My friend and I had pedicures done by Casey and the entire experience was great! Casey was very professional, knowledgeable and the pedicures were well done. Casey did everything to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed the entire experience! Highly recommend the spa with Casey.
They do not have any RMT’s so they are unable to provide ID numbers. If you are going to be trying to reimburse your massage through your insurance policy, it will not be approved. Be warned about this service
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a wonderful experience with Casey! She’s not only skilled and meticulous with her work but also incredibly warm and easy to talk to. My feet have never looked or felt better — she paid attention to every detail and made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. Casey clearly takes pride in her craft and genuinely cares about her clients’ comfort and satisfaction. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to friends. Thank you, Casey, for such a great pedicure! 💅✨
Guys you wont have a regret checking this spot out, its definitely one of the best hot spring experiences, and guess what, you can finally dive in a hot spring, how amazing?
I completely forgot to post this when I went for my first ever facial on my birthday on September 26th. So I have to say that this was the most beautiful and amazing spa that I have ever seen in my life, and the facial was beyond words. Then afterwards as my friend was still getting services I was allowed to go and use the plunge pool in the hotel and that was so amazing that I honestly didn’t want to leave the hot pool. I can’t wait until the next time I visit Fairmont because this is definitely on my list of things to do ❤️❤️❤️
I called ahead to inquire on accessing the pools if we booked a few appointments (the pools are not open to the public) and was told it would be no problem if we were purchasing spa services. My step daughter and I arrived and were greeted by a rather curt front desk person (working AM of December 16). This is not a spa but rather a retail space in the corner of the front lobby. It is not inviting, welcoming or calming. When I inquired about using the pools, I was told that we did not purchase enough to gain access (and this was delivered in a manner that made us both feel like we were trying to get away with something). I was not pleased. There was absolutely no one else at this spa and the resort was practically empty (and this was not mentioned on the phone when I called ahead). As there was only one staff, I had to wait my turn. As I mulled over the terrible service and lack of access to the facilities, I returned to the spa to pay for my step daughter's massage ($82 for 30 minutes with a non certified person?!)and I cancelled my mud wrap (which I discovered was WELL over $100). The front desk person was once again curt, but I truly did not care at this point. I was sincerely disappointed in the complete lack of effort to make our experience enjoyable. The prices of the spa services are not exactly affordable so you would think they would go above and beyond to make your experience as wonderful as possible - not treat you like a criminal when you ask to use the pool. Please do not waste your money here!
Don't bother calling if you're pregnant. Basically none of their services are safe. For the few that are (Mani, Pedi, facial) I was told on the phone that they do not make any specials accommodations to help with comfort (lying on back etc.) I honestly felt like they were telling me not to come. There's a great place in Invermere called Fusion that is far more kind and welcoming to pregnant people.
Received a manicure and pedicure from Dawn at the spa and from the beginning was disappointed. I was very excited to show her a small design that I wanted and she rudely stated "I am a nail painter not a nail artist". While getting my nails painting there was no divider place between us and with mask being worn, she coughed directly on my hand she was painting and made no effort to cover her mouth. While painting my toe nails did the exact same thing again. I was truly disgusted by this behavior since I was paying a large amount. I barely received a smile from her through out the whole 2 hour appointment, and she was very prying about scars on my body that made me uncomfortable. When she did try to make conversation, I explain I was getting my nails done for Calgary Stampede since I have never been before and her response "You have to be stupid for wanting to go there" and continued "It is so stupid to go to Stampede" all because the lines are too long for her. As a paying customer, I should not have been called stupid and dealt with what I did. I will not be recommending this place to anyone and hope to see better service the in the future.

My family and I had a really fantastic experience in this activity! 1. The 2 guides Julia and an Australian mate Darcy are very engaged, friendly and accountable to make every detail safe for the guests by implementing every safety code. 2. The facilities are set up reasonably to offer guests time to gradually adapt to the height and speed. I highly recommend this zipline due to the awesome staff and the amazing views.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Do Experience in Fairmont BC! Our family of nine (ages 12 to 66!) had an unforgettable time zip lining with Mineral Mountain Ziplines, and we can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, exhilarating, and filled with laughter—thanks in large part to our phenomenal guides, Ace and Darci. The views were absolutely breathtaking—soaring over the Columbia Valley with sweeping panoramas that photos just don’t do justice. But what really made the day special was the expertise, humor, and heart that Ace and Darci brought to the tour. They struck the perfect balance of safety, encouragement, and fun—helping even our most hesitant family members take those brave first steps off the platforms with confidence (and a smile!). They even went above and beyond to accommodate a last-minute request to adjust one of our bookings, allowing our entire family to zip line together—something that meant the world to us. We laughed, we cheered each other on, and we created memories we’ll be talking about for years to come. If you’re anywhere near Fairmont Hot Springs, make sure Mineral Mountain Ziplines is on your itinerary. We would 100% go back again in a heartbeat.
I tried ziplining for the first time with my son and his friend. The kids were very excited and had a lot of fun in the end. The staff paid great attention to safety, gave us some explanations about Fairmont Valley, and made the experience enjoyable. It was a bit hot and tiring, but they had water ready for us, which was nice. I’d love to bring the kids again if we have another chance.
First time going here and was very happy with it. Guides were friendly and helpful.(Aussie and Avery) Safety was top notch and always felt safe and taken care of. Some great zips across the valley. Took advantage of an early morning booking and saved $10 a person! Also went as a walk up and saved the online service fee. Also they drive you up in a van so there is very little walking uphill. Small hike back to the bottom.
Absolutely wonderful experience! So much fun! The staff was awesome, super fun and very professional also encouraging but not pushy! We had Ace and Nugget as our guides they were fantastic! The lines were set up perfectly to get the newbies comfortable! Stellar views too! Thanks MMZ!
The weather was fantastic, the location was beautiful, and the staff are amazing! Big shout outs to Nuggets and “The Aviator” for being the delicious bread in our wacky sandwich of people! We will be back!
I don't have anything but amazing things to say about this experience. This was my first time ever ziplining and I am afraid of heights. Our guides, nugget & cheeseball, made me feel so comfortable and secure. I had so much fun and I will definitely come again. Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness, security, and overall good vibes. - Lauren & Jake from Cranbrook
Epic trip Best zip line tour ever Aviator was a great guide, she bonded and gave my 5yr old daughter the reassurance she needed to step off the end for the first time Not sure if she would have did it without her. Thanks again Now my daughter wants your Job!

It's a very easy trail but need a bit energy to go uphill. When you go all the way up to the peak, there is so windy and please look after your kids! They don't have fence and they can jump off the cliff. But overall the view is good and nice for picture.
Great nature walk/hike up close and personal view of the hoodoos. Scenic views overlooking Columbia Lake, Fairmont and the mountains. Trail is wide and well groomed, mainly a mix of sand and rocks, some loose rock sections but with proper footwear it’s easily managed.
It is a short hike to the top. The first 1/2 KM is a good incline before it levels off and then there are a few more shorter inclines to the viewpoints, yes plural, viewpoints. The biggest disappointment though it that once you arrive at the top viewpoints, you're actually on top of the hoodoos not below them looking at them. It was fairly windy at the top, I'm not sure if that is a typical day but just be aware it could get very windy.
Nice out and back hike. I'd rate it as an easy hike. The views are great but I didn't read ahead and thought we would get a view of the hoodoos from below, not up top. I'm unsure if this would be suitable for little ones as there are some very steep, sharp drops at the top. There is a parking lot at the trailhead that had quite a bit of spaces.
Family-friendly hiking trail. There are some steeper inclines in parts. Trail is both sand and loose rocks. The loop took almost an hour with an active 8, 10, and 13 year old. We didn't rush and enjoyed the views.
Nice hike to panoramic views of the Colombia valley. Not at taxing and anyone that can walk, can do this hike. Just be careful at the edges, especially when you reach hoodoos.
Great walk and views. It's about a mile (1.6 km) from the park lot to the hoodoos. The trail ends at the top of the hoodoos and you can basically explore as you wish and get as close to the edge as your nerves can bear. It was great.
Great hike! Amazing view! Took us about 1.5 hours.

Loved this place. Right across from where i am staying so easy to walk across. Loved all animals especially the goats
Definitely fun for families! We found the bumper cars to be a small space and would be worth it if its a big group. Mini golf was short and easier compared to other golf courses I have been to. We saw some of their petting zoo animals!
Absolutely amazing little place. Fun mini golf course that is challenging and varied, but not too hard to enjoy. The animals on site make the visit worthwhile on their own, but there is also a kids park, a little zen foot maze, some bumper cars, and an amazing staff who are as friendly as they come! They went out of their way to accommodate us, and let us play a round, even though we arrived late, not knowing their hours had changed. Highly reccomend for families, couples, singles... anyone who just wants a fun afternoon!
This was one of our favourite experiences when on Holiday. This facility is amazing! The mini golf course was awesome, they had bumper cars, and our favourite, feeding the animals. We also had one of the Smoothies and it was delicious! The Landscaping is incredible all around the Property. 💯 recommend.
Had the best time ever!!!!!! Did the full grand slam! Was 38$ for each person! Started with bumper cars and then did the journey to feed the animals through the beautiful garden!!! And then we did mini golf was the best time I’ve had! Would highly recommend this place! Took us about 3 hours to complete and pure fun! The staff was so nice and so welcoming! Would go back again! Don’t forget to stop at the cafe good ice cream! 🍦
Funtasia has always been a tradition for us when visiting Fairmont. The mini golf is always the highlight, and it's fun to feed the animals too. It's a bit pricey for what you get (in my opinion), but it's still a good time.
Awesome place! Loved the experience and had a blast with the family. Would recommend. Clean & friendly :)
A perfect stop! Our kids had a ton of fun. Very unique bumper cars! Great mini golf, and an adorable petting zoo. So much fun!

The view was breathtaking, and the food was just as impressive. The staff was incredibly friendly, with Maxin standing out for his exceptional service. A perfect spot for a relaxing meal!
This place is as good as it gets! We were travelling far from Ontario and saw this place that would provide some entertainment. It's a fair priced round of 9 holes and we were more than surprised at the up kept course! After the round we found ourselves a bit peckish so we decided to take a chance and WOW. The food was immaculate! Super fairly priced at around 20 bucks for a burger that came with TWO patties and a bucket of fries. Both were out of the park good and I wish I could have a place like that closer to home! The service was also exceptional. The kind lady we had dealt with was so sweet and patient with us when we asked about the menu and engaged in conversation! The drink I had was a Tennessee whisky lemonade and once again stellar! If you're ever in the area this place is a must for anyone! LOVED IT!
Quite a challenging par 3 course but was so fun! The course has the cutest attractions on majority of the holes! We got stuck behind a group who would rather play in the sprinklers than hit their balls so we ended up waiting quite often. The young man working on the 19th around 11am was as hilarious and a great guy, he deserves a raise for sure. 10/10
Beautiful spot! Our first taste of Canadian hospitality and it was perfect. The grounds are stunning, food was great, and our server Juliana was so sweet! She made amazing coffee and shared some local hiking tips. Highly recommend stopping in!
A challenging Par3 course with spectacular views. Great course to practice on or to bring family and friends for a memorable time. The Bistro has delicious food too, and the staff is just so very friendly. Amazing place!
We stopped here to break up our long drive and stretch our legs during our road trip through the Rockies. We were met with super kind and helpful staff that welcomed us and were proud to hear we were there from Ontario. The golf was extremely fairly priced and was met with a stunning par 3 course with amazing views of the mountains. After the round we grabbed a bite to eat before hitting the road again and the food was out of this world. It was all very fairly priced but excelled with how tasty is was! Our server was a kind lady that was very talkative and helpful. Would highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!!
We were driving thorough the area and stopped for lunch. The restaurant was very impressive. The food was amazing and the service especially from the bar exceptional. The coffee latte was the best that we ever had. Highly recommended and definitely we will return!
MUST GO! Amazing food, recommend the burger for sure. Patio has beautiful views of the mountain and golf course. Service was fantastic as well. I’m sad I went on my last day in town or else I’d have eaten here every day.

I had an amazing experience at Fairmont Mountainside Golf! The staff were exceptional, especially the friendly young lady at the cart area who made me feel so welcome. I enjoyed quality time with my dad, and being able to play alone and tee off was amazing Highly recommend!
Janet was great as was the other guest services woman we dealt with. Other than that not great experience at all. Dining room is closed more than it’s open and the staff were rude every time we did come in. Pro shop female locked the door on us saying they closed at 7:30 when it was 7:20 and we were trying to show her there were still teetimes. Janet repeatedly apologized and did her best to go above and beyond to make up for the poor experiences elsewhere but to not have a restaurant open on days you have tee times is ridiculous. Everyone we spoke to except Janet and the other Guest Services woman we felt like we were a burden. We came here 3 different days and everytime was the same.
Played here last week. Course is in nice shape. Greens were tricky to read and the general course slope off the mountains is something that comes into play on almost every hole. My only dislike was the course is rough, meaning it's rare to have anything resembling a consistent lie. Long par 4's and big 5's. Would I play here again? I would but I would try other places first.
Great course layout Holes definately play longer than the yardage. Greens are in great shape. Will definately be back!
Course was great, grounds guy kept turning the sprinklers on us but he apologized half way through. Staff at the club house was not the best. If they were over 30 they were better, but don't expect much help.from the young ones
Been going to this course forever, never had any problems… until today, like many other people reviewing the course we had many issues with the marshal. First of all he refused to let my friend swap tee times even thought we had two booked back to back… he didn’t want us to waste time swapping carts EVEN though there were still the group in front of us teeing off. My buddy ended up swapping anyways and once he found out it was nothing but problems. First they accused one of us of not paying then once we supplied proof he accused us of being drunk ( all 7 of us were completely sober) everyone else was very nice and the snack shop lady explained he can get very grumpy, either way this guy shouldn’t be a marshal!
Wow. This used to be such a lovely, welcoming course- especially great given the location and stunning views. Now? No Marshalls or visible leadership, and zero organization or meaningful response from staff when issues arise. Had an unhinged older female employee drive by and steal my husband’s ball from the fairway, lie about it, and only produce it after being confronted with the make and number (and the fact that it was in her hand). She then spent the entirety of the game in front of us, shrieking, swearing, dumping the pins in the holes sideways, and moving as slowly as possible- seemingly in the hopes of inciting an altercation (which we didn’t oblige). After our game, she had a toddler-esque tantrum when a supervisor tried to engage her in a conversation about her conduct/ the situation, before storming off like a small child. We were told by multiple employees, as well as the manager, that she was an “extremely emotional” person, and couldn’t be reasoned with. No apology from the woman involved, no response from the course beyond multiple “sorry” pleas and an offer of a free meal (which we happily declined in favor of getting away from that mess of a business). The manager wouldn’t even review the videos we took of the woman acting like a deranged manic, telling us he didn’t want or need to see them. Clearly reality not something they wish to address at this course. Yikes. Avoid at all costs.
Overall the course is in great shape and has beautiful views. It’s a Sunday, but disappointed there was no cart coming around with drinks or snacks, we were not informed of this when we paid before we went out to start. After 9 went into grab some drinks, no coolers available to put drinks into and food was limited..

Dog friendly clean beach with a short hike down. A little confusing to get to so follow these directions because Google will take you to a private road. (From Hwy 93 turn east onto Fairmount Creek Rd. then turn right onto Columbia River Rd., continue until the end of the road) When you think you can't go further keep driving 5-10 min you will come to a small parking lot with a bathroom. It's a pretty tight gravel road. Great spot for biking trails and hiking.
This park is a beautiful landscape with a crystal clear lake, hiking trails and mountain views.
Very beautiful park to visit. Love the no motorized vehicle policy.
Lovely spot for a quick cool down. No facilities by the lake so do your business before you head down the trail.
Very pretty River and spots to relax along a very inconvenient road to access. If you don't mind squeezing through all the cars along the road parked this is a really great spot to stop and float along the river or just Wade into the water.
Beautiful place. Easy to drive to and lots of great walking trails. Gorgeous views of Columbia lake.
Absolutely serene. May be my new favorite spot. I came through with a tented row boat so can't help with parking or camping but if you are looking for a spot that's out of the way enough to avoid most traffic yet still easily accessible, i suggest checking it out. Tucked between a protected marshland which is a very active fishery and full blown mountain crown land, it offers at least a bit of something for everyone. Lake is not very deep but quite large with several interesting natural shoreline features to explore.
An easy walk in the forest along the shore of the lake. The Lake itself was a bit disappointing - no beaches suitable for swimming along the trail.

Kicking Horse is the best river in BC to experience white water rafting. I was so happy to book with this company last minute. I was only in Golden for one night & they were able to squeeze me in (so thankful). The staff are so friendly & helpful 10/10. I went for the half day, enjoyed a free beer 🍺 while I reviewed & purchased my photos, such an amazing day 100% worth it.
From the booking till the end of the rafting journey, we had a blast with Glacier Raft Company. Super pleasant and energetic people, you can see that everyone is making an effort to allow the experience to be safe and enjoyable. Our guide Nico was fantastic, fun and super pro. And yes the Kicking River is a gem to raft down! Highly recommended!
My wife and I (front row in pic) were on our honeymoon in the Canadian Rockies and she had booked this rafting trip for us. I was thinking 'ok, we'll give it a shot' and OMG! This was one of the highlights for activities we did that week! Austin was our guide and did such a great job with most of us being first-timers! It was an adrenaline rush so often throughout the full-day trip and yes, the water was cold but we got past that in a hurry! All of the people in our raft were great to chat with, the guides prepared lunch for us and it was such a beautiful day weather-wise. I give all of the crew 5-stars - the bus drivers for getting us there and back, Pete (with the kilt) explaining what the day would be like on the way out and Jess cracking up the bus on the way back - think "booty juice" and Bud-why-sir...lol! I would highly suggest the full-day trip and to stick around for the photos/videos reveal with Muzza, while having a beverage! We ate a lot of water that day but it has been a blast sharing the stories of our good time with friends & family back in Minnesota
Rafted on 8/31 with a group of 6. The entire experience was excellent. Guides were knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated that the bus rides to and from the entry/exit points were short, so you spend more time on the river. Rapids were fun and appropriate for all skill/thrill levels. The river itself was fantastic and broad, with epic scenery the whole time. I’ve rafted in Colorado and Norway previously, and this has been my favorite experience. I highly recommend getting the media package, as the photos and videos are professional and high-definition.
Absolutely incredible experience on the Kicking Horse River! The views were unbelievable, the water was stunning, and the level 3–4 rapids were the perfect mix of thrill and fun. Our guide, Nick from the UK, was the best — super skilled, funny, and made us feel totally safe. They provide all the gear you need — just make sure to wear a swimsuit under the wetsuit. My only regret is not doing the full-day rafting adventure. Highly recommend if you're in Golden, BC!
We've never done this activity before, and although they took a huge group of 2 buses full of people, we only had 5 to 8 people per raft. Everyone had their own expert (and funny) guide/s. Despite being beginners, the instructions were clear and we were able to practice first. You WILL get wet!! They clean all the kit in between people. We would definitely recommend this as a must do activity here!!! So beautiful and so much fun!
We had such a great time doing a family trip on the kicking horse with glacier! The river is fun, the day is run well, and there are lots of nice touches from the company. Aleix is the best guide ever!!
We had a blast. My wife was the only one in our family who had been rafting before and the kids and I were apprehensive so we signed up for the "Family Trip" which was only the first part of the river, but one of the reasons we chose Glacier was that they allowed us the option to extend and do the whole tour "on the fly" if we enjoyed the first part, and boy did we ever enjoy it. Everyone from Glacier was excellent to us, and our guide for both parts of the river, Nick, was amazing. Super easy going, skilled and knowledgable, and just made sure we all had a lot of fun. Food was simple but great, and the day was unforgettable. Thanks Glacier, and Nick! We would do it again in a heartbeat :)

Fantastic! This is a well organized Escape Room. So much fun, we had to come back and do another one before we left town. Staff were amazing, super pleasant. Online booking was easy. Price was reasonable. ( We have done Escape Rooms previously in Edmonton) Highly recommended!
Went here for a first time escape room experience with my spouse during a short stay in Radium. It was about a 2 minute drive from Big Horn Meadows Resort, so it was super close and convenient. Staff was incredibly friendly and the Spy room was very well set up and the puzzles were a perfect balance of challenging + fun (we had to get a few hints from staff haha). We booked another room (Witch House) for the next day because we enjoyed it so much. Unfortunately, we misjudged how much longer we would be in Radium for and weren’t able to make it for our scheduled time. Although we cancelled on short notice ~3hrs before the booking and outside of business hours so no one answered the phone, we were still given a full refund no questions asked. I will definitely be visiting again the next time I’m in the area and will be telling friends about this place. A solid 5/5 for this location.
I had a great time at the escape room with my friends yesterday. It had been a few years since I've attempted an escape room and we had an absolute blast. Thank you to the staff that puts the puzzles together, they were informative, educational, and challenging. I recommend if you're in the area.
Tim was very accommodating in allowing us to move our time to a new date and offered a great experience. The room was well laid out and we enjoyed the puzzles. Thanks again Tim!
Staff is great. You can tell the owner really enjoys this and puts their heart into the business. The puzzles are old school lock style, but they were still enjoyable and well thought out!
Great room and great owner who hosted us. Challenging, but not overlely complicated. We definitely had fun.
Awesome room! We had a blast, next time we are in Invermere we will definitely try one of the other challenges. The owner was super nice and their love of escape rooms was obvious.
Came here on a rainy day during our vacation. Puzzles were classic, learnt some more about Canada in the “Made in Canada” room. Nice guy running it too.

Just came for the afternoon to dip in the pools and boy was it relaxing and enjoyable! Nice layout as well. Very easy to come into the resort as a visitor and get to the pools. A little pricey at 25.00 for a few hours, but all you can get is a day pass or greater.
We’ve been visiting for years. We’ve always accepted that the rooms are a bit dated and rustic, but love the area and the hot springs. We’ve gone before in September, like the off season and usually can find a decent rate. This year we decided to stay one night on our way somewhere else. The rate was high, but we do like the access to the pools so booked. The Bear Paw Grill was decent, if a little on the pricy side. The room was rustic, shower terrible, but fine for a night. I probably couldn’t have slept another night on the creaky bed. Our big issue is that if you are going to charge premium rates PLUS a ridiculous resort fee, there should be pool towels available. There were none in the room and at the pools we were told that laundry was behind because of staff issues. I can understand staff issues in September, I can’t understand charging premium rates and not providing services. Also….the balcony was a bit terrifying, went back in quickly.
We’ve been coming to the area for decades over Thanksgiving and always visit the Hot Springs. Each year they get more and more run down but the prices keep rising. It doesn’t add up. $25/person/day is a LOT. You should be able to keep up with the maintenance and general up keep of the pools. - 1/2 the lockers don’t have keys. And 1/2 of the ones with keys don’t work. - The toilets and showers don’t have locks and have duct tape covering the “holes”. - The bottoms and sides of the pools are chipped and coming apart. - There isn’t a diving board or access to the dive pool because “We’ve gone corporate and no longer have lifeguards” …? But… The views are outstanding and the location is great. It just needs to be brought into 2025, cleaned up and maintained to justify why the price is so high! I will say it is great for little kids as there is plenty of shallow water to play in.
Great cool pool which is actually very warm. We were able to play in this pool for hours surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hot pools with the cold water flowing through the middle is fantastic. We went on a pretty cool week in July but it didn't matter as the water was warm and the crowds were small. The mini golf and volleyball courts are also fun. The rooms are a bit dated but still clean and nice. Great place for a week of relaxation.
Great place if you want to relax. Rooms look old and need maintanance... Pools and steam room is great and sauna. We were lucky couse first day there was no children. The next day was different... Its a shame that kids can enter sauna.. it make no relax when they scream... Nice view around the hotel :) The restaurant stuff very nice and friendly
Awful stay. Stayed here for a wedding where I was a maid of honour. The night before the wedding we realized our shower did not work. We reported the issue and were told it could not be fixed but could move rooms. So we went to the front desk but there was a mistake no rooms were available after all. At this point it was quite late at night. Very stressful after a busy day and with the wedding in the morning. Had to walk across the resort in the pouring rain to a family members room to shower. Most outlets in the room didn't work it was very dingy and old. This was the pet friendly building. For no shower for the entire stay they only offered us $30 off the room and we still paid over $500 for two night. The hot pools are not clean either.
My partner and I came for our anniversary and had a great time! The room was lovely and clean, the beds were super comfy and it was great space for us. We had a balcony on our room which was a nice addition! The mini golf just outside the resort was fun, we didn’t get to use the pools this time as we ran out of time but it looked like fun! Can’t wait to come back.
We spent three days at this resort. Had a great relaxing time. A bit pricey but worth going. We have not been there since our honeymoon 47 years ago. It was excellent then and was excellent this time. The restaurant and bar were were priced decent and the food was good. Glad we went.

A must-see shop if you're ever in the area! Beautiful gift and decor items, as well as a neat assortment of toys, puzzles and games. Owner was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely visit again on our next trip.
What an amazing little store!! Great variety and friendly staff that are so helpful! Really love their focus on making sure all the kids that visit are able to find something to take home. Their prices are very reasonable!!
Very reasonable prices gifts. Lots of unique things. Not your normally junk gift shop you'd find in some place like Banff.
This place is a hidden gem. Was looking for a certain game all over Calgary. Couldn’t find it but found it here. Lots of unique stuff!
This store is beautiful. Gorgeous displays, great selection and the staff working was wonderful. Super friendly, and helpful. I bought a candle that smelled amazing, and she gave me a little gift bag full of mementos. Really made me happy to support the local, unique shops in Fairmont.
Fun and fabulous find. Owners are great and even helped in replacing a souvenir mug that didn't survive a leap off the computer desk. Absolutely worth the visit and take your time...lots of treasures to find here.
Great little locally owned gift shop. Lots of selection of assorted gifts and toys including location specific (Fairmont Hot Springs) souvenirs. Had a good chat with the lady working there (owner?) and left with some really unique items, even picked up a Fairmont postcard that was a picture taken by the nice lady we chatted with. Great little store that is a must stop for people looking for a souvenir or cool gift.
I found a unique gift in the online store and went to checkout to make the purchase. A glitch occurred in the process and the system would not take my address. I phoned the store to see if I was inputting something incorrectly. They had just discovered a software problem that they worked very quickly to correct. They sent a very nice email apologizing for the problem and explaining what had happened. I completed the order and was pleasantly surprised, when I received my item, to find a very nice Thank you card included thanking me for my patience with the problem. When your last name is Murphy you just come to expect glitches so I thought all in all that this was very friendly and exceptional online purchase with great communication and personalized service.
