Very nice & peaceful Gurudwara only Mishri prasad accepted here no (ਗੋਲਕ) gooluck system here for langar devotees bring roti &sabji from there House
My recent visit to Gurudwara Nanaksar Kaleeran Sahib was a deeply spiritual and peaceful experience. Surrounded by lush green fields and calm countryside air, this sacred place holds a unique aura of serenity and divine connection. As soon as I stepped inside the Gurudwara premises, I felt an overwhelming sense of calmness and purity. The melodious kirtan (hymns) being sung by the ragis created an atmosphere that touched the soul and helped quiet the mind. The architecture of the Gurudwara is beautiful — simple yet grand, reflecting traditional Sikh design with its white marble and golden dome. The premises were immaculately clean and well-maintained, showing the dedication of the sewadars who serve here with true devotion. The experience was further elevated when I received the Hukamnama Sahib, the divine order of the day, which felt personally guiding and deeply meaningful. I’ve attached the image of the Hukamnama as a cherished reminder of the spiritual wisdom received that day. The Langar (community meal), as always, was a symbol of equality and kindness — prepared and served with love, reminding us of Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s teachings of seva (selfless service) and vand chakna (sharing with others). Overall, my visit to Nanaksar Kaleeran Sahib was more than just a trip — it was a soulful experience that renewed faith, brought peace, and filled the heart with gratitude. A truly divine place that every devotee should visit. 🙏✨ #GurudwaraNanaksarKaleeran #Hukamnama #Faith #Peace #Sikhism #Seva #SpiritualJourney
I'm already review about this place that time I'm explaining about nature. This place very near about nature. A beautiful Garden behind Gurudwara sahib situated. I enclosed some pics for your reference. Please visit and enjoy the beauty full garden and enjoy nature.
Gurdwara Nanaksar Sahib near Ludhiana is a serene and spiritual place known for peaceful kirtan, simple beauty, and warm hospitality. A perfect spot for reflection and learning about Sikh devotion.
Gurudwara Nanaksar Sahib Jagraon is situated in the Ludhiana district of Punjab and is located approximately five miles from the city of Jagraon along the road from Ludhiana to Moga/ Ferozpur. This location was specifically chosen by the Holy Saint, Baba Nand Singh Ji as it personified a spiritual retreat where one could move to escape the misguidance of the world, and concentrate on the sole treasure of Naam Simran.
Beautiful and peaceful place to worship God. There is sarowar, langar hall & sitting hall also. The area under gurudwara is large and spacious. The environment is clean and green. There are shops outside to buy things.
Great historical gurudawara its bhagti da ghar Where God's name is taken There is no money donation here Only parshad( mishri) is accepted here Langar also comes from the snagat People visit here and pray for their well being Its peaceful place keep mind fresh and near god Everyone must visit the gurudwara in there lyf Neat and clean sarowar jal
As per some historical documents, It was built in 1975 by Baba (Sant) Nand Singh with the help of the devotees . They meditated here for a long. After him, baba Isher Singh ji served here. This Gurudwara sahib is architectured very beautifully. It is a beautiful structure with a huge marble-floored hall and sanctum at its end. The main festivals celebrated here are Prakash divas of Guru Nanak Dev Ji,Barsi of Baba Nand Singh ji and Jor Mela is conducted very enthusiastically on these occasions , which attracts sangat from all over. Also there used to be huge devotees on every Fool Moon (Puranima/ puranmaasi) every month. Main unique point of this religious place is that, not even a single panny (rupee) is given(as Charhawa) by devotees, only fruits, eatable things are given by devotees and taken as parshad.

One must visit this beautiful place in the university. They have preserved so many historical artifacts that you won't find elsewhere. Take your family with you and visit this place to see the Punjabi culture. The fee at the gate is really low which I think should be increased so they can use that money to bring more things or to make this place even better. The architecture of the building is amazing.
The Punjab Agricultural University Museum is one of the landmarks in Ludhiana which is visited by many people all year long and is on the outskirts of the city. This museum lies in the premises of the Punjab Agricultural University. This Rural Museum was inaugurated at the hands of S Khushwant Singh in the year 1974 on 26th April. The rural life of the people is very well displayed at this museum and the Punjabi culture is very evident at its best.
Closed on weekend and today on Monday, apparently public holiday today. But says open on Google and the website. Looked very small too. Disappointed as we were in Ludhiana for 3 days and couldn't visit any day.
Punjabi culture can be seen at its best in this museum. Its located in PAU ,ludhiana. And yes !! its beautiful .
nice place for locking old punjab
Good view of old punjab and it's culture
Nice place Standard Areas
The small museum situated inside PAU. You can see a lot of historical artifacts that you never have seen. This is place "WAVE" mall a very nice & big business complex situated at Ferozpur Road, Ludhiana ( Punjab state) of India. The comlex has five storeys for shops wherein picture halls, health club and all others shops are there. A freat place for shopping & enjoyments.
Get everything you want . This mall have almost 5 floors. Good security system and check up. Very good ambience and space on entrance with lots of kids activities. All major brands showrooms are available in this mall. It is located 2-3 km approximately outside the main busy areas. Have lots of parking space. Overall very good 👍.
Wave Mall in Ludhiana, also called Westend Mall, is one of the few places in the city where you can comfortably spend half a day without feeling rushed or bored. It's located on Ferozepur Road near the Hyatt, making it accessible from most parts of the city, and the parking facilities are surprisingly efficient even on weekends. The retail experience is diverse—everything from Westside and Zudio to Nike, US Polo, and Raymond. There's a balance of affordable and premium options, and the stores are arranged logically across the levels, so you don’t have to backtrack endlessly. The food options are standard but reliable. You’ll find KFC, McDonald’s, and Pizza Hut, but also local ice cream vendors, fresh juice kiosks, and a few casual dining places like Castle BBQ and Vaango. It's not culinary heaven, but it gets the job done without compromising hygiene or service. Seating in the food court is generally fine, though during peak evening hours it can feel crowded. Wave Cinemas is the standout feature. I watched a late-night show of a Hindi film, and the picture and sound quality were better than expected. The booking process was smooth, the staff was attentive, and there weren’t any annoying delays or technical glitches. They screen a good mix of regional and international films, which is rare in this part of Punjab. The mall is clean, well-lit thanks to the polycarbonate roof design, and generally has a modern vibe without trying too hard to be upscale. Security is visible but not intrusive, and escalators and lifts work consistently. The only issue was that the top level felt slightly warmer, possibly due to uneven air conditioning. Overall, Wave Mall delivers on its promise—a practical, enjoyable, and relatively stress-free space for shopping, eating, and watching a movie. It may not be a luxury mall, but for a city like Ludhiana, it ticks all the important boxes and does so with consistency.
🛍️ Wave Mall on Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana is a spacious and popular mall offering a wide variety of stores, a food court, and a good multiplex for movies. The mall is clean, air-conditioned, with ample parking and an inviting ambience. It’s perfect for shopping, hangouts, or a weekend outing with family or friends. A few outlets could be refreshed, and it gets crowded in evenings, but overall it delivers a great experience. 🌟
Wave Mall is a good spot for shopping, entertainment, and spending quality time with friends or family. It may not be as big as some metro city malls, but it offers everything you need: PVR Cinemas – One of the best places in Ludhiana to watch the latest movies in comfort. Food options – From snacks to full meals, you’ll find a nice mix of Indian and fast food brands. Shopping – A decent selection of clothing, accessories, and lifestyle stores. Clean & Comfortable – The mall is well-maintained, air-conditioned, and not overly crowded. Perfect for a weekend movie plan or casual outing. Friendly environment and good vibes!
Lots of stores. Very clean. Good amount of food and snacks. Easy to navigate. Bathrooms were clean All the stores we visited accepted American Express so it was easy for me to check out.
Very good place where one can have one stop solution for one’s needs . Be it is apparel , cosmetics , shoes , travel gadgets , home decor , foods and even for children games etc . Inspite of food court Madrasleaf restaurant is also a good destination for both north and South Indian delicacies .
A vibrant place with all options for both food and shopping. All major brands are available. Its location is also easily accessible and central to the city. Great place to hang out👍🏼

The Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Memorial in Ludhiana is a profound tribute to the valor of Punjabi soldiers. Inaugurated in 1999, the four-acre complex was built by the Punjab Government to honor the brave men who sacrificed their lives in various wars, from ancient times to the Kargil conflict. The memorial's design, resembling a military fortress, immediately sets a solemn and respectful tone. Upon entering, visitors are greeted by a majestic statue of Maharaja Ranjit Singh on his throne, symbolizing the rich history and martial legacy of the region. Known as the "Lion of Punjab," Maharaja Ranjit Singh was a visionary leader who founded the Sikh Empire in the early 19th century. He was a master strategist, uniting warring misls (confederacies) and creating a formidable army that successfully repelled invasions and expanded his territory. His rule marked a golden age of stability and modernization in Punjab, a testament to his military prowess and inclusive governance. The museum itself is divided into 12 galleries, each dedicated to different aspects of military history. These include the Ancient History Gallery, the War Heroes Gallery, and specific galleries for the Air Force and Navy. Inside, you can see a variety of exhibits, from weapons and uniforms to portraits of distinguished soldiers who have received prestigious awards like the Param Vir Chakra. Outside, the sprawling lawns serve as an open-air display for battle tanks, an anti-aircraft gun, and even an old Sukhoi fighter aircraft. The most compelling feature for many is the light and sound show, which vividly narrates the story of India's freedom struggle and the pivotal role of Punjabi soldiers. Beyond its role as a museum, the memorial functions as an educational hub, instilling a sense of patriotism and national pride. It's not just a collection of artifacts, but a living memorial that honors the past while inspiring future generations. Whether you are a history enthusiast or simply looking for a meaningful place to visit, the Maharaja Ranjit Singh War Memorial offers a powerful and moving experience.
The museum is a tribute by the Punjab Government to the soldiers from Punjab who have fought in various wars. It was established in 1999. Spread over ~4 acres of land. Location - On GT Road (NH-1), the Ludhiana–Amritsar Highway, near Hotel Amaltas. It is about 5-6 km from Ludhiana Railway Station. The museum has several galleries and exhibits. Key ones include: Gallery / Area What’s inside / features History Gallery / Ancient / Post-Independence Shows major historical battles (e.g. Battle of Panipat, Anglo-Sikh wars), history of Sikh & Punjab’s martial legacy. War Heroes Gallery Portraits, busts of soldiers from Punjab awarded Paramvir Chakra, Mahavir Chakra, Vir Chakra etc. Uniforms / Air Force & Navy Gallery Displays uniforms, ranks, medals, from British era & modern times. Kargil Gallery Dedicated space for the Kargil war, maps, models, multimedia/interactive kiosks. Light & Sound Show A show that narrates India’s war of independence and the role of Punjabis in various wars. Outdoor Displays Tanks, anti-aircraft guns, a Sukhoi fighter aircraft, model of INS Vikrant etc around the entrance & lawns. Visitor Info Timings: About 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (some sources say 9:00 AM). Closed on Mondays. Entry Fee: Adults ~ ₹ 40 Children ~ ₹ Free for children under ~5 years. It combines both indoor galleries and outdoor displays, giving a full military-history experience. The multimedia & interactive components (light & sound shows, kiosks) make it engaging, not just static displays. It honours local heritage by highlighting Punjab’s contributions to the Indian armed forces.
For this peaceful life we have... Our ancestors did a lot. I want to visit again...,🙏
In a short note, not upto the mark in terms of knowledge of Maharaja Ranjit Singh, their were knowledge regarding military more than Punjab's history which I had specially went for and felt dissappointed. No Maintenance No Guidance No Security No Interactive Things Faux Artifacts Wooden Cloned Ammunition Lastly, Loved the greenery.
Awesome place to visit if you have interest to explore the historical wars and the armed forces. The museum gives you the vast knowledge of battles and the armed forces of that time . The weapons are well illustrated inside the museum . You will also enjoy the greenery and the site of the army tank and their aircrafts Overall a nice place.

The track conforms to international standards for conduct of any national or international meet. Need some improvements in public utilities.

We did a movie shoot of a Hollywood movie “ barefoot warrior “ here . It’s well kept , clean . Very massive , it had different division , a football court , a running track There should be more stadiums like these so that youth can practice and make career as an athlete.

Museum of Social History and Rural Punjab - Located in the Punjab Agricultural University Campus, the place depicts the rural lifestyle of Punjabis from the Harappan age housed in a beautiful building depicting traditional houses of rural Punjab. The museum exhibits local art and craft and also various agricultural equipment and tools. A very nice place of tourist interest in Ludhiana. Entry Ticket: Rs. 30.00 per head.
Discover the Museum of Social History of Rural Punjab at PAU, Punjab Agricultural University, Campus Ludhiana. Open from 9 AM to 2 PM (due to summer heat). Tickets: ₹30-40. Explore Punjab's rich history, vibrant phulkaris, charkha, traditional utensils, and artifacts from the Indus Valley Civilization. A compact experience worth 3.5/5, though amenities like drinking water and public toilets are lacking. Ideal for a one-hour visit! It's safe for a solo traveler, as I traveled with no access issues. Women can visit alone without concerns. Note: The museum is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. #Goexplore
Museum of Social History of Punjab PAU houses unique Museum of Social History of Punjab, which mirrors university's involvement with state's folklore and culture as much as it reflects the village life. The museum; displays old agricultural implements and tools, junkets used to decorate draught animals; is a repository of cultural ethos and traditions, shows off kitchenware, Persian well, free-time vocations that engage the women; depicts typical 'real-life'situations in rural Punjab and what have you.
Must visit place if you go to Punjab Agricultural University in Ludhiana. Take your family with you to this beautiful museum. They have a lot of architects from the past to show history of Punjabi culture. I was impressed with the numerous items they have been able to collect and showcase there. The price to enter is super cheap (which I think should be increased so they can use that money to make it even better)

This holy place is sanctified by the visit of Guru Gobind Singh. After the battle of Chamkaur Sahib, enduring hardships, he pushed his way through the thick jungles infested with thorny bushes. After an arduous journey, he lay down on the bare stony ground for rest in the garden of Masand Gulab Rai. Here his pathan devotees Ghani Khan and Nabi Khan recognised him and provided all facilities to the great Guru. From here Guru was taken in a Palki (Palanquin) disguised as 'Uch Ka Pir'. For this purpose the Guru put on a blue dress and so did his disciples accompanying him. The plan they adopted, proved a total success. Only once Mughal army intercepted the procession of the Guru but answer of Nabi Khan and Ghani Khan was so convincing that no suspicion was raised by the Mughal soldiers Thus Gurdwara Machhiwara has became a place of pilgrimage. upto this day people remember the two Pathan brothers Nabi Khan and Ghani Khan with great respect as they risked their lives in serving the Tenth Master. Gurdwara Charan Kanwal, Machhiwara, Dist. Ludhiana After agreeing to leave Chamkaur as commanded by his Sikhs, Guru Gobind Singh escaped into the night and the jungle surrounded by the enemy troops. In the dark the Guru was separated from his three Sikh and left alone in the dense jungle. Guru Gobind Singh trudged through the jungle day and night, his clothes tattered and his feet blistered. Eventually the Guru reached the outskirts of Machiwara town and lay down to sleep in a garden in some bushes on the ground with a stone as his pillow. Here he was found by the three remaining Sikhs Daram Singh, Daya Singh and Man Singh. This gurdwara marks that spot where Guru Gobind Singh was found sleeping. Guru Gobind Singh drank water from the well that appears in the foreground. Gurdwara Chubara Sahib, Machhiwara, Dist. Ludhiana A Sikh named Gulaba Singh lived in the town of Machhiwara and provided Guru Gobind Singh and his three Sikhs refuge in his house at this spot while the enemy where prowling the countryside looking for the Guru with orders to capture or kill him.
More of the photos uploaded here are not of this gurdwara sahib but of the gurdwara sahib with same name ie Charan Kamal Sahib a historical gurdwara situated at Machhiwarha dist Ludhiana while this situated at Tibba Road Ludhiana is a non historical gurdwara

Great place for shopping and time pass with many options, having all branded shops for clothes and other daily needs items, very much clearer and hygiene.
If you’re into sports or fitness, Decathlon in MBD Mall is a strong bet for having everything under one roof for men & women, good quality and a decent shopping experience. Great place to visit when you need gear or equipment and want variety.
I visited MBD Neopolis, Jalandhar to watch a movie at PVR INOX, and it was a nice experience overall. The mall has a clean and well-maintained environment with a good mix of shops, food outlets, and entertainment options. The PVR INOX here is quite good comfortable seating, clear sound, and good screen quality. The theatre was clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The only thing is that the food and snacks inside are a bit pricey, but that’s quite common in most multiplexes. The mall itself has a lively atmosphere and is a good place to hang out, shop, or grab a bite before or after a movie. Parking is convenient, and the overall setup feels modern and organized. Overall, MBD Neopolis is one of the best spots in Jalandhar for a day out, and PVR INOX makes it even better if you’re in the mood for a movie.
Its decent. The food court is good . Do not trust google map if you're new to the city and heading towards it. Ask the locals for the exact location. Ample of parking is available in the basement.
Decent place for shopping and hanging out. It has a good mix of brands and a nice food court, but the collection in some stores is limited. Overall, it’s an okay place to visit occasionally, but not something very special.
Visited this small mall just for two reasons as it is home to shoppers Stop store and Decathlon Store. Parking facility is chargeable which cost you around Rs 40 for basement and Rs100 for Deck parking. Lift facility and escalator facility is available. Mall is wheelchair accessible. Washroom facility is available and it is neat and clean. The food court is just average. It also includes PVR cinemas
Decent mall in Jalandhar located just near to the bmc chowk and bus terminal. This mall is quite popular for two things, one is PVR cinema where you can watch 3d movies and other one is Decathalon. In addition to it, there is a food court inside the mall and kids zone as well. Parking facility is available but it’s a paid service.
Great place good location along the main highway. Design of the building impressive. Shops for garments and accessories present a wide range with good choices and quality. There is a serious limitation on the choice of meals. Limits choice to 4 (four) mainly exotic restaurants with Subway and Spaghetti Club being among them. Has cinema on the top most floor providing a good environment for after work outing. The washrooms poorly ventilated though so they give that offensive smell.

Good & Clean Zoo, but very less animal. They don't have black bear in cage & cages also broken.. Tiger safari not working. They charge parking fee, but no person looking vehicle & ticket when u going. I surprise to see toilets very clean.
The zoo was a decent experience overall, but it left a bit to be desired. The variety of animals was good, and it was great to see some species you don’t come across often. Some enclosures were spacious and well-designed, showing clear effort in animal care, while others felt a bit cramped or outdated. The layout of the zoo was a little confusing at times, with signs that weren’t always easy to follow, and it took a while to find some of the exhibits. Food options were limited and overpriced, which was disappointing, especially after walking around for hours. That said, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and there were a few interactive areas for kids that made the visit more engaging. It’s a nice place for a family outing, but with some improvements to the facilities and better upkeep, it could be much better.
The Ludhiana Tiger Safari, a popular attraction and a part of the larger Ludhiana Zoo, offers a unique opportunity for wildlife enthusiasts and families to get a glimpse of animals in a naturalistic setting. Established in 1993, this safari-cum-zoo was initially created with the vision of developing a pool of genetically pure Royal Bengal tigers and has since expanded to include a variety of other species. While the main draw is the tiger safari itself, where visitors can ride a bus through a forested area hoping to spot a tiger, the overall experience seems to be a mixed bag according to public reviews. Many visitors find the thrill of seeing a tiger up close to be the highlight of their trip, and the nominal entry fee makes it an accessible outing. The zoo also houses a variety of other animals, including leopards, bears, sambar deer, blackbucks, peacocks, and various birds, adding to the diversity of the park. However, some visitors have expressed disappointment. A key point of contention is the "safari" experience, which some describe as a brief, 5-15 minute bus ride around a caged tiger, rather than a wide-ranging safari. It's important to note that the zoo has faced challenges with its tiger population, and as of early 2024, it was reported to have a new tiger named Aman after the death of its previous lone tiger, Nav. Additionally, some reviews mention limited amenities, such as a lack of proper washrooms and drinking water facilities, as well as a limited and overpriced food court. The signage can also be confusing for first-time visitors. Despite these critiques, the park is praised for its role in wildlife conservation and for providing an educational platform, particularly for school groups. The best time to visit is during the cooler months, from October to March, when the weather is more pleasant for walking and the animals are more active. Overall, the Ludhiana Tiger Safari is a good option for a quick family outing, especially for the chance to see a tiger up close, but it may not live up to the expectations of a full-fledged wildlife safari.
The only best part of the entire zoo is that you get to see a Tiger so close roaming freely in the jungle. You are taken in the safari in a bus. Fully safe. You will get a very good experience. Other than that no other interesting animals are kept. Fees is also very minimal. Tiger safari fees is 50 Rs. Per Head.
Tiger Safari Zoo provides a refreshing community escape, allowing locals and visitors alike to connect with nature and appreciate the beauty of the animal kingdom.
In addition to the animal exhibits, the zoo also offers a variety of educational programs and interactive experiences for visitors of all ages. Whether you're interested in learning more about a particular species or want to get up close and personal with some of the animals, there's something for everyone here. Overall, if you're looking for a fun and educational day out that also supports a worthy cause, the zoo is definitely worth a visit.
Had an amazing experience over here.... A small visit there will be good... And if you are a nature lover then please do visit once.. it will be a life time experience to see a tiger roaming around without any cage.. Ofcourse you will be on your safari ride.. so don't worry you will be safe.. but it's worth the money.... Ticket price is 30 rupees per head and safari fees is 50 Rupees per head... Below 3yrs child no charge.. hope this will help.. 😊
It is very good place for a family visit, you can see Tiger, Ducks, Parrots, Bear, Deers, Peacocks and other birds. Good management and very good staff. Entry fee 30 Rs. per person and Tiger Safari 50 Rs. per person.

GURUDWARA SHRI DEGSAR SAHIB PAATSHAAHI 6TH & 10TH SAHIB is situated in the Katana Village In Distt. Ludhiana. GURUDWARA SAHIB is situated on the Doraha Nillon Link Road by the Side of Canal PAATSHAAHI 6TH RELATED: SHRI GURU HARGOBIND SAHIB JI came to this place on 20th Phagun 1675. GURU JI had 7 cannons, 1100 horse riders & Chandu Qaidi ( the one who was involved in SHRI GURU ARJUN DEV JI\"s martyrdom), one gown with 52 flower buds with which he freed 52 prisoners from Gwalior fort. He also took rest here for a night & tied his horse with a \"Ber\" tree. This place is known as DAMDAMA SAHIB. PAATSHAAHI 10TH RELATED: SHRI GURU GOBIND SINGH JI , on becoming \"Uchh Da Pir\", came here on 11 Poh 1761 Bikrami. Along with him came Bhai Daya Singh, Bhai Dharam Singh, Bhai Maan Singh, Bhai Nabi Khan & Bhai Gani Khan. He got his bed placed under the \"BER SAHIB\" & took rest. He also distributed the \"DEG\" with his holy hands & named this place as \"DEGSAR SAHIB\". So whoever offers DEG with a promise, his desire is fulfilled by GURU SAHIB. RIVER RELATED: In the year 1854, a survey was conducted regarding Sirhind river & it was proposed to pass a river from this place but the engineer, Mr. Smith, who was taking care of the digging work got blind while cutting the \"BERI SAHIB\". Blood came out wherever the \"BERI SAHIB\" was hit. The foreigner engineer regretted & offered DEG of Rs 51 & he began to see again. Then this place was not touched at all & the river was made to bend & pass. The river going close to GURUDWARA SAHIB is a proof to history & the \"BERI SAHIB\" still exists. A small GURUDWARA SAHIB constructed by Mr. Smith is close by & can be seen standing on a hillock. He wanted to destroy this GURUDWARA SAHIB & construct a GURUDWARA SAHIB on it but this big GURUDWARA SAHIB still stands firm with its glory & there is a big \"Jor Mela\" on every Sangraand.
