Unfortunately it fell short.The croutons were not fresh, and quite soggy, the dressing albeit generous was bland and tasteless. We ate less than ½ of the pork rinds, and less than half the salads. Next were the entrees, I wish I had better news. I ordered the crawfish stuffed flounder and fingerling potatoes.The potatoes and the sauce were excellent. The flounder was stiff and dry as though it was wrapped around the crawfish mash days ago.
