First stay we found the staff very helpful especially in the steak restaurant. Atif is an asset to this hotel. The executive lounge could improve their breakfast which consisted of noodles and overcooked boiled eggs. Not good. 2nd stay after check in we used the pool which was very nice. However after ordering a bottle of wine and putting it on our room, we were made to go to reception to pay for the wine even though we were in swim wear. Totally unacceptable. Further the pool staff were rearranging the pool side tables and chairs around guests who were still using the pool area making them feel uncomfortable and “in the way”. Perhaps this was to save staff time but it’s not a good look. Further if you use the Otaxi be aware that the hotel does not allow them to pull up outside reception.
