We had a great brunch at Paris crepes! We are local and it was our first time here. Jade was so friendly and her service was outstanding. She even set up a chair for our kids to see the chef make the crepes. Which were delicious. We will definitely be back. Thanks again Jade and Paris crepes for making our brunch experience so great!!

Absolutely amazing! The decor is very nice, with lots of French decor and lots of character. A French station is playing in the background. Our server Todd was incredible! Knowledgeable and fast. We ordered the eggs Benedict one with smoked salmon and one with ham. I order an eggs Benedict almost every time I go out for breakfast and these were the best ones we have ever had! They use a croissant instead of English muffins and their hollandaise sauce was so delicious with a hint of lemon, it was so flavourful! The chef even came over to see if we were enjoying it. He was so friendly. Safe to say, we will be back.

Off the cuff, if you are looking for a gluten free dessert crepes with chocolate and berries…. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. They do NOT have dessert crepes here but they do have something similar to a crepe called a “galette” which is more of a savory dish that has eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms or cheese depending which you pick. If you are coming for a gluten free crepe dessert THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. Don’t let the other reviews fool you like they did me. The food all in all was “okay” the service is slow in ordering and very slow once you’ve gotten your food and ate. The place is cute though.

All around 5 stars! Jade was an amazing server and the food was delicious! They make the sweet crepes in front so it was awesome to see the chef in action as well! Highly recommend!

We visited Niagara over the weekend and had Brunch at this place 2 times! Go figure how good it was. Loved the food on both days there is no way to go wrong choosing any of the items. The coffee is heavenly, the steak and egg Benedict and salmon Benedict were phenomenal. The duck crepe was from another planet. The fresh orange juice reminds you how tasty real juice could taste. All and all very pleasant experience. Payton was our server both days and she went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable 💗

Everything was perfection including the servers, Payton was our main server and she was more than accommodating and patient answering all our questions/requests! We had mimosas and a French press coffee, croissants, steak and eggs and a Gourmande Galette (egg bacon Brie and fresh tomato with maple syrup) finishing off with seasonal Creme brulee. The chef Thiery even visited our table and chatted! What a unique and incredible meal and experience! We will be sure to be back for one of their special dinners! The fresh in house baked croissants and Creme brulee got devoured before the pictures! 😀

Love that there are vegan options available. We stopped by today and ordered 4 vegan classics (2 cinnamon, 2 powdered sugar) and they were perfect ❤️ A great treat to have when walking around Clifton Hill. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

My wife, our 6-year-old daughter, and I stopped at the BeaverTails location at Niagara Falls and it quickly became one of the highlights of our trip. The stand is right near the Falls, so it’s the perfect spot to grab a treat while sightseeing. We ordered three BeaverTails, all made to order and served piping hot. The Bananarama (choco-hazelnut spread with bananas) was rich but perfectly balanced with the fresh fruit. The Classic with cinnamon and sugar was simple, warm, and comforting—our daughter’s favorite. My top pick was the mEHple, topped with maple spread and maple sugar flakes, which had a deep maple flavor that felt perfectly Canadian. Each pastry was crisp on the outside, soft inside, and generously topped. The portions were large enough to share, but honestly, they’re so good you’ll want your own. Service was friendly and fast even though the stand was busy. Tip: they’re made to order, so enjoy them right away while they’re fresh and warm—that’s when they taste their best. If you’re visiting Niagara Falls, BeaverTails is a must for families.

The BeaverTails at Clifton Hill in Niagara Falls was a really disappointing experience. The place was extremely packed, and there was no seating available to actually enjoy the food, which made it stressful just to stand and eat. The only positive was the service, staff were very friendly. I’m usually a big fan of BeaverTails and make it a point to get one whenever I see them, so I was really looking forward to this visit. Unfortunately, this one fell far short of expectations. The BeaverTail itself was way too crispy, flaking everywhere, very thin, and didn’t have the soft, chewy texture I love, and even had a flakey hole in it. Overall, this location did not live up to the BeaverTail standard I know and love. Between the extreme crowding, lack of seating, and the disappointing quality of the treat, I wouldn’t recommend this spot, especially during busy times.

Had affogato at this Italian ice cream spot and the experience was just as sweet as the dessert! 🍨 The man who helped us (I think he might be the owner) was incredibly kind and warm. His genuine smile and thoughtful service made us feel so welcome. You can tell he pours love into what he does. Little moments like these make all the difference. I live nearby, and this is 100% going to be my favorite go-to spot now. Can’t wait to come back. 💛

Hidden on a street offering international flavours is a gelato shop that is just right. It impressed us enough to be back. We visited one evening and were glad to find it seated with three Italian locals. The interior has the vintage vibes of a gelato shop that also serves up cappuccinos and paninis. We came for the medium three flavour gelato and picked a choice of mango ice, hazelnut and chocolate. The flavours were slightly subdued and was easy to sip through compared to some heavier gelatos. Staff was courteous too.

Super tasty! Loved the walk around Victoria blvd. The flavor selection was amazing and service was excellent! A must visit. Leave the carnival and walk down a bit for this great authentic gelato treat. 🍨

I love gelato and so happy I found this place accidentally in our vacation. The gelato is made from whole ingredients, not too sweet and delicious flavours. Older generation folks were seen dining after dinner enjoying their gelato. The price was reasonable too which brought me back another time. Parking is available in the back but very limited so not sure where one would park if there wasn’t any parking.

This was a great find! The gelato was not too sweet and very creamy! All the flavors are amazing, the fruit flavours were very refreshing! It is very reasonably priced as well. We got 5 double scoops for $30.

I’m honestly shocked at how bad the service was today. I’ve been coming to this place for close to 30 years. They’ve always had the best ice cream in the world and the coffee used to be great too. But this visit really left a bad taste in my mouth, literally. The new Asian trainee completely messed up my order and charged me extra because she rang it in wrong. I let it slide at first, but then the coffee she gave me tasted like straight-up hot water. I asked if she could make it stronger, didn’t even argue about the extra charge, but the second one was just as bad. Worse than the mistake was the attitude. Her blonde co-worker jumped in, super rude, saying “she’s just a trainee” like I’m supposed to suck it up and deal with it. No sorry. No effort to make it right. Just disrespect and zero customer service. It’s frustrating because this place used to be consistent and worth every penny. I really hope management steps in and gets things back on track. You can’t treat loyal customers like this and expect them to keep coming back.

Located in Clifton hill a few minutes walk from the falls a great stop for dessert. this place is near the games and Ferris wheel. they are made to order with a great variety of toppings. An amazing combination of a soft funnel cake , yummy ice cream and toppings Truly enjoyed it. Grab one and take the short walk to the falls and enjoy the view.

Super good funnel cake with lots of toppings. They do funnel cakes right, not like the small ones at carnivals. The batter is fried upon ordering so it's hot. A bit on the pricey side, but they are large enough for sharing. It would be nice if they offered a smaller, individual size.

Tried the funnel cake near Niagara Falls and it didn’t disappoint. Freshly fried, crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with strawberries and whipped cream. A bit pricey (thanks to the tourist spot), but worth it for the portion and location. Great snack to enjoy while walking along the falls.

If you’re looking for the full authentic experience of visiting Clifton Hill, this is the way to do it. What’s a Niagara Falls experience without having Funnel Cake? Nightlife carnival style atmosphere makes you feel right where you’re supposed to be. The lineup wasn’t too bad considering the time of day I visited. Lots of bright flashing lights making it look like a miniature Las Vegas. Always makes me feel right at home since I’ve been coming to Niagara Falls since I can remember. I had ordered the original Funnel Cake which comes with the powdered sugar waffle, a scoop of soft serve vanilla ice cream and two dollops of whip cream. Was enough for my wife and I to feel satisfied. We had paid $19.00. Obviously being a tourist attraction area, the prices as a whole are higher than usual but this is expected. The taste of the sweet ice cream paired very well with the tartness of the strawberry topping along with the sweetness of the whip cream. I definitely recommend to try this at least once in your life. There are a variety of flavours to choose from but you can’t go wrong with the original. The staff were very friendly and didn’t seem to hate their life being there, although I wouldn’t blame them. Very positive and friendly attitude. You will have to definitely sit down to eat the funnel cake but bear in mind seating will be hard to find and limited, especially on a busy night. A must try!

ONE MUST TRY THESE DELICIOUS FUNNEL CAKES!!! I am craving for one right now while giving the reviews. I tried funnel cake for the very first time and have to admit it that it is worth every penny!! The combination of hot crispy funnel with ice cream, whipped cream and oreo was to die for!! Love it!

Surprisingly good and very big! We ordered 1 of the S’mores Funnel Cakes with Ice Cream and it was perfect to cure our sweet tooth. We walked over to where we were parked and pulled in backwards by the walkway at night and ate the funnel cake out the trunk of our car while admiring the view. There are some trash cans by the walkway that make it easy to throw away the plate and utensils after. Was a great way to end the night 👍🏻

My first time trying funnel cake and it was amazing. We had the skor funnel cake and it was amazing. The have a variety to choose from. The ice cream was so soft and blended so well with the chocolate. The staff were so friendly and made the whole process seem effortless. I would highly recommend everyone to get funnel cake from here.

We love beavertails. It was our first trip to Canada and we got one almost everyday we were there. It’s pretty large so you could eat it yourself or split it with someone. There’s several options and they are all delicious. Can’t wait to go back again!

It was my first time getting tails and I loved them. Customer service was great and the clerk was very patient with me. I got the brownie and strawberry cheesecake flavours with a beaver dog. Well worth it!

I never ate "Poutine" before and always wanted to try it, I am a fan of trying new foods from other countries. I didn't did gravy and cheese curds on french fries make such a good combination. Of course, this is fried food, so it isn't the healthiest in the world. But one thing is that these fries are not that oily, I attached a picture after devouring it and all that is left are remnants of gravy, not really oil, which is surprising as it isn't as heavy as it should be for fries. I enjoyed the service and the help the wonderful lady gave me and how to approach eating these without any additions. It is worth a try and the location is a nice place at the mall, relaxing outside with the good scenery.

Taste is descent. Unfortunately, size is not consistent. The Brownie that we got is quite disappointing. The hazelnut spread seems to be old - you can see the chunks and wasn’t spread evenly throughout the surface (just like the Nutella you get when you’re trying to finish the old jar that you have in your cupboard). Also the brownie is a little burnt. Overall, not worth the price.

Visiting from NYC, great experience at Guru Indian restaurant at Niagara falls. Super tasty food and lovely ambiance. We ordered Aloo Kulcha, Chhole Bhature, and Aloo parathas. At brunch hours, it was not busy at all, and had a lovely conversation with the owner. Will recommend for an authentic Indian food.

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. The first time I had their biryani, it was the best I ever tasted. Since then, the quality has been up and down, but overall the food is still decent. The butter chicken with naan is very tasty, and they also serve beer and other alcohol. The restaurant looks nice inside, and the location is close to the Falls. It’s usually busy in the evening, but quiet in the morning — a good time to visit. The area has a lot of businesses and activities nearby, but parking can be a bit tricky

We recently visited this iconic restaurant again after a gap of 5 years — our second time since 2004. The place has clearly made some improvements in terms of ambience and overall service, which we really appreciated. The garlic naan was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. However, the main curry and daal didn't quite meet our expectations, both in terms of taste and quantity. Considering the restaurant’s reputation, we were hoping for more consistency in the food quality. Still, it's a nostalgic place with a lot of history, and we're hopeful for a better experience next time.

Went to pick up food since our daughter couldn’t eat at the other restaurant(she is allergic to dairy, egg and tree nuts). The First Lady was really nice and took our order for pick up “Dal tadka” and me a notes. We went back after 15min to pick up the food and decided to eat see if we could do dine instead because our daughter literally have a reaction to something and had red rashes around her faces. But when we asked the old lady, she said there are no table available where clearly there were over 5 tables open. I asked to used the restroom to change her diaper. While doing that I went back and said there are multiple table available and why she could not take a table. Her answer was “ will be busy soon (at 9:30pm) since you said pick up first you can sit down”. I have worked in restaurants services for over 10year and that’s not how you treat people. I don’t leave review but this is just disrespectful. It could be because I have a little one who will make a mess or could me because we had already ordered the food. Either way this was a bad experience. Their food was ok but service is bad.

More than food it is the courtesy that j am adding my review for. Group of 6 but 2 were not in for eating anything so we ourselves said please give a table for 4 and remaining 2 will be seated outside. The lady was polite and courteous to offer us place inside the restaurant to sit instead of waiting or straying out. Thank you for your service. But we ended up ordering food. Momos Fried Rice and Chilli Chicken good quantity and taste.

Simple and delicious gelato cups! I liked how both pistachio and vanilla flavours were not too sweet, they also tasted so refreshing which was perfect for a hot summer day. Quick and friendly service from the cashier as well. Definitely revisit next time in Niagara!

Gelato was a wonderful treat with a large selection of flavors, we tried 2 flavors in a medium cup each time. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had to go back a second time to try more flavors AND because, it was YUM!. If we were staying longer, we would have had to try some of the other fantastic looking treats. Definitely worth a stop or two!

Pistachio filled pastries were great! We got a pistachio filled donut and a croissant, which were both yummy. The cappuccino was okay, but the latte didn’t taste strong.

The cutest gelato shop I have ever been to. Just looking at the pastries had me mesmerized. I wanted all of them. They have coffees, ice cream, pastas, etc as well. The cute little ice cream cones and cakes were just too cute! They also have some small tables outside to sit and it truly completes the theme. It’s a lovely area, such a vibe. I will have to go back one day to experience the food and setting. It’s already on the calendar.

Great place, one of the best coffee and cappuccino you can have outside of Italy. The pastries are also outstanding. Everything has genuine Italian taste. Marco and Riccardo provide first class and friendly service. We're definitely coming back again!

I ordered ice cream and watched the girl making it—she looked completely uninterested and had no energy while preparing it. When she handed it over, it almost fell down. I’ve shared a picture as well. The environment was okay, but the service was honestly awful. The staff didn’t smile or make us feel welcome; it felt like they were doing us a favor by taking our order. They really need to work on their customer service and attitude.

I kept reading the hype about Sweet Jesus so on my last visit through Niagara Falls, the hubby and I decided to stop and get a sweet treat. Our consensus was that this place is definitely over-hyped. Neither of us was a fan of the ice cream here, and it's one of our favorite desserts. It has a weird consistency that doesn't even taste all that creamy, and the plain vanilla has zero flavor. The ice cream had a very light and fluffy texture that was unappealing, sort of like Cool Whip versus real whipped cream. I prefer my ice cream very thick and creamy. The flavor comes from the toppings, which were also a little bit boring. There are lots of weird sounding flavor combinations that they call "cone builds" that have sauces and toppings that are over the top, but we opted for a cone with cookie crumbs and cookie dough for me, and Oreo for him. The cookie crumbs were very stale and the cookie dough just tasted like regular old cookie dough topping, nothing special. I also thought the ice cream shop was very dirty. It didn't seem very clean or sanitary and if that sort of thing bothers you'd I'd recommend skipping this place. The toppings were falling all over the counter, which was an absolutely gross mess, and our cones were given to us already dripping and sticky (yuck). The prices are high but then again, that's to be expected since this location is right on the main tourist drag in Niagara Falls. It's right at the end of the street by the falls, so you can walk over and eat your ice cream and look at the water. We paid like $22 CAD for two mediocre ice cream cones. This is a one and done place for me for sure.

Be Dance in Niagara Falls in May of 2024. We had a long lunch break with several hours between dances and so we decided to walk down to Clifton Hill. I suggested the Hershey store. One of the moms (my new favourite) said "Let's go to Sweet Jesus." "What's Sweet Jesus?" "You've never heard of Sweet Jesus but you visit the Falls all the time?" "Yes. What is it?" "Ice cream. I'll show you." In my defense... Sweet Jesus is located inside the Canadian Gifts Marketplace on the north side of Clifton Hill just past Falls Ave. The Ice cream shop is IN the store, but it has a streetside window. On past visits we could order inside but in summer of 2025 they wanted us ordering at the street-side window and then picking up the ice cream inside the store. Sweet Jesus offers deluxe cones, sundaes, shakes and pints. They also offer basic soft-serve but you can get that in a dozen places on the Hill. The flavours all combine taste and texture... Bangin Brownie has caramel and chocolate sauce, brownie bits and chocolate cookie crumble. My fav is Hella Hazelnut with hazelnut sauce, wafer cookies, corn flakes and toasted pistachios. The cones and shakes are single-person sizes but the "Hot Mess" sundaes are meant to be shared. They have two option: Brownie Bites with warmed chunks of brownies and Churro bites with great Cinnamon flavour and warmed churro chunks. We tried them all! (Over several days) Can't wait to go back next summer.

A Bit of a Letdown This Time Around We’ve had Sweet Jesus before—mostly at mall locations—and we’ve usually really enjoyed it. But this time around on Clifton Hill, it just didn’t wow us. We went with milkshakes: I got the Birthday Cake, and my wife got the Mango. Hers was okay, but my Birthday Cake shake was super underwhelming. It was way too liquid-y, the cake bits had an odd texture, and the overall flavour was just bland. Normally Sweet Jesus is known for bold, indulgent treats, but this one fell flat. Also the cardboard straws are TERRIBLE. Broke a couple just trying to get them through the plastic lid. The location didn’t help either—Clifton Hill has gotten way more crowded than it used to be, and this spot became chaotic pretty fast. Might’ve just been an off visit, but based on this experience, we’d probably stick to the mall locations next time.

Staple ice cream spot to go to when by the niagara falls. They have unique ice cream flavors and toppings . The service is great, they are quick and generous with serving size. It can be very busy since it is in a touristy area. But overall great.

We ordered different different fudge and other dessert. I specifically loved the variety and Unique Items. It was very crowded but yet cashier managed to handle crowd without extreme delays. I came in on Saturday June 21 and of course it was busy. However Alyssa was super nice, loved her customer service. I got reese pieces fudge and canadian maple walnut and OMG the canadian maple walnut was amazing I wish I bought more.

We had such a great experience at the Fudge Factory thanks to Alyssa at the cashier! She was super friendly, patient, and helpful—she made sure we felt welcome and answered all our questions with a smile. You can tell she really enjoys her job and cares about the customers. On top of that, the fudge was amazing! Definitely coming back, and I hope Alyssa is working when we do!

We gave this place a try, and we weren't disappointed. We spent 5 days in Canada, and this is the first and only place that provided 5 stars customer service. I have been coming to Williams for well over 10 years. Staff at the Niagara Falls store are incredible. Always greeted with a smile. They are willing to go that extra mile to ensure you are happy. The new owner “Ali” is such a nice man. Ushma is one of the best servers. If you have never been here, give it a try. Other coffee shops pale in comparison to Williams.

My recent visits to Williams were fantastic. I appreciate how good the food and service have been in the 6-7 times I've been here. Deanne has especially been a delight; quick to assist, pleasant interactions, and always trying to assist her team. I wish I had helpful management like that back when I was in customer service. One negative is that the cookies are a bit too hard to chew, but I know that's just personal preference.

Williams is the best!! Their coffee is amazing. Any food choices that i have tried here are fresh and delicious. Not to mention the staff here are always smiling, very welcoming and friendly. They keep me coming back on a daily basis for the past 3 years. :)

Food is great, it takes long to get your food though. And staff could work on their customer service. Some staff struggle to speak/understand English making it difficult to order. Definitely would recommend to work on how fast orders are places because it's in a busy area.

Honestly, I keep trying to give this location a chance as it's the closest to me. Without fail, there are mistakes, "lost orders." I my kids really wanted an ice cream cake for their birthday this year. I ordered the cake on May 5 for pick up May 10th. Guess what!? I am sitting here May 10 with no cake, being told to wait. Wtf else am I supposed to do!? I gave a party starting in 30 minutes and no cake. Do yourself a favor and bake the trip to North end Dairy Queen. They understand instructions, and don't make excuses (well, they don't lose your order, to start). Unacceptable. I am not happy. The colors aren't even the colors I ordered.

I ordered just a simple cup of ice cream and it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. It was half-melted, had a weird texture, and tasted like it had been sitting there forever. For something so basic, they still managed to mess it up, and it was a complete waste of money. Customer service was worst than ever never had such a bad experience High recommend not to visit this place.

Talk about bummer, my kids like to celebrate with me and get excited when it says happy birthday and my name. now I just have a plain cake. I visited this dq today around 9.35,first of all, customer service is so bad, i asked lady at cashier for blizzard turtle pecan with no pecans extra turtles, nd she didn’t know how to punch tht thing in system, nd there was no extra pecans in blizzard, when i went there she was so rude, one turban boy did help gave pecan, may they don’t know wht extra means!! But very poor customer serice!!! Tell your staff how to greet people with welcoming way!! Give proper knowledge of pos!!

We really enjoyed the pizza here however our last visit we were disappointed. We ordered pizza and chicken wings. The wings always comes with 5 big & 5 smalls wings which I am fine with but one of the wing was held the size of the small wing. It looked like a scrap broken wing. This should have been thrown out and yet they served this and charges for it. Sorry but when each wing costs $1.50, I would expect a whole wing and not a broken half piece. This kind of poor quality control is not acceptable. I am deleting the pizza pizza App and no longer interested to come here!

This pizza experience was a disaster. I waited over 30 minutes for a large pizza, which is already a long time. After asking for a garlic base, I ended up with tomato base instead. Then, I had to wait another 20 minutes for the correct base. To top it all off, the pizza was overly oily and poorly made. This is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, I specifically asked for a garlic base, but they ended up putting a tomato base on my pizza instead. Now, I have to wait another 20 minutes for them to fix it. The service was the worst I've experienced in a long time. Despite my patience, there was no communication or apology for the delay or the mistake. I won't be coming back here again and wouldn't recommend it to others.

He did not take the order properly, it did not arrive late, the order was not nice, it was cold, the employees were not paying attention properly, the inside was dirty, it was not clean, the toilet was not working, the person who prepared the order did not seem very hygienic, there were no gloves on their hands, so I do not recommend it, I wasted my time there with my friends, I could have spent it somewhere else

Recently stayed in Niagara with my daughter for March break. Placed an order for delivery and asked for extra napkins. When the order came the driver called and demanded I come out which was fine so I met him in the hallway. He was in such a rush he grabbed my phone and tapped it on the machine. He even selected the Visa option on the terminal while I was trying to read the screen to make the appropriate selection. He only waited patiently for me to add his tip. Once I paid I asked him where were the napkins and he responded the restaurant is completely out of napkins so I won’t even get a single one. Then he ran off without giving me a reciept. Needless to say I was very upset at how payment was handled (felt I was rushed and not treated well). Then I went to my room and opened the boxes and my wings were drenched in sauce it was like soup. Attached a pic. I spent the next 2 hours texting the driver to get a copy of my reciept which he finally texted to me. I went online to provide my feedback and have not received any response in a week now. Horrible experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Pizza Pizza! The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was exactly right. Unfortunately, I can't leave a review in the "To good to go" app, you can only leave a star there. We picked up an order yesterday from this app, which allows you to pick up a product at the end of the day that, in theory, remains unsold. I understand that this pizza cost 6.99, but this does not mean giving it to us with mold. It's bad that we didn't look at it right away and saw it at home, since we didn't want to spend money on gas for these 7 dollars. Horrible. This does not give you the right to give away products that are not fit for consumption for 7 dollars. I think this is disrespectful. Thank you for your attention.

Been going here for years and it's always delicious. Best gluten free cake. They even have some pre-made meals in their freezer. Everything is always delicious. Gluten causes seizures for me so I'm grateful to have a place I can get treats safely!

Get the pierogi!!! Just do it!! Cupcakes are amazing as is the fig bar! Have yet to try the lemon and carrot cake bars that I bought but no doubt they will be delicious as well! This place is a hidden gem in Niagara Falls! I will go there again next time I am visiting from the States. Two thumbs up!

BEST gluten free bakery in the area. My mom has been going there for years (since it opened.) I can't stomach most gf breads especially the mass produced ones (as to me they taste like sawdust.) Estelle's bread however is delicious in addition to being healthy. She also offers cookies, cupcakes and other treats. The store is also decked out in cool antiques. Estelle (the owner) is wonderful- very friendly and helpful.

I was researching online for a gluten free cake for my mother in law and came across this one. Emailed them. Estelle so promptly emailed me back and said she can make me a cake even though my request was last minute:) Went into the store to meet her daughter at the desk whom was so nice she even gave me a couple of hotdog buns to try as we were having a bbq that night for the birthday:) Loved seeing scripture verses in there:) The cake was delicious. Vanilla on vanilla. So moist and we all loved it! We are picky and it was delicious! Thank you for taking the time for my last minute order:) Being so friendly and caring of your customers! What a great experience. We went there to see if they had sandwiches, unfortunately we are not a fan of Tuna. However they were more than accommodating and were happy to provide alternatives until we found one we like! Boy did we ever like it! So delicious! Toasted English muffins smothered in melted cheese. The worker in the store was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone as well as in person. It was Christmas Eve and we came in close to closing time. She was personable, offered samples, chatted with my toddler and did not rush us in the least though we were gushing over their amazing selection and taking longer to decide what to purchase than I generally would elsewhere. We came in to buy GF dinner rolls for Christmas dinner and left with $50 of goodies including pie, cupcakes, cookies, pot pie and more as my son and I are dairy free and didn't expect such a selection. We tasted half the items for dessert and absolutley loved them. You could not even tell that they were gluten and dairy free. In fact I would say they are better than most conventional baked goods in other bakeries. Must try the lemon square!

As a celiac with an intolerance to dairy, this is a must-go each time I'm in Niagara Falls. Friendly, sweet interior, delicious goods. We were offered free samples. Had bagels toasted fresh for breakfast. Everything is gluten free and tastes great. Almost everything is dairy-free as well. Soy- and corn-free are available too. I saw some "keto" items for sale in the freezer. Owner told us "Ziggy's" and "Antics" use their gluten-free pizza crust.

Cash only (Canadian)—bring enough for food and to tip! Great spot for amazing donuts (and solid soup). The hot & sour soup was my favorite—I would’ve ordered a large if I’d known how good it was. The wonton soup was also solid and comforting. I found the BBQ pork in both a bit dry. The donuts are the real stars of this show. The simple glazed plain was the standout for me. We also tried chocolate cake, toasted coconut, cherry cruller, and French cruller but preferred the regular donuts over the crullers. Unfortunately, there weren't a lot of flavors available, so we will have to come back! There’s plenty of seating and a simple menu (donuts, soups, and a few other items). Plenty of free parking. We went at 7 a.m. on a Friday right after sunrise—only one other customer, so no wait. Service was excellent: friendly, fast, and helpful.

Country Fresh Donuts is one of those to each their own kind of spots. It’s an old-school coffee shop with a nostalgic vibe — walls lined with donuts and pastries, just like the classic Coffee Time days. But what makes it special is the friendly Asian owners who’ve added their own twist with noodle soups on the menu. Only here can you grab a bowl of wonton noodle soup and an éclair at the same table! The wonton noodle soup is clearly a local favorite, though as someone who grew up with Asian food, I found the flavor more tuned to a Western palate. The pastries, however, are absolutely delicious — fresh, classic, and comforting. Best of all, everything is very reasonably priced. A great spot for a cozy, no-frills bite and a taste of old Toronto charm.

Cheap prices. bowl of soup is 5$ small size and 9$ large size. donuts between 1 and 2$ - HUGE variety. Good value. Free parking I believe around the shop but we parked on the street "2 hours free street parking". Will come back again for more dumpling soup, sandwiches and donuts 🍩 😋

If you are in the Niagara Falls area, this is a must-visit. Super friendly service, delicious wonton soup, and doughnuts. It's a cash-only place though so bring some cash with you (finding a Scotiabank ATM proved a pain so I settled for one across the street that charged me $2.95 for the cash withdrawal). After our soup, we got the sugar-glazed twisty doughnuts, and they are huge. Simple but simply amazing, at least in my books. Fell in love with the place.

Best bakery bread in all of Niagara. My grandparents have gone here my entire life, and the quality has never gone down. Huge assortment of breads, meats, pastries, and other deli items. It's usually busy but the service is fantastic. It still looks and feels like it did when I was a kid, but in a good way.

My daughter recommended to me and said they had the best sandwiches around so my Wife and I tried it out the other day. Not only was the sandwich fresh and fantastic but the service was on another level!!!!!!! We haven’t had service like that in a long time and I was impressed. Great job 👍😁

Staff are ALWAYS SUPER FANTASTIC NICE! Classic Portuguese bakery with loads of homemade sandwiches, cookies and other beautiful pastries. Specialty sandwiches have a limited quantity for freshness. The store is always super clean and tidy.

Literally the smallest scoop of ice cream I’ve ever received anywhere. Doesn’t even fill up the very small cup and was equivalent to the size of a golf ball. On top of it, when the staff member was offering us a sample, the owner said it was too much so the staff member put it back Better off getting Craig’s cookies or beaver tails for a satisfying dessert

Stingy owner - look at the size of the scoops. The small is not bigger than maybe 2 tbsps and he charges $5.85 plus tax for that. The flavours are bland as well. Go literally anywhere else to get dessert.

Some of the deserts didn’t look fresh so I was hesitant to…when I first walked in I was hit with a strong musty mold smell!! Very unpleasant and unhealthy as I grew up in a house that had mold from water damage and I also have a compromised immune system so ik the concerns of mold very well…I really wanted to try the pistachio eclair so I got one and left. The cashier was nice she cashed me out and it was $9 for one eclair I was shocked but I still got it. It was good it wasn’t amazing but i guess worth it to try once i did enjoy it just not for $9. Honestly with the moldy smell I wouldn’t be returning and a dirty kitchen wasn’t pleasant either.

This little gem is absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was great with indoor and outdoor seating. The pastries are made daily so everything is super fresh. The owner is part of the experience. She has a wonderful personality which mirrors the feeling you get when you enter three bakery. We had the ham and cheese croissant (it's more than you're typical ham and cheese), passion fruit tart (ridiculous), and there pistachio eclair! Everything was absolutely delicious! This is an absolute must visit when in Niagara!

So I was recommended this bakery back in February and I ordered a cake from my husband's birthday. We did a black forest cake and it was absolutely amazing and the design was exactly what I was looking for. The cake tasted incredible. So for my daughter's birthday I chose to go with red ganache again and they definitely didn't disappoint. My daughter chose a strawberry shortcake but she drew her own picture and they had it printed on I think. Edible chocolate and it turned out perfect. I will forever go to this bakery for my cakes. They are a delight to deal with. They're friendly. They will go above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you want. And I will definitely be recommending them to other customers

I’m so excited to share my experience in this amazing bake shop in Niagara Falls! This place deserves my first ever review! We were attracted by all kinds of beautiful cakes/pastries in display, including Paris Brest with hazelnut cream, pistachio eclairs, cream puffs, crème brûlée torched to order, which are hard to find in other bake shops in this area! A friendly staff told us they also had croissants, cranberry muffins, sourdough and so on. Me and my daughter tried their famous strawberry shortcake which was really delicious! Fresh strawberries with real cream, light texture and not too sweet, with thin layers of vanilla pastry cream inside, so tasty😋. They offer variety of croissants, such as pistachio,Nutella,ham and cheese, smoked salmon and so on. We ordered the ham and cheese and it tasted so good! The croissant itself was light and flaky, with nice buttery aroma, top was baked with honey glaze. There were ham, torched cheese slices, pickled onions, micro greens in it. All ingredients’ flavors were balanced well together with good amount of mustard mayo. It’s a must try if you are looking for savory croissant! I ordered the new drink from menu - Tiramisu latte. They use high quality coffee pods to make espresso, which makes latte taste so good. With the light cream cheese foam on top, a touch of saltiness brings the latte to next level! Served with a chocolate dipped lady finger. Highly recommended! Before we go, we grabbed a bag of double chocolate cookies and that’s the best chocolate cookies in town! Rich chocolate flavor, crunch outside, moist in middle. I should have grabbed another bag! I saw they also have gingersnap, chocolate chip, almond, pecan cookies. So many choices! It’s our first time visiting this stunning bake shop, and the food and drink are even better! Service was fast and excellent! It was a nice sunny day, we were sitting on the patio, the food was served right to our table in a timely manner, we really enjoyed our time here with these lovely treats. Came here with my daughter and her best friend to celebrate a tennis game. 2 cups with a few toppings and a smoothie will cost about $28. $$$. Service was good, when the front door opened she came to the counter to great us no issues. It wasn't busy when we were there. Overall we enjoyed our treats and seating was clean and comfortable. Not sure if I would bring my family of 6 here but it was for a special occasion.

I took my child it was our 1st time trying CCSwirls. The staff member Aman greeted us right away. After telling her we did not know what to do she took us through process and was cool. Frozen yogurt was tasty, not overly sugary. We sat and ate, Aman was working she was kind, helpful and open to conversation. 5 stars is for her service and good Froyo. Price a little steep but I did get a few toppings for my child.

Took my kids for a fun treat, they had a blast picking their flavours and toppings. Yes, a bit pricey, but totally worth it! So many options of frozen yoghurt, and sooo many more options for fun toppings.

Smelled so dirty, the booths were disgusting, sticky, and covered in footprints. Couldn't even stand the smell to sit inside. They dont even let you serve your own toppings, nothing special for a $12 cup of yogurt with a few toppings.

It’s truly a hidden gem in Niagara Falls. At first, I wasn’t sure if I can buy any sweets from here since the decorations mostly included wedding accessories, but when I entered the store and turned to the left, I found the their pastries and cakes display. We gad a really nice chat with the owner and he gave us a rundown of what they offer. We bought some pastries for takeout; each one would be around $2-$2.5 or $20/kg. The pastries were delicious and fresh. They offer both prepared and custom-made cakes of different shapes and sizes. A few customers came to pick up their order of cakes while we were in the store and their orders all looked great.

I ordered a strawberry cake for my daughter’s Baptism and it was so beautiful & delicious! everyone was asking for another piece! My family has ordered many Criveller cakes and pastries before but this was my first experience and I was blown away! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Criveller <3

At first, we were happy to find a cake available without pre-ordering on New Year's Eve. Little did we know it would end up ruining both our New Years Eve and the first day of the New Year. When I asked if there were any cakes available, the staff and owner kept asking when we planned to eat it instead of simply telling us what was available. After we told them we planned to eat it at night during the countdown, they said we can get any cake we wanted. We left the store happily without knowing what they meant. The cake sat out all day, and when cut into it that night, we found that the inside was frozen. Also, although this supposed to be a strawberry cake, there was almost no strawberries in it. We tried to eat it next morning, but by then, it had melted, and the bottom layer was completely soaked - we couldn't even eat it. This was very disappointing experience and we wish we were told that the cake was frozen.

Beautiful traditional, Italian style cakes and pastries! I've been ordering cakes from Crivellers for years now. My favourite is their "fruit cake" - light, fresh, and the right amount of sweetness. Always a hit with everyone at the party! Recently ordered their carrot cake which was really good too!

recently ordered a fruit cake from the criveller cakes chocolate. Got a really good service from Dilpreet bro. the cake was delicious and enough for 6 to 7 people with the reasonable price. must recommended.

Friendly staff but the product is not what you expect from a Dairy Queen. For example, my caramel sundae barely had any Carmel on it even after asking the staff if that’s all that comes with it. For my wife’s drumstick aero caramel blizzard was delicious but no topping half way down. Not worth the $13 that we paid.

Staff is rude and racist, I have ordered two Sundaes and smoothie. My friends were sitting outside in Patio. So, when Sundaes came, I took the ice-cream and went out, when I came back for the smoothie, the next customer tried to take my smoothie....staff started to yell at me like that is my fault and showed racism like behavior. Disappointed and recommended to have some proper training

Inflated prices ( Peanut Parfait $12.29 & Medium misty slush 7.19 plus tax) and if that was bad enough they charge APF on top of that. On the day I visited it was dirty - the toppings were all over the counter and the cashier simply didn't care. I thought she was over worked but she had a colleague as well. She was one of the service workers I ever came across. She just blankly stared at me and keyed in my order and took the payment. Perhaps she is doing a challenge trying to serve customers without saying a single word. No wonder the cashier is listed as "cashier 0". I went there on August 7th at 4.43 p.m. I added a star only because the peanut parfait was delicious.

Just a heads up — when we visited, they didn’t have chocolate soft serve available. There are lots of young employees working and they seem to be having a good time, but service was very slow. We ordered a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate, which somehow took about 8–10 minutes to get, even though there was no line. At one point, they accidentally dropped the cone in the chocolate, and when we finally received it, the napkin wrapped around the cone had been dipped too.

I visited the Dairy Queen at Skylon Tower, Niagara Falls, and paid $12.16 for just one Large Blizzard (see attached receipt). The price was already ridiculous, but what truly shocked me was their refusal to honor Dairy Queen’s well-known policy — the Blizzard Flip Guarantee. As per DQ tradition, if the staff doesn’t flip your Blizzard upside down while serving, it’s supposed to be free. But when I politely asked about it, the staff bluntly told me they don’t follow that rule here, and refused to offer any kind of compensation. What’s the point of advertising a brand-wide policy if individual stores can just ignore it? This location is clearly just cashing in on tourists, offering poor service and no accountability. It left a bad taste — and not from the ice cream. I do not recommend this DQ location to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. There are much better places around that respect customers and follow the brand’s values.

Do not go to this location. I just bought a large cookie dough ice cream cake and asked for extra cookie dough just incase theres no cookie dough. They charged me 1$ 3 times, and theres hardly any cookie dough in the core. Seems there under new ownership or everything costs too much.

I want to start this by saying I used to have the best experiences here. Until I recently have gone and every single time I go there’s always an issue. And if I don’t go to the store itself because it’s always too busy inside, sometimes I order. I ordered tonight, 2 chilli cheese dogs and a blizzard. My blizzard was not good at all, and it was still cold so not because it was melted. And Second, my “chilli cheese dogs” were just hot dogs with the smallest amount of cheese and NO chilli. They gave me a side of relish and ketchup lmfao. Also? No call to say that they didn’t have what I ordered.. instead just gave me something gross lol. Extremely not happy with how this location has turned out over the years.

This is my cupfection.. Unless it’s a cone, this is all that I eat at DQ. I am so frustrated. And it’s not like we didn’t bring it to the cashiers attention. We got two of them, and they were both made this way. There is no sauce, very little ice cream and they are not even full. The cashier said that that is the standard. I am sure it is not. I won’t go back here I will drive back to St. Catharines for DQ. If you are going here, I would suggest that you let them make your product before you pay. They can’t even follow a simple recipe. SO DIRTY!!! And She’s so rude! She dropped the spoon and still gave it to me then she gave my daughter an ugly looking ice cream and charged me again when I told her to fix it she rolled her eyes at me. Don’t go to this location again! I went at around 7:30 pm March 3rd she sneezed while she’s doing my order too! Disgusting and I’m very disappointed!

Great little shop! I got chocolate moose tracks in a Sundae, very good. They had quite a few flavours and toppings. They also had a candy shop part where you can find a lot of the originals from the 2000s. I could say that the shop could use a little renovation, but for a small business this is great! Id also like to mention how nice the staff were, very talkative and and patient while we were picking what we would like. All in all great ice cream/candy shop to hang out down by the water. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is awesome! So many flavours to choose from, and they serve some unique items like floats and Dole whip!! I found it to be pretty reasonably priced as well; spent around $20 for three cones - double scoop. Will definitely be back to complete my stamp card, love this program!

This worker, I believe her name was Charlee. Her service was one of the most amazing I’ve seen. She had such a great attitude and made me feel so welcome. She’s so supportive towards everyone! Thank you. Oh, and I loved the ice cream, I got the Misty Moon or something yayyy

Me and my wife had the Dole whip. My wife asked for the dole whip float that was on the menu both were great! But The worker there was very rude. she was young I think her name was Gillian. When my wife asked for the Dole whip float she started talking into a rude tone I made a face at us. The employee not knowing what's on her own menu and then looking at had no concept of washing our hands. Would touch things on the floor pick up a stool that she would stand on with her hands without washing her hands and then serve people things which is absolutely disgusting.

I had the pleasure of being served by their trailer at an event and a week later was fortunate to be able to attend their icecream shop in Niagara. I love this place! The kids want to move to Niagara just because “that amazing store”. The I cream is phenomenal and the various unique and some nostalgic candies and treats make this place amazing. Get a wedding cake from people who take it personally. These guys are legit. Come watch as they prepare cakes with their open kitchen concept. As we tried the 9 flavours they offered, we saw many people ( who looked like regulars) coming to pick up their cakes. That tells you something. Can wait to post pictures of the cake we finally get!

This is my second time ordering from this place and so far, I am very happy. The first time, I just ordered one of their pre-order cakes from the website for my husband's birthday and our anniversary (which are close together). Delicious and very well decorated. Then this second time around, I ordered a custom cake via ai suggestion and they were able to make it as close as possible. I am so impressed by the level of care and effort they put into my son's 2nd birthday cake. Even more impressed by the other cakes I saw in person that they made for other clients. Such a talented team of bakers and I was even more surprised when I learned they are students of a famous chocolatier I watch on Tiktok. On top of that, we ordered the strawberry flavor and the cake itself was delicious. The base cake was a sponge cake that was very soft and flavorful without being too sweet. It paired together with the fresh strawberries and cream filling. The only thing is the buttercream coating was a bit too sweet, but overall, the cake tasted wonderful. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. Took the time to carefully pack the cake into the box. First pic is the ai-generated idea for the cake, and the 2nd pic is the actual cake. My toddler loved the bus so much!

Bittersweet completely ruined a special event—and the owner couldn’t care less. Let me save you the trouble: do NOT trust this place with anything important. I ordered a cake for a gender reveal two weeks in advance, gave very clear instructions, and yet they managed to mess up almost every part of it. This was my first time ordering from Bittersweet, and it will 100% be my last. If you care about your event even a little, go elsewhere. Strike 1: I was very specific about the pickup time—5 PM sharp. Time matters to me. I planned everything around that. When I arrived, the owner, Pavan, casually says, “Give me 10 minutes,” and I end up waiting 17 minutes. No urgency. Just plain disregard. I might as well have been back in India with the way he dismissed punctuality. He gave me $7 off for being late Strike 2: When I placed the order, Pavan took notes and suggested various ideas, including our request for a heart-shaped cake. On the day? He handed me a plain round cake. When I asked why, his excuse was, “I don’t have any notes about the shape.” So either he lied about taking notes, or he just didn’t care to follow them. Either way—unprofessional and careless. Strike 3—the ultimate failure: We had a clear gender reveal plan. We said, blueberry for a boy, strawberry for a girl, with corresponding colors. But when we cut the cake, the inside looked reddish. Everyone cheered thinking it was a girl—only for us to check the report later and find out it was actually a boy. The flavor was blueberry, but it looked red, and the colors were completely off. The moment was ruined. That’s not a small mistake—that’s a total disaster. I called the owner, and he admitted, “I should have checked before giving it to you.” No kidding. But he didn’t check because he was already rushing and behind schedule. Bottom line: this place is unreliable, careless, and lacks basic professionalism. If your event matters at all, don’t take chances with Bittersweet. They might smile when taking your order, but they clearly don’t care about getting it right when it counts.

Just one word for them. “AMAZING” I have ordered the custom made cake for my wife’s birthday on our Niagara visit. I found them on insta and ordered Chocolate roasted almonds with Nutella. We enjoyed the cake a lot.

From the moment I walked in, I was met with incredible warmth. I didn't catch the lady's name who served me, but she was exceptionally friendly and made the visit truly welcoming. Her positive attitude really brightened my day. And the bubble tea itself? Absolutely outstanding! It was very flavorful, clearly made with quality ingredients, and hit all the right notes. It was truly a delightful treat.

My mom and I tried rolled ice cream for the first time and we were in for a real treat! They have a variety of different flavours and toppings for ice cream and other fun drinks, you are bound to something you’ll love. Kashish was so sweet and despite there being a lot of customers, she was able to serve us quickly. It was so nice to watch how our ice cream was being made. The mango ice cream was very refreshing and the perfect late night dessert. We will definitely try to go back again to try other treats :)

But honestly, it’s kind of expensive — around $10 per person for ice cream. Still, if you feel like treating yourself, it’s a nice spot to enjoy unique flavours.

Kashish is always such a wonderful bundle of energy and laughs! She makes my day every time I’m here and nobody puts as much care and effort into their work as she does. The business side is fine, I think the owner should put a QR code that leads customers to the google review page instantly to make it easier for us to do what I’m doing now. This place is priced a bit steep, but given its location I understand. The customer service makes it worth while. I hope that Kashish will have the support staff she needs in the summer when this location gets busy! Every time, whether it’s bubble tea or ice cream, all I can say is: WOW!!

So we ordered a cake here for today, my wife's birthday. The cake was a vanilla cake, four layers with fresh strawberries and fresh whipped butter cream icing. I walked in to the bakery today and was greeted by a very nice lady. I was offered coffee or tea. They have lots great cake items and more. So our cake we ordered for the birthday was fantastic. Could certainly tell that it was a cake made from scratch and NOT a mix. The cake was beautifully decorated and presented. The lady even carried out the cake to my car for me. So at the end of the day, my experience was very good. The cake was very good. The presentation was beautiful. The customer service was next level. Customer service is very rare now a days and to feel welcome by being greeted warmly and offered a coffee or a tea is like coming home or visiting someone you know. This is what will set you apart from the heavy competition. Great job! And thank you!

Fantastic customer service. I wasnt too sure where to order a skor cheesecake from since Willow Cakes closed and after a google search I came upon Bella Cakes. The cheesecake was FANTASTIC. It was 100 percent skor and so light yet fluffy. All 14 adults at the party raved about it. The women at the counter and I’m pretty sure the owner were wonderful to work with and so welcoming. Would definitely recommend them!

CrunchiCreme Waffle Cones – a letdown, this was. Ordered the Oreo cone expecting cookie crumbles, but got a faint dusting on plain soft serve. The real betrayal? A soggy, lifeless cone with zero crunch. Staff was friendly, but the cone felt like it had been frozen in carbonite. Ate the ice cream, tossed the cone. Padawans, choose your treat wisely.

Late night ice cream place. Good price for a large cone. The oreo was awesome. If you have a sweet tooth this is a good place to go especially since its open till 2 AM.

Yummy icecream! Fast service. I got the reeces pieces mixed in vanilla icecream in a waffle cone dipped in chocolate and sprinkles. Around 10. They also sell popcorn and pretzels.

I ADORE the M&M ice cream paired with this peanut waffle cone. The ice cream is so silky and smooth and the M&Ms are crushed to just the right size.

We got a Reese’s pieces cone and a skor cone. As expected, they were delicious

This spot is busy because it’s right beside the large Ferris wheel (busiest spot of Clifton Hill). You can get chocolate mix ins with your ice cream but it cost around $9-10 after tax. The plain soft serve is a bit cheaper and the waffle cone doesn’t cost extra. It’s not bad for the price because everything in the area is expensive.

We tried the oreo cookie with waffle cone. I see the price was high for mediocre ice cream.. Also note that the regular cone is so small.. So if you want to give it a try, you need to have at least the "waffle cone"... It is fun to grab ice cream while walking around.

WOW! I have to say, for a Sunday afternoon we were confused to find downtown Niagara Falls very empty and quiet. Turned out everyone was at Ronnie Don’s! This place is awesome, with great flavor choices, and incredibly reasonable prices. You get huge portions for what you pay for. And the ice cream is so fresh and creamy. Definitely worth a visit while in Niagara Falls.

This is the best place to get ice cream in Niagara Falls! I won a giveaway for a gift card to Ronnie Don’s and drove nearly 40 minutes with my husband and two kids to try it out. Ronnie and his staff are so friendly and the ice cream couldn’t have been better. The portions were massive for the pricing and was totally worth the drive. We will 100 per cent be back and will make it a point to tell anyone travelling to Niagara Falls, or anyone just looking for a good ice cream place in Niagara, to come here. I’d give it more stars if I could!

Cute little place, found it while on vacation. Staff were a bit harried, seems there's a car show on Tuesdays so very busy there. The ice cream was delicious and good quantities for the price. Strawberry milkshake left a bit to be desired, I did not like the strawberry preserve in it. Went with kids and would definitely return.

Delicious cookies. On the pricey side, $3.50 per, $19 for half dozen, $36 for full dozen ($3 average). Can use casino comps to pay for them. Very sweet, buttery, and well presented. Friendly staff. Best to buy half or full dozen to try a variety. No nutritional info anywhere, but I’m guessing they’re about 300 calories per cookie!

Stopped by during a trip to Niagara with my family. Cookies are a tad too sweet for my taste. I think they need more salt in their cookies to balance out the taste. The texture of the cookies are very soft melt in your mouth but I do prefer a cookie with crispy edges and gooey in the centre. These ones are gooey all the way through. Overall ok as a treat if you’re looking for something sweet while on vacation.

These cookies are available at a walk-up counter at Fallsview. Pricey for one cookie but very tasty. They offer a variety of interesting flavours. A little on the salty side so suggest you grab a shot of milk to enjoy alongside.

So happy with this location! We are visiting from the states. We tried the cookies in Toronto and wanted more. We called them to see if they had any vegan options for our friends and they put three aside for us to pick up later. Thank you!!

Wow wow wow. Where to begin… Let’s talk customer service. If you ever want to feel like a valued customer, this is certainly the establishment. I had a few queries so I reached out with some questions ahead of going there, not necessarily expecting a response and got the best customer service I’ve ever had. Above and beyond wouldn’t be saying enough. Catherine was an absolute gem and helped bring my cookie dreams to life. Now for the cookies. We got a surprise mix that we have slowly been enjoying these last 5 days. The flavours have been varied, the freshness has been peak, and the imagination has been endless. There is no shortage of ingredients so you never feel like you’ve been skimped out on. If it says it’s a Mars cookie, you will see and taste the Mars bar. This place did not disappoint in any department, and I look forward to visiting again the next time we are in the area. 💜🍪

Delicious cookies, perfect vacation treat! These are not over-priced….I mean, yes, if you’re from Iowa, maybe. Would be more expensive in any city or tourist location. At least these taste good! We tried six flavors and liked them all. Server was patient with our kids and their questions on flavors.

We’ve been to Craig’s Cookies many times in Toronto, so it was a nice surprise to see it in Niagara Falls! They have a large cookies of unique cookies, all of which are delicious. We tried their new dunkers this time and they were also excellent!
