In the town itself you can see a few narrow streets a few restaurants. We enjoyed wandering around here, and can only highly recommend visiting!

If you’re already in Peñíscola and you’re already visiting the old town, it’s worth dropping by this house. It’s incredibly unique and quite beautiful. I wouldn’t go well out of my way to make a special trip strictly for this attraction.

We found this place by accident and it was fascinating. There's a long gravel road leading all across the park where you can either enjoy the view of the clifs or you can take a swim. Be aware that some of beaches here are kind of dangerous to get into the water but there's a few where there's sand leading all the way to the water making it ideal. There's also not a lot of people here so you can enjoy some privacy.

Magic! Be prepared with the right outfit, shoes and drinks + food depending on the distance. It gets hot and it's a mix of being covered in the shadow or totally in the open son so be careful! Many birds and butterflies will come along and maybe you get to see some other animals.

Beautiful natural place, we have now walked there on 3 occasions, a different part of track each time. Coastal track not well signposted but some lovely coves, and nobody else around. Saw some bikes and runners on track to Bodum tower and St Antoni's hermitage. Beautiful coastal views well worth the hike. No facilities at all so make sure you take everything you could need with you.

Intrestingly this is the 3rd most popular place to visit according Tripadvisor, when we were there it seemed to be rather a local place. Nice service, special beers, worth to try. Good experience once you are in Peniscola, and you love beer.

We were sent away from the brewery and had to drive kilometers further in Peniscola to a terrace. On arrival we let it be known that we did not understand Spanish, this was completely ignored. On the basis of 3 drinking glasses filled with ingredients, an explanation was given in Spanish how the beer is prepared. A minimum amount of 5 types of beer could be tasted. I love this place. The beer is head, shoulders and torso above anything else local. My favourite is the 'eepa', followed by the dark stout then Lola, which is an unusually fine tasting lager. The prices are about the same as for 'national brands' and half what I've been charged in a craft emporium in a large town in Spain. The staff and clientele are both friendly. Every time I've been there I've been offered something to eat. It can get busy, weekend lunchtimes in the summer. Most of the people that go there are Spanish but its also popular with tourists. 2021 Update:- This is just stunning. It's all about the beer which is mainly Spanglish. The IPA is out of this world. The stout is stunning. The Lola is lager as lager should be. The staff are charming. The place has a great ambience. Don't take my word for it. Try it now. You wont be disappointed.

When I visited it was possible to reach this beach by car (after 7th September 2025) however we didn’t want to initially go to this beach but had to because the road was blocked for maintenance work, hence we could not even proceed by car nor foot. The beach itself is nothing special, water isn’t clear, snorkelling was not worth it, very few fishes and no clarity. We noted quite a few jellyfish in the water. Place was also invaded by mosquitos and wasps. We got even stung by one and had to leave as it was not possible to stay any longer in those conditions. Good thing there is a picnic area next to the parking lot, which you can use if you bring your own food!

Peniscola Magic Museum Yunke I recently visited the Museum of Magic, and it was a fascinating experience that blends history, mystery, and spectacle in a captivating way. First of all, im Not spanish-speaking, we booked the museum tour and the show, I wouldn't do it again. There is a lot of spanish in this, and if you can't understand a lot it's not a great experience. We booked the "Comedy -show" so a big part of it is to understand the jokes...let's say we haven't laughed a lot, the tricks were fine but all in all for 120€ too expensive...the Museum should state a warning for some shows that Spanish is highly recommended...very unfortunate.

Do not undertake this tour if you cannot speak Spanish! My family booked it as it was not made clear that the tour was Spanish only. We were told we would get a refund but have been refused! Effectively they stole our money! Not a nice company.

Very disappointed. Not many people which was nice but our allmost 4 year old wasn't allowed to anything even with an adult. I understand safety but was to much since the slides was extreme slow. Even the big ones. The slides for the small kids was so slow they had to pull themselves halfway. And 2 of the big was really not fast. The bar and restaurant was closed at this point - understandable when not so much people - but perhaps would be nice when the staff had some time with only 20 people in the water.

Changing area was rather nasty, filled with water on the floor and no toilet paper in the WC stalls. The slides in the kiddie pool do not have water running down, so the kids don't slide very well.
