Service was the biggest issue. The hostess/greeter bringing guests to the table was very pleasant. But, the waitress had an attitude which severely downgraded the food experience. When asked a question about the food options, she gave a "duh" and literal response (and tone) about the difference - just the main ingredient (which duh, yes, of course as a customer I know that), but not the taste or anything else that a customer might be curious about. After that, the way she served the food was just literally placing it on the table without saying anything, sometimes as if she just passed by, didn't want to see you, and wanted to quickly leave it there - no smiles, no explanations, no checking up, no water refill, and a few occasions of the item banging on the table too without any apology. For dinner, we were intrigued by the "sushi burritos" on the menu. We love sushi and poke bowls, but have never tried anything like that. When we asked what the difference was, our server said they are the same, but the burritos are larger. The Fireball Burrito was actually a dollar cheaper than the Fireball Sushi Roll, so I gave it a try. It was tasty, but I think I'd go with the sushi roll next time as it just didn't feel like sushi eating it like that. I think I prefer the bite-size pieces and the crunch lost its crunch when mixed in like it was. My husband tried the Dragon Burrito and he enjoyed it, but felt eating it burrito-style was definitely messier! Overall, we felt like the food was good and the prices were reasonable.
