The broccoli side was very under cooked and once the kitchen had closed the waiting staff seemed to disappear. They didn't charge me for the broccoli side which I appreciate but considering the price of the meal its basics. My starter arrived 5 mins after ordering and I had to ask for the main to come a bit later. I was told I could have 15 mins before my main which is fine but it came out after about 6 mins. The restaurant its self is delightful but I'm really disappointed in the service. I came back to give this restaurant another go. Massive improvement in service and hospitality. He's not one to complain as he will eat anything but he said it was awful. We don't get away very much and could have chosen to eat anywhere in Lyndhurst. We wish we had got a pizza from the forage. We were greeted very warmly by both owners and the venue is very welcoming and homely. The food is outstanding as well as the service and passion the owners clearly have for their amazing venture. We ordered the Pav Bhaji which was EPIC. Its normally hard to get a good well spiced and seasoned one and this one hits the mark 100%! The Potato Bombay Bad Boys were a fabulous take on a vada pav and took them to a next level and they were super in terms of the perfect portion size and flavour. Dhaba Nachos with the soya keema are again another fantastic and different way of serving nachos and were amazing as again it shows the owners take on different foods and again they hit the mark with it. Awesome dish. Tandoori Butter wings were the perfect blend of tandoor flavour with a lovely not spicy marinade that would suit any palette, really enjoyed them. We also had a Paneer Masala which was divine. The sauce was completely different to the standard sauce you get at other curry places and could not get enough of it! Was so good. The dishes were washed down with a gorgeous passion fruit martini and a Nimbu Paani which was very refreshing. Id highly recommend this venue and we will definitely be back for sure to try more of the menu out. I was with four other people. This was my first visit to the Ringwood restaurant though I have previously visited the Koh Thai restaurants in Bournemouth and Lilliput. Whilst the parking arrangements aren't immediately clear you can park in the main high street after 6/7pm - check the parking restrictions carefully! The restaurant comprises of one fairly large sized main dining area with plenty of tables with full table service. The team were very friendly and welcoming and I had no issues - we got everything we expected in good time and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed a mix of dishes including vegetable spring rolls, crispy shredded chilli beef, chicken satay, sweetcorn cakes and coconut rice. The food arrived hot, was well presented and tasted really good. There was a good selection of food and I found something that appealed to me easily. The food was reasonably good value for money, I paid around £30 including and drinks. The restaurant automatically added a service charge to the bill, which is cheeky, though they did clearly point this out on the receipt and made us aware of this verbally. I personally believe that tipping for good service should be entirely at the customers discretion and there should be no pressure by the restaurant or assumption on their part - this is a big turn off for me and I believe that the restaurant should reconsider this position. To add to the disruption, maintenance was being carried out on the relaxation room door during my visit. Female changing rooms consists of toilets, showers (shampoo, conditioner and body wash available), hairdryers and straighteners, swimming costume spinner to get rid if excess water, lockers and changing cubicles. Those on a spa-day are provided with a dressing gown. (I can't comment for the men's as I'm not a man and no reason to access them - sorry chaps.) The hydro section is wonderful. The pool is warm with powerful jets, experience showers offer 6 variations including tropical storm to cool mist. Wasn't brave enough to endure the ice experience. There is a centre staircase to access two rooms. A good handrail but no grips on the tiles so would recommend non-slip poolside shoes or flip-flops. Drinking stations available and keep the fluids up. I have had afternoon tea here in the past in the main restaurant and have had a full day spa experience where lunch is part of the package. Anything that is ordered and not on the package is extra. Plenty of free on-site parking, however the disabled parking is outside the on-site restaurant, Le Blaireau's, and is a bit of walk to Senspa which is situated round the back. (Originale) Been here a few times now and have to say the chicken/lamb shish is very tender and I’ve pretty much used most kebab places throughout southampton, these guys know how to cook their meats and the homemade chilli sauce is up there with the very best along with a better quality pitta bread that you don’t usually see in most shops…great food, lovely polite people in the shop just wish I’d found this hidden gem of a kebab shop sooner.
