We visited Casino Rama for the UB40 concert and had such a great time! From the moment we checked in, the staff made everything easy and enjoyable. We checked in around 10a.m and the front desk team was so pleasant, helpful, and accommodating and made us feel so welcome. Housekeeping was friendly and efficient - we needed extra towels and they not only sent them up quickly, but brought them in and organized them for us! Even the concert staff stood out — so cheerful which really added to the fun. The hotel was spotless. Our room super clean and beautifully set up. The pool area was a highlight — bright, clean, and well-stocked with towels. The hot tub was perfect after a long drive, and while the sauna wasn’t in service, it honestly didn’t take away from how nice the space was. We had dinner at St. Germain’s Steakhouse and it was excellent. The food was delicious, and the service was surprisingly fast for such a busy spot. Overall, everything about the stay felt smooth and enjoyable. Can’t wait to start planning my next visit!
We had a great time! Our room was upgraded to a jr suite, which was awesome. It was huge, comfortable and very nice. The pool area and sauna/steam rooms were perfect after a long day of walking the casino floor. The property was really nice too, lots of apple trees down the walking trail.
Amazing resort. I am not much for gambling, but really enjoy the concert venue. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and spacious. Great staff. Food at Match Restaurant is excellent (we didn’t get to try the others). Tim’s on site is open 24 hrs. Lovely shops as well featuring local indigenous artists. Well worth the drive!
The hotel is very nice, and decorated beautifully. Room was large and clean. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, some at reasonable prices. I'm not really a casino person but it seemed ok but hate to see live dealers replaced with machines on craps and roulette.
Rama Casino is definitely one of the best casinos in Ontario. It’s a great spot for entertainment and enjoyment, especially for spending weekends. The gaming platforms are exciting, and if played properly, there’s a good chance of getting returns and having fun at the same time. The only area I’d say could improve is the complimentary drinks — taste-wise, they aren’t the best quality. Otherwise, everything else is excellent. Overall, I would give it a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars.
I'm writing to express my gratitude for the incredible experience I had during my recent stay at your establishment. I was thoroughly impressed by the beautiful building and event space, the fantastic restaurants, and the sheer opulence of the rooms and suites. The casino was also a highlight, and the complimentary $10 card was a thoughtful touch that enhanced the experience. Thank you again for providing such a high level of service and a memorable stay. I look forward to returning soon.
Loved this place! The casino was lively and clean, and the staff were super friendly. The concert hall inside is amazing — great sound, comfy seating, and such a fun vibe. Perfect spot for a night of music and entertainment! There is also plenty of free parking around the casino!
My family and I recently visited Casino Rama with our children. While our experience initially had a few challenges (through no fault of the hotel), I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding customer service we received from Crystal Wilson. Crystal was incredibly understanding and empathetic when we shared our concerns. Her professionalism and genuine care made a significant difference in turning our experience around. It’s clear that your team truly values its guests and goes above and beyond to ensure they feel heard and supported. Casino Rama is a beautiful resort, and thanks to the exceptional service we received, we’re very much looking forward to returning. I highly recommend it as a wonderful getaway destination.

My partner and I had a facial and pedicure and both were top notch. I love that they use vegan products. The person who looked after me, I believe her name was Sylvie was very personable. The use of the sauna, steam room, and pool were a nice touch. The hot tub was small, and not very warm.
I've been to this spa twice. I booked a full-body massage for an hour and a half and a face massage for $350. When I first visited, I was surprised by the dirty ceiling. The ventilators and ceilings were full of cobwebs and dust. And on my second visit, I received the worst service without skills. Especially, I made a reservation for two people a month ago, but only one person was booked. The staff at the front desk waited for three hours Two people told me to get a massage. They were irresponsible when they saw my 70-year-old mother who drove two hours without saying sorry. The massage was so messed up, too. I only put up a hot towel and spent time. His massage hands were weak and insincere. The manager who manages the spa needs disciplinary action.
Spa was fantastic both Karen and Sylvie were wonderful we had a facial, and a manicure, pedicure. We were able to use the saltwater pool that temp was just right.
Edit to add: management has reached out and has been phenomenal to deal with. I was offered a free 75 minute massage as a redo!! So looking forward to this!! Thank you. So disappointed in my massage yesterday. My mom booked us hour massages to unwind. As a mom myself and business owner it’s rare I get a chance to relax, after waiting weeks for this I was so excited. My masseuse was late, came in talking to staff about almost tripping after the elevator (after my mom was taken in with her lady) she then walked around for a couple minutes, went to her room etc. finally came over to me and said “where’s your friend?”… I said she’s in already, she was called before you got here. We go in the room she’s trying to tell me about her elevator not being level etc, I just didn’t really want to chit chat I was ready to relax and worried about us already being late. We got into the room at 4:52 - massage starts shortly after after no talk about what I wanted, history etc. it wasn’t a big deal because I just wanted to get started and a full body relaxation was all I was after. The lady never massaged the back of my arms at all, while I was on my stomach, just up and down the back. The legs were the same thing, applying product rubbing it but not massaging. Felt like she really didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t a matter of pressure not being hard or soft enough she was literally not massaging.. I turn over and again rubs the lower legs a bit, not much effort, never applies product ankle down, no rubbing of feet etc, no hot towels on the feet or towel behind the head etc (my mom did though and said her lady was awesome! I was jealous hearing her experience!) I’ve had about 15-20 massages around the world and this was by far the worst. My expectations were not high, just to be relaxed, have my body massaged fully and be physically in the room for an hour. To top it off when she was “massaging” my hands which was actually weirdly lightly caressing each knuckle, she sat on the side of my bed while I could hear her cracking her ankle/feet. I was so close to just asking for it be over, but it was just awkward. We stopped at 5:43, I went out and my mom still wasn’t out even though she went in well before me. Really disappointed with the whole experience. Was told I’d receive a courtesy call today by management too, but that didn’t happen. I never got my girls name as there was no introduction, but if I did I would share so she could be avoided for such an unprofessional massage. Had to fight to get a discount for my mom who was treating me - was offered 20% off but after explaining over and over how bad it was and said I would like to pay no more than a half hour they did finally agree after calling the owner. My masseuse did apologize for sitting on the bed while rubbing me and cracking her feet/ankle whatever it was I was hearing. She also explained in front of everybody that she had to cut me short because after being late and assuming we were getting massaged at the same time (but she was late?) the room was needed on time for the next client and if she gave me a full hour the next client would be upset with a shorter time… sorry what??
My friend and I had pedicures done on Saturday. We had the upgraded version with the hot stone massage. The girl that my friend had I believed her name was Sarah was wonderful. She used more lotions and more towels to keep her legs warm. Etc Just an overall better experience. I believe the person that did mine was Katie. Going on about how the hot stones burnt your hands was not necessary. Perhaps don’t take on providing that treatment! I said no worries just do a massage without the stones. She agreed and said she would provide a great massage instead. Well that didn’t happen. Advise…don’t take on providing treatments you can’t do!
This Christmas Eve was especially difficult for my family, as it was our first Christmas without my brother, who passed away 10 months ago. We’ve been trying to find ways to create special moments together during the holidays, so around 9 PM, we decided to take my baby niece for a quiet swim at the pool. The pool was completely empty, and we thought it would be a peaceful way to end the night. Instead, we were met with rudeness and hostility from a staff member on duty, Celine (ironically dressed as an elf, but behaving more like the Scrooge), who not only refused to let us in but spoke with anger in his tone, making us feel unwelcome. His attitude put a damper on what was already an emotional holiday for us. This felt especially unfair knowing that during powwow weekend, kids are often at the pool until closing without any problems. Seeing "Mino Bimaadziwin" on the signs an Ojibwe teaching that means "the good life”only added to the disappointment. As an Indigenous person, I understand that this teaching echoes kindness, respect, and understanding. Unfortunately, those values were nowhere to be found that night. Staff should consider that the holidays are not easy for everyone and show more compassion toward guests. You never know what someone might be going through, and small moments of kindness can make a world of difference. Kind regards, Guest 420 and 418
Very poor communication amongst staff. Had my massage canceled 15 minutes before my Tuesday appointment. Was told I could reschedule for Thursday and could cancel at anytime. Had to cancel, and now they want to charge a cancelation fee 😐 changed my original 5 star review to 2, won't be returning. Please train your staff on customer service.
I was here with my pre-op transgendered partner, do to her body condition we have not been too many spots because she feels very uncomfortable even in a bathing suit. Here we went in for a swim, hot tub, steam and a sauna, and even had a massage treatment each, she said at no point did she feel judged, she told them her pronouns and even though at the time she was unable to wear any prosthetics or cover up any body hair, she was treated with the same respect and with proper pronouns. Expected at least a couple of slip of the tongue, but apparently it didn't happen. Regardless of that personal issue it is a wonderful spa and I strongly recommend, I still feel loose as a noodle

Visit every 3-4 months for my husbands ciggs but I love tagging along for the other merchandise! The jewelry is really unique. Bought 9 different bracelets for nieces/ nephews. Some beaded for the girls, others more leather bound looking. (Only 2 shown below) Also found cool looking rocks cut to look like a Turtle Family great for one of the kids who loves turtles. The staff are really friendly and helpful. There are so many nice things here! Last time we ended up buying some shirts with Native designs.. the time before some Mugs for the family! Well organized and easy to move around the place.
Found some really cool pelts here with the kids! Friendly staff, cool shop, cheap smokes. No complaints here.
What a fantastic place! Love the large humidor; love the selection; love the amenities! Only thing that would make this place better would be if they served a great scotch, or selection thereof, on their outdoor smokers lounge! Great service, great personalities!
Great place, great selection. Do come prepared with a list of cigars you want though - they dont typically let you browse the humidor, have to tell them what you looking for.
Great little shop for crafts an smokes..we go everytime we r in the area
The only place to get cigars in my opinion. It's a whole vibe. Huge covered patio to enjoy said stogies and a beautiful humidor.
Great vibe, amazing merchandise had a blast walking around the shop. Bought a hand made dream-catcher as a gift. the leather bags where beautiful
Went to the Smoke shop for the first time this evening, all I can say is WOW! There is an amazing selection of cigars in a massive, beautifully maintained humidor. The two gentleman that were working at around 6:00 pm were amazing. One was Jordan, I am embarassed that I forgot the name of the other guy, (who actually helped me). Both were extremely knowledgeable, I told them what I liked and they made an excellent suggestion. It was most enjoyable to sit and enjoy a cigar with a great coffee in the beautiful evening weather. I highly recommend this shop for anything you need for cigars. (They also have cigarettes and pipe tobacco available). I wish I could rate it higher.
