The level of professionalism exceeded our expectations, the staff were extremely welcoming, warm and helpful and they guided us through everything so we had absolutely nothing to worry about at any point and we could fully relax and enjoy our time at the spa. We went for one of their winter spa packages and I couldn't be happier as this included a 90 minute massage and a 3 course dinner at their Rooi Restaurant (which was also out of this world but that's a different story). The massage itself was incredible, the ladies consulted with us in terms of our needs before getting started to make sure we are receiving the best outcome possible. They also used really high quality products that were personalised to our needs. Overall, I can confidently say that it was the best massage we've ever had and I would come back again and again when in need of a pick-me-up and thorough relaxation. The spa facilities were great as well and so was the relaxation lounge that we had access to throughout our spa visit. Another amazing aspect was that the relaxation lounge had loads of snacks, cakes, smoothies, juices and drinks you could help yourself to and they were all specially selected to promote wellbeing and wellness. Surprisingly for us, after our treatment we were also welcomed with celebratory cupcakes for our recent engagement which was just another great experience to add to the already long list of positives. This is not an accessable property so do not book this hotel if you have limited movement/need a wheelchair. I must say that the food and beverage provision was excellent and we really enjoyed high tea. You will need a car/taxi to go anywhere so I felt quite isolated at this location.
