock University. Had this clown of an operator had to repeatedly ask me as if i wasn’t speaking clear enough. Please train your staff properly, as i will make another visit and another review will come.

Just a heads up to others: I went to buy 3 $1 cones, but the code wasn’t working for some reason. Instead of resolving it properly, Manager Simran first tried to charge me over $7. When I questioned it, she came back with a new total—$4 and change—for 2 cones, saying the third was free. When I pointed out that the cones are $1 each and always have been (we’ve been getting them almost daily at this and other locations), she insisted the deal only applies to one cone, which simply isn’t true. What’s worse is that she wasn’t apologetic or helpful at all. I know it’s only a few bucks, but that’s not the point—it’s about honoring your advertised price and not misleading customers. Just a caution to others: double-check your receipts and don’t be afraid to speak up.

I ordered a cortado and it was absolutely terrible – clearly made by someone who doesn't understand how to prepare proper coffee. On top of that, when I asked for a simple glass of tap water, I was told there would be a charge. Charging for tap water is unacceptable and, frankly, ridiculous. I’ve since checked the reviews of this location, and it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience. It’s frustrating to see that despite so many complaints, nothing seems to be improving. Starbucks is supposed to stand for quality and good service, but this experience has shown the opposite.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! First of all, they charge 2.5x the price of a normal Starbucks and say they can do that because they’re privately owned. Then call yourself something else because you’re using a franchise name and changing the rules. Second, the barista that took my order and her manager were the rudest people. I ordered a vanilla iced americano, it’s a very simple drink. I was given a plain americano and asked for vanilla syrup and I got a glare. Don’t be in a customer service industry if you hate people. Go to the Starbucks a block away instead of this one!!

Very bad Starbuck's experience from this location. So bad I will try to avoid all Starbuck's locations moving forward. 1) The taste of the Frappuccinos here was inconsistent from other locations. Disappointing, but happens. 2) High price, but that's okay since this is a tourist area. 3) The staff and this location tries very hard to conceal a 7.5% "voluntary" fee - which you pay another 13% tax on. I would have been okay with it if they just explained to me what the fee was and etc. But upon questioning why a $9.25 drink was end $11.30 after tax, they mumbled "tax, blah blah blah" and looked at me as if I was stupid. By the way, try to find the signage that mentions the extra 7.5% fee (which is not required by government).

I purchased a mug then returned and wanted a refund. Came home, checked my credit card statement and it showed that the same amount was charged again. Wanted to contact the Starbucks and called the number on google. İt turned out that it is the hotel's number that Starbucks is located.Called Hard Rock Cafe that is next to them and learned that the phone number is right but there is an extension needed and it is 4198. I talked with the staff, they said that the refund receipt is there and sent the picture of it.Now have to deal with the credit card company but having the picture will be helpful, thank you.

I was apprehensive about going to this Starbucks due to the negative reviews, but it's conveniently in our hotel lobby so I figured I'd give it a chance. We ordered coffee, breakfast sandwiches and some sweets. Everything was consistent with what I'd expect from a Starbucks. There was a long line but they moved through it quickly. The location was clean and the staff was friendly. I'm not sure why it has such bad reviews but that was not my experience.

SCAM ALERT! Charged me $30 for two tall coffees. FYI that is the smallest size. They are openly scamming, so check your credit card as soon as you order. The people employed seem to be pretty pro scammers. It’s wild! Will be contesting the charge with my credit card.

We recently ordered several drinks from this Starbucks location and were extremely disappointed with our experience. The customer service was unprofessional and the staff were outright rude when we approached them with a simple question. We tried to address our concerns with the manager, but unfortunately, the manager ignored us completely and showed no interest in resolving the issue. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable and not at all what we expect in Canada. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience and we hope improvements will be made.

Food was okay here. Came for dinner after playing at the casino. Restaurant is nice inside—we got seated in a big booth. For appetizers, the Crispy Calamari and Shrimp Diablo were good. For entrees, I enjoyed the Fish & Chips, but note, it’s on the salty side. The Meatloaf and Fettuccine Bolognese weren’t that great, was disappointing. Service was good, and you can use your comps from the casino here.

I walked into Lucky's with expectations set to neutral. The place looks good. Comfortable booths, slick decor, and a front-row seat to the endless parade of casino-goers and tourists passing through the retail walkway. If you like people-watching, this works. The service was fine. Functional. No real energy, no sense that anyone was happy to be there. Just plates moving from kitchen to table. Then came the burger. Dry. Tasteless. Lifeless. No seasoning, no sauce, no excuse. Just something to fill the void in your stomach. Not the kind of meal you remember, but the kind you try to forget. Lucky’s is fine if you want a drink and a seat to watch the crowd. But if you are here for the food, don’t.

We really enjoyed it! Shannon our server was very nice and helped us navigate the menu. I had fish and chips and my wife had a spring salad both were really good. We shared the coconut pie and it was not only tasty it was huge! The picture doesn’t do it justice, it’s so big. We were stuffed!

Good restaurant inside the Fallsview casino resort with a decent selection of salads, pasta, and entrees. Expect to pay slightly higher prices given that it's in the resort, but still reasonable compared to the other restaurants. Food tastes good and was served in large portions. Dishes were served in about 30 minutes after ordering.

Stopped in after the Niagara boat tour. Happy we did. The service and food was great. Had the fish and chips. Was delicious. Bloody mary was also delicious. Would for sure stop here again.

Breakfast was great and priced reasonably. We were seated fairly quickly, and had a great server. He just got busy as more customers flowed in, so we ended up waiting quite awhile to pay our bill.

We had the pleasure of sitting in the bar side of the restaurant with Bartender Randi attending to our dinner. Atmosphere was fantastic, food was spot on and libations were tasty. Randi was Professional, Courteous and Friendly from the moment we arrived, Highly recommended Lucky’s Restaurant & Bar.

I went expecting coffee as the name says they offer coffee - however - it’s just another Starbucks .

brought my small children to this restaurant... food came out fast and was hot... wife loved french union soup however service was very bad. After our first drink no one asked us if we would like another. I also ordered the filet steak medium rare and no one checked on quality of food, which was not good. filet was cooked to medium rare however the outside was burnt which is weird for a 50 dollar steak. My wife also didn't enjoy her meal. Overall, wouldn't go back quality was not to the standard of what they are charging price wise.

The Starbucks here is different. Don’t taste the same. Not recommended.

First time going here I was very disappointed and I will not be going back the food is not good at all not going to lie and it's very expensive for terrible food a hot dog and fries and a bottle of water almost 20 bucks way too much money but if you do want good food go down on Queen Street in Niagara Falls lot of good restaurants down there I don't like seeing people get ripped off for terrible food

The first time at this location, when I walked in, I noticed it was very clean. When i went to the counter to order, I started looking behind the counter area and what I could see of the kitchen. It looked extremely clean. I look for that. I ordered the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich combo. I was waiting for my order, and the lady at the counter said to me, " Have a seat, we will bring it to you." I was thinking, wow, I'm at a fast food chain, and they will bring it to me. AWSOME! The meal came to me and was hoping for a few more fries, but after eating the meal, it was enough for me. The meal was great. Enjoyed it very much. My main go-to place is Harvey's, but this location is defently going to see me again. This is hitting my top 5 fast food chains. Thank you for the great meal.

As an American family visiting from Virginia, we were excited to finally try A&W since we don’t have one back home. We’d heard a lot about it and were curious to see what all the hype was about. Safe to say, it didn’t disappoint! Walking into A&W, the vibe was welcoming, and the service was fast and friendly. I ordered the burger, and it was honestly one of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a while. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The fries were fresh and crispy, exactly how I like them. But the real winner of the night was the onion rings—my mom couldn’t stop raving about them! Crunchy, golden, and not too greasy, they were a hit at our table. Overall, visiting A&W in Canada was a great experience for all of us. It’s now one of our favorite food memories from the trip. If you're visiting Canada and have never tried A&W, definitely give it a shot!

Unfortunately their website is deceptive. The restaurant is not open to walkin customers 24x7. I went to one of the locations looking forward to a nice sit down breakfast in the early morning. The guy told me only the drive thru was open. Also on this occasion he said the grill wasn't working. Rather disappointing. Anyway I wish they would advertise the time they unlock the door so you can walk in and sit down. Another example of a company only telling you what they want you to think as opposed to what you want to know. In the end I went home and cooked my own food.

The store was a mess. Every table not cleaned. Trays all over the back station with garbage and food. Behind the counter was filthy. The counter where the napkins, straws and what not was filthy. Zero a&w seasoning on the onion rings. Extra pickles I guess means 2 pickles

No Idea abt atmosphere as I didn’t dine in, staff was so polite and friendly. She even informed abt the delay as food was getting ready. Food is always great n fresh. Pricing wise it was on higher side, probably all the restaurants has the higher price compared to Toronto.

Overall, it is a really amazing option for great pure fast food without steroids and other artificial ingredients. There are so many options from teen to grandpa orders. The drinks are amazing as well. Can't go to A&W & not get a root beer creamed.

Great for casual breakfast. I like to come here for a breakfast similar to going to a breakfast restaurant but I enjoy the quicker service here and ability to enjoy breakfast without interruption (ex. Water refills, asking how the food is) I enjoy that they bring the breakfast to you and after that you’re on your own. Sometimes I want a restaurant style experience but less contact. Food is great and if I’ve ever had any requests to adjust meals / combos they have been happy to accommodate them. Service is really good and friendly. I asked for over easy, I think one of my eggs was a tiny bit overcooked but for the 11$ total it’s a great deal for this meal. Restaurant is clean and I find the crowd is quiet and respectful

Very poor experience here. Immediately told we would have to wait 5-10 minutes just to order. Staff openly explaining they don’t have time to clean trays and glasses which are sitting out on the counter. Floors are covered in drinks and sauce. Not at all fast for a fast food restaurant. Management seriously needs to review operations and staffing and look at hiring additional staff to meet demand.

Tried the Masala Veggie Burger, and it was amazing. Tried it for the first time, and I would say that this is the best vegetarian option when it comes to burgers. On top of the great taste, I would give 10 stars to the customer service by Husna. It felt like I was in a full service restaurant and not a fast food eating place.

After reading that A&W in Canada only shared the name with the US version I had to try it. What a shock I cannot believe that not only did the burger look close to the picture but it actually tasted good which I find rare in a fast food burger. A little more seasoning maybe but it was a good fast food burger. At another location I tried breakfast food and it was also good. The American ones have a lot to learn from them.

Their burgers are good. The quality of chicken is better than the other competitive fast food places.

I brought my daughter to A&W for a Sunday breakfast. Eating inside was a great experience and the staff added a personal touch which brightened our day.

This is a very nice, clean, modern and well staffed McDonald’s located on 6161 Thorold Stone Rd in Niagara Falls. The staff is very friendly, service was quick with a smile, and I was in and out in a short period of time. There’s plenty of parking plus a drive-through. Good place to stop for a bite to eat.

Service was great but I ordered the Big Rosti burger and it was a sloppy mess with no hash brown as advertised and the bun wasn't what was advertised either...

My order is constantly getting mixed up and I only grab a coffee and a drink. Doesn't make sense to me. Multiple times I had to bring it coffee back be I ALWAYS specify decaffeinated because I have severe allergies to caffeine, so severe I carry an epipen. Ive had to go inside to order and they STILL mess my coffee up.

This is a 24 hour restaurant where you can get your late night munchies. I like the fact you can ask for no salt on fries and they will make a fresh batch without dousing it in that cup of salt. Shout out to the young men who were doing their best to fill orders during the late night rush. ( even if they forget to put napkins in the to go order).

Ever since 2015 every time we went to this specific McDonald’s always messing up orders never filling up drinks fully. On top of that we always have to go park in with our food. Do better:(

Christine (MOD) on 13th August 2025 seemed to be confused ,unprofessional and arrogant while we called on the phone to explain her the situation regarding what happened at the time of our order at the drive thru. Cashier/order taker : are you collecting points ? I replied “Yes”. I was about the say the code and the cashier/order taker replied come to the second window and I said why? When the order is not yet been taken! The cashier/order taker replied come to second window for your uber order ? I replied what are you talking about Uber ? She said okay, we also take order on uber so thought you are here for Uber in a very unprofessional way. She didn’t say sorry and said what is the code, gave the code and they took the order. We came to the second window, the girl at the drive thru window again said what is your uber number - is this some kinda joke ? She closed the window, went back and 3 of the cashiers/servers made the group and started staring towards us and looking to us in a very weird way. Upon calling and talking to Christine ( MoD) was way unprofessional rather than listening the story she said we were not staring at you , we all were just talking about the inventory and said we are not here to argue and hanged up the call. So unprofessional.

Our favorite coffee shop in Niagara Falls. The coffee is good but even better is the atmosphere inside with lots of artworks and some live music on the weekends. Seating is very comfortable for working and the Wi-Fi is good. They had gluten-free bread options for the breakfast sandwiches which are also very good. Charming place ❤️

This place was pretty cute! Coffee was delicious but one of our bagels was a bit too doughy and seemed undercooked. Took about 20 mins for 2 toasted bagels and no one was there in front of us. Would definitely go back on another slow morning!

A very special place - delicious food and **coffee**, inclusive and welcoming energy, and friendly, happy staff. Cozy with abundant seating. The jalapeño popper bagel sandwich is a highlight. If you like sweet sweet....try a maple hot chocolate. The eclipse special moon pie should become a menu staple, if it isn't already. Highly recommend coming from NYC. All profits go back to serving the community and we were beyond happy to support their mission.

This place serves amazing lattes and is run by some fantastic people. I wasn’t expecting amazing coffee at Niagara but these folks make it happen. The cafe is quirky, calm and welcoming. We visited off season so I’m not sure how busy it gets during peak season but their latte was great and so was their muffin. I’ll highly recommend if you are in downtown Niagara near the bus terminal. They sell art and other collectibles too including coffee beans if you are interested.

Lovely small cafe shop with very cozy warm decos. It is vegan friendly. We ordered latte and cappuccino with soy and coconut milk, a vegan rainbow sandwich. The coffee was excellent, flavourful. The bagel of the sandwich looks like homemade, humus, vegan cheddar, roasted red pepper and lettuce, taste great! The washroom is accessible designed, very considering.

Cute little cafe! Had never been here before and glad I discovered this little gem. The staff here were so kind, I met a few really cool people with some interesting stories here! Very all-inclusive and welcoming of everyone. This felt like a safe space! And the latte was delicious!

Had takeaway macchiato and cappuccino and they’re really good! Proper espresso based coffee and the friendly staff made them with really great care and skills! Didn’t stay in the cafe to enjoy my coffee but the vibe there was very relaxing. Highly recommended it if you want a break from the touristy area.

Went here for breakfast every day for a vacation to Niagara Falls. Everytime we went we always had prompt service, a wait time of 10 min or less and the food always came out quickly and accurately. Tried 4 different menus items and all of them were fantastic. The pancakes are great and everything tasted fresh. As an American, I highly recommend trying Stacked!

Super hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! The strawberry jam was amazing, and the toast was the best I’ve ever had—thick, fluffy, and perfect. The sausage was super unique—being from the U.S., I’ve never had anything like it before. Eggs and pancakes were perfectly done too. Best part my kids order was 🆓 A fantastic breakfast spot I’d highly recommend!

First visit today to check out this fabulous place. Ot was quite bust around 9.30am, I only waited 10min to be seated and served rather quickly 🫠 Bacon, eggs, homefries were cooked thd way i like . This spot was perfect for breakfast! Best pancakes i ever had which we ordered the double berry! Built our own omelet and loaded the home fries. The portions were large and we were satisfied with the taste, serving portions, service and all. Great overall experience and highly recommended. I will definitely revisit this restaurant. The service was also very fast.

We chose this place after seeing good reviews online, but we were expecting more of a homie mom and pop restaurant, which turns out to be similar to the IHOP franchise. They told us that the wait is 20 minutes, which turned out to be 45. Food was just OK, but nothing fenomenal or even super good. I wouldn't say that we will repeat. Waitress was very nice, and the service was good and quick without being pushy.

Visiting from Michigan and went to Stacked for breakfast. We waited about 20 minutes but it was totally worth it. The cinnamon bun pancakes were absolutely fantastic! I also got an iced vanilla iced which was very good as well. Highly recommend this spot!

I just wanted to say a most heartfelt Thank you to the staff at this location today. I didn't catch the staffs name. This morning we had to put our family dog down. We stopped in to get one last pup cup as it was our Maggie's favourite car ride snack. I'm so sorry for balling my eyes out when you handed me the pup cup. I just wanted to say thank you so much for your kind demeanor and your kind words. ❤️

This has been my Starbucks location since moving to Niagara Falls six years ago. The Barista Team is absolutely fabulous and yes there have been changes over the years, but the sensational customer service theme has never changed. Jalen is outstanding and, if you go by often enough, he will not only remember your name but also your order. It's plain to see that he takes pride in the work that he is dedicated to and so obviously loves. Jalen is always appreciative that we came in and thanks us for our visits. He just has a truly unique way of injecting joy into our Starbucks visits. He really does connect with people who stop in at that location, and remarkably he doesn't slow down while doing it. The bar for the Montrose team has been set high but they welcomed the challenge, and consistently deliver excellence in customer service! Quite honestly, the Montrose location is special in many ways and it's worth the visit to see how focus, productivity and warm connections can happen; all while you're enjoying a good cup of your favourite coffee and a pastry or even just picking one up to go.

I’ve been frequenting this location more and more lately. I love the layout, the comfy chairs and the availability of power plugs for charging my laptop while I’m working and enjoying my Starbucks. The staff here are awesome.

How is this acceptable! These drinks are not cheap and we got half full drinks ! Usually when we have a issue we just call them up and they re make them and we just pick them up but this staff and management would not help ! .. very disappointed considering we order from them daily

Every time I go here in person for some reason they make my drink wrong,or mess up my order.Every single time.But when I place an order on skip or Uber for this location the order is fine,nothing is made wrong,it’s only when I come in person to this place,no one knew what they were doing the last time I went,they completely messed up my order and gave me the wrong size drink,for some reason also had to re make the grilled cheese and made me wait even longer for no reason,they did not even apologize,very disappointed,I won’t be ordering in person anymore.

Night staff, what’s your attitude for?!?!?! Extremely bad customer service it made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome while ordering as whoever was taking my order was rushing me after each and every order! And that’s aside from the long wait for what’s supposed to be called “fast food”, when she was giving me the order at the window she was giving attitude with the grumpiest expressions! I always have a bad experience at this location, a strict customer service policies is recommended for management. RIP Customer Service. In addition, habanero sauce was tasting off and not like usual and guess what! It’s EXPIRED.

Staff had no interactions other than delivering our food to the table. Nothing is good on this review: -The app simply will not open on both our phone and after our bad experience we will gladly deleting the app -The burgers are decreased in sizes and it looks like the burger was halved to make it two and smashed it. -Bigmac was a BIG letdown Burgers are so dry and pathetic looking -The original taste was even non existent - The prices increased and quantity decreased dramatically -chicken burger was dry and void of taste -The poutine was even worse I was craving for Sundae but I just wanted to leave… Good riddance McDonald’s.. you really did it this time

I had a really disappointing experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru today. I ordered 3 McFlurries, but when I checked them, I noticed that two of them had noticeably less quantity than usual. I politely asked the staff member about it, but she responded, “It’s perfect” without even checking or offering to fix the issue. Unfortunately, it got worse. When I got home and my friend started eating his McFlurry, he found a small piece of plastic inside (as you can see in the picture). This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety and quality control. I expected better from McDonald’s. Definitely not going back to this location anytime soon.

If I could give this 0 stars it would be too many. This review comes after repeated poor quality food and even worse service. It really doesn’t matter what time of day or night, the employees have less than 0% customer service skills. Ignorant and rude upon every visit, typically don’t bother to even have more of an interaction with you outside of shoving a debit machine in your face without so much as a hello or even a total owing before doing so. The food is genuinely always bad as of late and not only is it usually stale buns and cold “meat patties” they don’t even bother to make it look like they care in the slightest on the fact that you have paid money for this garbage they’re serving up as food and honestly it’s embarrassing how downhill this location has gone over the past few years. In addition to that whilst handing you a bag of poor quality food with an attitude that you’ve bothered them by visiting the establishment they’re paid to work at they have the audacity to include a slip of paper asking “how did we do” as if the response would be anything more than the one I’ve just provided. For example Earlier this week I ordered a meal and paid the extra money for the keychain they have and part of their Shania Twain promotion. Upon arriving home I realized it was not put into the bag. A few days later when I returned for a coffee I asked if they were out and the employee rudely claimed they were not rambled on something about Tuesdays and Thursday’s though I couldn’t fully make out what that was even about and did not even bother to offer to make up for it by giving me the keychain that I paid for she just closed the window in my face. Tonight I returned to find that same employee at the window with her same p155 poor excuse for customer service and ONCE AGAIN handed me my bag without the keychain I now paid for twice, this time I was smart enough to make sure prior to leaving. When I went back she went as far as to check my order on her screen to ensure that I did in fact purchase this stupid keychain before finally giving it to me. Upon arriving home I opened my box and laughed out loud at how pathetic these employees are that they genuinely can’t even be bothered to put a burger together that looks even remotely appetizing. This location is truly a dumpster fire and I’d would sooner jump in and burn myself alive before returning. Disgusting.

No cashiers, no interaction, or any way for someone to know people are in the building. Shitty uncomfortable chairs. Good to know McDonald's is a few weeks from just being a windowless box that spits out food , but hey, gotta keep those profits going, clearly $15 for 10 nuggets is a realistic price.

We go to McDonald's with our grandkids , they like it , and it is quick and easy. And your experience there is consistent, mediocre. This day was different. We were greeted at the door, asked if we needed assistance ordering, after ordering were directed to go to our tables and our food would be delivered to us. Our food was quick, and the usual McDonald's fare. However, the greeter checked on us to ask how our food was, asked if we needed anything(ketchup of course), and made casual conversation with our granddaughters. Not our usual McDonald's experience, "get in, eat, get out". Wish I would have obtained this individuals name. Kudos to him and the staff at this location.

Well the girl working the window asked me to leave a Google review, so maybe be careful what you wish for. I’ll say this the service was quick but I was also the only one in the drive thru at the moment it should be fast. Though I think it’s odd you ask me to review you when I get to the window. What I will end on is my bagel had so little cream cheese the one half had literally none on it when I opened my bagel. Secondly why isn’t the bagel cut again the way they used to be so you get 4 more manageable pieces instead it ripping a bagel in pieces. I’ll leave the pic I took of this sad thing you call a bagel with cream cheese. I had to rip the empty half in pieces and try to smear some of the little cream cheese from the one side.

I order a grill cheese melt at first a guy came to me he said its not available. I was like its ok give me a bowl then he disappeared no response a coworker came with my order . A grill cheese in a sandwich bun . My cheese is not melted as well 3-4 slices of cheese and a bun . In my ice coffees I ask for extra cane sugar there is no sugar in there .

This week, I went to Tim Hortons not once, not twice, but three times, and each visit was an adventure. The first time, I ordered a simple Black Coffee. After 15 minutes of waiting, they handed me a Double Double instead. Not what I asked for, but fine, mistakes happen... Today, though, was on a whole different level. I went in and asked for soup. They told me they had none left. Okay, no problem, I ordered a pizza instead. About 10 minutes later, an older man walked in and asked if they had any soup. Surprisingly, the staff suddenly "remembered" they had both broccoli and chicken soup! I was stunned. Did they really just lie to me, or was the guy who took my order too lazy to check? The story doesn’t end there. The old man asked for broccoli soup, but they gave him chicken soup instead. He wasn’t happy and came back to complain after realizing the mix-up. Meanwhile, I was still sitting there, waiting for my pizza. Thirty minutes had passed. I finally went up to the counter to ask about it, only to find out they had completely forgotten to even prepare it! And it’s not like the place was packed, for almost 40 minutes, it was just me and the old man inside (not counting the drive-thru traffic). Tables were dirty, garbage was on the floor, and it looked like no one cared to clean up. The staff wasn’t rude, just incredibly unprofessional and painfully slow. Honestly, I believe they can do much better, but right now, there’s a lot of room for improvement

The gentleman working at the drive thru at 4:55 pm Sunday was such a pleasure! Great mood fantastic ppl skills what a refreshing change!!! You need more employees like him such a great personality. Left with a smile !!! 😁

I had a deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at this location After placing my order at the drive-thru — which I had to repeat multiple times due to poor communication — I did not receive the correct items that I paid for. When I contacted the location to speak with a manager about the issue, I was incredibly disappointed with the response I received. The manager's proposed solution was for me to return on another day to collect the correct order. I find this completely unacceptable. Not only was the mistake theirs, but the lack of urgency and accountability shown left me feeling as though my time and money were not valued. This experience made me feel as though my money had been stolen. This level of service is unacceptable , especially from a company that claims to value its customer. Not only was my issues not resolved, but I also felt disrespected and dismissed throughout the interaction. It is extremely concerning that someone with such poor customer service skills is in a managerial role. This interaction has left a lasting negative impression. I will be reconsidering any future business at this location.

Recently had breakfast at this Tim Hortons while driving back from Niagara Falls. It was a very good experience. The food was fresh and delicious, making for a great start to the day. The seating area is huge, clean, comfortable, and well-arranged. The staff were friendly but felt bit chaotic when it got crowded in the morning and they were looking little bit uneasy. It took quite a while to place and order and to receive it. But overall good breakfast.

The washroom was in an absolutely unacceptable state. There were visible stools on the floor, which is not only unsanitary but also deeply disturbing. The stench was overwhelming, and the lack of cleanliness made it nearly impossible to use the facility. I genuinely felt sick to my stomach, it was that bad. This kind of condition is not just unpleasant; it's a serious health concern. It's shocking that such poor hygiene is being tolerated. I strongly urge the management to address this issue immediately and ensure that basic cleanliness standards are maintained. No customer should have to encounter such a disgusting environment.

This location is the best!!! As Americans, we don't have nearly the options as there are here. We ended up coming two days in a row because our first experience was so positive. The staff was friendly and patient both visits as we tried to decide what we'd like to try. The flatbread pizzas took a little extra time, but we didn't mind, we don't have those at home. Saved this location for future visits to Canada 🇨🇦

I was there this morning the employee name Swas made me feel very welcoming at this Tim Hortons. I was served fast and well taken care of. This is one of the best experiences I have with Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons our family favourite coffee place for decades. The flavour of products has been changed since it sold to the US. Beside of the history of selling Canadian brand to US, last few years also workers behaviour has been also changed. Employees ”mostly part time students from other countries” has no clue about Canadian Values and Canadian Etiquettes. Cleanliness and customer relationships now is questionable. My recent experience, I use drive thru to order new flatbread and a coffee and donat, after ordering I drive to window to pay, the young girl without even asking me if cash or card she just show pos machines and when I sad cash she took that machine inside with kinda attitude and take money from me, than she ordered me “PULL YOU CAR THERE, WE WILL BRING YOUR FOOD” there was no politeness but full of attitude. I can see that she doesn’t like what she is doing and even her hands were not even clean. Guess what, I drove over without waiting and left place which I paid for it. I think Tim Hortons and other places must train international part time student workers not only for job, also our etiquette, the of speaking and customer relationships etc.. some cultures does have “PLEASE AND THANK YOU” words.

I had a disappointing experience this morning at Tim Hortons. The staff member who served me seemed to be in a rush, with no greeting properly or basic courtesy. It felt very cold and unwelcoming—especially in the morning when a positive start matters. I understand mornings can be busy, but customer service should never be ignored. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression and affected the start of my day.

I wish I could give no stars to this Tim Hortons. Their service and the style they serve the coffee is disgustingly poor. Especially the staff in the afternoon and the ones in the evening are very rude. This is I feel the 100th time that my coffee was pouring out of the cup and it even spilled in my car because it was filled to the very top. The cup was also sticky and wet. I mean if you guys don’t want to work, please don’t at least ruin the other person’s day.

I had a really bad experience with an employee named John. This isn't the first time, either. This guy clearly has some serious issues and shouldn't be in customer service. I went in today to grab a coffee, and when I got to the window, there was no greeting, no mention of my total—just a cold, miserable look on his face as he held out the debit machine for me to pay, like I was bothering him by being a customer. I left feeling awful and in a bad mood. I've seen him earlier in the day when management is around, and he puts on a nice guy act for them. The rest of the time, he's just terrible.

Iv been going to pretty much every morning for 15 years and the girls that work there are the best and fastest but in the mornings it can be a big lineup up but it goes fast.
