"I had a really disappointing experience at Cake Square today. The staff, especially the woman who was working at the counter, was incredibly rude. I simply asked if they had any pictures of cakes they’ve made before, as in the past, when I showed them cake photos, they never managed to deliver the same result. Instead of offering help or being polite, she was dismissive and unprofessional. It's really frustrating when you're trying to make sure you get what you want, and the staff isn't willing to assist or even acknowledge your concerns. I won't be returning after this experience."

A1 service!! My parents visit this place every single night - for a coffee & they absolutely love it!! The staff is so friendly. They also have an amazing collection of books (they are old but really good books). Their savoury bakery items are good too & so are the cookies!!

I had placed the order for 3 1 kg date and walnut dry cakes on the festival of Rakhi. To my utter dismay, the cakes were stale, and the walnuts were rancid. When I raised the complaint for the same, the bakery told me that they would compensate for it on my next purchase. For my next purchase, they just provided a negligible discount. Unfortunately, a bakery with such a sound reputation is not bothered about maintaining good will in the eyes of its customers. It's less about not providing fair compensation but more about disregarding the interests of the customer. Disappointing to the core.

Everything is good. But please make sure u have enough diaposable glasses or cups for customer so that they can divide their drinks and can use those cups for water. Every-time your staff gives us steel glasses. This looks inappropriate.

Had a pathetic experience with their burgers. Ordered fish filet and grilled chicken burger with clear instructions to not to add cheese and mayo. What i got was small deep fried oil dripping fish pakoras in sub standard burger bread with dirty loaded mayo and cheese slice. The burger was garnished with dhaba style half moon shaped chopped stinky raw onions. The grilled chicken burger is also a scam as its not chicken breast grilled but a processed chicken patty which tastes like luncheon meat. Guys you need to extensively search burger recipes online. Visit some good restaurants serving authentic burgers and then learn hygienic presentation.

Wonderful palce for some exotic n-veg food,wonder to see large variety of n-veg and sea food, strongly recommend for all non vegetarian people, only drawback is place is very cozy ,less sitting and no parking.

I recently purchased a cake from Sindhi bakery ldh civil line and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The cake was totally melted, stale, poorly decorated, lacked flavour. Despite reaching out to the owner for a resolution, I received no satisfactory response. Poor product quality and unresponsive customer service are unacceptable. The hotel has a good ambience levels and cleanliness. The rooms are spacious and dimly lit. The hotel staff is helpful and well trained. The morning breakfast menus are repetitive but the taste is good.

I told to reception to cut the price due to deficiencies mainly Room AC issue but not done by them.Hotel website not working otherwise review posts there. Hotel owner is requested to intervene in this matter. Hotel name respect always matters and to be on top priority . Guests visit should be taken on as special and service in token of prices should be no 1. Once visit will come again and again and best review will be wheels of future continuous better business and stability. If you demand high rates then service should be complaint less. Conclusion:- My family feels uncomfortable .

The hotel is very near to highway and it is budget friendly accomodation. We stayed there for 4 days from 29th of January to 3rd of Feb. The staff of hotel is extremely helpfull. Food quality is best, specially breakfast was amazing.

Absolutely Disgusting – Never Ordering Again! I ordered a cake from Bake Fresh on Pakhowal Road today, and to my utter horror, there was a cockroach inside it. Yes, a full-blown cockroach baked right into the cake. When I returned it, expecting at least an apology, the manager did something unbelievable – he casually wiped off the cockroach and put the cake back in the fridge for resale! To make it worse, he even told me to just remove the cockroach and eat the cake. Who does that?! Completely unhygienic, unethical, and downright dangerous. This place clearly has zero food safety standards and doesn’t care about customer health. Disgusted beyond words. Avoid this place at all costs!

Hot Breads at Sarabha Nagar is a nice restaurant restuarant to be visited along with family and friends. A wide variety of both vegetarian and non veg items. We ordered Lala musa dal and Veg manchurian with Butter naan and stuffed kulcha. The food was very tasty. The staff is really friendly and provide quick service. Price is reasonable.

Visited Nik Bakers today at Kipps Matket, Ludhiana, and ordered Cold Coffee, Veg Club Grilled Sandwich, and Cheese Chilli Bruschetta. While the food and ambiance were fine, I had a concerning experience with the Veg Club Grilled Sandwich. The cheddar cheese slice in my sandwich still had its plastic packaging on one end. Thankfully, I noticed it before taking a bite and immediately informed our server. They replaced it without any issue, but what disappointed me was the casual attitude of the management. The manager simply asked the kitchen to make another one without addressing the seriousness of the mistake. For a premium food joint with high-priced menu items, such lapses should not happen. A little more attention to food safety, quality control and customer service is expected at such an establishment.

Good preparation 👌, this is one of the best Nik Baker's outlets. A few of the outlets somehow lack taste in live cooked items. Rest service and atmosphere was good too. Ample sitting space available. Parking is paid outside. I tried BBQ Chicken Pizza and warm Apple Pie along with Chai tea Latte.

Once again had a chance to visit and have food here at Nik Baker’s at Kipp’s Market Sarabha Nagar . A good place where one can have healthy options for meals or snacks and rejuvenate one . Whenever goes in vicinity of this place I try to visit and enjoy delicious food there .

Ambiance is very classic nothing fancy or overdone, food is yummm. Spread is really great from all day breakfast items to pizza, thai… great desserts. Place has lot of open space feels very comfortable, doesn’t feel noisy even when it was more than half full. We ordered thin crust pizza and banoffee pudding, both were super good.

Canadian here. I can honestly say the food quality and taste was on par with what we get in Canada. If your a foreigner looking for a good spot to order from or eat in these guys are solid.
