We spent the whole day at Erlebnispark Teichland. It was a good experience with the kids. Our kids enjoyed a lot with all rides. In one of the restaurant... pfankuchen was heated in the oven and not made fresh. Fresh pfannkuchen could have been better. All the rides were cool and we enjoyed
No entry fee. But you have to pay for all rides. Just the slide goes for 1 chip, all others are 2chips above. Zip lining is 4chips. A chip costs 2.50 for kids and 3€ for adults.
Our visit to Erlebnispark Teichland was completely ruined by the terrible experience we had with the staff, specifically a man named Robert who was operating the zipline attraction. We had traveled there especially for this one activity, but from the moment we joined the group, Robert treated my family and me with disrespect and rudeness. He spoke to us in German in a very unfriendly and sarcastic tone, making inappropriate comments — not realizing that we actually understand German. At the start, Robert handed me defective safety equipment. I pointed it out to him, but he simply tapped it and said it was fine. When we reached the beginning of the course, my younger sister had trouble attaching her carabiner to the first line. I tried to help her, but I also couldn’t properly secure it. Instead of assisting us, Robert came over, spoke to us rudely, accused us of breaking the equipment, and told us to leave immediately. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, especially at an attraction where the equipment is supposed to guarantee safety. Instead of replacing the faulty equipment and apologizing, the staff treated us poorly and even told us we would not get a refund. After this unpleasant encounter, we went to the office to file a complaint. The manager initially only offered us park tokens, which were useless for us because the zipline was the only reason we visited. After some discussion, he finally agreed to refund our money, but even then, he did it with a very unfriendly attitude. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We would not recommend Erlebnispark Teichland to anyone looking for a safe and welcoming place to spend their day.
The park was fun and the tower visit interesting. What I did not like is the 39 Euros fine in the mail 2 months later for parking without a car park ticket although I paid the 3 euros.. no ticket warning on the windshield .. so I did not keep the ticket as a proof
Great family place. Just the café dosent take Visa and Mastercard.
Great little park for kids about 5-11. A little older and it's harder to hold a young teenagers attention. You buy chips for the rides so parents can sit back & chills - they don't need to pay. You can bring your own food. The labyrinth at the top of the hill is good to race through
It is a perfect place to spend a active day. Also the rides are pretty cheap.
